I have joined as a software employee for a MNC company, where HDFC bank was provided as the salary account. I had to then choose HDFC bank and I have signed the documents for opening my salary account.
Later after 1 year I have noticed that without my knowledge or concern Demat account and trading account was opened and when I checked the detail documents which I signed for opening the account while joining the company, the signature was not mine on demat form. clearly the signature doesn't matches with mine.
The same day I went to the bank regarding the issue and they had raised a complaint, its been 2 months since there is no response, however demat account was closed but the money which HDFC has deducted from account on the name of demat charges is not yet reversed. The bank demat manager is giving lame reasons for this issue and asking me not to complain to anyone.
Doing forgery of signatures that too by a bank employee is much offensive issue, if the bank employees them itself does this then I really doubt if our money is safe?

    In August 2020, my credit card expired and the bank tried to send me a renewed credit card. However, I recently changed my address, the card hadn't been delivered to me and returned back to the bank at Chennai. I have called the customer care and they suggested to drop a message to the mail box customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com. I have sent an email, but got no response.

    Please assist me to get the renewed credit card to my present address.

      I have opened an insta account online for HDFC debit card...and the kyc is completed through a video call...the bank branch at my location says it is not complete and they will not say when the debit card will arrive... please help.

            Customer care service is very very bad.i called the customer service number and kept on entering the details asked by the autimated voice.but they in the end it simply replied that it cannot solve my issue due to covid 19.such a lame excuse.how can they avoid customer problems with such simple excuses.

              I have ordered and item and cancelled it before arriving.i have made the payment using my hdfc bank account.its been 15 days but i didn't recieve the refund.i contacted amazon they sent me a reference number indicating the issue of refund.but bank has not sent me refund till now.i am not able to contact hdfc.it is very difficult to contact hdfc to solve issues.

                I can see that their is hold of 673.78 on my savings account...this is not the first time it happened.it says Mirevenue hold by gefu...I have not missed any of my EMIs or no cheque bounce..I hardly use your savings acct and I am planning to close it...pls explain what this is and why this happens...

                  I had done transaction of 68800/- on 2nd Oct 2020 at 2:50 pm and shop keeper had reverted same transaction within 5 minutes ... It about 48 Hours passed and still i have not received my amount back.

                  I have initiated mail with bank also and even after multiple followups i have not received any feedback from their side.

                  I did a payment of 39900 to shopkeer
                  and he reverted the payment within 5 min

                  its been approx 3 days i havent got the refund

                  please help i need it very urgently
                  had done transaction of 6778/- on 17th july 2022 and restaurant had reverted same transaction within 5 minutes ... Its about 72 Hours passed and still i have not received my amount back.

                    A few months back I lost my HDFC Regalia credit card and promptly blocked it. The customer care person said they would send a new credit card which I have still not received.
                    Now they want to charge me for canceling the new card which I've never received. I cannot get into touch with a single phone banker who can help. This is absolutely disgusting and disappointing.

                        Daily I am able to do only 10-15 calls after that it shows "you are not allowed to call this number " for everyone please resolve this as soon as possible

                            I have transfer Rs 10, 000 to my UBI account through my hdfc IMPS fund on 3rd October 2020
                            transaction times out.money debited
                            However not received in beneficiary account
                            As well as not reverse back to my hdfc account...worst experience ever with hdfc bank. Please look into this matter and solve the issue as early as possible.

                              I received a credit card, and I need some help with google play payment errors.
                              I tried seeking help from helpline but non of them are working.
                              Atleast should have a proper feedback option on their website.
                              It was a bad experience with HDFC, they are very good at account opening but bad at providing customer service.

                                    The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 6611.83 as mi revenue hold through gefu, account details is

                                    At the time of lockdown I have deposit 20000₹ in my account but bank cut 2000₹ from my account and after that bank told me your money will come after 1-3 days but still my isn't come back and bank again put mi revenue charge in my account
                                    And I want my money back yah you just clear that mi revenue hold yah close my saving account because I don't want to use this type of account first you cut my money and then put mi revenue charges on my account
                                    Just make this clear and keep my account free from mi revenue hold through gefu

                                      No Debit status on account

                                      I am an account holder with HDFC [protected] and it is a salary account. My account was put on No debit status on 30th September as I did 3 4 transaction through my account via UPI app. Next day when I realised that my account is blocked I rushed to nearest branch and submitted an application to remove the No debit status but till now there is no action being taken.

                                      I initiated a transfer of Rs 12, 160 on 2nd oct 2020 but it timed out due to technical reasons. I dont have any option in HDFC app or at the customer to apply for the refund as the same has not been credited back in my account. I recieved the following text message aswell.

                                      UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 12, 160.00 on 02-10-20 timed out due to technical reason. (IMPS Ref No. xxxxxxxxxxx). If this transaction is not done by you, call 1800xxxxxxx
