Home Loans

I have taken a 2 loan totalling 3 lacs from HDFC for an interest rate of 7.5 to 8% . Accordingly I had signed an agreement with HDFC for a monthly EMI of Rs.2868/-

Till date I have paid the said EMI of Rs.2868/- without fail.

But when inflation increased from 5 to 15 , HDFC had increased their interest rate to 13% from 8%.

Later inflation reached deflation of -2% from 15% , still HDFC did not...

I was a ex-bank employee of HDFC bank (after Centurian Bank of Punjab merged in HDFC BANK Ltd.)
On date 25th Jan08 when i was in Centurian Bank of Punjab Amt. of Rs. 50000/- was withdrawn from my account without my consent & without any reason. from Bikaner branch (eCBOP) As per system the txn was inputted by user RAVI5210E and authorised by ANU5949E.
