I am not able to convert my payment to smart emi. When i tried it said "we regret to inform that your credit card is currently not eligible for insta loan."

Please do the needful, i tried contacting customer care twice. After waiting for 5-10 mins on the call, call got disconnected both times and no one called back.
This is very disappointing....

From past one year i'm using hdfc credit card. It automatically recharges my two mobile number every month and the same comes in my every month credit card bill statement.

I want to cancel this. I never opted for such but i dont know how does it works. I tried n number of time with your customer care, but no response also i couldnt find any way to cancel via my net banking.

delay in reactivation and replacement

Having lost my phone i froze my bank account and blocked my credit cards on 27th dec. On 31st dec i visited hdfc bank, halasuru to reactivate and replace my accounts and cards. Neither i nor the relationship manager was able to do anything online or by phone, so forms were manually filled out and sent. On 6th jan i got a message that my account did not autopay my credit card bill. Nine days later i have not received my cards yet....

facing wrong commitment about credit card charges

I am suffering from credit card charges. Here is my problem:
My father has HDFC classic salaried account and I have my joint account in bank. My father has already free of charge card. so someone from the HDFC bank told about free of charge credit card. debit card annual fee

Hi this pramod gunda exsting custamer of hdfc bank. Today Hdfc has charged 885rs for debit card annuval usage charge without any prior information to the custamer. Hdfc is charging higher fee for the debit card usagesand it is mandatory to charge reasonable amount or provide chargeless cards.
This is very disspointing service from hdfc and request them refund or provide with chargeless cards.
