Today i. E, 21/01/19 i am very much upset to knowing that, i mr. Shaswata pal having an account both loan as well as savings in your esteem organisation since 2007 but no body was mis behave or using slang languages with me as well as my family members, today one guy from your organisation i. E, mr. Polu sarkar of silchar, cachar, assam branch from loan collection centre, in my absence doing mis behave with my wife over telephone regarding my car emi which was irregular from last few month because of my home renovation and which i was told to the customer care persons also but after that he doing mis - behave with my wife as well as with me by using slang languages why?? Is this your organisation teach the employees to talk/behave with the customers?? I specically want to know why he should doing such kind of mis behave with a female without absence of male, while she told him that she don't know all. What sort of action will taken against him!! Shame!! This loan is not my single one, previously i have a 5 (Five) loans taken from hdfc bank including personal vehicle, commercial & two wheelers, but all are closed before due date. Why he doing such kind of bad things with a female i don't know!! Now she is totally deprived. I want its clarification.
