I have been charged with annual for for my debit card which is not even been activated i have never used the card and on top of it i have also been charged with ac mentainance charges. I was forced to open an hdfc ac while applying for loan where in i had asked for auto debit from my icici bank ac which is my salary ac but hdfc bank executive asked me to open an ac in hdfc for faster disbursmebt and also to get best offers i was not informed anything abt ac mentainance nor annual fee i'm really frustrated with the customer service and also emi getting bounced as they kept charging amb same day just b4 emi is debites it has impacted my cibil i request u to please look into this

    Hi,

    I received offer from hdfc bank for credit card, i applied and received it within 15 days to my home address. However, after receiving credit card, 5th day i received a mail from hdfc operations saying credit card has been denied, without any reasons. I don't understand why hdfc has to make it big deal about issuing credit card and denying it after a week almost.

    Worst experience.

      2 Products were returned to amazon on 19th of August 2020, Refund was initiated by Amazon on 20th of August and it was expected to get credited in the bank account within 25th of august 2020. No amount has been credited by the bank till now. Reference No of both the Transcation's refund were sent to HDFC bank but then also the same is not credited till now.

      They are even not ready to call us the only thing they are doing is taking undue advantage of the Covid-19 situation stating that limited staff is working therefore we are not available on call.
      Replies for mails comes in 2-3 days where they asks us one more information which is generally not allowed to tell by amazon as per their policy.

        Hello,

        My name is md. Shabbir ashraf. I have taken a two wheeler loan 2 years ago from gurgaon havin loan account number 5505921. I have cleared my all outstanding dues and emi. My last installment was deducted for an amount of rs.3329/- on 5th august but i am still waiting for my noc documents from bank.
        Last month i have visited to hdfc bank - gillander house branch and submitted the request and till date there is no response.

        I would request the concern to please look into this matter and help to provide the required documents on an urgent basis.

          I had raised a request to hdfc life team for the refund of excess premium of 1, 02, 250/- (One lac two thousand two hundred fifty/-) on 10th aug 2020 paid from my hdfc regalia credit card ending with 8636.

          In response to that they initiated the refund of 102250/- on 17th aug 2020 with payment no.[protected].

          I still don't see this amount credited to my credit card.
          Kindly help me get this refund amount.

            Regarding unauthorized deduction from my bank account for membership fees of credit card which i had surrendered an year ago and terminated my membership. This is the 2nd time hdfc bank has charged me for membership, even though while giving the credit card they assured me that there will be no extra charge for this card

              Dear sir/mam,

              I, sunny jawale, am a credit card holder with your bank since the year 2017. I was given this card enrolment form by one of your representatives who was distributing and enrolling people, right outside my office building at that time.

              However, i have lost jobs since june 2020 and my financial condition has been very bad since then. I have a family of 4, brother (Jobless), mother (Housewife) and father (Jobless)

              I have been earning just 25000 rupees sometimes not even that. I have been trying to get myself a better paying job since then, in order to be able to pay back the bank.

              I do want to repay all the amounts owed to the bank. However, i am not able to pay anything more than rs.8000/- per month. I have informed this to various customer care representatives and collection agencies as well.

              However, below mentioned are some serious issues faced by me, my family, my facebook friends due to your collection representatives.

              Sailee dhure from hdfc bank started calling me at since morning from 10.45am. I informed her that currently i'm not able to pay, give me option of installment which i can bare on monthly basis.

              She also called my facebook friend, my father, my mother and brother at 10.45 and miscommunicated to them, stating that i'm not answering calls such behaviour on the part of your agents is an illegal move as per the rbi rules.
              (Me and my family members and friend received calls from multiple mobile numbers and [protected]/
              [protected]/[protected])

              Naziya spoke to me as a manager from hdfc bank. Upon asking the agency name, shee said that they were calling from collections dept of the hdfc bank from kanjurmarg. When i told her that people are harrassing me with calls she told me sorry i can't do anything, they will followup.[protected]

              Sailee and her co-workers has already called my family 5-6 times today and has been very harsh over the phone. She has called me over 5 times already and been very rude, abusive and is maligning my name.

              Below mentioned are some rules.

              Rbi rules:
              (Iii) fair practices in debt collection

              (A) in the matter of recovery of dues, banks / nbfcs may ensure that they, as also their agents, adhere to the extant instructions on fair practice code for lenders (Circular dbod. Leg. No. Bc. 104 /09.07.007 / 2002–03 dated may 5, 2003) as also iba’s code for collection of dues and repossession of security.in case banks / nbfcs have their own code for collection of dues it should, at the minimum, incorporate all the terms of iba's code.

              (B) in particular, in regard to appointment of third party agencies for debt collection, it is essential that such agents refrain from action that could damage the integrity and reputation of the bank / nbfc and that they observe strict customer confidentiality. All letters issued by recovery agents must contain the name and address of a responsible senior officer of the card issuing bank whom the customer can contact at his location.

              (C) banks / nbfcs / their agents should not resort to intimidation or harassment of any kind, either verbal or physical, against any person in their debt collection efforts, including acts intended to humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the credit card holders’ family members, referees and friends, making threatening and anonymous calls or making false and misleading representations.

              Like i have already suggested, i do want to pay, however, i need help from you as a bank officer in stopping such maligning and disturbing incidents. I'd like to get this sorted out and would like to start paying my card from october 2020 rs. 10000 per month.

              Kindly suggest the actions taken against sailee dhure ([protected]) and the agency and also help me pay you back.

                My hdfc credit card is getting billed through smartpay for tata power although i do not have any account with tata power nor have i ever requested for smartpay facility. I raised a complaint (No. [protected]) regarding it but customer care doesn't believe me. They are blaming me that i had activated smartpay for more than a year which is completely false. They told me to talk to tata power for reimbursement which is totally unfair as i have no fault in this. I am completely frustrated with customer care services as they are unhelpful even though i am getting cheated.

                  2 times rs 708 is deducted on 7th of september, 2020. This is a salary account. I am not that rich. I am saving little bit of amount every month.. This is not acceptable.. Deducting ₹1416 at a single go without informing is just not acceptable. I want my money back as soon so possible.

                    I bought iphone xr from "rohit telecom" on 23rd january 2020 using hdfc crdit card. As per hdfc credit card transaction billing data, it is clearly mentioned on bill i’ll get 5000 rs cash back after 120 days but still no cash back is transferred in my account. Can anyone from hdfc bank please look into this issue and transfer my cash back to my account

                        Hi team. Please have a look as i have been charged with the amount of 1420 for non maintaning my account balance s this is my salary account so there shoud be no deduction for that and due to lock down my salary was not credited in my account. So please have a look on this case and wave off these charges as i cannot be able to pay that. And tried calling your customer service but i am not getting any response from there. And for further discussion please call me on the register no with your bank.

                        My payment of Rs 1, 179 has been put on hold from HDFC side. I don't see any reason to put my money on hold.

                          Motorium announced pan india and rbi announced not to pay emis to customers for certain period of motorium

                          Know bank is isseing notice stating that pay the emis from march to august,
                          Their are auto debit and adding up charges an bounce charge
                          And making account negative balance and harrasing customer with issuing notice

                          Rbi annaounced moratorium for customer critical condition happen in pan india

                              I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                              1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have not received my debit card.

                              2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives.

                                Hello. My hdfc salary account was converted to a savings account in 2019 when i left my job. I was unemployed since that time. Recently i got a statement from hdfc bank and thought of checking it. So i registered for netbanking and found out that my balance was negative. It was -4036rs. Because i didnt maintain the minimum balance. Now i cant close the account not can i use it as future salary account because of the negative charge. I also have a hold fund of 4036rs. Why show negative charge when i have 4036 as hold fund? And i saw an article by timesofindia stating rbi has issued all the banks not to charge negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance and an hdfc representative said theh dont do it. Then why is my bank account negative for not maintaining the balance. That too when im unemployed and during covid too.. Please find a solution to this..

                                  I have opened hdfc online salary account on 18 August 2020. And kyc is done by visiting akurdi branch. Till date I don't received any welcome kit. After I visited branch for this issue they told me if you not received kit then apply for check book then might be i will receive the kit. The check book is delivered within five days. But I don't receive welcome kit. Then I visited bank once again this time they told me to fill form for net banking and debit card. I also done that but still I don't received welcome kit and still net banking not working. When I logged in my net banking and try to fund transfer it shows me you are not registered for third party transfer register now. When I tried to register it shows no debit card attached to this account. After visiting three four times a bank my problem still not resolved. So then I call customer care and talked to executive she checked the staus and said your welcome kit still not despatched so she can't raise complaint against welcome kit issue. But after my request she raised complaint against my issue and said you will receive feedback in 48 hours. I asked her for complaint number she give the number. But when I try to access my complaint status from hdfc Web I get unable to track your complaint number. The complaint number is valid as I have recorded call and I cross checked multiple times . So what to do now? Help me please

                                    My hdfc bank savings account no.: [protected], gaddiannaram branch. on 07th september 2020 rs. 354+354 = rs.708.00 has been deducted without any prior information from hdfc bank. Ther eare lot of transactions occurred in my hdfc account nad i have an rd account aslo running in account right now. Kindly check and refund the deducted amount, in future also will maintain a sufficient balances in my savings account as per bank.
