I am also a victim to this. Lets group and do a Dharna in front of HDFC bank. We should have banner against HDFC and also against Congress party who heads center. They have the power to control such a thing(via RBI actions/measures), but they are not doing so, since they are eating money from private banks. Let regroup and put up a big rally. Ignoring existing customers

I would like to register a formal complain against HDFC bank regarding the interest rates of home loans. When RBI used to increase the CRR, repo and reverse repo rates the very same day HDFC used to increase their rates by same bps.

Fraud Transaction

Today when I was going to my office in my official cab at 3:55p.m. i got the message from HDFC Bank that a transaction of 12, 000/ happenned at 3:54p.m. online on indiaideas.comlimited. i never did any transaction and the card is with me. I called Bank and blocked my card with all my add-ons and faxed the incident at their Fax.

This is Suresh Kumar M.I am working for an MNC company in SJR ipark Whitefield. I usually withdraw cash from the CorpBank ATM present in this location using my HDFC Debit card. Unfair Trade Practices by HDFC

Hi Guys

I am tired of paying high rate of interest to HDFC for my home loan & I am sure that you guys are as well. When the interest rates go up our floating rate goes up in a flash. when they come down our rates still remain high. We have two options
1) Sit & cry over it. Think nothing can be done.

IBT charges, high value cash withdrawl

Hi,

I have a savings bank account with HDFC bank in Mumbai. When I tried to withdraw more than 50, 000 Rupees and the bank charged me @ Rs. 2.90 per 1000 on the full amount. It is ridiculous. I have banked with various banks in many parts of the world and this kind of charge is unheard of.

The strange part of it is I was told when I was opening the account that there are no hidden charges, I can carry out day...

Insta Alerts not working properly

I am tired of compalining to HDFC bank regarding the Insta Alerts malfunctioning. Due to the same, I've also been penalised with some charges.
Spoke to the customer service 5 times, whereas I've not recieved any revert from the bank still. Lousy service to the core.
Want a phone call to speak to the bank and the money reversed....

Not informing client and returning it

HDFC bank had sent a courier through overnite express courier which contained ATM pin on 26/02/2009 with airway bill No;[protected] which to be delivered at Jolly Grany, Rishikesh. the same courier was received by rishikesh branch of ovenite on 27/02/2009 and returned it back on 28/02/2009 without informing me or the bank. The courier cited out of delivery area as the reason for not despatching the letter to me.

Home Loan Interest Rate

Dear Sir,

I have HDFC bank home loan from last 2.5 yrs. Right now as every bank have down their interest rate which is around at 9 %. But HDFC bank still charging me 11.75% of interst rate.
Therefore I called their CCE & asked my query like why they are charging this much of higher interest rate for a old customer.

On this I got reply as I can decrese this interest rate by paying 0.5% on the principal...

Interest rate charged to existing customers
