I did a transaction to recharge my fastag wallet thru BHIM app. money got debited from my card but was no credited to my fastag wallet. This happened on 28th november, 2020. From then on, I am following up with hdfc bank fastag customer care. Money has not credited back to my account till now. It's been more than 1 month now, no emails from them, no calls, and no proper response even if i call. I have sent so many emails, no response. Spoke atleast 20 times till now, no proper response
