I have received the following sms from hdfc bank where i have a savings bank account:

Ach debit mandate registered for rs. 200000 /- in a/c no. Xxxxxxxxx03377 for m[censored]tilities india pvt ltd with umrn no. Hdfc[protected].

I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. Screen shot of the sms is attached herewith.

            I have applied for a home loan with the top up loan on may 2, 2020, for transferring my existing loan to hdfc. The processing fee and all the documents are submitted as on time. the credit appraiser takes 3.5 months to approve my loan even though i have submitted all the documents. There is no proper information received by the credit appraiser who is very lazy to process the home. Suddenly one day i have called her and that she is told that i and my mother having a gold loan so your loan cannot be processed and instructed me to close the loan.in three days of time, i have closed the loan and submitted the copy of closure to all the officials involved in my loan process credit appraiser, sales executive, and manager. But she has taken one month and again asked me to submit all documents again. Meanwhile in the month, july sales executive said that your loan will be approved you need to submit the legal documents. But it has taken three months.

            After that my loan is provided to the legal appraiser and at this time also they have asked to submit the document again. But i received the email on[protected] all the documents are pending. Still, now i have not received any proper information from the bank side. I have sent the mail to tamilnadu nodal officer also but he is not responding to email also. While trying to call him the number they provided is switched off or not reachable[protected]. I have paid totally rs.35, 000 for all the document purposes including mod, patta, recent ec, home document copy, and processing fee. I have requested the higher officials from the bank side to look at this issue and do the needful. If the home loan will not be approved means i request you to return the money i have provided to process.

                        1. My credit card is showing a charge: 23/08/2020 offus emi, prin nb:05, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980823003597669) for 3, 811.20. There is another charge for 1, 373.11.

                        Other charges as follows:
                        23/08/2020 offus emi, prin nb:02, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980823003597685) 1, 373.11
                        23/08/2020 offus emi, int nbr:05, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980823003597677) 328.36
                        23/08/2020 offus emi, int nbr:02, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980823003597693) 194.12

                        What is this charge? I want this to be reversed.

                        2. Apart from the above, i always used to pay the minimum balance due. It was never made clear that minimum balance due will attract interest. This is a very deceptive manner of charging interest. It should have been made clear that minimum due will only ensure that penal charges arent levied but interest is. High interest rate itself is a charge.

                        How can such deceptive practice be carried out? I want these charges reversed.

                          There is 12336.23 amount being put on hold by hdfc bank for account number :[protected] without any intimation & its my current account.

                          When i downloaded the statement - it shows 0 balance but when i login to net banking it shows _ve of rs.12, 336.23/- balance.

                          Which is totally incorrect& i want it to be removed by hdfc.

                            Hello team, this is in regard continous harresment done by hdfc team member and there collection agency... Well am very old customer of hdfc and have never defaulted on my payments, but in recent past have gone through a huge financial losss have got completly broke... I have in past difficult time also made some part payment towards my outstanding, but now i am completly out of funds and in this pandamic where i have lost my job also very difficult to survive... Still j have i form hdfc team member nazia and reshma that iwill clear the outstanding need some time... But they contniusly harrasing me and also through there agency... Am requesting u guys to loom in to this matter as it is seriously impacting my health... All am saying need some time

                              Hi, i tried to placed an order on amazon which couldn't be completed but the amount of 34k got deducted. An sms was also received by hdfc bank that reversal amount has been received.

                              But the reversal isn't reflecting in available limit of the credit card.

                                I made a flight booking via flipkart on july 13th using my hdfc debit card of rs 5127. The flight booking was cancelled on 29th july and immediately a refund was initiated by flipkart of rs 1547 (Transaction id for the same is - 2ptytgw787cvipwlf3) but i am yet to get this amount credited to my account. However, i’ve got the rest of the money whose refund was initiated later on 14th august.

                                I have followed up multiple times with the bank customer support. They are asking for repetitive details and not giving my money back.

                                Please help me out.

                                I had replied and submitted all the documents. I am yet to get the refund.
                                I have cancelled my order of Mi Smart TV from flipkart as i didn't choose the EMI term to my favour. I have cancelled immediately before bank converted into emi. After which the seller had refunded the amount, but not yet reflected in my credit card balance, as i was told it would be Credited back by 24/9/20 i.e yesterday
                                I request hdfc bank to kindly help me out to my queries as soon as posible.

                                I have cancelled my order of F02s samsung mobile from flipcart, the same day which I ordered(4th may 2021).The amount of 8099rs get refunded in my credit card account from flipcart but only 2492rs get reflected in hdfc credit card .

                                I request the hdfc credit card customer executive to give a call back and resolve my issue asap

                                  I have contacted Amazon for refund of the cancelled item they told they have refunded the Amount and it will appear in bank account in 7-10 days but I haven't received any money it's been sent from Amazon side they have asked to check from bank's side .

                                    I have had called the bank 10-15 times now regarding a transaction. The bot takes me to the menu where i can talk to the customer care but then the phone cuts down always saying sorry!
                                    The problem : A transaction wasn't reversed by the bank and the message came yesterday. There are no acknowledgements from the bank but tata cliq has reversed the transaction from their end.
