Am not able to close my existing hdfc bank account. I visited the Nerul West branch of sector 6 for account closure. The front desk lady told me that I have my credit card linked to my account so not able to close it. So after few dYs with the help of customer care I successfully de linked my credit card. I even the same confirmation from customer carre. But despite this the Nerul branch lady told me that the card is still linked and not able to close the account. When she spoke with the credit card department of hdfc bank they both started arguing and finally that front desk lady told. Me to mail a letter with my own expense to the chennai credit card department. Am I joke to you guys hdfc? Stop playing and please close my account asap

    My HDFC life pro growth super II plan with policy number 19840008 premium was due on 05.12.2020 .I have paid premium amount 49000 on 05.12.2020 through phone pay but didn't get any receipt.online premium status is showing premium is due.

      I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 05082020 and As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in ivenus they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

        I made a recharge of Rs 598 of airtel number on 6th dec Payzapp showed recharge as successful and amount got deducted however airtel denied to confirm any such recharge please resolve my issue

            As per the Bank's T&C, for using my Platinum Debit Card for making a payment, I should get certain rewards points.

            Now suddenly I saw that my points were debited from my account and it is showing as negative balance.
            I want you to look into the case and take action against HDFC bank.

            The bank also not taking my calls and the phone gets disconnected again and again.

              Hdfc bank is deducting Rs5.90 on each Imps transaction and doesn't provide the NEFT facility on its mobile app... Seems it is a deliberate attempt to deduct fees for each transaction...

                Hi HDFC Team,

                I am not getting OTP on my canada number while adding new beneficiary or while transferring money to other account.

                I get OTP when i try to pay bills using debit card. So looks like some issue is there on hdfc website. Can you please please look into this ASAP.

                I have already raised numerous complaint and sent many emails to support team but not reply.

                      How can bank show 4856 Credited to and Debited back from Credit Account when there is no sufficient fund and levie the return fee though the payment is done ontime.

                          I HAD RECEIVED A EMAIL AND MESSAGE FROM HDFC BANK THAT I AM ELIGIBLE FOR "voucher of Rs. 2, 500 ON spend OF Rs. 26, 000 online using your HDFC Bank Business Credit Card from 22nd July to 31st Aug, 2020."
                          in terms and condition of voucher it is mentioned that voucher will be sent with in 90 days from offer end date.
                          Since 90 days are already completed on 30.09.2020 but till date i didn't get any voucher.
                          i also mailed to HDFC Bank, but did not get any satisfactory answer from there side, every time they reply me query reference number for this e-mail: [protected] only.
                          KIndly help me out on this.

                            I am holding a saving account and fixed deposits with Shimla Branch and maintaining sufficient balance in my customer ID. Last year I was charged on different occasions Minimum Balance charges totaling upto almost Rs 5, 500/- on the pretext of not maintaining sufficient balance.
                            On approaching the bank personally the person insured assured that the charged will be reversed however it will take some time . Despite this assurance I was again charged on two more occasions.
                            I again approached the bank and some amount was partially reversed and credited to my account and I was informed that the balance will be reversed subsequently. I was told that since the branch manager has a limited authority per month it will be done in the subsequent months. This never happened despite my repeated followups. After few months the person incharge dealing with my complaint was transferred to another branch and my case was pushed under the carpet. As I am staying out of Shimla I cannot visit the branch every now and then. Kept following up on emails and WhatsApp but without success or response. Finally I got ho;d of the new relationship Manager and passed on the details to him earlier during the current year. I was again assured that the charged will be reversed but no action was taken except verbal assurances . Even my emails are not being responded to . After 6 months I again reminded to follwup and threatened to escalate the matther to the next level so another small token amount was reversed . Half of the amount wrongly charged to my account still stands recoverable ( Approx Rs. 3000) After this I approached / called the branch Manager and appraised him of the entire situation though he was copied on all my email communication in this matter. I was again assured that the matter would be resolved within one week. I again topped up my email communication to this effect. Unfortunately nothing moved further even after approaching the Branch Manager as well. I am trying to lodge an online complaint

                            This link takes you to a certain page after that does not allow you to update anything further so cannot even file an online complaint. Without reaching the next level even the banking ombudsman is not accepting the complaint. I am seeking assistance how to recover my hard earned money siphoned off from my account.

                              Since I have not paid the loan during the COVID situation HDFC Bank had deducted the overdue amount on top of that they have deducted EMI TRN component. I am worried about these deductions how the bank can deduct the amount from my account without my permission. they need to inform me before deducting any amount from my account. May be bank have a feeling that my account is their pocket that they can take it when ever they like.

                                    Hello Team,

                                    I had cancelled my order on flipkart yesterday. Flipkart immediately initiated the process and completed the refund process. I received message from hdfc bank as "ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM card ending XXXX for rs. 82350.00 has been credited/reversed by flipkart on[protected]:01:05:29". I checked online using internet banking but i do not see the amount credited. Since this is a huge amount. I did call customer care and Relationship Manager and they assured me that the amount would be credited in 2-7 day but i dont wanna take any risk as the amount is huge. Request you to please check and help me refund my money back

                                      I am been charged rs. 177 stating inter-brn cash chg incl gst.

                                      Not getting proper answer on this from branch. I have a salaried account and transaction and other services are free for me.

                                        I have an issue with my HDFC Consumer durable loan I took a 9 month emi loan and already taken 9 emi's from my account and now again i receive message to pay emi when i tried to contact there customer service it is always busy my call is on hold for long time.I need support from the bank regarding my matter.
