I had taken a sanchay par avantage policy, pilcy no. 22240412, from hdfc life, mg road branch, bangalore
I received the policy document on feb 10, 2020 and returned it on feb 17, 2020, well within the look-in period, since the policy details were different from what was explained to me by the advisor.
I had paid an amount of rs, 7, 27, 320 toward the policy and have even forwarded the bank statement to the advisor as proof of payment.
An amount of rs, 100320 has been refunded.
I have been following up with the advisor (Mr biswonath) and hdfc life support from the day i returned the policy, for the refund of my money.
It has been more than 7 months and hdfc life has not bothered to return the amount of rs. 627000
My repeated mails and calls to him have not been responded to.
I approached hdfc life due to the reputation it has built up in the market. This has been a very very bad experience.
I request help in getting an amount of rs 627000 to be refunded back to me immediately
