LTD. and using this card from last more then one year and I am paying all my bills regularly but this time it happend some late due to some very urgent personal problems . Auto debit on HDFC BANK website not working properly

I have hdfcbank credit card and saving Account. For making payment of credit card for the month of August 2008 whose last date was 31/8/2008. On 28/08/2008 I tried to make payment through Auto debit on HDFCBANK website. When I submit for Auto debit it show me instruction that your auto debit will activate with in 7 days, because I have make payment before 31/08/2008 so I cancelled auto debit at same time and drop a cheque of rs.1590 on 28/08/2008....

charges taken : 500 for loan approval, nearly 3000 for not having account in hdfc
reason: the bank person dint tell this to me even i had asked him 100 times
moral of the story : i last money and i don't want anyone to lose it again so whom ever in Chennai don't take personal loan from hdfc bank, because they hide everything...

working hours

Hi,

My wife who is working as sales manger with hdfc credit card division, is been asked to work 7 days a week and from 9.30 am to 8 pm. I do understand that this kind of working is common with "sales " field but is it so for 365 days ???????

would someone guide me with what to do on this regard as she is suffering from bad health as well as our family life is becoming a living hell under pressure.br...

Generation of EMI

I have been informing regularly that i have ordered a bag with AVA merchandise but due to out of stock they fails to deliver then i gat my order cancel but HDFC bank is generatting emi regularly and calling me to pay but why i should pay the money when i have not purchased any thing.Please either solve this problem or cance;l my credit card, as all this is only the harasement of customer......

Impact of poor customer care response

Hello All:

I have applied a credit card in 2005 and I got the card with 15K INR limit master card, I was paying bills regulary and I have given complete amount whatever the outstanding in my card that was exactly 5400. card lost but payment came

Hello!
I am Samir, I have problem with HDFC bank. It all so happened that I received a credit card from this bank in 2006 in 2008 I found that my card was misplacing
so I loged a cmplain for this and the day I found it lost rang-up the customer support and asked to stop my card now.

I am an account holder (savings a/c) with HDFC Bank, Nashik branch. I have made payment for Tax deducted at Source twice. Not Changing the Statement Date

While filling the Form for the credit card, it was told that once i receive the card, i have to talk to the customer care, and then they would change the statement date of the card.
After i received the card, i came to know that the statement date of the card is 8th of every month i.e. 28th is the due date. I want the statement date to be 15th of every month, so that the due date could be 5th of every month, so that i can pay once...

I have been seeing most of the banks nowadays, they are collecting the cast at counter asking as to deposit at there cash deposits box at there ATM, s. If we do the saem and we look for the update, they saying the amoun tin the cover is not the same as mentioned in the deposit slip. This the one way of fraud they started nowadays. uncleared cheque

I have deposited a cheque issued by HDFC BANK, Pune tecc, pune to my accoUnt of SBI([protected]), kHARSIA, DISTT-RAIGARH(C.G). on 11JUNE 2008 but it has not been cleared yet. cheque number is 613703 in the favor of me i.e Raveesh Bhardwaj. Not returning the loan processing fees

I raveendra N. Pandey had applied for home loan (Rs. 1200000) and it was sanctioned. after sanctioning the same, HDFC has charged as Rs. 7200 as loan processing fees and now at the time of disbursement they are saying that max loan amount you can avail is Rs.960000/- only, which is not going to fulfill my need.
HDFC Faridabad (Mr. Prateek Dehra) and HDFC Allahabad (Mr. Joshi) have taken around Rs.7200 + Rs.1900 as loan processing fees...
