I have an sb a/c with b block janakpuri branch, new delhi. Last 4 digits of the account are 0017. I lost my debit card (Jp mastercard) on dec 27 and immediately blocked it through net banking and phone banking. I also lost my regalia credit card. While i got a replacement credit card in days, i am yet to get my debit card. My representations through e mail to suppoort section of preferred banking have gone unheeded. I get an automated reponse asking for 2 days time, then shortly before or after this, another mail saying they need 5 days, then another before that cycle ends. I escalated this to the next level and got same response. The grievance redressal oficer's number is not reachable and the nodal officer's number, no one is picking up. I am unable to see any logic as to why a bank should take 3 weeks to issue a replacement debit card
