Hi hdfc team,
I am a customer of hdfc bank and from last 2 years. I am using hdfc bank salary account.
I am very upset about hdfc bank credit card service. I see that from last three month (Oct, nov, dec 18) there are multiple charges are applicable to the given statement. Hdfc people given two credit card unnecessary and they committed to providing good service so i choose hdfc credit card. But i see there are multiple entries which are inaccurate they charged wrongly.
I need my money to revert back in my account otherwise i am escalating this matter to rbi and consumer forum.
