I'm HDFC Bank Credit card Customer (Don't have SB Account), I'm using Credit Card almost from 5 years.
3 Years back, I tried to update mobile number and fill the form, drop down forms in HDFC Bank ATM, No updates and filled the form again after few days, still no update.
When checked with customer care, They said you signature is miss match(As I have done different signatures when I applied for credit card).
Since i had old number with me, I left it.
Now recently I have shifted to different address, and My card got expired, HDFC dispatched new card, Blue dart guy called and said since i moved to different address, he is sending back card to HDFC.
Now, I called Customer Service, they said i need to update the address, I asked them, already two times HDFC rejected to update my mobile number due to signature mismatch, If i send update address form again Signature mismatch will happen.
Customer Service guy said me to fill the form for Signature mismatch and drop down in HDFC ATM.
When i download, i could see signature mismatch form having two tab one with old signature and another with new signature.
I don't know, how can they ask for old signature, if i'm aware on old signature, i could have already put same signature to update my mobile number.
Now, I have filled KYC and put it in drop down box in HDFC bank.
Please let me know how can i get my card, I'm ready to close the HDFC Credit card, since service is illogical, i din't find any difficulties in changing address and mobile number in other banks, it was very smooth and secure.
Reaching customer Care person is one more Challenge, IVR options are pathetic.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The offer stated that within 90 days (almost 3 months) the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 8months yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details
Its a fraud!
Hdfc bank is a scam...
