Dear Sirs,
Sub:- Unconnected calls being received from HDFC Ban, New Delhi/Gurgaon - Reg.
I wish to bring to your kind notice that my full name is Kandadai Srirama Sathagopa Ramanujacharyulu, working in The Singareni Collieries company Limited (Coal Mines) and I am a resident of Srirampur Colony for the past 30 years. I am having SB A/c No.[protected] at Mancherial HDFC Bank. I have chaned my cell phone on 4th April, 2008 with No.[protected]pre-paid) and the same also was informed to the Bank for correction. My earlier cell No.was[protected].
After changing the cell phone, I used to get calls from HDFC Bank, New Delhi/Gurgaon (Ph No.[protected] that I have to pay some dues for using my Credit Card. But I am not having any CREDIT CARD and I am conveying the same to them. They are telling my name as K.S.Ramanuja and the Firm and my pemanent address etc., what they are telling are not pertaining to me. In spite of giving the actual information, they used to call once or twice every month and I am giving the same reply.
On 7th Nov, '08, I have received a call again from HDFC Bank, New Delhi/Gurgaon (Ph No.[protected] as well as Police authorities that I have to pay dues. Again I have brought to their notice that I am not having any Credit Card and I am not a resident of New Delhi/Gurgaon, never visited the above places, I am not an employee of S.V.Construction, Gurgaon and my permanent address is not Pentapogu, West Godavari Dist as conveyed by them.
Probably, they are calling me basing on newly changed cell phone which was not with me earlier to April, 2008.
As the above unconnected calls are giving unnecessary mental torture to me, I request you to kindly look into the matter, take up with concerned authorities and do the needful at the earlier.

I am not receiving our credit card statement from HDFC Bank. I am suffering from mental tourcher from recovery Agency side through bank.starting to till date i am not recieve our statement. so i am enable to pay our card.

whome ever this concern.

My father hold an NRI account in your bank. a/c no: [protected]. He was unable to use his account for last one year. Two months back he approached your NRI office in DAMMAM, KSA, there one of your executive said it is possible to reactivate the A/c by paying 500 SR. my dad paid the amount but still his account is not activated. When enquired they said we just sent info to INDIA, we cannot access any data from here, for further quieries plz contact india. My brother from india called customercare but no resolution was found. I came to KSA recently. I am thinking to open NRI A/c, But I am feared that when you are not able to resolve this problem, how can I relay on you or other Bank? If account cannot get activated then why did your people took 500 SR? why you people bluff, betry us. If banks are not safe plce to our money, then where can we go? If you people are loyal and dedicated to work, then show the resolution to my problem. else return the amount paid to you.

I have applied for a personal loan on 25th july 09, some of executive came to me & verify about me, filled the form as well as collect all the documents regardings the loan and make me assure that I will be call back for virification & within 72 hours an amount of 1.25 lac will came to my account.after that 2/3/4 days gone I did not get any response or verification call when I quarried about the matter some of your executive told me that my form was rejected becoze I am defence person. My form is already logged on 28th july09, some of your executive telling me that my form is not rejected. Sir just want a conformed answer form your side.i did not understand what you people doing with a customer.if the matter does not solve by you then please give any contact no of your higher authorities or CEO that can I tell him my problem. & its not take normaly becoz I do everything for this matter its customer right, & please do not send me same reply, like my representive meet you soon, please.

Subject : Cheque Forged

Dear Sir,

This has reference to above subject Mr. Parveen Kumar approached for a car loan. He presented himself as he is associated with HDFC bank. He said he will organize loan through HDFC. I issued a cheque no. 214006 dated 15.7.09 of Rs. 50000 drawn on IOB Nehru Mkt. Rajori Garden N.Delhi, /-. to Mr. Parveen Kumar in favour of HDFC Bank. We feel that Parveen Kumar has added his name or account number and got this money credited on 17.7.09. When he did not initiate any loan we asked for refund and he gave a third party cheque (Issued by Nibha Garg from Barclay Bank) which bounced. We asked Mr. Parveen, that we issued cheque to HDFC bank why a third party cheque is being issued, he gave different execuses. Then we approached our bank and enquired for said cheque issued in favour of HDFC Bank.

This cheque has been debited from my account at IOB Rajori Garden New Delhi and has been credited with code[protected] in your friends colony New Delhi Branch . Kindly let me know in which account this cheque has been credited to enable me to take suitable action. I feel that there is involvment of HDFC person also, which will give a bad name to HDFC. Your immediate response shall be appreciated. I have also approched CBI Crime branch.

From the day I received credit card, Im struggling to get your each and every services promised at the time of applying for card.

I kindly request you to refer the below mail.

I confirmed for Balance Transfer offer and Travel Bag offer for the first purchase with the customer care executive at the time of applying the card itself.

Even after that, when I received SERVICES Call for my card from your executives, they confirmed me the both above mentioned offers on my card.

I struggled hard for enhancing my credit limit.. Now the same is happening again.

Im using ICICI & SBI credit card. But in both cases, I got what I was promised at the time of applying for card.

Im working in Tata Consultancy Services around 3 years..

But I have not faced this kind of problems with any other banks.

I dont understand why your people are making false commitments.

Im totally depressed with the way Miss Priya has replied now..

Its not my call to make false statements and mails.. Im demanding the ones promised by your customer care executives..

My demands are because my needs are such... That's the reason I applied for cards / loans with HDFC...

Is this the way you treat a customer?? What a irresponsible reply I have received...

Besides, Im possessing two loan relationship with your bank ..

Sir, I would like you to look into this issue and give me a satisfiable reply before the new year..

I need a proper responsible person's number who can resolve my issue in real.

I want this to be my last mail escalation to you.. Im tired of sending mails to you and making calls to your customer care..

We are having many preferred a/cs in HDFC Bank, Ambala Cantt branch but we are sorry to write you that we are no more interested to continue our a/cs due to mental harrasment given by your credit card division, Chennai since a long time, even after many mails from BM/RM, HDFC Bank, Ambala Cantt in our favour to your credit card division, Chennai/Customer care. We have no complaints with BM/RM, HDFC Bank or from branch staff of Ambala Cantt. All are equally co-operative. Responsibilty is only of your credit card division for losing many preferred customers like us. We have already applied for closing of our a/cs.You are requested to take action, accordingly. So, that nobody, like us should suffer in future.

    I had taken a auto loan of Rs.200000/- from HDFC Bank. My auto loan account no. is 2048695. The monthly instalment was fixed for Rs.6402 and the instalment was agreed to be paid through ECS from State Bank of India Sarai Khawja Faridabad. The said instalment has been fully completed on[protected]. Today I contacted HDFC Bank Rajouri Garden Branch New Delhi for issuance of NOC but they refused to issue the same stating that there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 548 lying in my account on account of fine imposed against non payment of ECS in September 2007. However, I apprised all the facts that there was no fault of mine in not paying the instalement of September 2007 as the arrangement has been between HDFC and SBI. Instalment of September 2007 was separately paid by me vide cheque no.140518 dated[protected] which has been duly realized by the bank. During the said month there was sufficient funds outstanding in my account. No reason for non-clearance of ECS of September 2007 has been given to me either by HDFC or SBI . HDFC Bank is in the habit of imposing such type of fine in the past also. For example HDFC Bank had earlier imposed a fine of Rs. 256/-, Rs. 450/- and 81 in April-May 2006, Feb 2007 which were waived off by the HDFC on filing a complaint to the customer Service and I was assured vide their mail dated[protected] : "Quote We once again apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. Please be assured that utmost care will be taken to ensure the issue is not repeated... Eleanor Faria HDFC Bank - Unquote".
    Please note that all the instalments have been paid by me timely and without any further delay. I have been declared by the HDFC a valuable customer. Now HDFC Bank has refused to issue me NOC till Rs.548 is cleared.They have illegally imposed the said fine without any fault of mine. I am being harassed by the bank.

        Dear Sirs,
        Sub:- Unconnected calls being received from HDFC Bank, New Delhi  for payment of dues on Credit Card - Reg.My SB A/c No.at HDFC Bank, Mancherial is [protected] and I am not having any CREDIT CARD.  I have taken prepaid idea cell with No.[protected] on 4th April, '08.Since then, I am getting calls from HDFC Bank(Ph No.[protected], New Delhi, monthly once or twice, that I have to pay some dues for using my Credit Card.  Every time I am replying that I am not having any Credit Card, I am not a resident of New Delhi/Gurgaon, never visited the above places, I am not an employee of S.C.Constructions and my permanent address is not Pentapogu, West Godavari Dist as conveyed by them.On 7th Nov also I have received call from Ph No.[protected] from HDFC Bank as well as Police authorities that I have to pay the dues.  I have replied as usually that I am not having any CREDIT CARD.Probably, they are calling me basing on newly changed cell phone which was not with me earlier to April, 2008.As the above unconnected calls are giving unnecessary mental torture to me, I request you to kindly look into the matte, take up with concerned authrities  and do the needful at the earliest.Thanking you, K.S.S.Ramanujacharyulu, Qr.No.C2-26, RK-8 Colony, PO Srirampur ColonyDist Adilabad (A.P)           PIN-504 303

          Repected sir,
          I am Prasanth Thomas, working in a software firm Suntec infosystems Pvt Ltd Trivandrum. Currently I am in client side BSNL Jhansi. I have salary account in HDFC bank Trivandrum. On 4th October through the net banking (TPT) 15000 rupees debited from my account to the account Manoj S Jhoshi. But I don't know him. And I didn't transfer 15000 rupees to anyone's account. I think it's a cyber crime that someone hacked my password. I complained to Bombay HDFC bank through HDFC bank Jhansi through phone. They gave me one complaint number that[protected] dated 06-Oct-2008. And they told me that they would take necessary action on it within two days. And I sent a FAX to Cochin branch about this matter. But till now I didn't get any reply from HDFC head office or from Cochin office. When I informed cyber cell they told me that to give complaint in police station or cyber cell directly or through Branch Manager. Directly I can't give complaint in police station or in cyber cell Trivandrum because presently I am in Jhansi (UP) for office work. So I went in Jhansi police station. But they were not ready to accept my complaint because my account is in Kerala. I wouldn't get leave in these days. Kindly I request you register the complaint in police station or in cyber cell. And please take necessary action to get this amount. Below I add my account details.Till now there has not action from HDFC or from police side.

          This is in regard to teh authoroties of HDFC Bank
          Dear Sir/Ma'am,
          It's really disappointing to see that in such a so called professional bank people and system behave so unprofessionally that no one is available to listen to the customer rather bank is doing DADAGIRI and taking money out of my account WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INTIMATION. I had paid my credit card bill of Rs.1500 quite a long ago for the bill which never reached me and later because of misbehaviour of bank and Executives I had stopped using HDFC CREDIT CARD bt the bank was not happy after this and so to humiliate me bank kept multiplying the interest which i was never suppossed to pay and bank executive kept calling and irritating me but now It's height o[censored]nprofessionalism because the bank has deducted Rs. 7356.41 from my HDFC account without prior intimation and my approval. Hence, I am writing this mail expecting that there are still some people who understand the consumer complaints and look into thematter. If this matter is not sorted out I'll be compelled to annul all my relationship which includes My Fixed deposit of Rs.132000/-, my 4years old HDFC account with the regular balance of Rs. 111000/- and my referral of atleast 2 customer per month.Hoping to see your response in this favour soon.

          Dear sir,

          I apply for opening of new saving bank account at your branch vishwas Nagar Shahdara Delhi on 13.10.09 as I was represented by your authorized person that it was a zero balance account and hidden any type of charges in that account is applicable by sh arun verma . with representation I sing on the blank new saving account opening foam and hand over him a cheque of rupees 10200/- drawn at axix bank delhi. Later on I came to know that it was not a zero balance account, I immediately went to your branch office at vishwas nagar Shahdara delhi at about 1.30 p.m and meet sh. Arun verma who represent me it was zero balance account and ask him wheather it was zero balance or not, he told me it was zero balance but you have to maintain 10000/- quaterly in this account than immediately I requested him please don’t open my account and return my cheque. On this he told me that it is not possible now. Than I made him a written request latter on 10.10.09 at about 2.00 p.m for cancellation of new account and return of my said cheque and instruct him not to present that cheque as I do not want to open my account in your branch as it was not a zero balance account. On this mr. arun verma became angry and misbehaved with me and told me I will not cancelled that account in any case jo tumnay karna hai kar lo. Sir the behavior of that person is against the bank policy and customer .

          It is therefore request you cancelled my new account opening foam and return my cheque and not to present that cheque in any case and further take an appropriate action against the said person as he by misleading the customers opened account and thereafter misbehaved them.

          unprofessional attitude of HDFC Bank mathura

          A fraud was committed at HDFC bank mathura where in a NRI'S account was fraudulently opened by a person called vikas arora and money with drawan from the account fraudulently. The fraudster vikas arora has been arrested and in jail and his case is under trial. The trial court has been repeatedly asking the bank manager to furnish the original documents used for opening the fraud account but bank has for past 4 months failed to honour the summons from the court.

          On being threatened with arrest warrants the bank manager finally sent a bank employee to court with the plea that the original documents have to be got from mumbai.

          It seems that the bank is not interested in furthering the cause of justice .

          can some one look into this matter and pull up mathura branch manager to cooperate with the court and produce the required documents asap.

            My name is being printed wrongly in all the statements with my surname at first and first name at last. I went to the Koramangala Branch, Bangalore and requested for change of name. The lady asked me to fill a form and submit it with supporting proof, employers letter, a personal request letter.
            I did submit all the forms and I was told the change will reflect in 5 working days. It's been more than a month and still my name remains the same. I called the customer service and raised a complaint, but still no change.
            I can't believe the bank is so irreponsible!

                HDFC Standard Life Insurance — Regarding Harrising For Free look of policy

                I have a police with HDFC Standard Life Insurance Policy No 12872211.But due to sum porblem i am not able to contine this policy in future for that i am visited the branch 1st time on 05/05/09 but the staff say that the manager is not available you have to waight for 1 hour. Then i leve the branch after the Half Hour. After that i am sende my bearer to branch on 06/05/09 and 07/05/09. With all the document and also the letter regarding freelok of policy. On 06/05/09 When my bearer visited the branch to talk Mr.Biplab Dey he saying that cust. hase to visit the branch and also the person who done my policy hase to present there to talk with .                 how to check the policy status online
                Hi,
                I had surrendered my policy[protected] on 29-Dec-12 with the required documents at the law college road Pune branch, I have also receipt for the same. But when after a week I asked
                customer care about my refund status and they said your refund is on hold since copy of your beneficiary's Id is missing in the first place if according to your policy no one can surrender policy without the required documents (Policy, Policy holder's ID and beneficiary's Id) how could you give a crape that one of the document is not submitted. Even if it is misplaced by you people(now anything can be expected by you guys) you cant even bother to communicate it to the customer.
                When I enquire the matter with the branch executive (Pune Law college Road) she said all the documents are perfectly fine she herself scanned the documents and sent it to the concern department. Next day she said customer care gave the same crape beneficiary id is missing and branch executive said we have received authorization for your check, by tomorrow we'll dispatch it.

                But when I today called branch executive she said she doesn't know why the concerned department is not approving the process and asked me to discuss the issue with that department representative.
                Why don’t you peole update the status online?
                I mean this is the service which you people provide to your customers..ridiculous.
                Why such discrepancy in your representatives? They are just playing blaming game. They don't even realize that they are representing the same organization.
                They don't even bother about the customers problems and providing the solution they don't even think about it.

Neither I can login to card account nor get registered to account as new user, when I try to register to the same account, I get a messege like "CARD ACCOUNT ALREADY REGISTERED". i have registered a lot of complaints to Customer Care against this case, but no body is taking it serious, they always promise me to resolve this problem in next 24 hours.                   Dear Sir/Mam,

                  I have been holding a credit card of HDFC Bank. Now I m having a problem of login to Credit Card Account. Neither I can login to card account nor get registered to account as new user, when I try to register to the same account, I get a messege like "CARD ACCOUNT ALREADY REGISTERED". i have registered a lot of complaints to Customer Care against this case, but no body is taking it serious, they always promise me to resolve this problem in next 24 hours. I have been following them for around 45 days,
                  Kindly get this problem resolved as soon as possible. My Card no is - [protected]. Kindly take the neccessory action.

                      I have an account with HDFC Bank,
                      on 8th OCT 2008, I tried to use HDFC Visa card in an ICICI
                      tried to withdraw amount Rs 15000, amount was debited from my account but cash was not dispenced from ATM :

                      Logged a complain with HDFC on 9th OCT :

                      Upon the request of HDFC customer care executive on 13 OCT, submitted a written Charge Back form on 14 OCT 2008.

                      To this day the amount is not credited back.
                      HDFC bank says it will credit the amount back on 13 DEC 2008, which is two and half months after the transaction is done.
                      And moreover the response from the bank is not satisfactory, they say VISA will take 35 to 50 days for the amount to be credited back, Have asked them to share such a document which talks about this process . but they are unable to share any such document.

                      As many of you have already pointed out, it is really dissapointing on these banks part to make customer for for 2 months to wothdraw their own cash.
                      MY A/C NO IS [protected] with PNB
                      I withdrew money from HDFC atm situated in Alkapuri, baroda( with the branch opp Abn amro) on 9 april 09. The machine declined the transaction twice each time debiting the amount of rs 3500( total 7000). ie i didnt get the money but was debited from my a/c.
                      I have given an application regarding the same to the PNB, ellora pk . in fact they are telling me to go and complain to the Hdfc bank as I withdrew money from that ATM.
                      As it came in the news paper. this kind of debit entry should be reversed in 24 hours but 20 days have passed and no action has been taken.
                      I am highly disappointed from hdfc as the PNB staff is telling that they havent received any intimation regarding the same from HDFC.
                      Kindly send an intimation to PNB so that they can credit my A/c with RS 7000/-.

                        I am agree with you.

                        I too experienced the same thing. I had called HDFC 10 months before to close the card. After that i had received no bills till last month (NOV) and sudddenly received a bill this month. I got shocked how did they sent a bill for closed card. Bill has two transactions of month Aug when i was not in Mumbai. I am not sure how, whcen i have already closed and broken the card.

                        When i kept the complain they said, you are late because this bill is of Aug. and we can not find any information about these transactions after 60 days. Absolutely trapped.

                        Because i havent received a bill and i was under impression that card is closed. Suddenly when i have received a bill of Aug in the month of Nov, already past 60 days. I have no options except paying bill.
                        As we dont have any proof/receipt of our request of closing the card.

This is sumeet with credit card no [protected] have already went to begumpet branch and wrote a letter and broke the card into 4 pieces but iam still receiving a bills on this and i received a phone calls also and i straight away i told i dont require but still iam receiving the bills instead iam not having credit card also and no single usage also and also i got last call saying that please pay 234 rs yur account will get close so i also paid 234 but still iam getting these such type of bills i request hdfc to stop the billings and no bill should be despatched and pls close my card

                        My name is vijaya singh i had a credit card for which i agrred to settle the ac in da year 24-11-07. For an amount of 20,000/= and do hav all da recipests with me that i made the paymnet to bank (reciept no.s as folows with the amt..)

                        When i gave call to credit card dept. A person name Nikunj picked call on the number[protected]. I told him i want to speak to manager but he abused and abruptly said there is no manager here and if you want to mark compliant against me nothing will happen to me... do what you want . Inspite me requeating him whenever your manager comes arrange for a call back on which he said there is no facility to make calls by manager and no out bound call are made... i dont think pepole in clooections have got the right to abuse and show unncessary attitude wheather a customer making paymnet or not ...
                        Inspite helping your executives abuse coustomer who make full paymnet and bank harresses by blocking customers whole salary without intimating and telling the fault.. Bank is responsible for such irresponsible behaviuor.. towards customer... If i dont get a call on ma cell num[protected] by next 24hrs.. i will file coplint againdst bank in court and also to consumer court wherein i have the call recordedd whcich your executive abused and did not help... if i making paymnats getting tortured like this i don't knw what you do with people who dont pay... no ethics... just mare heartless bank ...

                        Hi i am a unsatisfied customer of HDFC Bank & they keep on sending me bills which i am not going to pay due to i was promised that if you expense of 70000 in a year then you wont be charged a renewal charge of 500rs which i did but still they charged me 500 rs which was not required.

                          I would like to draw your attention towards the D-activation of my credit card Titanium No. [protected] on the eve of Diwali without informating me. While purchasing petrol from petrol pump cards says " PICK UP" means i have picked this card some where.

                          Although i have not received Platinum card from the bank but I have received statement for the same for Rs.9430.74.

                            Illegal withdrawal of money from my account through citibank ATM - without my knowledge
                            I am Pooja Bhagwat, salary account holder with HDFC Bank ( S R nagar branch, hydrabad ), i m staying in bangalore, i was just shocked on 2nd oct 2008, when someone has used my account and withdrawn money through citibank ATM, at that time i was having my ATM card with me and i was in my office. someone has withdrawn an amount of Rs.7, 500/- and left my account with a balance, equivalent to NIL.ii have given complaint to jpnagar hdfc bank, jpnagar police station, indiranagar police station then again i gave complaint to hdfc investigation depertment at Airport road, bangalore, but still after 1 months they are unable to give me any of the details, investigation team assured me that they will provide me footage(web cam in atm snap)who has done transaction, but till now nothing is happened. i want that money to be refunded in my account at the earliest ( without any delay ).otherwise i have to fire complaint in cousrt against HDFC bank.

                            Illegal sing on Insurance paper and Processing Fee form
                            I am Devinder Kumar, I have taken a loan for Rs. 165000/- from HDFC bank and I received only Rs. 160473.. Loan A/c No. is 14046792 The DSA assured me that the bank will charge processing fee @1.5% and I also signed the paper with @1.5% processing fee. I am shocked when I received the money after deducting processing fee @2% and insurance amount. I never signed the insurance paper. I don’t know my insurance paper and processing fee form signed by DSA or HDFC bank staff. I have already taken 3 loans from other banks and never signed the insurance paper and they don’t deduct the insurance amount.

                            I have a simple question that if I signed the processing fee form with @1.5% then how bank can deduct processing fee @2%. If they want to charge processing fee @2%, they will reject my current loan kit and signed it again.

                            I have already called to Mr. Raj Bahadur (Manager) DSA (First Global Relation Pvt. Ltd., 2274, Basement, Hudson Line, Near Kingsway Camp, Delhi – 110009).

                            Plz. Give me the resolution otherwise I will not pay any EMI.

                            Can anybody from HDFC customer service person help me? I am really shocked & I am waiting for the positive reply from HDFC customer service.

                            This is not a matter for money, this is a matter for fraud.

                            HDFC Bank — Money illegally withdrawn from my account

                            My latest account statement shows that half my balance has been stolen by the bank showing it as an account transfer. The account reduced from Rs. 79,000 to Rs. 39,000 by this transaction. I would like to take action agai nst the bank. Can you please suggest steps for the same?

                              We were five girls staying in the apartmenrt.

                              The house gets flooded even with little bit of rain. Rain water starts seeping in from the tiles- from underground. So we had to leave the house because we were all falling sick with the unhygienic conditions.

                              When we complained to the owner they asked us the get it cleaned- and they promised they will reimburse the money. But within 2 hrs water started getting filled in the house again. Full house got fungus, all clothes /shoes / TV, air conditioner got spoilt.

                              We told them that we are vacating- they said "dont worry- we will give back the full advance amount whenever you vacate"

                              But when we vacated- they did not reimburse the full cleaning money.

                                I'm a HDFC customer.From 25-Oct-2008 onwards i'm unable to withdraw money from my savings account.That account belongs to Kauvery Bhavan branch Bangalore.From that day onwards i am calling to phone bankers, but they didnt take his as a serious issue.Last week i visited the Kauvery bhavan branch, they initially shows some interest.
                                What i can do?.The simply holding 30, 000 rupees without intimating me and showing vaid reason.I decided to send mail to Chairman of HDFC(deepak.[protected]@hdfcbank.com) and MD(aditya.[protected]@hdfcbank.com).I dont know why they are behaving like this.

                                After reaching the language option in the menuthe system gets stuck-up nor can anyone access any phone Banking Service executive. This has been causing tremandous harrassment to the customers.
                                If the system have been monitered by the concern officialthey should have fixed the problem in time.it reflect the poor function taking place in the Bank Functionary.
                                Unlike other sector werethe name and number of the official are transparentthe of HDFC Bank is a face-lessorganisation were everything seems to be kept secret. this is ok as long as the system is working properly but in event of problem like these one i have mentioned above, customer are left highan dry.

                                I am a customer of HDFC bank from 2004 onwards. HDFC bank issued a credit card in my name to whom it is unknown. that account has some debit balance of Rs18k and all my personal records are attahed to that cc account of which i never got any statement. recently i took a second loan, from the bank and they got out of slumber that my credit card a/c is showing debit balance which i have to clear for loan approval. this is how i came to know that bank has issued a card in my name and i am not aware and it shows a nexus between employess and the fraudester that they were not sending the statement to me. the funny part is when i took the 1st loan, they were sleeping and never told me of the debit balance of the card which was existing that time.
                                recently i lost my card in the atm machine as the moment i entered the card in the machine, it got off due to link failure. since then i am in trouble and made a complain to the customer department to send the card in a particular branch but they have send the same to other branch. they say all the phones are recorded but see the kind of service provided.
                                you do whatever you want, but those buggers wont do anything, i being ex-employee of hdfc bank faced lot of problems.even the MD is so busy that he wont respond on mails.

                                I have done HDFC SLIC on 2007 . I have been mislead by a sales executive Mr. Ashok Miglani . My issue is being dragged since October 2008 till date. This people are absolute worthless. They cause mental torture to us . In case you face such a problem, I must say you go ahead with Insurance Ombudsman . They will definately help you out . Then after go to Consumer Court, followed by High Court, Supreme Court, Parliament and Prime Minister's Office . Go to media. Common People are to be heard some way.

                                HDFC Bank - Credit Card & Savings Account — Account withdraw from savings account with my knowledge

                                I have an account with HDFC bank since more than 7 years. To my surprise I see that whatever hard-earned money i had saved in my account has been transferred to credit card division without any intimation. As per RBI guidelines, nobody is allowed to touch the account without the account holders consensus. I am supposed to clear credit card dues and already had discussed with the recovery agent that we will clear with 6 months installment cheques as i am jobless currently. Inspite of this, they have transferred Rs. 61869 from my savings account to their credit card account without any prior intimation to me. Please help me to recover my money as i dont have anything with me except for that money.                                 I have applied for a two wheeler loan in HDFC ( since I have 3 HDFC savings accounts ) to buy a HONDA AVIATOR from the DIDAR Motors Chennai. Initially, I was been informed that the interest rate would be 9.3% for 1yr when checked with a different show room but the Executives in DIDAR charged me 10.3% ( I am ok with that since I dint find a blue aviator in any other show room). But the service I recieved from the Two wheeler loan Executives was really horrible which made me felt very bad for being cutomer of HDFC. I was been asked to give the PDC Cheques without filling the IN FAVOUR OF column since the executive didnt have the Stamp with her. Even when i believed her ( Name: Logeshwari ) and gave since she promised me that she is gonna give me the xerox copies of the PDC cheques the next day. When I went and asked for the xerox copies the next day i got a very irresponsible answer from the executives there and literally was been insulted for asking that. The executives dont even know the diference between the ID proof and the Address proofs. The executive doesnt even know what they are gonna do with the PDCheques when I gave my account for ECS. Moreover, I had a worst experience with the back which recommend to my friends. I was been told finally that I am not gonna recieve the proofs for the PDCs I have given, however can get a payment trackment from their side to compensate that even which I dint recieve it till date. Finally HDFC lost 3 Savings Accounts and especially the faith and goodwill which it has from me with the hospitality shown. I wont reccommend HDFC anymore to anyone

                                i have all ready requested to customer care many times but they are saying offer not available if you can not provide me some emi option, I unable to pay your outstanding amount. Nobody wants to be a defaulter but in current scenario i have only two options to pay emi for converted in loan or be a defaulter by doing settlement with the bank instead of paying minimum dues of my card as my financial condition is not good.

                                I am very old customer of HDFC bank and hope you will definitely provide me some way out so that i can easily pay my outstanding to being a good customer of the bank.

                                I have invested all my saving of 15 years with HDFC Life but now i lost Rs 80000 Rs at one go due misleading information provided by one of the branch employ, when it is addressed to customer service they admit their mistake but refused to compensate the money and person is still working with HDFCLIFE. They have cheated 80000 RS for me.
                                I lodged complaint with Costumer grievances cell, Wrote to MD no response from any one.

                                I was given policy on 12th Feb'12 and told right now this is quarterly mode but it will be changed to monthly mode from May'12 and i filled the required ECS forms at starting only and my Financial consultant told he will take care. In May'12 i got mails of quarterly mode only, i contacted manager Naidu, he told this time i pay, he will take care next time. Again in August i am getting mail of Quarterly mode. This is frustrating for a common man, Never believed to have such unprofessional service from HDFC.



                                Naidu promised to take care of the frequency as i have already given required docs to my financial consultant Nagarjuna at the starting only.



                                Please help a common man of India. Dont force me to goto Court / RTI / Higher authorities.

                                  This is to inform you that ATM of HDFC Kondhwe Khurd branch failed to disburse amount when I had tried to withdraw amount of Rs. 15000.00 and my account was charged for the amount on date 01/11/2008. The account statement shows withdrawal of the amount from the bank ATM.
                                  I tried to draw cash Rs 8000/- from HDFC Bank ATM at Saket New Delhi 2/4/09, but no cash came & no statement came.
                                  On 9th April when I recd Bank statement I surprised to see the amount Rs 8000/- was deducted from my account. I comlain to HDFC Cust Care & They give me complain # DEL047978 & told me that they will inform me on my mobile phone & but I have no recd any call from HDFC yet. What should I do to get back my money, How much time i will take.
                                  I tried withdrawing Rs. 15000 from one of the HDFC STM located in Pratap Nagar (Near Jail Road - Hari Nagar - 64). First time when i tied it said "TRANSACTION REQUEST TIME OUT" then i thought let me wait for half an hr and then try again. Next time when i went to withdraw the same amount - 15000 was deducted from the account withought dipersing the amount. Since it was a PNB ATM card. I had called up phone the bank...no one is giving me the right answer wht should i do.

                                  PNB says wait for 48 hours if the amount is not automatically credited to your account then we will get in touchbase with HDFC. My wauestion On what behalf he/she told me that money will be automatically credited to my account once taken by HDFC Bank.

                                  HDFC says i nedd to contact with PNB bank about this matter.

                                  I have plenty of payment to make and unfortunatley this HDFC Bank has done a nonsense task. HDFC Bank & their entre custome care service sucks..

                                      I have ordered devnetjobs organization job posting worth $45 and I have received the confirmation from the vendor 2co.com today morning. While doing the transaction, the first time I was told that it was unsuccessful, while the second time it was confirmed. Hence, my card has to be charged only once. However, I have been charged twice. The vendor has also confirmed that the transaction has only happened once (detail of the mail, from the vendor enclosed) Please help and reverse one transaction as I have only made the payment of $ 45 once only and not twice.

                                      This is Abhilash From hyderabad here to ask you to support my problem that on 23 june i have booked ticket to New York (JFK) from hyderabad for 10 AUGUST 2009. Every thing gone fine Till payment and then qatar site after payment says that "maintanance problem try again later" but money has been debited to qatar from my credit card. So, today morning i have called to qatar customer regarding this they said to contact with your bank, then i made a call to icici they said money has been debited to qatar airways and they given me a unique id and said to say tis id to qatar airways. The id is 149086. After that customer support of qatar mailed me that " We advise that the below transaction is not successful and the amount is now voided. Hence Qatar Airways does not hold any amount from this transaction. Kindly coordinate with your card-issuing bank for the voided amount".Please do resopon as earliest about my status.

                                      I used friend's finder on sep'09 but they are charging without my knowledge in the oct'09 and nov'09 continuously. I had given a complaint in HDFC nungambakkam branch ATM drop box. but, there is no action taken and they billed in this month also.
