Hello, when I opened the account, the banking representative told me that I could update my address easily and have my welcome kit sent. However my address never got updated and welcome kit went to the old address and got returned. Now my account is blocked and my company will not transfer salary until it is unblocked. WHY WAS THERE THIS DELAY???

    unauthorised charges nwd decchg - amount deducted

    Amount 29.50 is getting deducted with the description nwd dec chg (Atm withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this....

    This is to inform that on february 2, 2020 i bought an iphone11 from iphone store. I was assured of rs. 6000 cashback but i haven't received any. It was to be coming within 120 days. Now it has been more than that.
    This is not the type of service expected from such highly reputed private banks. We as a customer hold high expectations from the company. Kindly look into the matter and process the cashback as soon as possible.

      I am a very old customer of hdfc bank credit card.

      Recently, for the last 20 days, i have been continually being harassed by your collection team unnecessarily. I am sorry to say but the collection team is not only very unprofessional but seems uneducated as also very ill mannered. They don't have manners how to speak to client. They use filthy languages.

      If you see from my records that i have been paying all my dues well on time and have never been a defaulter. There was no payment overdue even by single day.

      The last 20 days have been very torturous as i would get calls from this collection department every time, be it morning, evening, night, whether i am driving, eating they just do not have any courtesy to talk. Even if i would confirm them the payment has done they will call again from another number. Each and every time i have to explain everyone.

      Even after confirming that my due date is on 29th sept 2020 and i will make the payment, they will call again and again. Because of their unnecessary calls and very unprofessional reach i had blocked most of the numbers. Today they sent a collection executive personally at home. I showed him the confirmation from hdfc that they payment has been received. Still they called me again from another number [protected].
      Ideally the collection department shall call only when the payment has been overdue.in my case neither payment was overdue nor i was late in making the payment.

      The true caller showed this number as "suman". The lady was so abusive and was using foul language like "inteney dineo se ullu bana rahi hai"... "pagal banka key rakha hai tuney", khud ko kya samajh rahi hai tu","dekh abhi baat karti hun deepak se","deepak ko batati hun"."deepak is my husband and the way she used my husband's name was not acceptable at all.

      Why have you kept such people who harass people so much so that i feel how can i hear all this?

      I have been mentally harassed and feeling depressed.

      I would request you to kindly take strict action against such employees who bring the bad name to a company like hdfc.

      In such situation, i cant carry on with my credit card and request you to please close my card immediately.

          The hdfc bank has charged me rs 885.00 for depository charges on demat account which isn't used by me ever. Please take the needful action or let me know what needs to be done from my side. Narration as provided by the bank: "depository charges aug[protected]" oand has been deducted from my account on 16 sep 2020.

            Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

            I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

            My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1299 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

            Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
            And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                    I had applied for hdfc fastag on 30.01.2020 (Application number hfr[protected] but i didnt get my fastag sofar and i had requested to refund the amount of rs.500/- which i paid. But safar i didnt get any response from them and everytime whenb i call hdfc customer care they used say wait for 48hrs, 24hrs and nothing more than that. Nearly 20 emails i have sent to fastag.                       All my banking channels [Debt Card, Net/Mobile Banking, UPI] got disabled due to fraudulent activity detection. While my Debit Card, Net/Mobile banking got restored, UPI is still down for 2 months. I have made multiple visits to branches, gave letter, sent email, etc. still unsuccessful.

                          I opened a salary account with HDFC bank and that tym executive didn't told about this zero balance non maintaining charges while I was having 2-3 other bank options like IDFC and standard chartered but I choose HDFC bank and may be it was my mistake because the executive was fraud as he didn't cleared me all these T&C and now when I joined a new company and want to continue with this account so came to know about its negative charges so it's a humble request to HDFC BANK plz do not play with consumers and I will appreciate i[censored] can plz waive off this charges as I want to continue with this HDFC BANK account.

                            This bank is sending sms and calling my brother for my personal loan number. 47091399

                            I don't know why these days they are doing like this.
                            Till time i have not missed any emi due date.

                            Only delay happened in one time for 7days in last emi and for that they charged 923 rs as over due charges. I paid it after receiving sms from my brother.

                            Sms they are sending to my brother and calling him for over of 7days delay.
                            Shoking, why they are calling and texting to my brother.
                            They are not informed me by sms.
                            Why they are doing this kind of work.
                            I was lost complete trust in this system.

                                I have bought my samsung galaxy note 10 plus with hdfc bank consumer loan on 12/01/2020 in kensha mobile pune maharashtra. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in kensha mobile, they said to check with bank. I spoke to the bank manager from koregaon park and couple of executives as well and submitted all the bank statements and required documents as well, but they are not responding. This month is the last installment and i am afraid that they will deduct this one as well and then they will have me running behind them for the cashback. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                    My account customer id[protected] has been debited twice with rs.531 for "amb chrg incl gst & cess" for july 2020 & aug 2020 without any prior intimation or alert.

                                    I have never been communicated via email or sms for any such charges they introduced.

                                    If they can send promotional emails and sms to their customers then why can't they send an alert about a new charges they impose; so that customer can maintain the balance before it goes below the required amount.

                                    And also they did'nt send any sms regarding amount credit under rs-10000/-to my mobile and its not acceptable in any case. Kindly process the refund for both these debit transactions.
