    Dear sir.
    As on behalf of my client a loan of 30 lakh was sanction on loan against property from hdfc bank ltd bhandarkar road branch in november 26th 20006 mentioning 12% per annum and the intallment was around 54 thouand per month. but the same amount of 30 lakh was disburt in four parts in eight month. after asked a bribe of 1 lakh through third party by the credit manger named sandeep nikam, sanjay naik, & ashish kabra. after two disburtsment to release the further two disburtment when we refued to give the same they had took collteral security against are property and again sanctioned a letter of 30 lakh by them self without any intimation to the customer on our security they had took the same amount and distrubited against themself. later since our work was pending and torchered by these we had to give them a bribe of 1 lakh but still full amount was not disburst and after that they again asked the bribe but my client refused to give and the last disburtsment was give to my client on 4th of july 2007. Till the same date my client never knew that they have taken a lon of 60 lakh where only 30 lakh was disburst to him. and above all the percentage was inscresed to 18%. we tried a lot to solve the case but the bank did not co-operated with us and where my client had took a loan for the bussiness. he has to shut down his business. so, now on behalf of my client i would like to claim business loss compensation of Rupees 5 crore against and a compensation of rupees 2 crore against the goodwill loss in the market.and compensation of 3 crore against the fraudlent against our property. and 1crore against mental and physical harrasment. and above all I would like to put up the case of criminal & frogery activities and like to take media conferance to warn all the people and rbi.

      HDFC Bank — Didnt recieve the WElcome KIt

      This complain is against the Person named Foram Pareek who is working in HDFC Ghatkoper mumbai & helped me to open an account with HDFC.It has been a month now & i havent recieved my debit card & the welcome kit.
      Though i have reminded her several times for the same still there is no appropriate action being taken by them.

          Sub: Reversal of entry from Card Loan account to Health Card account



          Ref: Card loan account: [protected];

          Savings Account No.:[protected], ANNA NAGAR, CHENNAI

          1 On 26th December 2008, I have paid Rs.17246 towards the total outstanding of the said Health card account, .In fact the entire outstanding

          on this loan account had been cleared on 29th November 2008 [Refer the last payment made through SI

          2. but by mistake I had written the Card loan account number [protected]; instead of the Card account number. [protected].

          3. An amount of Rs.870 is also debited on 29th December 2008 as per the SI towards the minimum amount due on this health card.

          4 When I noticed this in my Savings Account No.: [protected], ANNA NAGAR, CHENNAI, I called up to phone banking service on 29th December 2008 with a request to reverse the entry to transfer the amount of Rs. 17426 to the health card account and Rs.870 to my Savings Account No.: [protected], ANNA NAGAR, CHENNAI.

          5 I was given to understand that this will be done within a maximum of 3 days.

          6 When I reminded through phone banking service on 2nd January 2009, assurance was given that this will be done immediately.

          7 I am sorry to state that till date this has not been done. Please do the needful immediately.

          8 I also informed through[protected] that the debit card issued in this account is lost and requested them not only to block the card but to cancel the debit card as I do not need it. But I find annual fee of Rs.500 has been debited on 24 Dec 2008[DEBIT CARD ANNUAL FEE[protected] Dec 2008], and ST & CESS ON DEBIT CARD FEE FOR 241208. 02 Jan 2009 Rs 61.80.

          9 Please note that I do not need debit card and do not debit any charges in connection with this.

          Rs.67.42 has been debited three times within 30 days. Please clarify.

          Rs.500 has been debited as annual fee on debit card and Rs.61.80 as ST and CHESS even though had informed that the debit card is lost
          and clearly requested the authorities to block and cancel the card.

          Whenever some amount needs to be collected from the customer account is being debited in such a hurry without any delay, but whenever any credit
          is due for a customer it is not done as a routine matter; we have to remind several times but in vain.

          Yes I totally agree with you people...HDFC bank customer services are very-very bad and they cut-of[censored]nnecessary amount from our saving bank account time-to-time without any notice/information. Nobody from bank bothers to tell us anything when we go to meet in person.

            My Salary Account was on hold agaisnt my crdit card due 21000/- by Rs 35000/- which was my hard earning salary,


            Please make sure to withdraw immediately after getting salary credit card, HDFC Bank will cheat at any point of time by holding your salary without informing you against your credit card dues, this is Bank was recently merged with Centurion Bank, which was having lot of default cases and corruptions, According to to survey HDFC WILL CLOSE THEIR OPERATIONS BY BANKARUPTSY, makesure to wakeup before theft of your harden money.

            HDFC Bank is a THUG. I dont understand how without the customers consent they can hold a salary account. My whole salary has been kept on hold and further they have told me to clear another 12k due on my credit card or else they will keep my account on hold. This is only possible in a country like our. I think its high time these rules are reviewed so that family people like us do not suffer

              My name is Nawal Kishor; I worked with HDFC Bank Ltd. as a CSE between May 01, 2007 to November 12, 2008.
              My First Steps was:-
              I was got an Intimation of Resignation from the job on September 12, 2008 to Mr. Anmol Kumar (HDFC Bank Ltd. Relationship Manager, E-Commerce Solutions, Merchant Services, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027) Than I had resigned from the services on November 12, 2008. I was worked in e-Commerce Solutions (Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027). My dues are left i.e my last month salary and PF due.

              HDFC BANK LIMITED — Salary not reacive

              I am Abhishek Bhardwaj employee of HDFC bank in marketing sector.
              I was appointed on 10 Oct 2008 as a Contract sales Executive.
              I.P. extention branch in Delhi. My job code is CA 18361.

              I worked with this bank till 17 november 2008.
              The matter is that i didn't receive my salary yet.
              Which i am legally liable to get.
              My one months salary is RS.8500
              And my 1 months and 7 days salary is remain which is not given by departmet.

              So my request is that my seniors are not helping me in this regard. So i want to get my salary.

                On 24 Dec 2008, I have submitted a cheque belonging to my savings account with HDFC Bank, to withdraw the amount of Rs.2, 30, 000 at HDFC Bank of Nagercoil Branch at Vadasery Opp. to Bus Stand. But the above said respondents refused to provide me the amount by reasoning a false information as insufficient balance. But excess of Rs.4, 10, 000 was available in my account. I have shown the evidence of Rs.4, 10, 000 as I have downloaded the transaction history from netbaking. They returned me the cheque by stamping as "ALL STAMPS CANCELLED".

                It incurred me a great loss.

                1. I have travelled all the way from my permanent address to the HDFC Nagercoil Branch in a Rental Car.
                2. Wastage of Time for a whole day in the Bank
                3. Cheating me as Insufficient Balance, lead me to severe mental agony.
                4. I was not able to purchase a land and it was missed, where it was purchased by other person.
                5. I was not able to recover my Jewels from SBI Bank and the interest rate is getting increased.

                To compensate the above loss and damages, Rs.50, 000 should be issued unto me by the HDFC Bank of Nagercoil Branch.

                Failing to do so, will cause me to step into further legal proceedings and I will take up this media all over India through possible means.

                  Sir,

                  I was working in HDFC Bank at Dewas (M.P.) Branch at the post of Sales Executive. My joining Date is 11 Aug 2008, and my Business Code is CP07773. Sir I have informed that I have been terminated in October 2008 by Sales Manager Mr. Vivek Goad. So I stopped to do work since 23rd Oct 2008, but sir I don’t have got my salary since now. And I don’t have found any type of document of termination by the Bank. I have worked three month and It have gone five month and I don’t have got my Salary. Sir due to ID proof I was unable to open my Salary account. But in October I had my pan card. So I wanted to open my Salary account so that I can get my Salary. But my Sales Manager has told you are terminated. So you can’t open your Salary account. I will provide you Salary through pay order. Sir since 23rd October. My sales Manager is committing again and again your Salary is coming in Next week. But since now I didn't get. now days when I called up to my Sales Manager then he talked roughly. Sir I have had to face economical problem due to my Salary. So I contact to HR Office for my Salary and I have surprised I don’t have been terminated. My resignation letter has been send there whenever I didn't sign my resignation letter. My sales Manager is sending them false resignation letter and doing wrong with me. Sir already I have discussed about Salary with my Branch Manager also. But he didn't take any action and he didn't response to me. He has told you are working in Sales Department. So I can’t do anything. But Sir I was working for Dewas Branch (M.P.) So he must have cooperated But he didn't do also. So please do the needful action against this matter. This is kindly request to you to solve my problem and justice my matter.

For the month of March'09 due to a mistake from my end EMI (7.3.09) bounced. Your representative Mr. Mondal from Kolkata (mob no: [protected]) contacted me 12/15 days back & I adviced him to collect my payment from my office at 22B Santi Pally, Kolkata because at that time I was out of Kolkata. He denied to collect it & gave me an explanation that Kolkata is not under his jurisdiction & he is only able to collect it from my residence at Howrah only. But at the time of car purchase all the cheques were collected from my office only. Day before yesterday, I got one call from your bank & was giving me threatening due to my non payment. That day after receiving such a call from your bank, I called up Mr. Mondal (on 02.04.09 at 1.04 pm on his mobile no: [protected]) to collect the payment from my kolkata office but he again denied to collect it and gave me an explanation that till date he did not receive any pending list from bank for the month of April'09. But again I requested him to collect the amount from my office. But he did not come.
                    I will be out of Kolkata till middle of this month. So now it is not possible for me to pay the amount till then.

                      Sir,
                      I am regular customer of HDFC BANK CRADIT CARD.
                      HDFC BANK told they have support customer 24x7 & customers also need it.
                      But when i call customer care of HDFC BANK CRADIT CARD department for some query & Information help they refuse. They have only one answer "CALL after 7:00 AM our system was down."
                      When I ask their representive ( Mr. Nilesh ) he told me daily after 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM our system get down.
                      If this thing was happen daily then why bank cheat their customer that they have 24 x 7 help.
                      Just for increasing the customers. Atleast people will not call & weast their time and money.

                        freezing of my savings account without prior notice

                        I am in the process of settling my credit card with HDFC Bank in final. Negotiations are on as to the settlement amount with the bank. Now suddenly the bank has frozen my bank account without prior notice claiming that the credit card department has issued the suspension order. I cannot withdraw my own money from the bank. Is it legitimate for the bank to take such a step? Please let me know how I can resolve this....

                        I would like to draw your kind attention that I'm a regular customer of Centurion Bank of Punjub which is undertaken by HDFC Bank now.

                        I have taken a loan of amount 30, 000.00 five years back which monthly instalment is Rs.658.00.But last in the month of Nov 08 they have not deducted the amount after avilabily of sufficient balance in my a/c. Whereas during the month of Dec 08 they have deducted the Rs. 990.00 from a/c without any information to me and on quary they didn, t aloow me to spoke regarding this and not refunded the balance amount in my account so far.

                          HDFC is not clearly mentioned which are retail chain are accepting the card.
                          i guess the problem is with the amount. my card was not accepted in reliance fresh for 200+ amount but it did for 97 rs. Similarly happened with McD also. I heard that there is a upper limit of 100 rs in a day. But this limit is not there in case of Sodexho coupons...
                          but what about the amount that was not used for the day?

                          Is it carry forward to the next day?

                          In such case I can buy or pay more then 100 rs. using hdfc food plus card, right?

                          My card no [protected] not using reliance, heratige, bug bazaar, Spencer always shows decline and what purpose I am using this card . very bad service of Hdfc bank and not introduce in future.
                          TCS provided HDFC food card 4213XXXXXXXX2072 is not accepting at any of the super market ( Murugan Super Market, local provisional shop, Heritage fresh & Heritage Super Market) seems to be accepting only on restaurant like A2B, Sangeetha, Hot Chips. no use of having the card.

                            Private banks know exactly how to suck the blood of the customers. They have no conscience and do not leave an opportunity to extract unfair money from the consumer.

                            I had taken a home loan of 27 Lakhs at 10.25% on floating basis from HDFC. First EMI started on 15th May 2008 and the original tenure was 240 months. Since then interest rate was raised twice and the current interest rate being charged is 11.5%. HDFC. The revised amortization schedule shows the current tenure of loan to be 372 months despite of paying 8 EMIs of Rs. 26505. How can they increase the tenure to 11 long years for just an increase of 1.25%?

                            Secondly, HDFC has announced to cut the home loan rate for existing customers borrowing more than 20 Lakhs by 0.5% w.e.f. 22nd December 2008. However when contacted, they say that the announced dip in interest rate will be applicable only starting Feb. 08. When HDFC did not wait for even a week to apply the raised rates, how can they propose to implement the dip in a rate till next quarter? This is completely unfair. Either they should wait for the next quarter to apply any changes to the interest rate or implement both the increase and dip with immediate effect. Kindly help as with limited income, getting the tenure of the loan increased to 11 more years is very dreadening and suicidal.

                            I want to say you one things that just arrange the money from somewhere and close the loan. Udhar bahout kharab chiz hoti he so please close your loan as soon as quick. If you will pay 25% of the loan amount every year then HDFC will not charge you any extra money. so please close the loan by paying 25% every year or close the whole loan at 1 time.

                            Mr. Vijay, are you by chance work for HDFC in anyway?. I think so, else u cannot make such insensitive comments again and again. why are you always in defense of HDFC even thougth such private banks "Take the existing cust. for a ride and screw them" mode.

                            You don't have any authority to say that, "go and get the loan from somewhere else". Banks suppose to do business by give loan and collect in ethical and fair way, not rob the existing one and seduce the new one with low % and rob them too.

                            simple, banks must honor the "floating rate" ie. when the RBI CRR/whatever or inflation increases, increase, when decreases decrease to all.
                            I have sent multiple complaints to them without any action. All we can do is spread awareness on these cheaters

                            My sympathies towards your plight. However, based on a loan of [protected]@10.25% your EMI is 26514 ( Rs 982 per lac ). When the Interest Rate changes to 11.5% your Actual EMI is 28809 ( @ 1067 per lac ). However, keeping your previous EMI of 26514 constant your tenure has to increase. Your tenure is keeping your previous EMI constant is now 392 months. To get your period back to 240 months you need to prepay atleast Rs 2, 00, 000 ( 2L ). You will need to constantly prepay ( however small that amount is ) in order to ensure that u get outta this trap.

                            As per my approximate calculation, the new tenure comes to 364 months. The best way to counter this is to make a prepayment. If you make a prepayment now of approx 2L to 2.15 lakhs, the tenure will come back to close to original of 240 months. Note that the more you delay your prepayment, the more amount will need to be paid to reduce the tenure.

                              I was holding HDFC credit card and that card got misused though it was with me.I am sure someone used it by Internet for Air Tickets.I raised complaint with the bank for investigating this.The bank blocked my card and issued me a new card and commited that they will investigate within 45 days.When I called up Cust care within 45 days, they said investigation is still in progress.When I called up after 2 mnths, they said investigation was not even started and without the letter in writing, they dont investigate any issues.I then faxed them in writing abt misused transaction but they said since it is after 45 days, they cant do anything and I am liable for the whole amt 18000 Rs.I refused to pay any amt as it was not my fault.hence they put 14000 Rs on hold from my Debit Account and finally withdrew it without my approval.I made several request but they are asking me to pay the whole amount.I didn't say anything against 14000 RS withdrawal as I am working and we dont have time to work legally.But now after six mnth, the bank sending legal notices asking me to pay the remaining amount.I really dont want to settle here as the misused amt was just 17000 Rs and they already took my 14000 Rs and they want rest of the money now which is 20000 Rs as of date.Its really unfair as it's not my fault but customer care's lack of product knowledge.Can someone suggest me as to what to be done here as I have already lost 14000 Rs for no reason.

                                De-activation of Third Party Transfer Facility without proper intimation

                                I have been a customer of HDFC Bank for more than 5 years and have been using Net Banking and Third Party Transfer regularly.

                                Due to my work i have to constantly be out of the country and during one of such vists outside for a couple of months HDFC changed its policy that they will be dicontinuing the TPT facility if i dont register for a SECURE ACCESS which is a new security procedure .

                                Dear Sir,

                                In order to bring to your notice that I had taken loan on my credt card [protected], I am regularly paying the EMI on time. Now I decided to preclose that loan amount. Hence on 9th December 2008 I called customer care of HDFC Bank for the preclosure of my loan account. Also I received the confirmation call from HDFC bank on 10.12.08. The executive confirm me the amount for Rs. 64, 873.00. Next day I called again customer care for the possibility for stop of the preclosure. But at the same time I told them that I am not interested for stop of preclosure. Hence after talking them I dropped the cheque. The same cheque had been cleared from my account. On 26th December 2008 I received the statement. I surprised when I saw that there is no any preclosure amount on my credit card. They charged me the EMI amount. Hence I called customer care and this time I had spoke with Mr. Ashfaq. He explained me that the customer care executive of 11 Dec 2008 had stopped my preclosure against my call. I already asked him that I never told her for stop of preclosure. I just made enquiry for stop of preclosure. At the same time I had cleared her that I am not interested in stop of preclosure. This conversation was did on 11.12.08. I also request them to check the recorded conversation so that they will get clear picture. I already requested them to reverse the interest amount which they charged me for this period. After lodged the complaint they just made two calls without any result from them. Also I came to know that they had charged me interest for the month of Feb 08, Mar 08 and Apr 08 statement which is wrongly calculated and which was suppose to be adjusted.

                                Please do the needful for solving my problem.
