The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

    I had taken a sanchay par avantage policy, pilcy no. 22240412, from hdfc life, mg road branch, bangalore
    I received the policy document on feb 10, 2020 and returned it on feb 17, 2020, well within the look-in period, since the policy details were different from what was explained to me by the advisor.
    I had paid an amount of rs, 7, 27, 320 toward the policy and have even forwarded the bank statement to the advisor as proof of payment.
    An amount of rs, 100320 has been refunded.
    I have been following up with the advisor (Mr biswonath) and hdfc life support from the day i returned the policy, for the refund of my money.
    It has been more than 7 months and hdfc life has not bothered to return the amount of rs. 627000
    My repeated mails and calls to him have not been responded to.
    I approached hdfc life due to the reputation it has built up in the market. This has been a very very bad experience.
    I request help in getting an amount of rs 627000 to be refunded back to me immediately

        Am being harassed for last 4-5 days by their so called experts/representatives just for one document. Every day a person calls up or a mail pops up saying that the address proof is still pending. This is inspite of the fact that the same has been provided multiple times, confirmed on mail as was asked on 12th sep and explained on call on daily basis. Every time it is said that we have taken note of it and you need not do anything but to my surprise and shock again a mail is received/ call is received repeating the same set of english commands and finally saying that our system is showing that your address proof document is missing.
        This is utterly pathetic state of affairs. Better i would have gone to lic itself. Atleast i would make sure that none of my knows / contacts take any policy from hdfc.

            With reference to above settlement for hdfc credit card no.4014 xxxx xxxx 9632 due has been settled with hdfc bank dated 26.02.2020. Accordingly payment has been made of rs. 10500 till march, 20 and then after covid-19 situation came and lock down started, so due to covid-19 lockdown i am unable to pay any amount and after lock down, presently wanted to pay remaining settlement amount but concerns officers said no earlier settlement clause will be applicable because no payment being maid during lock down situation.

            My request is that considering covid -19 situation, allow me to pay remaining settlement amount for closing the issue at earliest.

                Cancellation of one assist membership
                I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. My membership of one assist is getting renewed from 31-oct-2020 and more likely it is going to auto pay from credit card. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So i want this membership to be cancelled before it gets renewed.

                          Recently i open an hdfc account and after someday they take a charge of rs 885 for issuing the debit card. As i read in net, hdfc doesn't take charge for issuing the debit card, but i don't know why they debit the money its pointless

But till my date of leaving eps and date of joining eps is not update in my pf account. I gave complaints two time online and submit request in hdbfs hrlp desk portal but their is no solution of my request no one update my detail in my pf account pls update my all detail so i withdrawal my pension amount in my pf account.                                 I have visited your branch of sector 43, chandigarh. I waited in the waiting area for about 1 hour and 35 minutes for my policy work. The system i have observed is people are coming and going directly to the counter without any number. When i have reported this matter to manager mr. Mandeep singh over there and he was only trying to make me calm an making excuses that we are not attending any person without token number. When i showed him the live condition there when people are were indeed being catered to without a token number, he had no answer.
                                The main point is the system is wrong and long awaiting in office premises for such a long time in this pandemic situation is not safe at all. The branch manager was sitting in branch without mask. Which puts the bank name in a bad picture. Please look into this matter seriously.

                                  I have a saving account in hdfc account also a loan account 50550154. I am paying the emi however there is a lien on account. When i talked to bank official, he could not explain the lien reason. Later on they released the lien of 5000₹ and put another lien of ₹114. Now the lien is of ₹1065. I am keep on writing to them and requesting a call to explain the reason. I have twoited, asked them on facebook the only fake response that will get back in 5 days. I asked them to extend my maritorioum when i recieved an robo call at the end of last month, but still they processed the charges. They can not do anything what they want. Should i die? Should i stop eating? What should i do.? These people are nuts and least care of about a customer.

                                  I got the email with above message . It means HDFC has no obligations to get back to the CUSTOMER on time however they can expect that their CUSTOMERs pay their EMI on time. It clearly shows how unethically HDFC Operations is. Really ###

                                    I have been trying to pre close the loans and emis on my credit card for past month now. Everytime i call customer care all i get to hear is we do not have update to pre-close the loans and emi due to moratorium i have taken for two months. I was able to preclose in citi bank. Why not in hdfc??

                                      I purchased an iphone11from imagine lulu mall kochi, kerala from hdfc debit card on 05/12/2019. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of ₹6000 within 120 days) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 8months.                                         I have been a patron for HDFC for quite a long time. Though my home bank account is in Delhi, due to the lock down i got stuck in Imphal during my stay at my home town. Meanwhile someone from the bank caĺled me and informed about the pre-approved loan. Hence i availed it. No payment was made during the moratorium period stipulated by govt. I wasn't aware that it got over and have to make payment. Before i could make any arrangements for repayment of the loan, a collection agent named Brajagopal from HDFC, Thoubal branch called me to make arrangements for payments. It was agreed that my husband would visit the branch the next day and pay the pending EMI amount. The next day while my husband was on the way to the branch, the said agent called me again and started talking in a very bad tone without any courtesy. I am extremely disappointed. During this pandemic everyone is going through a bad phase and one should be considerate & courteous enough to understand. Another bank employee named Roshan also called up and instead of apologizing and making the things right, he was justifying the action of Brajagopal. Then
                                        I and my husband demanded him to let us speak to the manager so that we can bring forth the behavior of his/her bank employees. To which Roshan said go to whosoever you like to complain and doesn't care a bit. Then he hung up. After a while Brajagopal and another bank employee have been spamming me by calling me incessantly over the phone.They are harrassing me. They called us to come to their bank branch which is Hdfc bank, Thoubal, Manipur, almost 20-30km away from my home. When I asked him why can't I go and make the payment to the nearest bank his reasoning was unreasonable. I guess your bank give its customers the right to do banking from anywhere then why am I being singled out to go to a far away bank just for paying up my EMI? I'll never go to the Hdfc Thoubal branch where I'm treated in a manner as if I'm begging from them. I would like your bank to take this matter seriously for the rudeness and harassment.
                                        I am extremely disappointed with the way the customer are being treated for taking pre-approved loans in their names from a bank they thought would treat them with courtesy. I'll attach the names and phone numbers of the two employees who have been harrassing and spamming me. Also I have their voice call records if required.
                                        MR. BRAJAGOPAL THOUNAOJAM HAS BEEN HARASSING ME SINCE EARLY MORNING BY CALLING ME INCESSANTLY, MORE THAN 70 CALLS TO BE PRECISE AND HASN'T STOPPED CALLING ME. I'M THREATENED BY HIS BEHAVIOR. PLEASE HELP
