I have done 3 times do not call registration (2 in jan 2016 and one today i.E. 4 april 2016) for not to get any sms, promotional mailers of my hdfc credit card. But still i am receiving. The form do not give any request number after registration as attached in the image. Just they write "thank you for sharing your preferences with us. Please give us 45 days from the day we receive this request to action the same".

By mistake, i failed to update new food card details in my salary definition so that my money is transferred to lost food card

Recently I noticed HDFC bank illegally deducting amount from my account for last 8 years with unknown name in the statement. I just chaeked my balance. 57 rupees was withrawn as "depository charges 15th August" on 11th september 2015. I have a demat account with HDFC but the only charges for the demat account is the annual maintainance charges, which was waived off for the first year of opening. Inspite of the GR from the Govt of India, MEA on allowing photo passbooks of private banks which enlists the name of HDFC Bank, as address proof for Passport application, the Bank employees, their customer care operators are totally unaware of this and refuse to issue any for salary accounts. According to RBI /2006-07/139, DBOD.No.Leg.BC.32 /09.07.005/2006-07 Banks are liable to provide photo passbooks to all the savings account holders....
