Hi my name is dhivya from chennai. I applied for personal loan yesterday after verifying the processing fee as rs.2999 or 2.50% and interest rate as 10.75%.. But after the verification completed i got a message for loan disbursement. When i click on the link and verify the details, they gave processing fee as r.5900 and interest rate as 14.75%. So there are differences between the before and after values. And how can i cancel this loan proposal?

    I purchased a watch from lifestyle using my hdfc bank credit card in october 2019 and as per the diwali offer i was expected to 10% cashback. Its been almost 11 months but i haven't received the cashback from hdfc bank. The same has been raised to hdfc bank a number of times but no response from them.

      I made the payment on Aug-25-2020.Suppose to be cash back need to be posted within 10 working days form Transaction date.It was not done until now.
      This issue is not happening for first tie every time I need to ask and send request for the cash back.
      It was happening regularly and there is no communication for same.

        Good evening

        I was gone weekly unit statement for policy no. 20389379 & 20389381. I have query regarding the deduction amount in the statement as follows
        1. Due to this current pandemic i can't able to continue to pay the yearly premium, as mentioned by the advisor changed to monthly mode. I saw deduction of 295 inr.
        2. I can't able to pay the premium on time, so for that policy lapsed charges was deducted again 295 inr.
        3. I paid the premium as one time on[protected] payment of 8334. I can see in the statement it was deposit only 4167 on[protected] and 4167 on[protected] i. E after 8 days.
        Can you explain me the above query's, as i am already struggling to pay the premium every month as i lost my job, still i am managing to continue my both policy. Need your kind attention
        The below is my premium paid chart from june, july, aug month. I am paying manually every month. Suddenly auto debit was activated and you debited money from my account.
        There is no communication from hdfc life that my auto debit is activated and it will hot your account on so and so date.
        Suddenly you debited the money can you please return my money and cancel my auto debit.

        I need explanation from hdfc life why auto debit premium was debited without my knowledge and suppose to send me mail 15 days prior of the emi date. And i am not aware of the auto debit date also.

            My credit card is not working from last 20 days and i am trying to contact customer care continuously, but every time customer care team put on hold my call and after 2 minutes they disconnect my call. I want to reissue my credit card. Thank you!!

                My salary account was created by my company. I left the company in march 2017. Due to this i dint maintained the minimum balance in my account even the balance left is also deducted as penalty for non maintenance of minimum balance. I am not working anywhere. I am not using credit card, debit card even then my account balance become -1061. How they can do this to non used account. How can they impose penalty. I am not working anywhere and there is no any source of income
                I can not pay this negative balance.
                I request to hdfc bank please close my bank account.

                  Not able to add money in paytm through hdfc credit card

                  I am also unable to add money in my paytm wallet using hdfc credit card all other services like swaping card shopping online etc is working but paytm money transfer is not working please suggest me any solution. Thanks....

                    Bank has auto debited rupees 1399 deducted from my creadit card to one assist plan on[protected] without my permission I am calling customer care number but the not receive my call

                        Hi past 2 months my hdfc salary account is being hold amount as 2500 and this month 3466 .
                        Without any reason it's being hold and no pre information. This should be properly informed as per Rbi rules.
                        If this happen again this will escalated to high level filing case as robbery with proper statements

                            I want to close full amount of my credit card and also foreclose my loan account. But there is showing minus balance. And i gave 5000 to bank account bur i can not find where it has gone? Now i contacted to customer service and they do not even provide me information. How can i close with such issues? Please tell me the total credit card amount so that i can close it asap.

                                    please refund my amb and ach debit return charges

                                    I have a saving account in your bank account no. [protected] in the name of Shivani Sethi. I have checked my account statement, you have been charged lots of charges from my account. Why you charged?I have started a SIP in mutual funds, but i did not maintain sufficient balance in last two months. I have been charged ACH Debit Return Charges of Rs 590/- in July 2020.
                                    I have never been informed that this would be charged...

                                    There is a moratorium as announced by rbi. I am a classic customer of hdfc bank. I hardly default to pay credit card outstanding. Till february 2020 there was no default on any credit card payment. But on 31st august when the moratorium got over, on 2nd september i received a call from hdfc bank customer care to pay rs 15000/- as an minimum amount due and immediately they blocked my card and put my saving account on hold. I was in a hospital for the surgery of my 87 years mother-in law when i rushed to atm for withdrawal i was shocked to saw that my account balance was showing -97000/- surgery was cancelled due to lack of money and now one lakh twenty one thousand has been held by hdfc bank and the customer care executive named ms. Archana is calling very rudely and giving her statement that she will not release my account. When i ask for reason then she says that i have to pay whole outstanding. This is totally harassment and disobedience of rbi instructions. I have also filed an application in the local branch but nothing is heared from the bank. Now i am lodging a complaint here and also writing to rbi for this. I have all recording intact with me as an evidence. I am very upset that my whole money was held by the bank and they are not releasing the amount.
