Dear HDFC
i think your are doing good for youself but you are not doing good with the client and customer. actaully issue is that i lost hdfc credit card few days back and i blocked that through customer care due that i unable to proceed the payment of credit card, i got the call from hdfc, number are [protected], [protected], she was talking like hell, according to me you guys are hiring wrong person for the customer service, she was talking and behaving like literate, i said i lost my card so this the reason i was not able to pay ..but she is not ready to listen..saying agar aukat nahi hain to mat use karo..i said i ll pay soon ..saying you have to pay it by today ..called me through personal number start shouting, i said be relax she is saying that you are paying the bill in EMI and saying to be relaex..i never witnessed such a pathetic service, i giving you assurity to hdfc is that i already closed the credit card and i ll close my hdfc account aswell.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
