I have an a/c in hdfc bank magarpatta branch in the name my a/c no. Is [protected]. When i have not signed ur auto debit & don't giving u any authority for debit money from my a/c then how dare u withdraw money from my account, below are details:

10 aug 2020 fund trf dm-552365xxxxxx5134 0 10 aug 2020 8, 440.00

. Now i say to u very clearly refund my money or i will fire case against u. Reply me within 48 hours. I[censored] not replying me iwill take strict actions against u. Reply me on my email id

    On 13/09/2020 at about 21:25 hours to 21:48 hours, i was attempting some merchant banking transactions for payment of my child's school tuition fee online thought my hdfc bank account debit card (A/c no xx8460 and debit card no. Xx0324), the amount of rs 5840.00 was deducted from my account no. Xx8460 four times against failed merchant banking transactions. Thus amount of rs 23360 was deducted from my above hdfc account for failed/unsuccessful transactions.. The details of these failed transactions and messages received from hdfc bank are as under:
    Alert:you've spent rs.5840.00 via debit card xx0324 at tbmes1505619 on[protected]:21:35:25. Avl bal rs.20521.18. Not you? Call [protected].
    Alert:you've spent rs.5840.00 via debit card xx0324 at tbmes1505619 on[protected]:21:41:35. Avl bal rs.8841.18. Not you? Call [protected].

    The deducted amount of rs 23360 has still not credited back to my account. Kindly take up matter with concerned for early redressal.

      I had loan in kotaq mahindra bank, but emi is debit in hdfc bank. During covid times, i opted for moratorium in kotaq bank. Due to lack of manpower in kotaq bank, my loan moratorium is not approved on time. They presented emi for 3 times in month (April 1 time, june-july-august 3 time each) total of 10 times.. Hdfc bank charged rs.5900 (590 each) as ach debit return charges. When i enquired about in kotaq, they told due to unfavour covid situation (Lack of manpower) they didnt process moratorium on time & they promise waiver of return charges if it is occur in kotaq bank loan.. Kotaq bank ask me to approach hdfc bank for all ach debit return charges. But, hdfc bank officials refused to accept this complaints.

      Finance ministry & rbi clearly explained that due to covid (Rare unfavoured condition) ask all banking sector to give emi moratorium if customer willing.. Even though i applied emi moratorium multiple times on time, my emi moratorium is not approved on time & they presented ecs multiple times in a month & they charged return charges for every time..

      This covid situation is unpredicted one & everyone suffered a lot. Many people is in economic depression. Bank officials (Like hdfc) should not charge like this & not suppress us again.. I dont know how finance ministry & rbi resolve this issues.. I hope many of you experience same.. I request rbi to solve this issue.. Please clarify my problem.. Thanking you

      HDFC Customer care repeatly asking me to mail Moratorium acceptance letter, which i sent 4 times till now .. no one is responding properly ..Till now, i had 4 complaint register number from HDFC Bank .. Each time HDFC Bank customer care centre asking me same qusetion of Moratorium acceptance letter( which i sent 4 times till now) by different person .. please higher official in HDFC Bank should take necessary action against this ...it aleady more than 3 weeks over.

          Dear sir,
          I, ravindra kumar an employee in dept. O[censored]p secondary education, i have barrowed car loan from your bank on 3 december 2019 for purchasing a baleno car from nexa alambagh lucknow, i have completed all the formality instructed by your bank officer. My problem started since repayment of loan emi, i have given signed check to your bank officer to repay loan emi, i have waited for the deduction of emi but there was not any response but a call to pay emi through my way in the a/c -[protected] ifce code - hdfc0000078 branch hazaratganj lucknow since then, i am paying regularly but at every month bank employee are disturbing me, not only they send me letter but also imposed late fee, according to instruction of bank executives, i have given my verified sign from my bank, where credited my salary but your bank is neither updating car loan a/c nor giving me information about rest of amount, not only so much but also calling thrice or four time to pay my emi instead of already paid. I am fed up with this situation, it is a kind of mental harassment. Plz do something otherwise i need to take some legal action.

                    The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                    First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

                          I opened a new saving account in your Matanhail branch hdfc bank on 12th jan but till date i didn't received the welcome kit. i didn't received any kit from your bank. Last 2 days i called in hdfc bank but many times he told we will check and transfer my call any other department but they didn't any response from your representative. As a requested to you please let me know when i received my welcome kit in my home address

                            I have been charged with annual for for my debit card which is not even been activated i have never used the card and on top of it i have also been charged with ac mentainance charges. I was forced to open an hdfc ac while applying for loan where in i had asked for auto debit from my icici bank ac which is my salary ac but hdfc bank executive asked me to open an ac in hdfc for faster disbursmebt and also to get best offers i was not informed anything abt ac mentainance nor annual fee i'm really frustrated with the customer service and also emi getting bounced as they kept charging amb same day just b4 emi is debites it has impacted my cibil i request u to please look into this

                              Hi,

                              I received offer from hdfc bank for credit card, i applied and received it within 15 days to my home address. However, after receiving credit card, 5th day i received a mail from hdfc operations saying credit card has been denied, without any reasons. I don't understand why hdfc has to make it big deal about issuing credit card and denying it after a week almost.

                              Worst experience.

                                2 Products were returned to amazon on 19th of August 2020, Refund was initiated by Amazon on 20th of August and it was expected to get credited in the bank account within 25th of august 2020. No amount has been credited by the bank till now. Reference No of both the Transcation's refund were sent to HDFC bank but then also the same is not credited till now.

                                They are even not ready to call us the only thing they are doing is taking undue advantage of the Covid-19 situation stating that limited staff is working therefore we are not available on call.
                                Replies for mails comes in 2-3 days where they asks us one more information which is generally not allowed to tell by amazon as per their policy.

                                  My name is md. Shabbir ashraf. I have taken a two wheeler loan 2 years ago from gurgaon havin loan account number 5505921. I have cleared my all outstanding dues and emi. My last installment was deducted for an amount of rs.3329/- on 5th august but i am still waiting for my noc documents from bank.
                                  Last month i have visited to hdfc bank - gillander house branch and submitted the request and till date there is no response.

                                  I would request the concern to please look into this matter and help to provide the required documents on an urgent basis.

                                    I had raised a request to hdfc life team for the refund of excess premium of 1, 02, 250/- (One lac two thousand two hundred fifty/-) on 10th aug 2020 paid from my hdfc regalia credit card ending with 8636.

                                    In response to that they initiated the refund of 102250/- on 17th aug 2020 with payment no.[protected].

                                    I still don't see this amount credited to my credit card.
                                    Kindly help me get this refund amount.

                                      Regarding unauthorized deduction from my bank account for membership fees of credit card which i had surrendered an year ago and terminated my membership. This is the 2nd time hdfc bank has charged me for membership, even though while giving the credit card they assured me that there will be no extra charge for this card
