This is mail regards to my credit card that i raised request to close my credit card however every month i received message that in the month of Sept due amount is -55, in the month of Nov due amount is Rs 234, in the month of Dec due amount is Rs 239, in the month of Jan due amount is Rs 245.Called Hdfc regarding this issue spoke with rajendra he told me that your card has been handled by collection team also he raised complaint with complaint no [protected] and then i got call from collection team spoke with Lovepreet she stated your card has been suspended however due amount is Rs 245 .She is very unprofessional during the call when i told her i am not going to pay single amount then she stated do as your wish even not once she empathize .I am dissatisfied with credit card service department everytime i spoke to different executive and they told me a new story.I have call recordings also in which representative stated that there is no outstanding amount in credit card ending 4629.Now as per last conversation paid all my due amount on credit card .Please cancel my credit card also send me an email that no outstanding amount on credit card ending with 4629 along with NOC mail

    I am un-emoloyed from past couple of years, due to which not able to maintain sufficient balance in Hdfc bank but, still HDFC bank charged penalty of RS.2114 due to insufficient balance. This is pathetic service and also not able to reach to customer care.

      Bank has deducted a huge sum of amount as debit return charges.

      Almost 130% of the emi that got bounced due to a delay in salary credit.

      I would like to know what is wrong with bank.

      I have never ever missed any EMI. I am sure that bank can waiver this charges as I have been a member of bank for more than 6 Years.

          i am a customer of hdfc bank south extension deffance colony new delhi.
          sir since last year i am not mentaning my avg balance due to loss in busseness with covid 19 pendanimic setuation.in this period hdfc bank five times money deducated from my a/c like 2124/-*5 times.
          in this pendanimic setuation not a good step taken by bank, its totelly wrong.please reverse my all deducted money back as soon as possible nighter i will closed my a/c from this bank.

            Dear sir
            Today i hv recieved call from hdfc life representative.[protected]
            She said i hv one lapse policy and i hv paid only 1 year premium from total 7. And now to close policy final settledown option is available.She provided a mobile number of Mr Sanjiv Sharma and asked me to talk to him to activate CRN and after 72 hours, the amount will be credited to govt account.
            She recited my mobile, PAN and address details.But i don't remember such policy i hv taken.

            He provided below detail.
            Policy no. 20645118
            Issue date. 31/03/2013
            Paid premium. 50000
            Current value. 174340.25

            Please confirm it is correct?

              I have taken Personal loan and was not able to pay emi as I didn't get my salary in lockdown, even sometimes it was coming just 30% in-hand.
              Since past couple of months i paid 3emi's in 1 months that is 12188 x 3 =36546rs, every month for last 4months so now the problem is I have lost my job when I was arranging the money for last emi and right now I am jobless it happened last week .
              Now again this guy called Mandar is continuously calling and harrassing me n threatening me even he is sending bank person to visit my house. When i am jobless I don't have money from where should I pay

                    Hi, Today 1/17/2022 I have used FASTag service from HDFC Bank, 200 amount has been deducted and a Customer Id is[protected] along with wallet ID was created, but i donot see any status of FASTag card to home delivery option. Do we need to pay additional fee to receive card or will the card get delivered.. home delivery status link is not in use at all. please correct the link...

                      This is in regards to the term insurance policy under my husband's name KK Jha from HDFC Life, Policy Number 22499085.

                      We have registered the claim under CL-[protected]. The claim was rejected.
                      The claim is incorrectly rejected stating we kept hidden the health details of the policy holder but the policy was issued only after the complete health checkup performed by HDFC. Hence the reason for rejection of the claim is not valid.

                      My husband has mentioned everything correctly on the form and no information was withheld from our side. Yes his sugar level took a significant hike at the time of admission to the hospital but that was due to covid medication.

                      We have been trying to get a result on the same policy since October but every time we are given a different date by HDFC. We have asked to review this reason multiple times but every time they are giving the same reason without acknowledging the fact that policy was issued after the complete health checkup.

                      When we 1st complained we received a mail stating the Claim Review Committee will address this concern and will get back to us by 11 December 2021, but no communication was made.
                      When we mailed HDFC then we got a reply stating again the claim review committee will get back to us after 12th Jan 2022
                      And now again we got a date of 8th Feb from HDFC.
                      But no one is acknowledging the fact that policy was issued after performing a full body checkup, now the same policy is being revoked on the ground that health information was withheld.
                      From the month of October we are just being given the same response with a new date. As if no one is listening to us. The company is just playing around now and now it has reached to a point of mental harassment.

                          Dear Team,

                          I visited the HDFC branch(secunderabad) on Nov11, 2021 to convey the incident details, where in bank
                          official s have confirmed that there are not having payment detail of last transactions which i paid
                          the cash to bank official who have collected at my residence permisses(i have called customer care to
                          collect the amount as i was shifting to hyderabad from mumbai in 2008, cheque was denied by them
                          accordingly cash was provided to collecting official)

                          There were no communication in between the period 2008 to 2021 to me interms of letter or Mail or SMS

                          One of the official has confirmed to pay the amount approx 5700/- on Nov 11, 2021.to clear the two
                          transactions amounting of 850 rs /-

                          As i have applied the loan amount 1.5 crore amount and it is was on hold due to CIBIL score (which was
                          reduced due to two enteries -One is pertain to vehicle loan -mentioned transaction

                          Second line item:

                          I have not applied for credit card and not recieved the card also However in CIBIL plat form it is
                          mentioned as zero transactions and settlement done

                          I have paid the amount of rs 5700/- to bank to clear the loan entry from CIBIL

                          Needful required in two aspects

                          1) Removal of both the line enteries from CIBIL plat form

                          2) Reversal of amount paid for Clarence (Rs 5700/- loan number[protected]

                            To HDFC Bank Credit card manager,

                            Credit Card Application Red No.22A[protected]SF

                            I have got a call from HDFC bank for Credit card about a week ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for Credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got SMS with my ref number. then got 2 3 verification calls one my Mobile.

                            Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i have checked the Application Status of my Credit Card application to enquire about the status. It showed that my application is declined.

                            This is pathetic. Being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

                            I am highly disappointed with HDFC bank service.

                                  MI Revenue Charges

                                  Hi Team,
                                  Recently opened salary account in HDFC and after 2 days of account activation the bank charged me of Rs.589 for Mirevenue hold through GEFU charges. My salary will be credited in account last working day. Could you retain this charges ASAP....

                                  मेने ४ जनबरी २०२२ रुपये 8500 की पेमेंट अपने paytm अकाउंट से अपने क्रेडिट कार्ड की पेमेंट की थी
                                  मेरे paytm अकाउंट में किसी और का भी कार्ड ऐड था में उस दिन थोड़ी जल्द बाज़ी में था तो मेने पेमेंट कर दी और कुछ दिन बाद मुझे मेने अपना HDFC क्रेडिट कार्ड देखा तो उसमे overdue charges लग चुके थे तब मुझे पता चला मेने गलत कार्ड में पेमेंट कर है और मेरे paytm कार्ड होल्डर नाम भी नहीं शो कर रहा न ही कार्ड के पुरे digit show कार्ड starting six digit और आखिरी के four digit दिख रहे मेरे आप से अनुरोध है की मेरी पेमेंट मुझे बापस (Refund) करदी जाये में पेमेंट की डिटेल्स अटैच्ड कर रहा हु
