      I have a personal LOAN with hdfc bank, in the month of November the EMI got bounced but somehow i managed to pay the emi on the same day which is 7th day of the month. But they already took all the charges. And on December emi i paid my emi through PAYTM on 27th of November, emi amount is 4348 rupees, but for the month of December the become less the actual amount was 3888 rs. But i paid excess amount. emi got the emi on time, but this time also they charges me 590 rupees for bounce charges. But they not refunding my excess amount which i paid. And now they charged twice 236 rtn charges without any information. When I tried to call their CUSTOMER service agent, very rarely they rcv the call, it's just a time waste, they simply transfer the CALL TO LOAN department, i dnt get any response and after 15min call will get disconnect automatically. After that I went to my home branch, there also this foolish people they dnt know anything, simply they told me to go to head office where they handle all the LOAN related queries. This ### bad services providing by hdfc. They are just looting CUSTOMERs money without any information, that is how this company gaining their profit.
      Horrible services.

        I have cancelled a order on Amazon, after a few minutes I got a message from HDFC that

        Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 7528 for Rs. 3199.00 has been credited/reversed by AMAZON on
        [protected]:05:29:15

        I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the AMAZON has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?

            I have hdfc sal account and get personal loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi 7413 on date of 7th of every month my salary credited time is evening 5 pm they next day they debit the 0912 OVERDUE LOAN RECOVERED charges 649/- after one month they charge me 236 re for emi rtn charges what is this charges and what is related this charge without massage hdfc alway problem complaint service and we not choice for other bank sal account

                I want to add a beneficiary, need to do an important transaction by end of the day. Unable to add IFSC code. Whatever I try it shows no records found. I tried to log complaint, that site is also not working, every time showing wrong Captcha. I mean seriously, how many times can I person log wrong Captcha. Somehow after waiting for 15 minutes, I was able to get in contact with a customer executive person and that person kept saying that there is no issue, no problem at all from their end. I am suppose to send details on a mail and wait for bloody 72 hours to get a response from them. Then after that I'll be able to add beneficiary, which I doubt with this kind of service I'll ever be able to do so. If today in 2020 some bank provides this slow and poor service, there is no point sticking to it. I don't what to do with my urgent transaction need.

                  I made a 5-year tax saver FD through HDFC net banking on 19th sept and I need its receipt (receipt no. to be exact) in order to submit as a investment proof on my company's portal for tax saving. I tried with my nearest branch, called phone banking support, mailed HDFC bank but nothing and I am approaching deadline for the investment proof submission.

                    Dear HDFC,

                    As I have sent mail to you but I haven't received any response. There continuesaly 29.5 deducted from my as I am not doing withdrawing from bank. In only single day there is 5 times deduction from account. As I am sending mails to HDFC Sill not received any response.

                      Sir,
                      I have looked for home loan balance transfer on hdfc online and my query was allotted to Mrs Rukhsana khan ( [protected] ) ( email - [protected]@hdfcsales.com ) and i have talked to Rukhsana khan and i have explained my loan details to her which is currently running with Indiabulls .
                      She have told me that your loan will be transferred to HDFC at the earliest at the 6.90 rate of interest .
                      Further i was contacted by Mr Devesh Nigam ( Mob :[protected] ) ( email id : [protected]@hdfcsales.com )
                      As per Rukhsana khan introduction i have sent all documents to Devesh in pdf format including home registery copy .
                      After checking my all documents he told me that you loan will be transferred no problem and he fill the home loan application and sent a link to me for pay processing fee on 15 dec 2020.
                      Further i have paid processing fee of ₹7080 rs online
                      On 20 dec 2020 he denied to process home loan application further due some documents reason .
                      Now i want to know that i was contacted for only paying processing fee .
                      once i have sent all the documents to Devesh Nigam, he should check before log in the file & paying processing fee.
                      I request you to kindly take appropriate actions against these both people and refund my entire processing fee as soon as possible .
                      I am in defence as soldier and my money is very hard working . Please refund the processing fee

                          Dear Sir / madam,
                          I Richa Tyagi holding HDFC credit card, and also have personal loan with bank. In month of Nov 2019 all of sudden i was hospitalised and i have come to know that i'm suffering from paralysis, and can't move and walk. I left my job for medical treatment and bedridden from that day. Due to this reason i have not able to maintain my accounts. Even that i was try to managed the situation by July but after that i'm not able to manage the emi bcoz i don't have sufficient amount for my medical treatment not even to survive. And that's why i'm mailed to the bank to block my credit card and settle that as well as my personal loan but after my 9 email to the bank the bank did not to bother to take the action on it nor help me on it. I'm HDFC customer from last 7 years and bank can check that in this whole period I was paying my emi without fail till July. Sir after few weeks they started harassing me & threatening me that they will send legal notice, after this they started telling me that they will send people to my house to collect money. I told even bank executives on every call that i'm on bed and dont have money right now. But still i'm willing to pay banks dues if bank help me in this. I can sell my house goods and can arrange some amount for final settlement of credit card and personal loan. But still no response and every month they are sending me credit card statement with huge charges. I personally request you to please check this matter on priority and take necessary action. Please help me sir.

                            I am using HDFC Bank Credit Card, since quite some now, due to my frequent travel in remote areas i did not had network facility so that i can initiate my bill. which is due this month (small amount of 3000/-)
                            collection agent was sent to my elderly parents home, and he misbehaved with them, when they called me the snatched the phone and threaten me on the mobile.
                            later on a collection manager by the name Sajal Paul ([protected]) misbehaved and became abusive.
                            Is this how HDFC employees are trained?
                            we are not compulsive defaulters and there should be standard and decorum while talking to clients.

                              I have been using a Regalia credit card for more than a year. I had a relationship with HDFC credit card for more than 8year
                              .
                              I have given a card upgrade request for Diners black card . where as they upgraded to me INDIGO xl card . without my confirmation they have upgraded .they insisted to use the Indigo card .

                                I have been using a Regalia credit card for more than a year. I had a relationship with HDFC for more than 8years.. As per the November month 23rd statement 28825 reward points . i have not given any redemption request in my netbanking.where as all my reward points are converted to cash including running month reward points 10000.My current reward points become 0.

                                As per HDFC bank policy, reward points can be redeemed till last month statement only . Not possible to redeem current month reward earnings. then how it is redeemed . who did it .didn't get msg from HDFC regarding this.

                                There is no response from customer care . One of the executives is informed that it is done by the back end team .Another one is informing that it is done by myself. There is no knowledge about HDFC products in customer care services. Please refund my credit reward points at the earliest. I have all audio conversations with customer care . i[censored] want i will share the same . Please give me some advice .

                                  I tried booking irctc ticket on dec 19 2020. Amount got debited but I got error message as "late response from bank" and amount got refunded since ticket is not booked. But still 23 dec 2020 it's not credited into my account.

                                    I have settled my all pending dues long back in december 2019, even the credit card that was issued to me have expired, now out of nowhere i have received a bill of 1700 after 1 year, i never confirmed for any new credit card, this is plain and simple harassment, how can i be force to use hdfc credit card against my wish, and worst part is if i don't pay bill they will make penalty charges and amount will keep increasing.

                                      It’s been 3 months of relentless effort by me and the recipient to whom I gifted the egift card from my HDFC NRO account however HDFC’s customer representative folks and the branch manager at Kalyani Nagar Pune branch, have been nothing short of zero help with no clue about their own products! Highly surprised at the inefficiency of such an organization. The egift card was purchased on Sept 27th, 2020. The recipient received a PDF form of gift card but no IPIN to open the PDF! HDFC stands clueless when it comes to generating a simple IPIN and sending it on a customer’s phone number. Slow clap at the digitization effort of HDFC. Wow! HDFC expects customer to follow up like a maniac for 3 months and the only answer they have the audacity to come up with is that they will follow up with concerned party. Who the heck is the concerned party since the last 3 months?! Slow clap HDFC! Slow clap!

                                      I visited the Kalyani Nagar Pune branch office on Dec 21 however the branch manager navigated my way to another associate who requested for more time. This has been ongoing for 3 months now!

                                        I went to hdfc bank requesting to close my credit card. The bank employee had asked me to login netbanking on their system. Then he said dues are cleared and requested to close credit cqrd. But after 2months i started to receive balance dues. I inquired about the same on the bank and the response was very bad. They said they Won't deal with credit card. And asked the security not to allow me to enter inside bank. I cannot clear dues via netbanking because the card option is blocked. But iam receiving monthly penality for not clearing duees. Bank employees are very ride and they are asking me to call helpline number. When i call helpline number, which is out of coverage and not reachable. Where can i complain?
