I have applied for a hdfc bank credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got sms with my ref number. Then got 2 3 verification calls one my mobile and office numbers. I have received as letter from bank to which i have to acknowledge with my name/contact number/address details. I did that.

Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquire about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i asked for the reason, the answer was don't know or cannot tell you.

    Hi

    Policy number: 20666137
    Client id : m8310686
    Amount paid : rs.73, 150.00/-

    The above mentioned policy is explained to me as guaranteed return, double amount of premium paid and if you don't want to
    The amount at end of policy term you can convert it in to pension plan.
    If you invest yearly 1, 00, 000/- for 7 years. You will get guaranteed below benefits
    1) after of 11 year you will get rs 14, 00, 000/-
    Or
    2) if you covert it into pension plan then i will get monthly rs. 8, 000/- till my death.

    After reading policy document, none of the above hold true so please cancel my policy and return me the amount i have paid.

            Hello sir, this is dr. Mathen from erode. I made a wrong upi transaction from my account on last friday. I lodged a complaint regarding this to hdfc bank, and sent an email explaining the incident. But now im here to take the complaint to your notice as i didn't receive any mail from the bank regarding the complaint which i sent. Only auto generated mail was sent. Its been more than three days. Its very disappointing. I didn't expect this from your side. At least now i expect an solution for me as i have forwarded this mail to you. I hope u will take immediate action regarding this.               Hi iam satish from bangalore i was using hdfc credit card and decided to close the acc as i have paid interest more than wat i used the card and when i requested for closure one of the hdfc employee from collection department has spoke to the bank and given me the settlement letter stating the amt to be paid with the chq no which i have handovered to him and the last payment was on 10th of jan-19 which has been debited from my acc now i called them and asked for the noc but nobody is reverting properly and saying that still outstanding amt to be paid so i dont no wat to do.

                  I had placed an order for Google Pixel 2 mobile phone with Flipkart on 23rd July 2018. There was an offer from HDFC bank that i will get a cashback of 8000 rupees in January 2019. I did not get the cashback.

                  I called the HDFC bank and registered a complaint and i was asked to wait for 7 working days. Even after 7 working days i did not get a response. I called back many times. After 2 days the ticket was closed saying it is resolved.

The bank has provided me lifetime free credit card but without my knowledge they debited rs-1899 from my credit card ending with 1876 on 12th january 2019. I am not all interested with this one assist membership anymore and want my money refund as soon as possible otherwise i m going to close my account from hdfc bank bcoz of this type of fraud act.

                    Hello team, I have paid 899 on Monday to place an order via Zomato app, however that order got canceled and I never got my refund.

                        I have applied for fastag through online on 17.12.18, paying the amount & necessary document (Rc copy of the car) was also uploaded. Since there was no response till 03.01.19, contacted the customer care number[protected]. They have instructed me to sent through mail pan card & aadhaar card copy, which i did on the same day.
                        After this i had horrible experience each time contacted the customer care number. They will keep my call on hold for almost 25 minutes & used to say no mail received from my end.
                        After sending & calling them, someone admitted that there was some portal issue & i will get the tag in two days 07.01.19. This two day has not come yet.
                        Now they are saying that they have issue with the courier service.
                        I received one sms saying that my wallet has been created on 11.01.19. But the tag didn't reaach till today (22.01.19)

Today the bank has provided me statement wherein they have charged me 1180 as first year membership fees. You are requested to look into the same.                           At time of application, Your executive had told me that card is lifetime free .
                          Later after receipt of card also some other official had called stating that the card is lifetime free .

                          Now how cum I have received the statement with charges. I already hv citi, hsbc, icici, etc card where no charges are applicable.

                          This is misrepresentation of facts which HDFC has provided. I have not experienced such behavior from any other Banks.

                          If this is the case I would like to surrender the card, please let me know the process for same

                            I have purchase a product from jabong worth 2969.11Rs using payzapp and returned the product and jabong has refunded my amount on 1st Jan but I have not received my refund as payzapp is not processing the refund. I have called payzapp customer care number around 20 times but they don't pick the call even after waiting for 15 min. I have talked to jabong also. They also fail to help me as they told that the refund has successfully processed from our end. They have share a bank reference number with me. They ask me to visit my bank branch too and I have visited twice but my bank said they dnt have detail of such transaction.

                                I was booked my bus ticket via red bus on december 8, 2018. The amount is deducted but my transaction is failed due to some technical problem. I have waited for 2 weeks to reversed my amount but nothing happens. Then i have raised the complaint regarding the amount and submitted the dispute form as well. Still, now, they didn't refund my amount.

                                    transaction reversed but amount is not credited in my account

                                    Transaction of rs. 500 is reversed by kake walk yesterday but amount is not credited in my bank account. Transaction was done through hdfc debit card.

                                    I have attached a screenshot of the message that i got from hdfc bank after the transaction was reversed, but i checked my bank balance and found that amount hasn't been credited yet.

                                      Respected sir/madam,

                                      Hdfc bank has deducted rs 2950 from my salary account on 21 jan 2019 for 'ach debit return charges', for which i have not even received any intimation either through email/sms or call from the bank before deductions.

                                      So, request you to look into this matter on urgent basis and do the needful in getting my money back, as soon as possible.

                                      We have checked our records and confirm that the charges levied to your account pertain to ECS debit return. In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear fund's balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ECS(s) received in the clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear fund's balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS(s), was not sufficient to cover the ECS(s) received in the clearing. Therefore the ECS(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ECS(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable. We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ECS(s), to avoid the ECS(s) return charges being levied to your account.
