Sir/madam,
My application is in discussion with 15th august 2020, but till today i haven't received a proper service / satisfaction from hdfc cc division.
Last time also i was allotted indigo 6e reward card, i asked to change the type of card as mentioned below, but my application was declined for the same.
1) teachers platinum
2) platinum edge
3) freedom
4) solitaire credit card
5) titanium edge
Later it was in process, after doing residence & office verification, submitting all documents, without a single phone call on the allotted card / choice to select a card.
I have been allotted indigo 6e xl card, i came to know after receiving a message and email from indigo which has annual fees of rs. 2500.
Why are you not giving an option to select a card for a customer as per his/her requirement? Why are you promoting indigo for a non-frequent flyer?
Do you think customers are buffoons to accept any type of card provided by hdfc?
Thanks for your time in causing the inconvenience again and again.
Kindly cancel my application / information / credit card account (If created) with hdfc.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by shiva.c.a Without Contacting / Calling Customer for Updating type of card allotted, how you're fulfilling Terms & Conditions of HDFC Bank, as Customer should know about Joining & Annual Fees of his / her card which is going to be processed.

Updated by shiva.c.a My card has been dispatched, without my knowledge, after receiving e-mail & SMS, i came to know the card is dispatched, even till today, not a single executive has called and asked about the problem faced.
I request others also, do not believe HDFC Bank, who themselves mark as best bank. This is the worst experience which i have gone through.

Updated by shiva.c.a Card has reached destination, however it was processed without my concern & knowledge, Hence i will not accept the shipment, its HDFC responsibility to look after it about cancellation, HDFC Don't Cares.
