Hi past 2 months my hdfc salary account is being hold amount as 2500 and this month 3466 .
Without any reason it's being hold and no pre information. This should be properly informed as per Rbi rules.
If this happen again this will escalated to high level filing case as robbery with proper statements

      I want to close full amount of my credit card and also foreclose my loan account. But there is showing minus balance. And i gave 5000 to bank account bur i can not find where it has gone? Now i contacted to customer service and they do not even provide me information. How can i close with such issues? Please tell me the total credit card amount so that i can close it asap.

          and mis behave when ever we call and not received call

          as the person has to visit the site for disbursement of loan but he was not receiving the call and when he call himself than he was mis behaving

              Hello
              I have a saving account in your bank account no. [protected] in the name of Shivani Sethi. I have checked my account statement, you have been charged lots of charges from my account. Why you charged?I have started a SIP in mutual funds, but i did not maintain sufficient balance in last two months. I have been charged ACH Debit Return Charges of Rs 590/- in July 2020.
              I have never been informed that this would be charged...

              There is a moratorium as announced by rbi. I am a classic customer of hdfc bank. I hardly default to pay credit card outstanding. Till february 2020 there was no default on any credit card payment. But on 31st august when the moratorium got over, on 2nd september i received a call from hdfc bank customer care to pay rs 15000/- as an minimum amount due and immediately they blocked my card and put my saving account on hold. I was in a hospital for the surgery of my 87 years mother-in law when i rushed to atm for withdrawal i was shocked to saw that my account balance was showing -97000/- surgery was cancelled due to lack of money and now one lakh twenty one thousand has been held by hdfc bank and the customer care executive named ms. Archana is calling very rudely and giving her statement that she will not release my account. When i ask for reason then she says that i have to pay whole outstanding. This is totally harassment and disobedience of rbi instructions. I have also filed an application in the local branch but nothing is heared from the bank. Now i am lodging a complaint here and also writing to rbi for this. I have all recording intact with me as an evidence. I am very upset that my whole money was held by the bank and they are not releasing the amount.

                  I made two mobile bill payments from payzapp wallet on 16th august. Both the transaction got failed, money also got deducted. I called their customer care, got a reference number 37047. I also wrote a mail to them and got reference number 36905.in all these cases, i was asked to wait for 5 and 10 working days. Today is 17th working day, still i am waiting for refund of money deducted despite of continuous follow-up with customer care despite of the fact that customer care also accepted failure of transaction. I don't understand what is stopping them to refund my money. Can any one suggest me how to go legally on this? To whom i have to contact?

                    Hi team,

                    My hdfc fastag application number is hfr845540.

                    I have applied on 19th dec 2019 and i have received the login credential. However, i have not received the fastag sticker after so many reminders.

                    Finally, i decided to cancel my hdfc fastag due to their pathetic service. I have placed the request to cancel my account and requested for a refund.

                    I have placed this request on 2 months back. Till now, i have not received any update from them. I have called more than 5 times. Every time they are telling the same thing that i will receive my refund within 5 working days.

                    I have raised the complaint[protected]. Till now i have not received any update.

                    Such a pathetic customer service i have never experienced anywhere.

                      My self tirupatirao and in my hdfc bank account rs 5200 has been deducted on 5th Sept 2020 and please dont deduct amount from my account and revert my rs 5200 to me and why your hdfc people is charging rs 600 for month and even fund transfer also your hdfc is charging 11 rupees for one transaction and in other banks there is no deduction and your hdfc is cheating people without closing account what happened you know I was given hdfc account close form in ghansoli in Apr 2019 and I have paid rs 600 in Hdfc bank ghansoli office but they have not closed my hdfc bank account and charged rs 600 for every month and cheated me and deducted my money rs 5200 in this tough time.Two days back also I have given hdfc bank account close form in Hyderabad hdfc office but they have not closed my hdfc bank account and now again your hdfc bank is charging rs 600 for previous months also and cheating me please give my hard earned money back and close my account Asap and I will never use hdfc bank account In my Life time.

                          I had changed RS590 as ACH DEBIT RETURN CHARGES for 15times on 3rd September I had no idea whey had changed on my account but what I know is as a global pandemic there will be no charges levied on check bounce or any type of loan repayment Charges etc but no one from bank side is responding properly tried to call to the customer care but no response due to pandemic and even visited one of the branch but sadly no response from them side too not even they raised compliant even they don't have time to check the transaction. I had got charged around 9.5k totally as ACH DEBIT RETURN CHARGES on this pandemic situation.
                          Hope by this I can get some solution for this.

                            This is to inform you that i have shown there is a deduction of two times in my account on same day (07th sept 2020) for amb charges for july & august respectively. As you aware that due to covid-19 pandemic there is no source of income has been received by my company. Company has provided only 50% salary that is 13000 or 10000.in this amount i have to spend my house rent, electricity bill and all duly expenses. And you guys charges amb charges of rs. 928/- respectively. Kindly refund my amount.

                              I, atul raj, want to close my account as soon as possible. My account number is[protected]. I can not come to your branch office since i have left jodhpur in 2016. I opened a salary account in hdfc bank in 2015 which required no maintenance minimum balance (Or the account is opened with zero balance requirement). But letter you have converted my account to salary to saving without my permission.
                              So, kindly close my account
                              Every quarterly hdfc imposing me -600 charge on me which leads to my account in negative balance which is against rbi policyrbi/2014-15/308 dbr. Dir. Bc. No.47/13.03.00/2014-15 november 20, 2014 which said "it should be ensured that the balance in the savings account does not turn into negative balance solely on account of levy of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance". So, kindly requested to set my account balance to zero and close my account as soon as possible.

                                This is the worst experience i have been through in any of the banks so far.

                                I am customer with hdfc with last 1 years with holding a saving account, two wheeler loan and many services.
                                Last month i deposit money on my bank account but money is not credited to my account but is still on hold.
                                And bank is charging mantainance charge instead of crediting money to my account

                                      Without any kind of warning, hdfc bank deducted a very high amount of inr 354 + inr 708 on 07 sep 2020 from my savings account.
                                      I never received any mail, call or notice for not maintaing the account balance even when my account balance was just inr 2000.
                                      And this time when i had account balance of inr 6990 with recurring deposit of inr 12000 with just one month of maturity. Hdfc bank has deducted such a high amount without any warning.
                                      Please help me. Please refund my hard-earned money.
