HI,
I got a SMS from HDFC on 15 jun 2010 mentioning that my ATM Debit pin is dispatched but till date i dont know where it has gone.I called up HDFC spoken with there executive she told gave complaint number.After a week i called them again spoken with there executive VICTOR on 02 jul 2010 he told me that i will received a call from there side on 03 jul 2010.In the evening at 7:45 pm i gave them a call again the person said that now i will received a call on MONDAY i.e 05 jul 2010.I asked him to send my ATM Pin at my residence address but he said from through phone banking he cannot do so.I fail to understand WHAT to do..............WILL I GET MY PIN ...........

I have been a customer of the HDFC bank through the corporate account from January 2005


I had asked for a new debit card three months back since i had lost my old card.I received the card but the ATM pin never arrived.Since then I have made 3 requests for the pin & it has not been provided still.Each time I make a request money is deducted from my account as 'PIN REGN CHARGES ' & 'ST & CESS ON DUPL PIN CHGS', this should not be the case since 1) the PIN has never reached me & 2) since the card that I have is a corporate card.


HDFC bank is soo cheap that they take charges for the services that have neverbeen provided.I am with out a PIN for the past 3 months & all my money is stuck in the account.The staffs at the bank is not bothered.I approached the Kalyanangar Branch & they tell me that i need to go the Kasturba Road Bank, & the kasturba road bank asks me to contact the customer care, so this brings me back to SQUARE ONE The staff at the banks is just not bothered, the pass the customer from one person to another as if in government offices.They are uninterested & not interested in the customer problems


The customer care is so mannerless, the talk rudely they waste time & do no work.I have to first wait for long time for me to get across to one customer service guy & I have to repeat the same story to each person that they passs me on to .Each department gives me a different story each time


The end result is that i have still not got my ATM pin.The bank & its staff has displayed the ultimate callous behaviour .IT is disgusting to be part of such a bank.

    Today I have visited Stephen House HDFC Branch at morning 9.45AM for Deposit Cash to my Account home branch is at Shyam Bazar, but they denied to take the cash. They has given the reason as a policy Cash is not accepted in Case of Salary Account. My Account is around 5 year old and I have not faced this type of problem ever before. Pls Provide me the Policy of Salary Account. in my mail account "[protected]@yahoo.co.in"

    Bull This is all Fake From HDFC bank. I lodged complaint regarding same problem 3 months back my account num is [protected], and i was being that now my accont is normal saving accnt i maintained qab of 30000 since then and yest i went to deposit cash and again they said they cant accept cash.HDFC is a big time sucker, , it sucks worst bank which i have seen.i am waiting for my PF then will close this bull
    same as above me too have visited to hdfc branch they denied me to deposit cash on my accout...plz provide me this facility on my account plz reply on my mail that is [protected]@gmail.com
    Is any RBI rule to deny cash deposit in HDFC salary a/c. Why they are not accepting cash deposit.

      Dear Sir/Mam,

      Around 1 month has been passed I have applied for Platinum Debit Card, I am yet to receive my card from the Bank, however I have received PIN for the same.............the problem is that the card I am using has been invalid due to new card issued for the same. Since I am not a net-banking user please let me know the option for which should Iproceed and also advice how can I register my self for net-banking if I have not logged in whithin 180 days from the date of open of account?????????

      HDFC Bank — non-reciept of ipinfor netbanking

      sir, i applied for netbanking via.phone banking on 17/12/2009.again on26/12/2009 and was assured to reach same within 7 or8 days.got an sms on 29/12/2009 for /dispatching the ipin to reach in 10 days.my request no was[protected].but sorry not reached till today.on dated08/01/2009 enquired but nothing in system.again request has been put on monday.my req.no is[protected].got an sms just now regarding dispatch of ipin today to reach in 10 days.see what happens?

      HDFC ATM DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS — NON RECEIPT OF BOTH THE CARDS

      MY HDFC ATM CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS WAS SLOLEN AT DELHI ON 02022010 AFTER THAT AFTERBLOCKING BOTH THE CARDS I APPLIED FOR BOTH THE CARDS AT DELHI BY EMAIL AND ALSO BT FAX ON 05022010 REF NO FA[protected].BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE CARDS NOR ANY INFORMATION, I CONTACTED CUSTMOR CARE TWICE AFTER A GAP OF ONE WEEK AND ASK THE STATUSOF MY CARDS, THE REPLY WAS THE SAMETHAT THE MATTER IS UNDER PROCESS,

      HDFC BANK LIMITED — Non receipt of debit card

      On 20th July 2010 at 09.36 a.m. HDFC BANK(through mobile number [protected]) sent SMS on mobile number [protected] which reads as under:-

      Your HDFC Bank Debit card has been dispatched via (AWB [protected]) through Express IT Courier to your registered mailing address with the bank. In case you do not reeive your card within 7 days Please contact HDFC Bank Phone banking.

      Today, when i contacted HDFC Bank Phone Banking Service, it has been understood that they have dispatched Debit card on 17th July 2010.

      To my surprise, till date I have not received my debit card. Does witin Mumbai, it take so much time for delivery of consignment?

        Dear Sirs,

        We had taken a housing loan from HDFC LTD (“The Company”), in the year 2006, whilst we were in Dubai, UAE. The loan was taken @ floating rate of interest, for buying a property in Ernakulam, Kerala, for Rs. 27 lakhs.

        We have had a host of issues with this company during the tenure of the loan, due to which we chose to make an early repayment and close the said loan within about 4 years of availing the same.

        We have observed that the company had increased the rate of interest whenever the market rate of interest had gone up. However, we have not seen them reducing the rate of interest charged to our account at the same speed, whenever the market rate of interest came down! When we had enquired regarding this unique phenomenon, the company officers, with whom we had interacted in Dubai and Ernakulam, had conveyed to me that it was appropriate as per their internal regulations. Furthermore, they said that we need to execute a fresh loan application and enter into a fresh loan agreement to avail the reduced market rate of interest. We believe that this might be an unfair trade practice by a large corporate, on their unorganized, isolated, hapless customers, which nobody would want to object.

        We were not aware of this “consumer complaints forum” untill now, when we actually stumbled upon it today.

        Is it possible to help us by taking up this issue with the company? Please forgive us if our understanding of floating rate interest loans is flawed.

          Respected Sir,

          With due respect, I beg to inform you that, I, Suman Mitra, am holding a credit card of HDFC Bank vide no. [protected] against my savings bank A/c No [protected] in same Bank from January 2008. Basically the above No. credit card was issued to me against my Savings Bank Account.

          Since month of February’09 I have been undergoing some financial crisis and not able to pay the credit card bill in proper time. The same had been updated to Bank in time properly. Suddenly in month of June’09 HDFC Bank Card Division had done a lien in my savings bank account due to the non payment of credit card bill without any prior intimation. I was in a very big financial trouble at that time and requested Bank to unhold my account but they did not bother & asked that was not possible for them to unhold a lien account and as per the Bank’s policy if once any Savings A/c can lien, Bank has no rights to free the account except debited lien amount.

          After a telephonic discussion with HDFC Executive I had made a visit to HDFC Bank credit Card Division Kolkata office but they neither supported me nor unhold my account. Next day after a long telephonic discussion we had come to a negotiation that a final amount of Rs.28,000/- ( Twenty Eight Thousand only ) as settlement against my dues. At that time they had deducted Rs. 24210.63 on 18.06.09 which had already held by the Bank, but did not hand over the settlement letter to me. After continuous follow up with Credit Card Division by E-Mail or by Telephone, Bank had updated me that the executive, whom I had made my settlement, had left the Organization & hence as of now I am not able to receive the settlement letter. At that time since the settlement letter was not provided and for that reason I had disagreed to pay any amount. Next month, I had to attain a Business Trip out side the state and had also informed the bank for the same and arranged to collect the pending amount after hand over the settlement letter. At that time one of Bank’s Executive ( Mr. Dharam ) had updated me that once I made the payment of minimum of Rs. 2000, Bank would handover the settlement letter. At the same month I had paid Rs.2,000/- to HDFC bank urgently but unfortunately became a fool to receive the letter. I had communicated with Bank customer care by E-mail but not get any positive response form their side.

          In between I had received two or three calls from Bank’s end during every month & while I had asked for my settlement letter they just avoided to attend to my query & disconnected the calls. After that I had come to know from one of Bank’s Executive Rimpa Das ( 4005210 /[protected] that Bank had the earlier executive with whom my settlement terms were discussed against Rs. 2,000/-, had been terminated from the Bank. Rimpa Das had asked me to be in touch with Ms. Swaswati Mukherjee at [protected] but she was not responding to my calls. Even after this, I had made desperate attempts to be in touch with Bank’s Customer Services but I was not attended by any of Bank’s customer Services team. Suddenly in the month of November Bank had further held up my account as lien and debited amount of Rs. 3152.98 from my account but not provided any settlement letter and neither any explanation for the deduction of amount from my account. Due to some personal as well as official disturbances, I became irregular to follow up with Bank’s Customer Service Desk continuously.

          After the month of November 2009, I had been receiving calls from the Customer Care team and whenever I had asked for the settlement letter, they simply neglected my request and used to reply that they are arranging for the same and often the calls would get disconnected. If we go through with the recording version with Bank’s executive discussion with me we can get the actual fact. During April 2010 last week , I had received a call from one of Bank’s Customer care executive , asking for a new settlement in about Rs 13,000 – 14,000 but the same was not accepted by me as I had been earlier requesting for the settlement letter which was not provided by the Bank .And now on 25 June , I had come to know that my Net Banking Access was disabled for some time without any intimation or any of my fault and an amount of Rs 47241.96 has been held up by the bank as lien and Bank had updated me that the money had been held up as part of the terms & conditions of the Credit Card usage.

          Presently I get a transfer outside the State with my family, I have been in a big scarcity of funds & more over since bank has held up my money, I am unable to carry out my basic activities. Today also I have been trying for a long time to connect with any of Bank’s executive in Kolkata –[protected] /[protected]No s provided by Customer Service Office by E-Mail ) but got busy many times. I have some dependency in my family & I will make plans accordingly based of my wages. So at present I am in very critical situation.

          I would kindly request your intervention at the earliest to resolve this issue as me and my family is in mental trauma just because of the Bank’s behavior. Hence ensure to get release my blocked money and the settlement letter.

                Dear Sir,
                this in regards to CAR LOAN APPLIED with HDFC>>>
                They have rejected my loan stating some negtive score in CIBIL.
                However i have submiitted all supporting documents for clerance of any outstanding against me and there are no outstanding dues against me.

                I tried explaning them but they never listened to me .
                SAD Part is i was told to book my car i did that and then they told application is rejected.

                What can be done for same...!!!!!!

                In common terms i[censored] have cleared all your dues and same is not relected in CIBIL then what customers like do...HDFC IS referring to OLD AGE DATA and deciding the same....

                HDFC Car Loan — wrongly amt . debited in my saving a/c

                i am yogesh kanoongo i have taken a car loan from hdfc bank in the name of ranju gupta and my loan a/c no .is 14064878 i have paid rs. cash 3050/-vide receipt no23040750 dt. 29/03/2011 and rs 1620/- vide receipt no.23040741 aginst emi bounce and penalty chargess but this amount will be agian debited my saving a/c no. is [protected]

                  I HAVE AN HDFC BANK SALARY ACCOUNT (AT HDFC BANK ,C-17,ANAND NIKETAN BRANCH, CHANAKYA PURI ) WITH ACT NO-[protected] WHICH I HAVE BEEN USING FOR MORE THAN 2 YEARS. 3 WEEKS BACK MY DEBIT CARD GOT CAPTURED IN ANOTHER BANKS ATM BECAUSE OF SOME MAL FUNCTION AND I HAD TO APPROACH MY BRANCH FOR A REPLACEMENT. EVEN AFTER FOUR VISITS TO THE BRANCH IN THREE WEEKS UP TO JUNE 29,2010 AND FILLING UP OF NUMEROUS FORMS THEY COULDNOT PROVIDE ME WITH AN REPLACEMENT DEBIT CARD, CHEQUE BOOK OR PHONE BANKING OR NET BANKING PIN AT THE BRANCH. THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO UPDATE EITHER MY PHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS EVEN AFTER I PROVIDED LEASE AGREEMENT FOR HOME AS ADDRESS PROOF. THIS IS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING AND UNACCEPTABLE IN AN AGE WHERE OTHER BANKS ARE LOOKING TO PROVIDE COMPETITIVE SERVICES. HOW SHOULD I DEAL WITH THIS APATHETIC TREATMENT BY THE BRANCH?

                  HDFC Bank — disappointing service at hdfc bank, anand niketan

                  I have an hdfc bank salary account (at hdfc bank ,c-17,anand niketan branch, chanakya puri ) with act no-[protected] which i have been using for more than 2 years. 3 weeks back my debit card got captured in another banks atm because of some mal function and i had to approach my branch for a replacement. Even after four visits to the branch in three weeks up to june 29,2010 and filling up of numerous forms they couldnot provide me with an replacement debit card, cheque book or phone banking or net banking pin at the branch. They were not willing to update either my phone number or address even after i provided lease agreement for home as address proof. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable in an age where other banks are looking to provide competitive services to customers. I no longer think that the branch is going to take any step to help me. What should i do?

                        I am Vikas Roy and I hold a Bank Account and a Credit Card with HDFC Bank. I had some charges about Rs. 30,000 to be paid to HDFC Bank Credit Card. I paid approximately 30,000 in installments. Long ago, the Credit Card department stopped sending me bills via courier and e-mail. They even stopped calling me. Recently, I had some money deposited to my account. HDFC Credit Card department put my account on hold. When called up the Customer Care, they told me that I have some amount left to be paid on my Credit Card. I asked the agent, how much? to which he replied that he cannot tell. He promised to arrange a callback within 48 hours. I waited for 2 days, but did not receive any call. After 2 days some more amount was deposited to my account, which was again put on hold by HDFC Bank. When called up Customer Care, they gave me the same reason. I asked to settle down the Credit Card thing. They again promised for a callback within 24 hours, but I did not receive any calls from them. Now, they are just holding all my account balance again and again and are not ready to talk to me or settle this down. My account is still on hold. What should I do?

                          My policy # 00175461 .. paid 11,033 for 3 years, post which I decided not to pay and this was agreed with HDFC sales person who sold me the policy only mentioned that it was necessary to pay for 3 years ( lock in period) .
                          Tody June 2010 when I call them up the status is as follows;
                          Rs 33,000 approx paid. The money has been with the bank for more than 5 years

                          They will now return the following:
                          First year premium will not be returned ( 33,000 -11,000)
                          50% of the remaining 22,000/2 = 11,000
                          Bonus of 6000
                          Which means I get Rs 17,000.

                          How can a bank who has cheated so many o[censored]s have made only Rs 6000 bonus?? Irony ...

                          So my dear friends ... never , never , never invest in insurance schemes... you are bound to feel cheated.

                            i m mr. pankaj gupta, s/o sh. naresh kumar gupta..we having Account M/s R.P. Traders in hdfc bank mayapuri, today morning around 9:30 am. my father is looted back to hdfc bank parking area, near around 10:00 bank security premisses came and take action about the cash ahndling and serious injouries comes to my father ..his head is little scratchy and forhead is completely rashed by knife..the suspected robber might be from bank staff...my father can recognise him.in staff of mayapuri bank HDFC
                            my complaint is to arrange security facilities to previlige coustmers we handle daily cash around 5-6 lacs. and we request many times to manager for bank pick van. please arrange a secuirty guard tightly near to bank area as well as bank parking area.o r contact police for this

                              Dear Sir,

                              I will like to lodge complaint agsinst the manager Mr. Manoj Singh and personal banker Mr. Shashibhushan of Datapada Branch,Borivali,Mumbai, where they projected an SAP scheme (saving assuarance plan) as an FD-RD scheme of 5 yrs providing 10% interest compunded annually where as the actual product was an life insuarance policy of 11 yrs providing at max 3.25% interest that too at end of the maturity peroid.

                              I came to know about it when I recieved my policy document. On questioning about the same from the branch, they asked us to surrender the policy but were not accepting there fault of cheating the customers by making false claims and wasting the user's time and money.

                              Seriuos actions needs to betaken regarding this as they are fooling around the people by making false lucrative offers.

                                Sub : Harrasment by telecaller.

                                This is for your kind information that I bijen Krishna Parija,holds a HDFC Credit card no:[protected].I am a regular pay master.but due to loss of my job and financial constrants I am paying the minimum amount each and evey month.But there is a lady from the collection team calling from the no given below :[protected] .During the payment time last month I requested to make the payment early June but she abused in vulger language to me and to my wife even she called up to my inlaws place and abused them.Then one Mr.Kunal Mishra called and said that he is named Dukhiatma and requested to make payment and I agreed to do the payment next day and I did the payment.Mr.Mishra had told me that as I kept the commitment he will definitely call me after their closing of month may and discuss for a smooth payment this month onwards.But unfrtunately he did not call back ,even I called him couple of times but he didnt picked up nor bother to call back.
                                Now for last four five days there are calls coming from the bank to make payment,and I requested please ask Mr.Mishra to call me and then I will make the payment.But unfortunately he didnt bother to call me back,rather the same lady called me today morning and asked for the payment,but when I asked her to ask Mr.Mishra to talk to me and then I will make the payment she started abusing and calling me and threantend that she will call me continuously and disturb me that no incoming calls I can receive.
                                Being a regular payer of outstanding this kind of beaviour from the people of HDFC bank is not at all acceptable.
                                Please take it seriously and make necessary arrangement .

                                HDFC credit card department — rude behaviour of telecaller

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                there is lady from your department name neha had send the collection guy at my home without informing me on 19/11/2009 and after she abused my parents and talked roughly to my parents. i told neha that i will make my payment next morning as i was late for my payment for credit card but she was not ready to listen forced my father to issue a cheque and when i told her my father will not give then she started abusing me i had issued a cheque that moment itself after that i told her that i will compliant to your department then she told "AAP LOG KUCH NAHI BEGAD SAKTHI HAI JOG KARNA HAI KAR LIJIYA"(u cant do nothing do whatever u want)

                                Kindly do the needfull and i want apologise from HDFC Bank regarding for harshment

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I wish to inform you that Whatever the problem are created in my Credit Card, because of your poor service / nonsupport/ Wrong Statement of April 2009 amt of Rs 784/- wrongly billed from your department atual amt was Rs. 400/-.
                                    When I was in the problem I followed up regarding above so many times called in your coustmer care, they are not co-oparated from May 2009 to September 2009, pls check my record how many times I called, how many letter I submitted . In july submitted the letter for close my Credit Card Account and settle the amount as early as possible, your department not done that they are keep on charge the interest amount this way of treatment you are give the coustmer. When we are requesting as a Coustmer you are not bothered and not reply also . No reverse call in your side, No support from your side, Now your people are having my contact number for a earessment. When I made a complant nobody called for a help. Ultimate my dispute amount of Rs. 384/- credited on September2009 statement . This follow up May2009 to September 2009 then I got credited. In between you think how much I disturbed, how much telephone call I did, How much mental disturbed, how much expenses incurred , how much time wasted behind your mistake who will going to bear this loss. What penalty can I charge regarding this because of your poor management / service . I really surprised this not the only mistake , I show so many hidden cost in your statement for your information so Educated people doing like this.
                                    The statement on dated 2/6/2009 you are charged Rs 128.25. as finance charge. I don’t know what a hidden cost, I spoke to your coustmer care ask them to reverse. You see the next statement only reverse of Rs . 116.29 this type of your people doing. Pls I can’t explain every mistake.
                                    When I swap your Credit Card I am not received any SMS or any telephone call in your side, this is very important for security purpose both the sides, other banks are giving this facitly. which credit card was my family holding .Even I am having SB A/c and Demat A/c in ypur HDFC Bank that department sending SMS in every transaction . When the problem is going to know only after the statement come to our address. Statement also some time delay and early, That also not prompt. I think this is delibaratly doing for the erasement.
                                    I not come to your Bank for apply a Credit Card , You sales team collect the contact number some other sourse . and come to my place provide the credit card.
                                    Last One payment was pending I purchased from Croma amt Rs 699/- that time nobody called. I was out of town for official and non health purpose from July 2009 onwards still I was not in the billing address treatment is going on , recently your people called and follow up number for the due amt I surprise it is increased. amount was pending because I waited for the IRCTc amt credited to my A/c . after I see the statement Dt 13/6/2009.
                                    My IRCTC refund amt lying in your a/c from 15/5/2009. It was lying one month in your a/c
                                    These all happened because of your poor management
                                    I not redeem the Reward Point that also pending.
                                    Now your recovery people keep on calling and abusing and they give a mental tourcher in my number . I am a Blood Pleasure and Daibities Patient . I can not beare this tourcher. Frist call received that time I was not in the town your people told us 50,000/- due in my credit card , our people told them , he will get back soon, then also they are erased. This type of toucher, if any thing happened in my health you people will be the responsible.
                                    When I came to know, I called your Coustmer Care they are not co operated. Then called your Credit Card Debt department. I spoke to Ms. Priya and explaind everthing. I told her I will pay Rs. 700/- which was last my purchase. She accepted to close the matter. Then 15/06/2010 she called and shouting it is not credited their a/c I told her drop the cheque on 7/6/2010 and it is debited to my a/c. 11/6/2010. That is hdfc banks cheque.and given the details also, If your account system perfect it is shown same day as per banks rules . it very surpise that , then she transfer the line to her senior . I explained everthing again. He cant not letison he keep on shouted and abused . This the treatment your people give to the coustmenr. Still I tolerate every thing ,. I thought all educated people in your Bank and good manner but it is not there , they does’n know how to speak the coustemer.

                                    Once againg expain you my due and see my earlier record of payment

                                    As per your Statement date : 13/6/2009
                                    My total amount due : Rs.557.65
                                    Less : This your Hidden Cost : Rs 460.48
                                    Actual due was : Rs. 97.17
                                    After I was only one purchase from croma on 24 June 2009 Rs : 699.00
                                    I receive the Credit Amount as per Statement 13/9/2009 Rs : 384.00
                                    I receive the Credit amount as per statement 13//7/2009 Rs : 48.00
                                    Final Due was only Rs. 364.14
                                    Instead of that, I recently Paid of Rs 700/- dated 01/06/2010..
                                    Cheque No : 477942 Bank : HDFC BANK
                                    Above all these matter you are counted as a Default coustmer , I am surprise.
                                    Pls think about Coustmer’s point of view. I loose the trust from HDFC BANK because .
                                    I having Saving account and Demat account and my family account and we are having corporate account in HDFC Bank. check the records.
                                    If you are not co-oprated I will change all accounts to some other Bank. And go to other source
                                    Once again I request, look into the matter please close the matter .further don’t give any call or tourcher for the payment.

                                    The Telephone number you mentioned above[protected]TATA INDICOM landline number) is the HDFC's recovery agents number and they (all staffs of recovery agents) are very rude to HDFC CC holder. Recently My mother received a call and talked to her very rudely and asking her to tell CC holder for begging. I have decided to call on the senior HDFC officials who is related to me, as soon as I returned to Mumbai. MAY I SUGEST TO ALL HDFC CARD HOLDER THAT IF YOU RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM THIS NUMBER JUST IGNORE.

                                    Kindly refer to my previous complaint which I have made orally and in writing on 24/1/2010 at HDFC Bank Kirti Nagar New Delhi Branch where I Catagorily stated that my above mentioned credit cards are with me but somebody might have cloned it and misusing it. Despite of that the same has not been looked into and misuses still continuing. The total outstanding is Rs. 61422.96 out of which Rs. 23253.97 was used by me and the remaining amount has been misused by somebody else.
                                    You are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter stop the functioning of above mentioned card immediately. if required matter be reported to police by you. I shall not pay anything which was not been use by me i.e. the remaining amount as mentioned above

                                      DON'T BUY A POLICY THROUGH A TELECALLER FROM ANY BANK BECAUSE THEY DON'T TELL FULL DETAILS OF THE POLICY.

                                      THEY KEEP YOU IN DARK. AFTER A YEAR WHEN 2ND YEAR PREMIUM BECOME DUE THEY WILL ASK FOR ONE TIME YEARLY PREMIUM FOR THAT POLICY. 1ST YEAR IT IS EASY MONTHLY INSTALMENTS WITHOUT ANY CHARGE AFTERWARDS THEY CHARGE IF YOU PAY IN INSTALL MENTS. MY ONLY CONCERN IS, TELE CALLER SHOULD SHARE FULL DETAILS AND TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN THEY ARE SELLING A POLICY TO THE CUSTOMER.

                                      Life Insurance Policy — Yearly Premium

                                      To,

                                      Manager Bajaj Allianz (Customer Care / Complaints)

                                      This is to bring to your notice the following facts experienced while visiting your Branch near Fun Republic theatre at Vera Desai road ( 10 July 2010).

                                      1. As no reminders recieved from your organization regarding the yearly premiun payment. Self vistited Bajaj Allianz above branch. On contacting your excutive on intercom phone through security personnel. Mr Yatin Thakur advised me that you dont need to make the payment for the year 2010.

                                      2. Self insisted on checking the policy by displaying it on the company system (software) for confirmation.

                                      3. Mr. Thakur confirmed NO NEED TO MAKE THE PAYMENT.

                                      4. Self requested to meet a Senior official for confirmation.

                                      5. Ms Dhanlaxmi Subhash Sinkar ( Asst Branch Supervisor) tried to appologise on behalf of her staff and said there is IT (Information Technology) problem. She confirmed that my policy term is 10 years ans she will send an executive to collect the check on Monday which was not sent.

                                      6. Mr Thakur gives me a call on Monday morning(12 Jul 10) and says unable to resolve the query as still system is down.

                                      7. 14 Jul10 Self called to the same office to check as to why the person is still not sent to my residence for payment and what will be the roughly calculated amount at the maturity period on 15th May 2010.

                                      8. Finally the call is passed on after 15 miniutes to another official Ms Neha Gupta and she says " we are not well versed with all the policies taken by the clients". Please contact Cuatomer Care. She agreed to send the collection person to collect the check on 14th July 2010 by 1500 hrs.

                                      Conclusion- SELF CONFUSED WHETHER TO MAKE THE PAYMENT OR NO. AS YOUR STAFF REPLY IS VERY VAGUE AND CONFUSING.

                                      Request- a. To please let me know why it was being told to me, not to make the payment for the year 2010
                                      b. What is the amount I will get on maturity.
