I made IMPS transfer to my wife on 31/01/2022 however it shows status processor down my account got debited but beneficiary account not credited

    Rs. 531 has been charged for ACH Debit return Charges from my HDFC Bank Saving Account. In pandemic I couldn't maintain my account, so I requested you to reverse my charges I shall be thankful to you.

      Still HDFC bank has Deducted DEBIT CARD ANNUAL FEE-Nov[protected]MIR[protected]twice)

      21 Jan 2022 DEBIT CARD ANNUAL FEE-Nov[protected]MIR[protected] INR 364.66

      14 Dec 2021 DEBIT CARD ANNUAL FEE-Nov[protected]MIR[protected] INR 398.33

      They are so poor in giving service to the customers, and just want to loot customers. Also there has INR 1400 deducted for not maintaining the balance for zero balance account. When will I get that refunded?

        I transferred 179000 to other bank through imps and i got time out error and my money got debited and it's not credited to beneficiary account. Why can't you just revert money to my account if you knew that there is timeout error. You guys just play with customers money like this by giving worst service

          My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my last company, so once i left the company on march 2021 another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) in the month of november 2021 i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card . I logged into account on jan 2022 and i see that i have rs - 2895 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

            Refer to above sub I write to inform u that I have opened my sb account online and

            I have opened account on 27/12/2021 on same day I have submitted my kyc documents in peenya branch, Mayur complex, kiadb road,

            But till today I have not received my welcome kit I am unable to operate my account

              The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 8142. as mi revenue hold through gefu, account details is

                  Hi,
                  Req sir/mam,
                  I am valuable customer in your bank from last 4 years. In January 2020 i got some offer from your bank regarding loan called jumbo and at that time i also have credit card number - [protected]
                  I regularly paid whole installments mostly. If any transactions was delayed i paid extra charges to bank.
                  But this time i got accident on 22 dec 2021
                  I got my right hand scapula fracture and supraspine muscle injury in my shoulder n i went on bed rest for 37 days. I didnt work my whole work stopped.
                  All was going good my recovery n every thing then installment of your bank has came they started caling me daily from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm. I told them that i met an accident will pay next month.
                  But they started yelling on me . They started threatening me. They said they will do FIR against me. They abused me, they said they sent court notice. That i am a 420 person they behave very bad .I really feel very bad, i m very stressed how they r behaving. They said they will sent me behind the bars. They call me 420, lier, thief, family based abusing.they called daily around 60 to seventy times
                  Some times they r police vale some time advocate sometimes recovery vale dont know whats going on.
                  They pressured me alot. Just bcoz i didn't pay only 13000 installment of both loans they behaving like i am a thief. Further they starting whatsapp calls messaging moreover called on my relative number how they got number
                  Without taking my permission how they contact my relative, Without any intimation they send executive in my home on 28 jan 2022. I feel so embarrassed at that time. Bcoz of these things i faced alot
                  I m in guilt, i will not going to leave this now,
                  Bcoz from last 15days i didn't sleep i got traumas
                  I m in depression, bcoz of this i got financial loss
                  I hv all the proofs
                  I will not leave them
                  Totally family dispute they create
                  They create a mess in my family
                  Moreover in relatives my image they spoil everything
                  How i face my relatives? They are heart less
                  I cnt believe that hdfc a multi brand
                  Workers doing these type of things
                  I need justice, i will go everyside wherever i hv my rights
                  i will not spare them
                  I m going to attach some screen shots of calls then u will get to know n judge the things correctly

But when it was credited from Innovation it was not relflecting in my bank balance. bank balance is remains same ZERO balance. As Iam an employee in a company, this is my Salary Account. Iam trying to connect with local netbanking team, but Iam unable to connect with them.So please take it as a complaint and stop this transactions and return my money back to my account.Thank you

                        Please note that I have taken a Auto Loan from HDFC Bank vide Loan No. 24369648. The loan have already been completed on May'2018. But till date NOC have not been received. Neither they are providing me the NOC nor they are telling me the reason of not getting the NOC.
                        Please help!!!...

                        I had purchased HDFC Life Insurance Policies from HDFC bank, Drive-in road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on the insistence Ms Tanvi, in 2014. I received the policy from Mumbai HDFC Bank. Address mentioned in the policy is HDFC Bank Ltd Sandoz House, 2nd Floor Shiv Sagar Estate, Dr Annie Besant Road, Worli Mumbai, Maharashta. Policy no. is 16716621 and 16810599. Payment was done directly from my account of HDFC bank, Ahmedabad.

                        After this purchase, I received a phone call from Mr. Rahul Aggrawal (mobile no. [protected]) HDFC Life Agent from Delhi proclaiming the policy allotted is a wrong plan and he insisted me the transfer the fund to other policy which will be beneficial.
                        He further suggested to pay Rs. 1, 00, 000 for the HDFC Life super income plan policy by cheque. Since he said the local branch will not be help in the plan change, he asked me to courier the cheque to HDFC life Nagpur branch.

                        I couriered the cheque of HDFC bank, cheque no. 932072 on 25/06/2014 from Maruti courier Service PVT. LTD, P.G. agency: 7, Premchandnagar Raw House, Judges Bunglow Road, Ahmedabad. The courier was done in the name of Surgeet Majitrhia HDFC LIFE, Nagpur. Courier number is [protected].
                        I received the HDFC Life Super Income Plan policy from Delhi from the agent SMC Insurance Brokers PVT. LTD. Address mentioned in the policy is 9B, Netaji Subhash Marg Daryagnaj Delhi, Code 00446466, License no. 289. Policy No. 16945884.
                        The branch office mentioned in the policy is HDFC SL Nagpur-Central Avenue, 1st Floor Rajmahal Complex, Central Avenue Road Lakardganj. Above Axis Bank, Nagpur, 440008. Telephone Nos. [protected]. Registered office. Lodha Excelus, 13th Floor, Apollo Mills Compound, N.M Joshi Marg, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai 400011.

                        In the month of June 2016, Mr Rahul called me asked me to pay premium by cheque. I couriered the cheque of Rs. 1, 60, 000 from State Bank of India, SG Highway branch, SME branch, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 11/06/2015. The Cheque no. is 4228. The courier was done from the same maruti courier in the name of classic world. Courier number is[protected].

                        Again Mr Rahul called me asked me to pay Rs. 1, 40, 000. I paid online by NEFT from State Bank of India, SG Highway branch, SME branch, Ahmedabad. NEFT transfer was done in name of Standard city on 25/06/2015. NFFT SBIN[protected]

                        On 25/08/2015, Mr Rahul again asked me pay Rs 1, 00, 000 online on HDFC portal. Payment was done from State Bank of India, SG Highway branch, SME branch, Ahmedabad. Reference No. is IG0AOVUDM8. The amount was transferred to[protected].

                        He used to be in constant contact with me and also updated me the all the amount is transferred to your policy but the local branch agents are not allowing your premium to be deposited in your account as their do not get the commission.

                        Meanwhile on 1/01/2016, Mr Rahul ask me the transfer Rs. 1, 00, 000 premium online by NEFT. The transfer of the amount was done from State Bank of India, SG Highway branch, SME branch, Ahmedabad. NEFT was in the name of Kotak Value CA. NEFT SBIN[protected]. Reference No. IR81259029. Credit Account Number [protected], Credit Bank ALLAHABAD BANK, Credit Branch BINDWAL JAIRAJPUR.

                        Since last six month, I am unable to contact Mr Rahul Aggrawal.
                        I contacted local branch for the updating my policy, they informed that the premium is not paid in your account. They are not ready to help.

                        I have also received message and email from HDFC Life on[protected] that my premium payment of Rs.365071 is in process of transfer in my account. Yet money is not been transferred.
                        I again received email from HDFC life on[protected] stating the amount is in process of transfer in my account.

                        I request you to look in to matter and do needful

                          Hi

                          I was blocked my domestic and international credit limit on my credit card but someone used 8500 on my card

                          Before used bank sent me email that someone trying to use your card on apple iTunes and declined and they were sent me email and told me they temp block my card

                          After 5 days I received message 8500 successfully transaction on my card but I already disabled my card domestic and international uses
                          I attached files for hdfc sent email to me they sent me 13 jan 2022 to we blocked tem card then 21 someone used my card
                          How it is possible when i block domestic and international uses my card and hdfc also tem blocked
                          I emailed bank but they didn’t answer me till now

                            I have hdfc sal account and get personal loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi 1400 but once i coudn't maintains balance in account and that time i was charged with overdue charge which is around 536.Now, after a month they charge me 236 rs for emi rtn charges. If i have already paid overdue charges then why hdfc is again charging with emi rtn charges.

                              Hi sir Myself Ajay pradeep shinde. Sir I am using ur credit card for the past 4-5years and done ur payment on time excepting in covid times were my job not fix still I done all ur payments including late fees. My statement generate on 16th of every month and my due date toake payment is 5th of every month On 5th of this month I had to do the payment of rs 1200 which I hadn't done on time so it's right to charge me for same but why had charged me 1300 rs instead of 108rs.So I am requesting you to waive me 1300rs as the due date for current outstanding is 5th feb so why and for what u are charging me 1300rs as my last outstanding amount was only 1200rs.So plz do these needfull for me. Thanks.

                                  Manigandan Soundarajan was assigned as my relatinship manager. I had just given a simple request that my credit is expired and new card delivery attempted to office address.. due to covid all offices were closed. hence seeked his help to get the card delivered to home branch of house.. But said various reasons and forced us to initiate a new credit card request and went on leave without updating the status.. From oct-nov 2021 we are waiting for this single service request to be fulfilled.. Today he called again and talking without any sense of customer pain experienced during this last 3-4 months.. Since i use HDFC card only, i was with no option to wait.. thsi forced me to look for other bank cards, now atleast i had 2 more cards in my wallet.. Thanks to mr manikangan (who calls from Coimbatore branch)

                                      My name is sonia toppo. I have a credit card from HDFC bank . My payment for this month was due because of some reasons . i have been paying my dues every time. Today priyanka jena ( hdfc nayapalli Bhubaneswar) called me and spoke very rudely. I informed her that i am admit in a hospital and asked her for a link to pay. She shouted at me saying, pay immediately or our executive is going to the hospital to take the payment. Somehow i made the payment. This is a very unprofessional behaviour. I am insulted and abused in a way. And discouraged to use hdfc credit card further. I am going to close my account as well.
