Dear,
I am holding hdfc gold credit card from last one year. Credit Card Number is [protected]. Due to some financial problem i have not make payment from last two months. I have given promise ki i will make payment on 1st April 2009. I am geting call from collection department of HDFC bank and they are using walgar language at very low level. Executive name is Mr. Aakash and he i calling from [protected]. he is calling again and again and shouting me at very low level.I have make complaint in customer care but i am not getting any feedback, now i am thinking to make police complaint against him by today evening. My past credit card record is very good. Kindly do the needful.

Sub: Complaint Against HDFC Bank Credit Card Division

Dear Sir,


I regret to inform you and for your kind notice that I was holding and HDFC Bank Credit Card vide no: [protected]. In that card, my credit limit was Rs.2, 38, 000/- and after that Bank has revised and reduced the Credit Limit from Rs.2, 38, 000/- to Rs.1, 77, 000/-. I have used my Credit Limit and I have already paid Rs.2, 77, 371/- against my Card as per their statement dated 17.03.2010. I had no outstanding against my Card. Only some Interest Charges were Lying in my Card.

On that basis, I have requested to Bank to settle and convert my some Interest dues amount sympathetically in to fresh simple EMI after reversing all the Late fees, Extra Interest Charges and the unnecessary fees charged by the Bank Intentionally. Due to my tremendous financial problem, I was not in position to submit my children’s school fees and house rent also which already I had discussed this matter frequently to their customer care executive over phone & at least 14 to 15th times and sent 14th to 15th frequent reminder letters also.

If you see the Receipts & Payments A/c of my Card, from beginning to end then you can easily observe that, I have made already over and excess payment against my used amount through card. If you see my accounts I have already paid the excess amount which the money I have used through Card. If the bank waive my unjustified Interest and Late fees, then nothing outstanding will be pending against my card. Which amount I have used against my Credit Card, Out of that, I have made excess payment against my used amount.

Being a preferred customer for long time, I have changed my address, phone no etc honestly. As a result of which, their Recovery agency/goons have started to hassle me mentally and also my wife, not only that, they also used abusive and very rough language over phone and came to my office and insulted me in the front of everybody with very abusive and slang language and told me to make the payment immediately, otherwise they will attack me and my family with their team and told me that, they will thrash me in the front of my society and also told me that they will abolish me from my job. I am a very simple Private Company’s employee and simple middle class family. That incident happened for last 5 to 6 months. After completion of their mental and physical harassments, HDFC Bank has sent the Legal court notice to my address. I am a very simple and middle class family member and a very simple employee of a private company. Bank continuously pressurized me to take the credit card.

Trying to claim huge amount intentionally from customer, that is the practice of HDFC bank .Please tell me, Is it a Reputed Bank ???

My Credit Limit was Rs.1, 77, 000/- and I have paid Rs.2, 77, 371/-. If my intention was bad then, why I will make the payment for Rs.2, 77, 371/-. Their Intention is how to raise the Interest amount and late fees unnecessary and pressurize to customer mentally. Trying to claim huge amount intentionally from customer, that is the practice of HDFC bank . Is it a Reputed Bank ???

Due the tremendous mental harassment to me and my family, My wife is not well and she also feels very insecurity. Please help me and my family from HDFC Bank’s Credit Card nuisance.

    I am a customer of HDFC home loan and I feel cheated by paying this high interest rate. Every other company is reducing their rate but this company thinks they can do whatever they want. Also they increased the foreclosure charge from 2% to 3% so that you cannot move to other company. Once you have become a customer of HDFC home loan you become a slave of them and will be treated like that as per my experience.
    Please never ever go to these private banks and HFCs such as HDFC, ICICI, they will suck your blood out...I do suffer by paying 10.5% high interest rate on my 11L housing loan with HDFC...I am going to pay off all the remaining money within another 6 to 8 months...luckily I am on onsite in Japan...They make millions of Indians suffer by charging high...In Japan, the interest rate is just 1.75% to 3% on housing loan...

    Always go to public sector banks and HFCs, such as LIC, Indian bank, SBI etc...even if it means getting loan with many hassles...it will not make you to suffer in the long run...

    Please avoid HDFC...

    My advice, Pay the tax to the government and dont make the stupid choice of taking home loan in order to avoid paying income tax...

    Paying tax to government is far better than paying the money to these blood suckers...
    I hope sincerily that these high interest charging blood suckers become bankcrupt one day...I will be the most happiest person to see such developments...
    Dear Friend,

    I would like to make you alert on few details regarding HDFC and other limited companies.

    HDFC LTD is a limited company and is not a banking institute.
    It is a self regulated financial organization and is not at all regulated as a refinancing institute or is not a Banking institute. Sales officers makes people fool by stating HDFC Home loan as part of banking division. Even interest rates charged by HDFC is very high which is increased in subsequent years.

    As such rates of interests for home loan are definitely regulated by RBI but limited and private companies do not fall under their per-view. These companies fall under company Act and not under Banking Act.

    At time of taking loan these companies promises low rates of interest and then increases rates of interest in subsequent years, which increases your burden of repayment in form of slow poison eating your lots of money.

    I will share my personal experience:

    I have a very bad experience with HDFC, My loan of 11 lac with tenure was only 20 years and was promised with 3% discounted rates for my loan account as the company with which I was working was a corporate client of HDFC, so my loan started at 7.25% rate of interest and a low EMI of 8595/- Rs only.

    In later stages HDFC revised rates of interest stating that my loan is on floating rates, where as no discounted rates are applied to my account. More on no reduction in rates are done at all even when rates of interest of other banks and institutes fall down. Even when they offer low interest rates to new customers – on my inquiry they asked for a proceeding fees of almost 12 thousand rupees to revise the rates of interest.
    My EMI is also revised to 10, 526/- Rs and the tenure is now increased. Today even after paying EMI for more then 6 years my tenure of repayment is more then 18 years and EMI is increased from 8695/- Rs per month to 10526/- Rs per month. So I will end up paying money to HDFC for more then 24 years.

    So I will end up paying four additional years with new EMI to HDFC which will make me a loss of almost 10-12 lac rupees.

    HDFC is offering new customer 8.25 rates of interest where as even when I am a old customer with corporate tie up with the company – I am charged almost 11% rates of interest and I am screwed up by paying more EMI.

    I have started legal proceedings against HDFC – and warn you all that dont take loan from HDFC other wise your people will also end up in soup and will have to pay huge for small things.

    REQUEST YOU ALL TO TAKE LOANS ONLY FROM BANKING INSTITUTES AND NOT FROM ANY LTD COMPANY--
    Ask following questions at time of taking loan.

    1.Is the company having word “Bank” in its name.
    2.If the company is refinancing company - take in written that – rates of interest in the company will be regulated as per RBI norms.
    3.Only those people whose files are not getting approved from banks and documents are not clear enough and are in need of loan should opt for such institutes, but mind it these ltd companies slowly increases rates of interest and eats away your lots of money charging high rates of interest.

    PLEASE NOTE – HDFC is a limited company and not a BANK. Only banking institutes or company with word “Bank” in its name are regulated by RBI.
    Before signing any document of ltd company please read the terms and conditions completely and take a lawyers advise if needed before going ahead to sign the same.

    Please disseminate this information to all your friends and relatives so that they are not cheated by any private company in case of loans / home loans.

      Hi,

      I have a salary account with HDFC bank ltd Sec -18 Noida branch since August'2008 when i joined EXL service. suddenly on 1st March'09 when my salary is credited in my Salary account, i was not able to withdraw my funds late night as i required them due to medical emergencies.
      Next day when i called up on Cust Care of HDFC, i was told that the funds have been help by Credit card Division due to some reasons. in some time, i get to know that there was Credit card issued in my name somewhere in 2007 on my previous orgnisation, which i have never asked for never signed any documents for issuing a credit card.
      Credit card no which i was told is [protected]

      further i was told that card was blocked in april or june 2008, however my new account was opened in August'08.i have been challenging how could a credit card be issued on my name without my prior permission, i should have any confirmation calls or application no. but none at the time of issuance.

      however, i was told funds were put on hold as the required details were matching with the Credit card.
      my funds got blocked with out informin about such scenario, my office address & mobile no. was already updated in the new account, through which they could have contacted me, but that didn't happen. infact when i was talking to an Associate in Jankapuri Credit card division on the telephone[protected], i explained all the facts & why should i suffer about this & being ill i required money, i asked them to release the funds & we can still work it out.but the guy Named SURESH started abusing with vulgar words which i fail to mention here & he blamed me as a theif without even listening to me.

      On visiting Jankpuri branch, the same thing happened no one was ready to listen to me.

      my appeal to the forum is to help me with my case & guide me through as i dont want to lose my hard erned money due to banks negligence on issuing credit card on my name with out proper verification & rest of the formalities.

      they have put my account on hold, so as soon as i recieve my salary it would again be held for such reasons.i have tried my best to come to some conclusion, infact i had word with Credit card associate from Mumbai called Shruti. They telling me i have to pay the amount around 70000 Rs for which iam not resonsible.

        I took a cash on call facility from hdfc bank and I was told on the phone that any point of time if i wish to preclose this loan on card, I need to pay the total o/s along with a preclosure charge of 3% on O/S prncipal amount . i called them on 24/03/09 as I wanted to close pre pay the O/S on this card. I was informed to pay additional charge on the interste which they cloud not be able to charge me because of preclosure.

        They never sent me any letter of intimation about the change of preclosure charges.

        HDFC Bank — Pre-closure charges

        HDFC is charging heft charges for pre closing , and also the rates for the closing charges are increased without any notification.
        What was the rate of the additional charge that they wanted you to pay? Could you please let me know because even I am planning to pre-close my cash on call loan. I was similarly told that I could close the loan anytime with a 3% preclosure charge.
        HDFC is the worst bank in handling credit card customers. Please dont go for it.

        They keep on calling to give insta loan but if we need to preclose the loan then we have to call their blunder customer care number. We need to reach their executive as complaint then they are saying too may new rules to preclose and the revised charges NOT informed.

        POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

          Dear sir
          With reference to my car number "DL3CAL 6272" (Hyundai, I-10. ERA) I would like to mention that I registerd claim against my car. After through inspection surveyor of the company approved claim and I got at HMP New Delhi, but still I am unaware that why this company approved one sided damages while complete car is covered under insurance policy.This month my policy is going to be expired but keeping the fraudy practice of HDFC I do not think to renew my policy under this banner.
          It is requested to please take this matter sincerely and resolve my problem.

            Sir/Madam,
            I have a HDFC Credit Card(No.[protected]) limit of Rs.125000. But they had wrongly debited from my account of Rs.42266 through many items. Most of which was for internet flight bookings. Which i Had not Made. I have only the account with makemytrip.com. But the first wrong transaction was of a Butique for Rs.20700. Which also I had not make. After getting the next bill I complant in the Bank's customer service and the told they will look over the matter, but they had not done anything till yet.Afterwards when I got those internet booking charges, I informed them and they told the same and did nothing.
            After few months when I saw that they did not done anything, I stop paying the bills.Then they called me on 09/02/09 and i told them why I am not paying. at that day they marked those items and told me to give them a written complant. So i did it on 13/02/09 and send them via post.
            After few days a person named Avijit Banerjee from Kolkata Dalhouse office starter calling me and started threaten me for paying.When I told him that I will not pay untill I get any written letter from HDFC head office about what they have done of my complant, He started disturb me and irritate me for payment. He told me to pay the minimun balance of Rs.3760. i paid Rs.4000 when he assured me that the bank will send me a written letter within one month of time.
            But on 16/03/09 again i got a call from a girl from HDFC Bank for immidiate payment. When i told that I will not pay untill i get a written calculations about my complant balances she told me that they had not reaceve any complant and suggest me to fax the complant again.So I did it on 18/03/09.
            Yesterday I got the payment bill for this month stating immidiate payment.
            So sir/madam please do something and suggest me for the next step.

            I do agree with this. Iam also HDFC BANK credit card holder. My card No. is [protected] limit of Rs.30, 000/- .From bank mistake is happened i.e; wrong statement is generated from their end on 07/08/08 and mentioned merchandiser is Sai Tirumala car décor – Hyderabad for Rs.16, 500/-. Firstly I did not authorized any one to use my card..

            customer care department people every time used to call me and informed many time when I did transaction for more than 10, 000/- but except for this transaction no information. When ever iam following, regarding this transaction no proper response was given to me. I went personally and given card dispute form in credit card department - Hyd. Kindly give me some suggestions to whom i need to meet to solve this problem.

              I purchased bike of bajaj discover 125cc in 2007 financed by HDFC Bank ltd. I repaid all instalement at time but due to the bank mistake they recieved it late and they charged penalty for this late.Still they didnot do it noc many times we have gone in their head office but no solution.Sir I am sending bank address-HDFC Bank ltd Palwal-121102 haryana.Sir I request to you to solve our problem.

                HDFC credit card salesman approched me on phone and offered free credit
                card.
                Intial card limit was approx 30000 which was later extended to 60000 due
                to regular transactions and repayment on card account.

                Recently card had reached the outstanding balance to 60000 and I have duly
                paid 40000 out of it after confirmation with call centre executive as I
                dont receive any statements in time at home and they charge monthly
                interest on this amount which is above 2000 and late fee of 500. I have
                asked them to produce Proof of Delivery for the statements delivered,
                which bank is not ready produce. As per banks record this outstanding
                amont has reached to 32200 now i am being forced to pay this through
                extortion calls made by Banks executive Mr Raj from telephone number
                30966383 wherein he shouted at me and threatened to send guy in my office
                to see me. i am ready to Pay for the remaining 20000 as per the card limit
                but he is saying " Agar tuze saste mein settle karna hai to office
                aaja, bankers milke tuze dekhenge" else pay the full amount. i have
                told him that since I remain busy, i will send my representative or dad
                with payment cheque, you can collect the cheque and release the settlement
                letter to him. but he denied and insisting on me to come. It appears that
                he do not want to receive payment but to get physical with me for
                recovering the excess interest amount. I have clearly told him that if you
                feel what I am doing is incorrect, you may file a lawsuit against me in
                court of law and we will accept the decision of the court. But he said
                " tuze court mein jaane ke liye paise hai but muze nahi de sakta kya
                and not ready to follow the ethical business practice for the collection
                of lawsuit. He has also threatened me that I will come to your office and
                speak to your bosses and every one there to make sure that you loose job.


                I request Consumer court to help me in the fair settlement of the
                account.
                Consequences : Physical losses -

                Risk of getting physically assaulted by Mr Raj / HDFC representative or
                third party non bank collection staff so that bank cannot be held
                responcible for their misbehaviour at home and office.

                Loss of life for me and to my family at residence.


                Economic Losses -

                Loss of property or valuable which he said he will pick up from home if I
                dont give him money he demand.

                Loss of Employment which may also lead to physical loss of death due to no
                income at home or I might commit suicide due to mental stress put by HDFC
                Bank and any incidental loss to family and old parents due to no income.

                Hi nishantsakpal,

                Dont lose hope. All you can do is simply write an email to the "PriorityRedressal.[protected]@hdfcbank.com " team and copy the local newspapers. You will see changes soon..
                I've had a similar issue and escalating this would be a proper way to approach things.
                Take care and remember that your life is more important than these 'off the record recovery goons.'

                  Dear Sir,

                  I am a Credit Card holder of HDFC Bank, from side there is some delay in dues from last month, instead of that I had made a call to customer care and told him I will try to pay dues in this month but in any case I am not able to pay in this month then I will pay more than 50% amount of payment of my card before 10 April, but after that I am getting the call from HDFC Bank Branch Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. The name of lady which she is telling me is Namrata calling me again and again after clearing the all matter in front of her, the Phone numbers which she is using are[protected], 45698800, 45036600. When I had told her I will clear my dues before that such date, and you can check the updates of your customer care, but she is not ready to do this and she denying everything and starts again arguments with me. Even I had wrote a mail to HDFC Bank customer care also regarding this matter.                   I have saving account and credit card account in HDFC bank , due to overdue in credit card payment and adjust some amount with saving account, but after adjustment of rs3300 , my saving account still barred for withdrawal and executor (balram--[protected], new delhi ) of hdfc is not responding & not picking any call from my side or mail also after this activitity.

                  I owe a Credit Card of HDFC Bank since 2006, there are some delays in payments becoz i am also not getting my payments but i want to repay the amount. I talked to the customer care and asked them to stop my card and take the whole amount in instalments but they said it is not possible. i am still paying them but for the last 2 months the situation has become more worse and i am getting out of money. now these people are harrassing my parents to pay which is not possible. I am getting the call from HDFC Bank Branch Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. The name of person is Radhey and he is calling and my parents again and again and harrasing using abusing language. The Phone numbers which he is using are[protected], 66219061, 66219001, 43145300. Now i have asked for Settlement but they are refusing. I am frustrated of this type of customer care and banking so i am interested in to stop the card and settlement. I have already complained in the Customer care for the same but the person Radhey is still using foul language.

                  SHOCKED WITH THE STAFF OF HDFC BANK.

                  I have been using services of HDFC since past 7years, got all my
                  accounts rated as premium accounts.
                  was very happy, and used to recommend it to others too.

                  Loans, Creditcards all were from HDFC.

                  Its just recently (beginning of 2011), due to some unavoidable
                  circumstances (everyone once faces in life) creditcard payments
                  started getting delayed... and I started getting calls from the
                  collection agency, and to my surprise, it appears that all the
                  saddists of the world are working there.

                  Such abusive language, not ready to listen and non cooperative staff.
                  They got talent to really put people to stress, using unofficial
                  language, threats, and beyond imagination...

                  I get around 100-150 calls a day from the below mentioned numbers

                  appears to me Rajouri Garden Branch, New Delhi.

                  Female called, Rakhi has been misbehaving beyond imagination.

                  I tried attaching the video of call history, and her recorded voice

                  I ve been asking her to make me talk to her senior, she abuses, and
                  says... "jis marzi se baat karlo, paise toh main nikalwakar hi
                  rahungi"
                  "agar paise nahi hai dene ke liye, toh apni property baech do, bheek maanglo"
                  etc etc etc

                  Sir, if my intentions were wrong and of not giving my dues, I wouldnt
                  have wasted money giving minimum payment since past few months...

                  I would like you to look into this matter very very seriously, and
                  want apologizes from Rakhi.

                  Now I have told her, let the issue aggravate, am not making a single
                  payment now... Sir, everyone, including you comes from a culture and
                  family where this kind of misbehavior is not atall
                  acceptable.

                  She also, got hold of my mothers number, and called her and started
                  abusing... this also leads to disclosure of the personal information
                  of the customer to third party. (punishable offence).
                  Not listening, and calling again and again ... leading to
                  Harrasment... Punishable offence.
                  Invading personal space of an individual ... Punishable offence.
                  Giving threats ... Punishable offence..

                  I know, there is some fault from my side too, of not clearing dues on
                  time, but Sir, its only past few months, that doesnt mean, am a
                  defaulter and has wrong intentions(as blamed by your staff).

                  Sir, I would want to take this matter to higher authorities and take
                  serious action against Rakhi.

                  One more day of calls, I ll have to publish the videos, recording to
                  media and Police.

                  Also, not only this what she does is, Makes stories to her team about
                  me, and filling in false updates.
                  keeps calling on my phone, and when I pick up, she shouts and doesnt
                  listen, so I just keep the phone aside(connected on call) and so does
                  she, phone is kept idle like this for 30 - 60minutes.
                  If you check the call log of above mentioned numbers, you ll see for yourself.

                  HDFC is the worst Bank if the amount is overdue. They even go to the extent o[censored]sing foul language and instigate you to say bad words. How long would you listen to their bakwaas? At one time you will be forced to reply in their language. Then they record it. The best way to handle this - i have learnt from experience - is to change your number and then go directly to the credit card cell or write to them - directly or thru your lawyer. i am getting threatening calls at all hours. even at night after 11.30 pm. Useless bank and staff. Payment issues can arise with anyone at any point.

                  My advise .. don't use credit cards at all. This the only way all Banks will learn to behave.

                    Dear sir

                    I have applied for car loan from ICICI bank from them I recieved a CIBIL report giving details of OS as under

                    Accounts -7, Advance - Rs.2931948.00, Balance - Rs. 345020.00 as on[protected]
                    Account - 1 Balance - Rs. 8400.00 as on[protected]

                    I am surprized to note which OS are these beacuse I don't have any such dues in my records. I would request you to give me specific details of complains given be institutions so that I can take actions on them.

                    This information has also affected my reputation and credit which led to mental and social harresment, more over address given in this are also not correct.

                    Please clarify and respond immediately.

BUT IN AUGUST 2008 I RECEIVED CALL FROM HAFC BANK TOWARDS BOUNCE OF MY ECS FOR JULY 2008 AND DEMAND CHEQUE AGAINST ECS BUT ON CHECKING THE BANK STATEMENT I FOUND THAT NO ECS PRESENT IN MY ACCOUNT IN THE MONTH OF JULY.LATER AROUND 20TH AUGUST I RECEIVED FURTHER CALL THAT PLEASE MAKE BALANCE IN YOUR ACCOUNT SO THAT ECS FOR JULY CAN BE CLEARED. THERE WERE ENOUGH BALANCE IN MY BANK ACCOUNT EVERYTIME FOR CLEARANCE ECS & THE SAME IS CLEARED. TODAY TWO PEOPLE CAME TO MY OFFICE AND DEMANDED CHEQUE FOR MARCH, 2009 ECS WITHOUT PRESENTING THE SAME AND TO BUY PEACE OF MIND I HAVE BEEN COMPELLED TO ISSUED CHEQUE TO AVOID HARRASHMENT. ACTUALLY THEY THREATING ME AND I FOUND THAT THE WOLE EXCERCISE IS DONE BY STAFF TO TEKE THE INCENTIVE FROM THE BY COLLECTING THE CHEQUE INSTEAD OF PRESENTING THE ECS.

                        I am consumer of HDFC bank and presently i m working as an Astt.legal Manager for Tata Motor Finance, iaccording to your norms which is send throughmobile banking i become eligible for geeting a personal loan from your organisation, accordingly i send mgs through my mobile i.e.by dialing 5676712"BEST" and after that your agents mat and asked my dos and i have subnitted all the docs as desired by the agents, but unfortunatly when my file has been send for logging then the system has not accept the same cause negative FI report due to address where the FI agents give report as i am not residing in the given address, but i can give you assurance that i am residing in the given address l;ast from 3 years and all the people(local) who is residing at my locality is known to me and myself for them. In this case how can a FI agents give a negative report, and what basis the organisation can belive the same, more over the person who went to residance for FI whose mobile No is [protected] enterd my residence in the course of Investigation an take tea and all kind of data from my brother.                           Since the past few days my family has been receiving threatening calls from one of the recovery agents of hdfc bank ltd. The telephone number from which the calls are being made is[protected] and are being made by a person who claims to be from hdfc bank and claims that his name is Aakash. The calls are being made to recover a loan that one of my very old colleague, Mr. Yadav Kanchan, had taken from the bank giving my reference. It may be noted here that Kanchan had given my reference. I am neither a guarantor to the loan taken by him nor have i at any point of time taken any loan from hdfc bank ltd. I am not also a credit card holder of hdfc bank ltd. You are requested to let me know what are the options available to me to bring to task the recovery agent and stop this harrasment by hdfc bank ltd. An early reply would be highly appreciated. I would also like to know the legal options available to me to book hdfc bank ltd. for the mental trauma that my family is undergoing.

FOR THAT I HAD GIVEN THEM 30 POST DATED CHQUES OF RS 1717.00 EACH.DURING THE COURSE I GET ILL AND SOME OF MY CHQUE HAS BOUNCED IN THE BANK, BUT I PAY THEM IN CASH AFTERWARDS THROUGH YOUR AGENTS. BUT I GOT DISSAPOINTED WHEN FEW “GOONDANDAS” TOOK AWAY MY BIKE DURING THE COURSE OF MY JOURNEY. THEY STOPED ME, THRASHED ME, PUSHED ME INTO A CORNER, AND KICKED ME . DURING THIS COURSE I INJURED MY REGHT LEG. THEY SNACHED MY BIKE AND TOLD THEY ARE FROM RECOVERY SECTION OF YOUR BANK AND AT THE BEHEST OF YOUR MANAGER. THESE ACTS OFF ALL CLEARLY VIOLATING SUPREEM COURT ORDER.

                          I HAVE OVER DUE OF 6 EMI PAYMENTOF RS 10302/= AND PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF RS 14, 360. IN TOTAL I OWES TO BANK RS 24, 600/= APPROX AFTER DEDUCTING CHQ BOUNCING CHARGES AND OTHER CHARGES. NOW I WANT TO PAY RS 24, 600/=TODAY AT ONE GO AND RELEASE MY BIKE. I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY MORE.

                                I have a credit cards from hdfc bank ltd. I was used some time and pay regularly but last bill in this year april month some payment due.

                                That time I was in australia as buisness visit and i come in june of first week. That time some boby (Mr. Sandeep) come from HDFC BANK at my house and tell me about due payment.

                                I was told to him pls closed my credit cards and he was told me that ok you total due is 5002 rs and that day i give to him 5002 rs as cheq payment to him.

                                deposited date :- 25/06/08.
                                and signed my me and mr sandeep.

                                From 25/06/08 no communication bettwen me and hdfc credit cards department. I have not recived any information from credit card department any source like..telephone, mobile, email and courier.

                                Last i was apply for car loan to hdfc bank becasue last six month hfdc bank employe contact to me on my mobilr for car loan offer behalf of account stament. That's why i apply but i shocked when hdfc bank told me your name as fraud person registered on rbi website because 4800 rs due payment in HDFC CREDIT CARD.

                                So pls tell me wht's my mistake if I'm fraud than why they are not contact to me ? and Every time i have lot of money in my accont so they can deduct the money from my account.

                                I was paid due payment in june month after that my name registered in cibil website so pls tell me what can i do ?

                                So pls give me idea what can i do ?

                                Can i go to consumer court for this matter ?

                                  i dont want to be the fall guy for anyone, why should someone else have to pay for the crimes of the criminal, the one that needs to do the time is the person that commits the crime. not the inocent by stander that happens to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. Everyone makes mistakes but i wish that the inocent person should not pay for the guilty one. Wheres is the justice in that?

                                      HI, I had applied for an HDFC credit card online sometime on the 3rd week of feb 2009. I believe somebody from HDFC called up for some details from[protected] and sent a person to collect my identification documents with included PAN card, office ID, driving licence and salary statement all with my signature and I also signed on an empty HDFC credit card form as they said that they would fill it up themselves to save me the time. I believe they called me a couple of times from that number but now after about 22 days when I try it again it is disconnected. I am a quite concerned about the misuse of my document details and would like to have my documents and/or know that they have been recieved by HDFC. I have no idea if the people who collected these details were authentic.

                                        My house registery was held on 31st Dec., 2008. Today is 18th March 2009. We took home loan from HDFC Bank. We need xerox copy of my registery. But The banker's person said that we dont receive your registery from registrar office till date. we called them many times to registrar office. every time they could not reach there. first time he told that he is ill. second time he was out of station. we take 10 to 15 leave from office for this purpose. but till date i could not received my xerox copy. i need that for electricity & water connection.

                                        if here is any person who can solve my problem so please help me.
                                        WE are from middle class family. we cant take more leaves.
