Hi team. Please have a look as i have been charged with the amount of 1420 for non maintaning my account balance s this is my salary account so there shoud be no deduction for that and due to lock down my salary was not credited in my account. So please have a look on this case and wave off these charges as i cannot be able to pay that. And tried calling your customer service but i am not getting any response from there. And for further discussion please call me on the register no with your bank.

when i will be getting the resolution. Which kind of service you are providing to your customers.
My payment of Rs 1, 179 has been put on hold from HDFC side. I don't see any reason to put my money on hold.
I request you to look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

    Moratorium was announced pan india from march 2020 to august 2020
    I was having consumer durable loan in hdfc bank ltd
    Motorium announced pan india and rbi announced not to pay emis to customers for certain period of motorium

    Know bank is isseing notice stating that pay the emis from march to august,
    Their are auto debit and adding up charges an bounce charge
    And making account negative balance and harrasing customer with issuing notice

    Rbi annaounced moratorium for customer critical condition happen in pan india

    For what reason..

      Hdfc bank has held my account into minus of 10300 now i lost my job and unable to pay the emi my total emi month is 36, i have paid 28 months more 8 months have to paid kindly do anything settlement and do the needful

        I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

        1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have not received my debit card.

        2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives.

          Hello. My hdfc salary account was converted to a savings account in 2019 when i left my job. I was unemployed since that time. Recently i got a statement from hdfc bank and thought of checking it. So i registered for netbanking and found out that my balance was negative. It was -4036rs. Because i didnt maintain the minimum balance. Now i cant close the account not can i use it as future salary account because of the negative charge. I also have a hold fund of 4036rs. Why show negative charge when i have 4036 as hold fund? And i saw an article by timesofindia stating rbi has issued all the banks not to charge negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance and an hdfc representative said theh dont do it. Then why is my bank account negative for not maintaining the balance. That too when im unemployed and during covid too.. Please find a solution to this..

            I have opened hdfc online salary account on 18 August 2020. And kyc is done by visiting akurdi branch. Till date I don't received any welcome kit. After I visited branch for this issue they told me if you not received kit then apply for check book then might be i will receive the kit. The check book is delivered within five days. But I don't receive welcome kit. Then I visited bank once again this time they told me to fill form for net banking and debit card. I also done that but still I don't received welcome kit and still net banking not working. When I logged in my net banking and try to fund transfer it shows me you are not registered for third party transfer register now. When I tried to register it shows no debit card attached to this account. After visiting three four times a bank my problem still not resolved. So then I call customer care and talked to executive she checked the staus and said your welcome kit still not despatched so she can't raise complaint against welcome kit issue. But after my request she raised complaint against my issue and said you will receive feedback in 48 hours. I asked her for complaint number she give the number. But when I try to access my complaint status from hdfc Web I get unable to track your complaint number. The complaint number is valid as I have recorded call and I cross checked multiple times . So what to do now? Help me please

              My hdfc bank savings account no.: [protected], gaddiannaram branch. on 07th september 2020 rs. 354+354 = rs.708.00 has been deducted without any prior information from hdfc bank. Ther eare lot of transactions occurred in my hdfc account nad i have an rd account aslo running in account right now. Kindly check and refund the deducted amount, in future also will maintain a sufficient balances in my savings account as per bank.

                  I am getting calls multiple calls from hdfc bank for promotional work, this happens almost daily and very annoying i am getting 10 calls on daily basis.

                  My number is already registered in dnd in fully blocked category.

                  Can you please remove my number from your database/list?

                  Please stop all calls to my number [protected] and stop harassing people like this. Atleast i've made up my mind to never keep any relationship with hdfc bank after getting these many calls.

                    I have credit card of hdfc bank. It's been more than 1 year and i'm not even using it, there are too many problems in my life and i want to get my credit card settlement. For this reason, i have tried to talk to customer care many times but there is no response from there and they give evasive answers, due to this attitude of the bank, i am falling into trouble and every month my amount is getting more and more, there was a limit of 50, 000, credit card has now been paid 70000, please get my credit card settled, at least in the amount i want to get it settled. I am being fooled for 1 year. At the time of lockdown there was a lady named meenakshi sehgal who was telling herself to be a bank employee, she told me to settle my amount. She also made me stupid in the name of ₹ 9000 settlement. Now she does not even pick up my call, she has blacklisted my number. His number is [protected].

I provided all documents and waited for couple of days. Then they told that due to corono lock down my higher officials are asking me to apply the loan via online. Then i have applied for the loan via online and paid rupees 6000/- as a application/ processing fee. Now they rejected my application without leaving...

                        Every week i get calls, asking if I'm interested in HDFC's personal loans. I tell no every time. I have received calls more than 50 times. First of all, I don't even have an account there. How do you have my contact details? Im fed up of these calls. Do you not keep a record of who has said no to these calls. Next time, I get call, I'm forwarding it to the cyber cell department.

                            I was provided hdfc regalia card by my personal banker/ relationship manager abyla nadar. She said there are absolutely no charges on the card and it is a lifetime free card provided i have smartpay activated for a minimum period of 6 months.
                            Inspite of having smartpay activated on the card, annual fees of 2950 were charged on 28 th june. She asked me to send an email to customer support and has not been responding since then.
                            Smartpay was activated using her employee code.
                            My charges have not been reversed yet.

                            Is this the type of service and harassment that hdfc provides? It is 2 months now.

                            Kindly reverse the charges at the earliest.

                                I have submitted my documents to bank on 23rd of july to change my dob on my bank account but they didn't changed it for that i missed out the moratorium which rbi has issued for every person who took loan. Bank has changed my dob on 9th sept after the moratorium period. Now i have been going through tough financial crisis. My account is on hold for loan amount. I want to file a legal action on them.

                                  Dear sir, i am anshuman roy. Due to some personal financial problem currently i am not been able to pay my credit card dues this month but it is not that i am not trying to pay. I am trying to take loan and burrow money from other bank so that i can make the minimum amount due. Currently i have only rs. 5000/- which i have kept for my daily bread and butter of my family. But the hdfc credit card recovery agent which is a lady has been abusing me and talking to me in very rough manner and unprofessional way. I explained her my situation but she is not ready to listen to me and instead she is saying when i dont have aukad why do i take credit card and when she said all this i had also retaliated and shouted on her and used a bad language against her which is the first time in my life i have done that. Thorough all this i would like to know am i a criminal who is running away with money. I have picked up all calls and answered each and every calls by recovery team and on the contrary why i am treated in this manner. I also asked her to give me 7-10 days but she was not ready to listen to any thing and started using rough language and started shouting on me. I really hope that this people should be treated legally and should be trained on how to talk to customers. I am really depressed today by this behavior being a customer of hdfc from 13 years they treat me like this. I hope appropiate action will be taken against this lady. The number from which this call came from is +[protected] and lady's name is deepa. I have a recording of her call which can be produced when required.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have redeemed points and amount was credited on 2nd September 2020 and the same amount reversed on 3rd September 2020.

                                    And also I have discussed with customer care executive and they are saying you are swiping from the same merchant that is the reason the points will not come and I agree with that there is no issue.

                                    My concern is already I have some points and redeemed and got some amount and reversed same. So how they did lapsed points and reversed amount once I redeemed?????
