Hi I applied for personal loan in HDFC bank, the person who came and collected my documents his name Maltesh(mob.no[protected]),he took all the documents by date 28/11/11 and i got a message from HDFC bank on 01 dec 2011 saying that "your request for personal loan has been accepted and given ref.no 20207535".The loan they are processing from the HDFC indiranagar, this branch is the worst branch so far I visited. after all the verification is done,again they are asking my father/family address proof and I am ready to submit and again they are asking my father signature proof.this ridiculous thing.As I donot want to submit signature proof, I said to cancel the loan,regarding to this I called HDFC Customer care,again helpless.Customer care telling that contact executive.

Finally I visited HDFC indiranagar branch on 08 dec 2011,I met the person Ganesh Subramani,he did not responded properly. I waited for 2 hours and left from there without any help.

One more thing I have my salay account with HDFC only..

This is how they treat people at HDFC bank,so friends who ever need any loan donot go to HDFC bank,especially Indiranagar branch.

I bought Whirlpool Washing Machine from MORE, mahadevapura outlet on 21st November 2011 on 6 months EMI.
In the HDFC site "http://www.hdfcbanksmartbuy.com/post/postid-92.aspx", its written that there will be no hidden charges..NO EXTRA COST, if we buy WHIRLPOOL products from HDFC credit card EMI option till December 2011.

But then extra Rs 600 was charged to me as processing fee.
My compalint is that if you add this extra hidden charge then please write it there in site also...
But I did not see any processing fee written in the site.

When I called up the HDFC bank Credit card helpline number, they told me that it is the previledge given to some of the customers only.
Then why they have not mentioned this in the site?

I worked as Sales Development Manager(SDM) under the branch of Ms. Parminder Kaur Anand with HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company(now knowing as HDFC Life) Sector 70, Mohali, Punjab from 7th April 2010 to 30th March 2011. My PF no is 43180, my Pension number is MH/211273/43180, my employee no. 59204, my agency code was 00407359. I left my job on 30th March 2011. After one month in the first week of May 2011, I applied for the reimbursement of my PF with submitting the fully filled forms and the full documents demanded, to Ms. Pooja (HR-Manager) who sits in Chandigarh office. Now, more than 7 months have been passed away but , my PF was not released as yet.

Please help me to release my PF as soon as possible.

I have recharged my BSNL sim for 50 RS through HDFC netbanking. But the recharge amount is not credited. The Ref# is [protected] . But the amount is debited from my account. I have contacted the HDFC customer support through web forum. But I was really disappointed with their reply towards my concern. They are asking me to contact BSNL customer care. So I thought this is the best way to communicate with them. If this issue is not resolved, I am going to change my bank for sure.

I had been getting many calls for getting the hdfc credit card and finally i said its ok it its having no annual fee and its visa !! And the guy came I filled the form and I didnt filled the form which says for Rs 399 annual fee and on asking he said just a formality but i refused and did nt filled as the customer care said that you just fill your vodafone postpaid details will get it automatically added to our hdfc card and then I need not to pay any annual charges .

Later I got a Master card instead of Visa and that TOO HAVING 399 Annual fee and on enquiring with customer care they said no this is having annual charges . I said to cancel this card and also to raise this concern as I M NOT GONIG TO PAY a SINGLE PENNY from my pocket . This is just making the consumer a fool !!!

Subject:- Conversion of Zero balance account to savings account without giving prior infomation.

I have forwarded mail to HDFC bank several times refer to above subject. They have onverted my zero balance account to savings account without giving my prior information regading the smae via-mail/sms or call. THen they have deducted balance from my account to minimum balance to maintain savings account (payment has been deucted from account(Acc No.:- [protected]) four times payment deducted details are as:- (827.25*3 +668.01). I hereby request you to kidly pls intervene & look into the matter.

Hello!

I have an account with AXIS bank, but on 30th nov i tried withdrawal of money from a HDFC bank atm as there was no AXIS bank atm nearby. After entering the amount when the machine was in the process of dispensing money it displayed as 'YOUR TRANSACTION HAS TIMED OUT'. I thought there might be some kind of problem with the machine, so i left the atm ant went to a another atm. After 30-45 mins of this incident i received a msg which said that your account has been debited rs.5000 from HDFC bank atm. I was shocked readind the message. i rushed to the HDFC bank and asked for help,in reply they told me to send a complaint through the bank(AXIS) in which you have your a/c. and within 24 hrs the amount will be credited to your account.... but still waiting.

What's the process to get back my money... some1 plzz help me

I have a HDFC credit card from 2008 and it was issued in Indore (M.P) and then I have moved to Chennai on Nov 2009 and i asked the bank for change of address for my billing. But i didn't get any response from them and I was using my card and i was paying for my card without knowing the bill amount. I have paid about the amount which i have used near about 22000rs. So i stopped paying. Suddenly one day a call is coming telling that your card payment is due. At last they came for settlement and i have settled the amount more than what i used. But the bank has given my name to CIBIL. If i have paid the amount why should the bank give my name to CIBIL?

Is I am fraud or the Bank? I want my name to be removed from the CIBIL black list immediately or I am going to file a case against the HDFC bank regarding this issue with consumer court and the bank has to face the problem. I have the payment details clear and the mails which I have sent and the reply mails from the bank regarding this issue.

I have purchase a policy ( Sampoorn Samridhi insurance plan) from HDFC Life Insurance on 16th October 2011, with this assurance that you will pay Rs. 30000/- P.A. for 5 year total deposit 150000/-( One lacks fifty thousand), after five year you will get Rs. 240750/-(Two Lacks forty thousand seven hundred fifty) and up to 99 year life insurance of Rs. 1 lacks & a tour package worth Rs. 21000/- . On 22nd October 2011 I got a call that your Bond has been sent to your address through “Tri chakra courier” within 3- 4 days you will get it. But I didn’t get the bond. I call to customer care so many times in November 2011 but didn’t get any satisfactory answer.
On 16th November 2011 I’ve get a computerized call that your bond has return to us with the note “address sifted”.
Then I call to customer care and tell them that my address is the same as mentioned in the form, how can you say that address has been sifted?
They give me a complaint no. and tell, within 15 days you will get your bond.
On 26th of November 2011 I get the bond through “Overnite express”. I open the bond and read it I found that I’ve been cheated. As per the commitment of the HDFC people ( Vishal Malhorta –Cell no. [protected] & Vikash Kapoor cell no. [protected]) there is not any single word match to their commitment as they told me at the time of selling the policy. These people are black spot for the company.
So I decided to cancel the policy and get my money back. On 28th of November 2011 I went to the HDFC Life Halwasia Court Lucknow office. They told me that your look-in period is over and you cannot cancel the policy, I told them that I have 30 days look-in period after receiving the policy bond as per mentioned in the bond. On 29th November I again went the branch after so many arguments they received the policy with an application and told me that the consumer grievance cell will look into the matter within 10 days you will get the call from there.
You are requested please look into the matter and do the need full and get my money back ASAP.

1> WHEN SIGNING THE AGREEMENT THE AGENT TOLD US THAT YOUR PROCESSING FEE APPROVAL HAS COME AND YOU HAVE TO PAY RS 2120.

2> AFTER THE SIGNING OF THE AGREEMENT THE AGENT TOLD US THAT WITHIN 48HRS UR AMOUNT WILL BE DISBURSED TO TATA MOTORS.

3> AFTER 48HRS I CALLED UP THE AGENT HE SAID "THE TATA MOTORS ARE NOT RELEASING THE AMOUNT AND THAT IS WHY THE WHOLE PROBLEM IS HAPPENING.

4> I CALLED UP TATA MOTORS AGENT HE SHOWED ME ALL THE PAPERS AND THE AMOUNT RELATED TO MY CAR WHICH WERE SENT TO HDFC BANK.

5> AFTER 5 DAYS I CALLED THE AREA MANAGER MR SURUJIT SAHA.HE SAID HE WILL GET IT DONE IN 2 DAYS.

6> AFTER 2 DAYS I CALLED THE AREA MANAGER HE SAID IT WILL TAKE TIME AS PROCESSING FEE APPROVAL HAD NOT COME YET.I TOLD HIM THAT UR AGENT HAD SAID TO US THAT THE APPROVAL HAS COME AND THEN ONLY WE SIGNED THE PAPERS.HE ACCEPTED THAT IT WAS THE FAULT OF THE AGENT.AND AFTER THAT HE DISCONNECTED THE PHONE ON MY FACE AND WHEN I CALLED HIM BACK BUT HE DID'NT BOTHER TO PICK OR REVERT BACK.

7> AFTER 12 DAYS MY AMOUNT WAS DISBURSED....

8> AFTER THE APPROVAL THE COMPANY HAD BROUGHT THE CAR TO THE SHOWROOM AS THE AGENT TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 2 DAYS TO CLEAR THE AMOUNT AND ON THE 3RD DAY U CAN TAKE THE DELIVERY.

9> THE COMPANY HAD TO KEEP THE CAR IN THE SHOWROOM FOR 7 DAYS WHICH CAUSED SOME SCRATCHES TO MY CAR.....

10> I WOULD LIKE SOME TO CALL ME BACK AND PROVIDE ME WITH COMPENSATION.

AS THIS A STRAIGHT CASE OF FRAUD AND CHEATING AS NO COMPANY CAN SIGN A CONTRACT BEFORE GETTING A PROCESSING FEE APPROVAL.

THIS WAS NOT EXPECTED BY HDFC BANK AND I AM NOT AL ALL SATISFIED WITH SERVICE AND THE HELP GIVEN TO ME.

I WOULD LIKE THE BANK TO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE AGENT AND THE AREA MANAGER AS THEY JUST COMPLICATED THE ISSUE AND WERE PLAYING THE BLAME GAME.

I WAS HARASSED AS EVEN AFTER CALLING 15 TIMES IN A DAY NEITHER THE AGENT NOR THE AREA MANAGER PICKED UP MY CALL.

WHENEVER THEY PICKED UP MY CALL SAID I AM IN A MEETING WILL CALL YOU LATER....

I WANT SOMEONE TO CALL ME ASAP......

Thay Replay My New ATM dispatched to Kalyani Branch .on[protected] i went to kalyani branch For collect my ATM They Replay no recive eny atm card.

Till Now 52 Days Gone & How Many day I wating Just for an ATM Card.

I am unhappy with the quality of customer service of HDFC Ref-55K20459,ref[protected]] Bank has offered to me from the past couple of weeks and I am writing to seek a remedy. I had opened a NRE A/C No:[protected] NRO A/C No:[protected] also given a cheque of $600 dated 15/08/2011 is not yet credited my account also i cant do the third party transfer so that the amount which I had already send to the account is blocked.

After reviewing there reply letters from HDFC bank also refereed to previous communication From HDFC bank Representative and in particularly they had looked into this mater I can't wait for so long.this is totally unfair.and causing me a lot. I really felt that the concerned section must have resolved this problem today but unfortunate.

I would like to have this problem resolved quickly, I will consider lodging a formal complaint.

So Dear HDFC Bank ,

I am approving the above details myself as i am the victim of taking personal loan and not paying the further installments after 1.3 years of my loan disbursement.

Summary: As i already stated that I only paid the 1.3 years installments out of 3 years installments to HDFC Bank and still there is 2.75 years installments is left for paying out to HDFC Bank,,,So i noticed from few last months that the HDFC Bank collection agents started harrasing me.......That is very natural i do not have any complaints regarding this from HDFC bank.

Reason for not paying out my installments: Dear HDFC Bank, I am a victim of recent recession , as when i was working in a good CMM-Level-4 company ( R Systems ) then i have taken a loan from HDFC Bank and as when recession comes then after that I was lay off from R Systems and this leads to the non payment of my further installments due to the non availability of my saving account balances.
and after that i was tried for a job for two months but i could not find that and after that i have been married and i was left to my home place after my marriage due to the Most worst Recession Period that we faced all indians.
And after some months on my marriage i again decides to get a good job as i am B.tech. Computers that why so.
But unfortunately after trying some time i was met to a severe accident and my right leg was got fractured and i again set to bed for next 5-6 months......

This is enough and i just want to say that i am still is JobLess and as the HDFC Bank harrasing me day by day now a days so i have decide to settle the whole amount at one time with the help of my Relatives/ friends and Parents.......

So I requested to you Dear HDFC Bank Please show your mercy on me and please call me and please settle my loan account as soon as possible as one time settlement.

I have applied for Personal Loan vide application reference number is 19721086 dated 10 Sep 2011 based pre-inquiry done with HDFC Bank. The rate of Interest was fixed as 15.5% after 4 stage of discussion i.e. preliminary inquiry with HDFC Bank rep, during documents collection and verification and during HDFC welcome call. Please note that the Welcome call has been telephonically recorded at HDFC side and the rate of interest of 15.5 was very well discussed during the time of discussion. At later stage, I have lodged complaint for vast delay in sanctioning loan as they promised within 3 days during initial commitment. However, HDFC later they came to me verbally and in writing that they have communicated to me only 16.75% during Welcome call. I have asked the HDFC to play the Welcome call recorded. They have denied to do so initially. After repeated complaints with HDFC PNO office, they have informed that they have not recorded the Welcome Call at all.

In view of the above, I understood that HDFC Bank is a fraud bank. Later on I have asked the Policy of Customer Complaint Handling, Compensation, Teleettiqutte and personal Loan processing procudure from the Bank to disclose the documents for Banking Transparancy. Tilldate Mr. Ratan Kumar Kesh, Who is the PNO was not replied to the documents, Which i have sought.

In view above, I request all our friend do not even think of HDFC FRAUD BANK .

Dear Sir,

I have taken mediclaim policy from HDFC ERGO, iam admitted in hospital due to aastha attack, all documents with regards to my illness already been submitted to their Hydrabad office, after this they have asked my about previous history of aasthma but it was not there for this doctor certificate also submitted.

Now they are telling claim is rejected.

Please help me to get my claim
