Respected sir/madam,

I have a car loan at hdfc bank. This month (July) i am not able to pay the emi as my salary is not being paid by the employer, which is a private institute in guwahati for the last two months. For the last few days hdfc bank employees are calling me 2/3 times per day asking me about the emi. I simply reply that whenever salary will be in my account i shall pay the emi with late fine.

I have been deducted rs. 1416 on 22nd july 2017 as amb charges without pre-informing me of any such charge deduction. I have been logging complaint with hdfc bank since may 2017, as money was getting deducted from my account stating "deduction due to low fund" and "annual maintenance". As this is a salary account there should not be any such deduction. Despite of repeated assurance, money is getting deducted from the account on regular basis. If you could look into it and get it sorted. Complaint reference number with hdfc: 'hbl=[protected]' and 'hbl=[protected]'....

Inspite of the gr from the govt of india, mea on allowing photo passbooks of private banks which enlists the name of hdfc bank, as address proof for passport application, the bank employees, their customer care operators are totally unaware of this and refuse to issue any for salary accounts. According to rbi /2006-07/139, dbod. No. Leg. Bc.32 /09.07.005/2006-07 banks are liable to provide photo passbooks to all the savings account holders....

I have hdfc platinum debit card which i am using for last 1 years and i found from january-2017 hdfc bank is charging surcharge on petrol which was not reverted back to my account. When i checked with hdfc bank person (Hdfc old madras road branch, bangalore) he mentioned for hdfc platinum card below 400 inr transaction on petrol pump they dont revert back the fuel surcharge.
