I had applied for a credit card and submitted all the documents 15 days back. your bank had confirmed from my office address also. Till date i have not recieved any confirmation number. now the representative is also not attending my call.His name is bala.The chennai number is also not attending. I have furnished the documents. If i dont fulfill your criteria then my documents should have been returned and i should have been cofirmed why my application is rejected.

    Hello,

    I am Nanda Gopal Kanhiya and I'm working with HSBC-EDPI for the past 6 years.
    My loans that I have taken have all been paid for. I have the clearance papers. My personal loan, the auto loan, everything has been paid for however, when I went to apply for a loan recently, it still hows unclear in the CIBIL report and shows me in the defaulter list. Please let me know of futher action to get this cleared once and for all. If I have to send the copy of the clearance documents etc. for proof.

      Actually I had submitted my complaint regarding credit card and also I've complant against channei HQ at grievance centre - and my compaint no.- [protected]. the told me that we will send you a settlement letter to your email id but today they have debited all amount 25204/- from my account.
      yesterday I've received a call from recovery side and i didn't agree a terms of them which are they told me.all the terms are one sided thats why i refused so they cut the phone and after that i called up a other no which were mentioned on notice. but that concerned lady suparna sharma told me that if you have agree with our term or not we will debit on your account tomorrow(14/08/2010)
      its all they have done like done as DON so please suggeset me what is the proceedure if i want to complaint against which is the best way for me. its not only my metter. it is metter all that conerned persons who are suffering from them.

        Respected Sir,

        My Self Rupesh. I had already Done Settlemet with HDFC Bank on 31.12.2009 but when i applied for the Car Loan on 01.08.2010 at HDFC Bank so bank said that your name is displaing in the CIBIL Record for the redit card Outstanding amount while i had already paid the settlement amount and i am having Origional Settlement Letter which had give to me on behalf of HDFC Bank.

        So I amfacing Problem to avail this loan .My CIBIL Score is 745.

        So request you to please do the needful so today or in future i will be not facing this problem.

            Dear Sir,
            I m having a corporate account in HDFC BANK through RANBAXY LABORATORIES LIMITED, since 4 years. Account is of Moradabad branch, now i have been pramoted to Ghaziabad. Sir on 05/08/10 at 1:58 pm i i have withdroled Rs 1,000 from my debit card and forgot the debit card in ATM machine of RAJNAGAR GHAZIABAD BRANCH, very next person to me in the ATM has withdroled Rs 15,000 from my card at 2:00 pm and on the very next day he has done shopping from my card of Rs 4,000 near about. Dear Sir i have blocked my card on the very next day when i have come too know.
            and also submmited the CDF form in my home branch on 09/08/10,but not getting any response.
            Dear Sir, I request you please look in to the matter and take a prompt action.

              I would like to complain against the HDFC credit card department which has the similiar system as we had in middle ages during the time of "Soodhkhor" (people who lent money to poor whose family members, generation after generation, spent their whole life repaying just the interest.
              HDFC bank has adapted the same method - they provide you will credit card and see to it (they use different tactics for this) that you do not repay the full amount - every month you are just paying the late fee (600 INR), finance charges-retail (737.49 INR), service tax (133.74 INR), cess tax (4.01)=1475.24 INR per month!
              Their team is hiding behind the phone - you do not have the possibility of meeting any person physically (of course for issuance or payment of penalities one unknown person will come to collect the forms-when you say you want to pay to the same person the amount owed, they find some excuse or the other (month closing) in order not to collect it!). Moreover when you persist they stop answering your phone calls:

              They have the audacity to write the following in their mail:
              "HDFC Bank declared 'Best Private Bank in India' in the Euromoney Private Banking Survey 2010."
              If any educated person like me is facing such problem you can imagine how difficult it must be for an uneducated person to handle them.
              I request you to take some SERIOUS ACTION against HDFC Bank and make them pay a big penality so that no bank dares to steal people's hard-earned money.

                  HDFC has deducted Rs.50323 and Rs. 65240 blocked against a claim of Credit Card Payment.

                  I have a corporate savings account with HDFC Bank. On 21st May 2010 I got to know that bank have blocked and deducted all my money (Rs. 50323) and that too sent the notice to my company address. Actually I am on medical leave form last 5 months because I have diagnosed with critical ill and still undergoing on treatment. It is very sad, painful and HARASSMENT for me. The person who is not well and spending money on his health and happening like this is a not at all good, digested and leads to mental HARASSMENT.

                  The same kind of blocking process repeated on 10th Aug 2010 now, again I got a notice from the bank they have blocked all money (Rs. 65240). I have kept all these amount for my further medical treatment. I kept this amount for my further treatment ,till now I have spent 5 lacks up on my health.
                  I tried many times to call the legal dept mentioned on the notice no one is picking the phone. If anything went wrong for me Bank will be the responsible.

                  I would kindly request your intervention at the earliest to resolve this issue as me and my family is in mental trauma just because of the Bank’s behavior. Hence ensure to get release my blocked money and the settlement letter.

                    This is to request you that my name has been updated falsely in CIBIL report for using the HDFC Bank Credit Card whereas I have never used any credit card. The Credit Card was in the name of Shailja who was living on rent at my Address. She has also taken an Add-on falsely in my name whereas I was not even aware of the fact. Pls get my name removed from CIBIL as i have not used the credit card. The concerned person Shailja has left my residence and moved to Mumbai. I am working as Cluster Head in a Life Insurance Co. and getting good and respectable salary. Sir Its my humble request to get my name removed from CIBIL.

                      I had appllied and received a credit cards from HDFC bank . they hadn't properly intructed me in the mean time i didn't get my cards bills, i noticed from SMS that company had heavyly charged me unnecessarily. I requested for bills again and when i received the bills, i was shocked to see an amount of Rs.2000/- charged me unnecessarily. i complaint for that ammount but they told me to deposit Rs. 2500/- in credit cards account then we will waive off your Rs.2000/- (charged ammount) and that time i had deposited Rs.3000/- in my credit card account and they waived off that particular ammount. in the mean while(April2009) i had visited chandigarh and done some shopping but i realized that time my card not activated from them. when i came back after one week and called recovery centre for activation of my card. that time my due ammount was near about Rs.20000/- inclueded all charges. because my card was not activated hence i didn't deposit any money.

                      I was asked from recovery side to deposit Rs.1000/- but it was not sure wheather my card will be activated or not.but still i was ready to deposit the amount but due to my personal commitment it delayed one or two days and same time i recieved a call from recovery side and she misbehaived me and quoted me " AGAR APKI AUKAT NAHI THI VAPIS KARNE KI TO PAISE KYO KHARCH KIYE " to this i got annoyed and didn't deposit any money. then i recieved a call from RITIKA from recovery agency and she appolozied on behalf of her. then i deposited Rs.1100/- on her request in my account and she promised me waivedoff all the charges and activate card also within 15 days.

                      Nobody ask me up for a month thereafter. then i received a call again from RITIKA and she asked me a deposit balance amount. I required about the waived off charges which was pending a fault from them and i again requested card which was not done. she declined to give any waiver and insisted me to deposit the money.


                      then after a month a representative of recovery channel came with the due amount of Rs. 28000/-. He asked me for submit Rs. 5000/- and sattle for card acount. But I Refused for the same.

                      After few days,I received a letter form their Credit Card legal cell and immediatly I called up their mentioned number but same she didn't give me good response and she told me that your card will not be activated and if didn't deposit their full amount you will not get any banking service from HDFC. I was very tense that time and i didn't understand, what to do now. I again received a letter from HDFC BANK and mentioned their Mr. LALIT no.[protected]. I called up his no. and discussed all that things which was happend during that period. he promised me to clear all the dispute and sattle with Rs.20000/ but after two month I've also one opend new salary account in HDFC BANK and Credit Card department Hold my salary which was company cradited Rs.25,204/- on 30th july. after that i again called up to Lalit, he told me that i couln't help you but do one thing to call bank help no.[protected] and registered your compaint now. I call up their they told we didn't handle cradit cards queries so ragistered your compaint on credit card centre[protected].I ragistered my complaint their and Executive MEGHA told me that someone call you from our side within two days. when i didn't get any call from their side,I again called up and another Executive DEEPALI told me same wording. Nobody call me and I have received a letter from HDFC CREDIT CARDS DIVISION. And my balance amount is within one year 38,405.98 I shocked to see their amount and realized bank charge me up 50%. now they want to sattle with me hold that my particular amount Rs.25,204.00 but also said if you will not pay your all pending amount, always you will be defaulter of bank and will not get any any banking services.


                      Sir, I was discussing all that dispute regarding card with mr. Lalit from last two month.and he promised to resolved all dispute all. But now I realized they don't want to resolve my queries. they only want to hold my accout amount that why banks hold my amount without taking any explanation from me and hold my account if i didn't give any answer to them, credit card cell debit all amount 25,204/-from account without any explanation on dated 14/08/2010. bank didn't realized their fault. kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                        I’m Sumit Pandya working with "HDFC SALES Pvt Ltd" in Mumbai as a Relationship officer. I have a Salary Account in HDFC Bank (A/C# [protected]), on behalf of my company. My HDFC Bank Customer ID is 22075584. And also HDFC issued Credit Card number is [protected].

                        The card limit is Rs.40,000/-, but I had paid more than sixty thousand to the interest part.

                        in the resastion period my earning is not so much.So I fed up and ask for the solution, then the provided me a settlement.

                        I have called credit card division, they also replied that they do not have control and asked me to contact to Settlement department.

                        but there is no reply from HDFC credit card devision.

                        On 30th july 2010 , I was happy to take my salary to resolve my all money problems like my mother was in hospital and i am getting advanced from my company. But there was a big shock that the Bank Holds my salary money of Rs.86,295/-, Against credit card payment.

                        i just dont understand that my cradit card limit is Rs.40000/- i have not use above this money all extra charges that is bank charges. then how bank hold my money

                        NOW TELL ME IS IT CORRECT TO DO THIS OR NOT. I NEED A ANSWER FOR THIS IMMEDIATELY.BEACUSE EVERY PERSON IN THIS WORLD IS NOT NORMAL HUMAN BEING.

                        i am really suffering so much plz help me in to this matter.

                          I am Getting worst service form you HDFC branch Nashik.
                          I have submitted a form to change my name and address after my marriage. i subbmitted that form on 17th jul 2010 .they told me that it will change in 7 working days. i went in HDFC bank for confirmation after 10 days they told that it changed. but it not changed yet. as this is my salary account i am facing problems my company cant deposit my salary in account.such a worries service given by HDFC i cant believe.

                            I have a SB A/c with HDFC Bank opened in July 2008 with the feature of maintaining minimum balance of Rs 2500. HDFC Bank has increased the minimum balance to be maintained in SB A/c to Rs. 10000 on QAB basis w.e.f. 1.4.2010, but it was not informed to the customers. Now they have charged us for that with Rs. 834. When this was reported to my branch the Branch Manager behaved in a very rude manner and said it cannot be helped. At the same time another customer came and he also complained the same thing but branch manager still not accepted the lack of communication. Our email-id is updated with the bank and no such email was given to us to inform about this change. Despite the complaint there is no feedback from the bank. I am sure this must be the problem of many customers of HDFC Bank as the bank has not made adequate efforts in informing the customers. Kindly suggest what action can be taken and do the needful.

                              Hi,

                              I had purchased flight tickets on www.yatra.com worth Rs 76621/- using my HDFC Bank Credit Card, but I cancelled the tickets on the same day. Yatra.com credited back my money (Rs 76020 after deducting Rs 600 as handling charges) into my HDFC credit card on 15th July 2010. I called HDFC Credit Cards and they confirmed that the yatra.com has credited back the money into my HDFC credit card. My bank account is linked to credit card and HDFC credit cards auto-debit the amount of purchase made by using the credit card on 25th of every month. To avoid the same for the above transaction I called them on 16th July 2010 and the Call Center executive assured me that the amount of Rs 76020 will not be deducted from my bank account. However on 25th July 2010, they promptly deducted the amount from my bank account.

                              I came to know about this only on 31st July 2010 as I was assuming that this would never happen. Then I called their Customer Service and asked for an explanation despite informing and getting assurance from them about not deducting money from my bank account. They replied with a very silly reason that the since the amount to be refunded was Rs 76020 and not Rs 76621 (original amount of the transaction), hence the deduction. After that, the Call Center executive assured me that within 2 days i.e. 2nd Aug 2010, the amount of Rs 76020 would be credited back into my bank account, however the same did not happen on 2nd Aug 2010.

                              Hence I called them again on 2nd Aug 2010 and they asked me to wait for another 2 days. Today, it is 6th Aug 2010 and still I have not got back my money. Why can't they be prompt in refunding money as much as they are while deducting money. HDFC Credit cards is not trustworthy and is a cheater. Please do the needful to help me get my money back.

                                I had already post my problem... would like to give you some more input on the same couple of days back spoke to HDFC Bank regarding the same credit card issue they said against my card there was total Rs.22000/- outstanding as per there record i had done sttlement of Rs.11000/-.

                                also i have received mail reply from chennai customer care stating still i have to pay Rs.23135/- as it is outstatnding which i need to pay them no idea how they had calculated the same. i would request you to please look in the matter even i dont know what to do. if i done settlement then they should delete my name from CIBIL still is it reflecting.

                                I Jalinder Lokhande was using HDFC Credit Card [protected] i asked HDFC to close this card but they have not done any process since as per HDFC Bank i have some balance amount to pay i would request you to send me my statement of card so i can go throw with that & incase any thing require will try to work on the same but HDFC not having any details it seem my card closed in year2006 i need some details for the same.

                                Please treat this on priority because of this issue my name reflecting in CIBIL.

                                This refer to my clsoed credit card .
                                In this regards, I have cleared all the dues with credit balance and no dues email from Customer care

                                I had already post my problem to respective deppt. Of Credit card division, but there is more outstanding to your card account more input on the same couple of months back spoke to HDFC Bank.
                                I would request you to please look in the matter even i dont know what to do.
                                Kindly issue me no dues certificate and delete my name from CIBIL still is it reflecting as per my current Banker.

                                  Dear Consumer Court perssonnels,
                                  This is to inform you that the credit card department of HBFC Bank is mentally torturing for the credit card payments since 7-8 months. Since month of Nov 2009 it was informed to the bank that i would like to do the settlement and clear all the statements due till Nov 2009. I had also informed that due to perssonnel reasons i was unable to make the payments on time. The same was conveyed immediately looking at the bank statements in month of Aug 09. The bank didnt revert on the settlement and then in month of Mar 10 due to end of financial year i got a call from them regarding the settlement at that time they said i need to pay the entire amount till month of Mar'10. I had asked for a calrification regarding why there was a delay in the settlement of the credit card. They answered that the approval process takes time. I said since i have asked for the settlement in month of Nov 09 then why should i pay for extra 5 months (which includes the late payment fee and the service charges and the tax-total of 650 and more every month). They said very rudelly that if i dont have capacity to pay then why did i take the credit card. It was v rude and since then i have been hearing this every month and its v depressing . In month of May 10, i again got a call from the bank for the settlemet and the amount was 1500 stating that i will recieve the card closure letter within 30 days. I had made the payment and also a written conformation that the card is close. Today again i got the call from HDFC bamk for payments and they had no etticates to talk to aperson. It is very depressing and i hope you help me out from this as soon as possible. I look forward for your help and ready to help you in case required as this is getting on my nerves now.

                                    I have paid complete Credit card payment - but i still have not received the NOC from the company. One day i received a call they said i have to pay there dues. What to do. how and were to complaint ? they dont have there specific no - customer care don't deal with credit cared payments. .

                                    this is tanu rastogi nd i worked with hbl form 1st august07 till 1st june 08 and have given proper resignation but havnt recieved noc and even my salary slips and dont know about my pf account no so pls i am asking about my full and final sattlement pls provide me sum suggestion.

                                      Hi Sir,
                                      This is inform to you that my HDFC account on hold and i am unable to find my salary from my account, when i talk in customer care they told me that you have a health policy on your credit card...but sir belive me i don't recive any document regarding this policy and i i did't sign any document for this policy so please tell me how can it possible without sign any document....Sir please help me i m in very truble and when i talk to manger Ravi Sharma mob # [protected] he told me that you did't give the money and 6500 Rs. has been on hold by Bank....sir please solve and provide my money...

                                        I am one of the credit card holder of hdfc bank. one day had received a abusive call from their recovery department saying make the payment . i asked that lady i am sorry but have not received the bill now will make the payment by a transfer cheque today evening. she started her abusive language. then i went to the hdfc credit card manager where she said she will look in to and i demanded a apology mail from them and i said on recorded line whatever the interest you guys are adding is not my fault and will not pay now they made 10000 where as the actual amout i will have to pay was 6000. one day, without informing they have debited my salary account which is unfortunately with hdfc .

                                        still i demanded pls remove that interest i will make the payment . the lady with which i had chat replied she is not authrized to reply over the mail though she is sitting at customer care desk

                                        followi ng are the reference where i have just received the auto replies from hdfc. That means no one is there in the bank to look into the injustice.

                                        pls intervene.
