Hdfc bank ltd. Employee forcefully getting credit card activated.
Card was activated without much knowledge. Also didnt received any physical card on mailing address. The bank started cutting card bills on my name without my knowledge.
This is a case of sheer theft and customer usage for personal benefit by the bank employees also benefitting the company.
When i got to know about it, despite my repeated pleads of blocking credit card registered on my name, bank employees were as if blind and appeared dumb to it. Kept making excuses.
The case is of hdfc bank ltd. Hargobind enclave branch. Near karkardooma metro station (Ph no. [protected])
Ifsc code - hdfc0000481
The employeed associated are miss sapna kandpal (Mob - [protected]) and mr. Amit manchanda (Bank manager).
There are other male employee (Name unknown) who keeps forcing for getting new credit card activated despite repeated put downs.
Please take this complaint seriously as this bank branch keep cheating customers with new new services.
Also i want full refund of the credit card bill automatically deducted from my bank balance without any request.
I also request for strict action against the bank emloyees. And corrective measures and independence to customer for their money from bank's side which is very important otherwise this sheer dominance of banks by playing on customers hard earned money will go on.

I talked to the The Bank Manager Mr. Amit regarding the issue of the credit card opening and automatic money debited from my account without any usage of the credit card.He turned out to be helpful on the above matter & explained me the auto debit function is Auto Activated from the Bank's side whenever a new credit card gets issued & that this has nothing to do with any kind of theft from the Branch's manager or any of its Employees.Further to my surprise Miss Kandpal also helped me and explained nicely on how to get the Credit Card closed and also told that this problem is faced by many customers and she will help me get my money back.This way my problem was now taken care of & I was now satisified atleast with the kind of customer support extended by the Bank employees this time.

    credit card rejection/harassment

    I received a call from hdfc bank rep. Couple of weeks back requesting me to apply for a free credit card through netbanking, i obliged and applied for millennia cc. After a couple of days a representative from the bank visited me at my residential address for verification and after about an hour after the verification i received a message saying that my "application is declined" (App:20h[protected]s2). After a couple of days i receive a call...

    My money is not refunded by payzapp of amount 3670/- i had used payzapp to make a payment on big basket by my debit card but my order was cancelled on same day that is 29th aug. Now it has been almost a month, i have not received my money from payzapp gateway as big basket as already refunded my amount on 31st aug 9:51 am and shared the transaction id too and same money is stucked with payzapp which should be credited to to my debit card. Please refund my money and if there is any technical issue on your side please sort this out and refund my money.

      Hi,

      I am shramdan desai. I have 2 credit card with hdfc bank and last 4 years i used those card. Before covid if you check i don't late pay. Even my cibil score is 780 above.

      But due to covid pandemic i don't have money to pay credit card payment also minimum due. I have received daily 6-7 calls from hdfc recovery team and they use totally third class language.

      Recovery agent name azra parveen. I don't know she is educated or what? She used totally zopadpatti language and she abuse me.

      Please take nesassery action that agent.

        I have applied for hdfc credit card one year back. One representative came to our place for issuance of card. He informed us that in order to get free card i. E for non deduction of annual charges, rs. 100 will be deductedfor 3 months only and our card willbe free lifetime and i have provided him one airtel membership number so that it will be charged for rs 100 each month for 3 month only.

        To my surprise its been almost 1 year and still the amount of rs 100 is being deducted regularly and when we contacted the same person he said kindly contact customer care and when i contacted your customer care team for delhi ncr region there is no. Option to talk to your team.

        Request you to kindly refund my money deducted giving us false information and surrender my card immediately

          People,

          Be aware o[censored]sing payzap. I used it for a transaction of 2819 on 3rd party app on 1 sep 2020. There was an error message, however money was debited. I kept on calling payzapp until 8 sep when a supervisor advised money was debited. Before that everyone was asking me to wait for 7 - 10 working days.

          I spoke with supr (3rd party app) for which transaction was made. They sent an email confirmation that there was an issue from payzapp side, and delay of refund is from their end as amount already refunded automatically via gateway.

          I sent an email to payzapp with documents, and they said, still have to wait for 10 business days. After 10 days, they took the complaint and advise me that it would be resolved within 7 working days.

          Waited for 7 days and now they are telling might take upto 30 more days.

          This is simply fraud. I have already tried to contact them via twitter with no success. I would now be escalating this to their grievance team and also looking to report this to rbi and small claims court. But an honest advise - do not use payzapp. Uts better to spend more. Dont fall prey yo their coupons.

          Hi All,

          Still no help from anyone. Please avoid this. I might have to go legal course to get my money plus lawyer fees plus compensation...would keep you posted.

            I purchased apple macbook air from maple with my hdfc credit card. I was supposed to receive rs 6000 as cashback after 120 days of purchase. It's been 120 days and i haven't recieved my cashback yet.

                I have got atleast 4 calls since morning for personal loan offers from different numbers. Seems hdfc bank has strategy to harrass unknown people to an extent that they take a personal loan from them?
                Please stop them immediately as we understand telemarketers are just doing what they are paid to do but it has been very difficult to bear these untimely calls and are very disturbing. Do not want to abuse the caller but i think hdfc bank is lost its moral values so cant expect indian culture respectful response now

                  I am not getting proper response from ravindra when doing followup even calling multiple times.                   Hi Team, I have been asked to visit hdfc sea wood office today. There is blunder going, employee ravindra gunjal is debating with employee Raveena Gajinkar - regarding internal adjustment. It was internal adjustments as I was having home loan in same hdfc branch & same has been requested by new buyer.
                  When I asked ravindra about not responding to my queries he is rudely denying and not providing authentic information. I have travelled from long distance but sitting in office for last 5 hours. I need complete investigation and response for above immature and un professional behavior from Mr. Ravindra Gunjal. I even recorded the discussion between ravindra, raveena which displays you have placed some freshers to in front of customers to fool.
                  Let me know if you need any documents for investigating this issue.
                  Also pls tell me how to escalate this issue.
                  I have not received any response or acknowledge to above complaint.

                      I have transferred ₹5000 to my friends account using imps. Money got debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary account. And i have received a message saying that "

                        I paid my credit card instant loan one day later and the bank deducted the money twice. It is saying in the credit card statement that the amount is refunded but i havent received any. It's been one month and I'm unable to contact bank due to this covid-19 issues. Please resolve the issue and refund my money back.

                            I visited Hdfc branch Madhepura, Bihar for zero balance salary account but they opened normal saving account. This was not suppose to happened. I have requested them to do correction but since last 10 days, they are not resolving the same. I am totally disappointed. Every time I visit, they make some excuse.

                              My hdfc salary account showing -29.50 in the balance, checked the transaction but there is no debited amount.

                              Amount on hold - 29.50 held by hdfc bank - mirevenue hold through gefu.

                              For what reason they are holding this amount? There is no notification at all for this fund held by hdfc.

                                Dear sir,
                                I was approached by person in capacity as hdfc rm and he refered my old policy in 2011 which had only 2 premium paid. He said he will get the premature closure and payout to me. Then in mar 2019, i paid rs 90000 premium in two succession and a new policy was issued for second rs 90000. All medical etc was done. He said i need to deposit rs 500000 totoal and the procedure is to open a new policy as i already have existing policy in hdfc super. I then paid rs 90000 more in indi first life where by post medical he has said these will be merged in november with portability and noc from irdai will be taken to give me premature closure proceeds at rs 810000. I have recorded his statement. However there was a call from the hdfc back office (Not sure if true) but repreented as such asking to open an account to share the proceeds and pay rs 1 lac commission as agent commission.

                                At this call, i was quite sure i have been duped and went to the centre to find out. The officer there confirmed no portability in these policies and this is agent fraud.

                                I request investigation and reversal of funds for fraud.

                                The person I am complaining is Nitin Rastogi (mobile [protected]) misrepresenting as HDFC employee in back office and claiming to port the policies he has missold me with NoC for closure in Nov. I am stuck now with 3 policies (2 in HDFC Life Super) and request redressal of grievance with refund of amount duped (Rs 99000).

                                Please take action against him and support me . I am bonafide premium customer of HDFC for last 15 years.

                                    I tried to book a ticket on 16sept 2020 through irctc. The amount got deducted from my account but the transaction was failed. I did not receive any refund message from the irctc and also did not receive my amount back from hdfc bank. Please try to resolve this issue ASAP.

                                      I am approving the above details myself as i am the victim of taking pcredit card and not paying the further dues after covid 19 pandemic

                                      Summary: As i already stated that I paid the 1 lack rupee as a interest (i was paying minimum due) to HDFC Bank and still there is 1.30 lack rupee(including moratorium interest) left for paying out to HDFC Bank, , , So i noticed from few last months that the HDFC Bank collection agents started harrasing me...That is very natural i do not have any complaints regarding this from HDFC bank.

                                      Reason for not paying out my installments: Dear HDFC Bank, I am a victim of recent recession, as when i was working in a good company then i have taken credit card from HDFC Bank and as when recession comes then after that I was lay off from work and this leads to the non payment due to the non availability of my saving account balances.
                                      and after that i was tried for a job for two months but i could not find that Most worst Recession Period that we faced all indians.

                                      But unfortunately after trying some time i was met to a severe accident
                                      i am job less i want to come out from debt trap need to lead good life. please provide me settlement my family member are there to support me to come out from debt trap

                                      So I requested to you Dear HDFC Bank Please show your mercy on me and please call me and please settle my loan account as soon as possible as one time settlement.

                                      I will be very oblige if you can decide a medium settlement amount for my Credit card...
