This is to bring into the notice of concerned authorities of HDFC bank and general public regarding pathetic and unsatisfactory services of HDFC bank.

They have enough resources, DST and DSA who keep calling me 30 times a day asking for credit card and personal loan but no single resource who would care to call or sms to extend help where my new ATM card is lying.

My debt card ending 0667 is reported undelivered since December 2, 2018 onwards. I have also visited Kondapur branch Hyderabad. My mailing address is on the main road of hitech city Gachibowli route. This remains undelivered till date.

Attached couple of snapshots for reference..

Request serious action to be initiated to avoid further discomfort and dissatisfaction of new and prospect customers for HDFC bank.

    I had applied a consumer durable loan in hdfc and they said that amount will directly debited from my account first emi was debited and second emi did not debited from account they dont have online payment option i have sufficeint balance in my account and 3 rd emi also debited from account but they didnot debitd my second emi from account no customer care number available no executive called me and they had placed a emi missed in cibil report for this problem my cibil is redused

      17.7 and 177 rs were deducted from my account without my knowledge...
      The narration says "narrationbrn cash txn chgs incl gst 150119-mir[protected]"..

      These are not ethical in terms of banking.
      The bank representative said that no deductions would be there... But they deducted 200 approx from my account..
      I want this problem to be solved.. Nd my money refunded

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

          I opend my zero balance salary account in hdfc bank on behalf of my company.. But after 3 month i resigned my job.. After 2 month bank charge 600 rs from my account as non mantainace without telling me before nd i have zero balance salary account when i call the bank and tell him about this he said your acccount converted in saving account.. I m not awarte about this.. My account have negative balance nd bank already have charged 1100 rs.. Plz help

              I paid my hdfc credit card bill amount of rupees 9998 2 jan 2019 around. But i got a mail in afternoon that my autopay was initiated and due to non - availability of sufficient funds a payment return fee will be levied to your card account, if applicable. Then i called the hdfc credit card customer care service to complaint about the same. The customer service associate promised me that the amount will not be deducted from my card. But after that amount of rs. 450 has been debited from my credit card. Why should i pay the return fee as i already cleared the payment in my card. This is unfair and not acceptable. I want my amount back in my account.

                  I’ve taken person loan from hdfc, however my ecs has not been activated so i received call from customer care and they told me to pay manually this month so paid. The next day my ecs activated and the loan emi has been deducted

                  The issue is my loan amount has been paid for the month january 2019 twice.
                  So i called to customer cafe to revert my one month emi back they are telling me we are going to revert in 5 working days still i didn’t received my money

                    Sir actually there is issue regarding credit card actualy there was a year ago i apply for credit card and use it and now there was some du, s of amount rs.90000 that hdfc shifted that due, s from credit to hdfc so whenever my salary come they can deduct it so they do it and they take whole the due, s and when i ask the all due, s are cl;ear tyhey said all due, s are clear now u do, nt have to pay any more amount after that some weeks i got up call from hdfc representive that ur amount of rs. 10.000 is still pending and we have blocked ur credit card the first thing is that if i have paid all the amount haw can they say so this is all my query so sir i requested u to please take this issue serious and resolve it so i can be able to acess my bank services

                      My elder brother hospitalised and I told the agent about it and he again called and misbehaved with me.
                      First call untold him and he said he will call on Monday for the same and then he calls after and hour and says iam a liar and asked him to call at 6.00pm which I never did.

                      Then he kept on misbehaving then I tried to remind him about the talks to which he then said ok I will call u later.

                      Moreove he is instructing me to address him by the words like "aap" is this how elder people address younger people in India or talk to.
                      Iam really very annoyed and hurt by this.

                      And for what just 5000/- amount and the card is so old and still the reaction and treatment is unruly and unacceptable

I ordered a phone worth 67900, but cancelled it immediately. Money was deducted from my account and now limit has decreased to 20000. Can i get a increase in linit so that i can buy a loan?

                            i think your are doing good for youself but you are not doing good with the client and customer. actaully issue is that i lost hdfc credit card few days back and i blocked that through customer care due that i unable to proceed the payment of credit card, i got the call from hdfc, number are [protected], [protected], she was talking like hell, according to me you guys are hiring wrong person for the customer service, she was talking and behaving like literate, i said i lost my card so this the reason i was not able to pay ..but she is not ready to listen..saying agar aukat nahi hain to mat use karo..i said i ll pay soon ..saying you have to pay it by today ..called me through personal number start shouting, i said be relax she is saying that you are paying the bill in EMI and saying to be relaex..i never witnessed such a pathetic service, i giving you assurity to hdfc is that i already closed the credit card and i ll close my hdfc account aswell.

                            I had a terrible experience with HDFC bank. I was investing in different mutual funds using online payment via my HDFC account linked to my investment portal ID on Groww. I made a couple of MF purchases and for the next 2-3 MF purchases, HDFC bank portal blocked the transaction after entering correct user id and password. The message on screen was, a similar transaction was done a few moments back and we are blocking this transaction suspecting it to be a fraudulent transaction. A) This is a stupid logic. If the bank wants to prevent fraudulent transaction, they should implement additional authentication such as additional OTP or something. SBI does it and it works well. Secondly, the money was still transferred to the exchange but a failure message was sent to Groww. Hence I did not get the M[censored]nits to my credit but the amount is debited from my account. Thus, I also lose the investment opportunity at that time. B) Why the bank deducted the money but sent a failure message to Groww? This is not end of the story. The money does not get credited to my account also even after 2-3 days. So C) Apparently, HDFC is not able to implement a transaction mechanism where either the money is debited and I get my M[censored]nits or the money is not debited at all. D) I have to log a ticket by calling HDFC customer service. Who initially decline to log a ticket and consume 24 minutes of my time. Upon telling them that I will be recording my conversation from my side and escalating to all possible levels, they do me a favor of logging ticket number 21503737. The ticket is called a "Request" not a support ticket. In 2 days I get a call from the bank mentioning that the amount is transferred to the exchange and the exchange will refund it in due course. But they decline to provide any confirmation in mail or as a response to the ticket. In any IT support providing a written response is a mandatory practice. But may be not for HDFC bank because they considers customer complaints as "Requests"? I am not sure. The next day I get an SMS that this ticket is closed. Again, no updates of the investigation done and findings to help me as a customer to follow up with Groww. So, I have to log tickets separately with Groww. When they ask for updates from the bank, all I can provide is a bank statement! Now another experience, on 23rd August, there's a sudden debit in my account mentioning ICCL WR CR REVERSAL. But the orignal entry which credited my account is nowhere seen in my account statement. Then where does this "Reversal" debit come from? I visit HDFC bank branch. They provide an answer "This must be related to some MF transaction reversal". But are not able to find out themselves which Credit transaction has been reversed. So once again I have to run from pillar to post, spend half an hour log with HDFC bank IT support to a "Request" and wait for their benevolence to get some verbal information!
                            Sorry, HDFC bank. My time is also important. Hence, I am done with you. I changed my netbanking to SBI and will be closing whatever FDs I have with you. Incidentally I also hold a few bank equity shares and see why other banks are performing better and why HDFC stock is not faring so well. This is my first-hand experience. I have much better experience with ICICI netbanking also.

                                    Hi,
                                    I am not at all interested in one assist services. This service was cancelled by me long back. But still, the amount 1399/- is deducted from my credit card.

                                    I do not want it. Please refund my money back. The amount is getting deducted every year despite of showing no interest to this service.

                                      My name is Paramjit Singh, My account no.[protected]& Loan account no.35590697.I have cleared all my Emi towards Hdfc bank bokaro branch.And my two wheeler loan was completed on 05/05/2018 but still I have not yet received Noc from hdfc in my address
