Iam holding my savings account in HDFC Bank, vellaiyanchettiyar branch, (A/C no:[protected]), i dropped my hdfc cheque for rs.5110 towards citibank payment, my cheque has been bounced due to signature differs as per hdfc clearing department report.

I got my cheque and verified with the branch, there is no mismatching.

This is regarding the patetic service from HDFC Bank, I have opened the account some 2 years back and i havent recieved the online transfer facility till now even after repeated request to branch in sarjapoor road bangalore. On top of that bank has deducted almost 2000 rs till now without intimation. these 2000 includes like minimum balance charges and so many other charges. for all these i have not recieved any notifcation...
