Hi

Two months back i blocked my hdfc bank credit card last 4 digits are 7302. But after 2 months i received mail of credit card statement that your total dues of new credit card is 1063rs for a late fee.

I did not apply for any new hdfc credit card also not received any new card and not listed on net banking account also. Still hdfc bank customer care saying you're already received your new credit card they are not supporting for the new credit card issue.

Kindly request you to cancel my new credit card with 8308 which i don't have also cancel my all late fee of credit card also. Because in my net banking account there is no new credit card listed. The bank sending credit card statement which i don't have.

Your HDFC Bank card ending 7102 has been blocked as lost basis your request placed to our Bank Representative on call. Accordingly, your card account details have been transferred to the new credit card ending 8308. However, a physical plastic of new credit card was not dispatched to your mailing address since you had not placed a request for card re-issuance at that time of blocking your credit card account. We wish to clarify that non-receipt of any payment towards the monthly statement, will lead to a temporary block on the card account and bank charges as applicable. We request you to clear the outstanding to avoid levy of further charges.

Dear HDFC Bank Team,

How can I clear the outstanding because I don't have the full card number, Card expire date as well as the card CVV code also new card not listed in my net banking credit card section so can't pay the outstanding amount.

    I visited vijaya bank atm at 7.10 am today - 17.01.19 near vidyapeeta - banashankari - bangalore - karnataka and after waiting for several minutes, cash did not get dispensed.. I made a transaction of inr 9000, the same has been deducted in my account. I got an sms. Please reverse and do the needful. I am working professional at geltec ltd and stay near vidyapeeta. I have not got the reverse transaction sms till now

      I have a max account with hdfc bank and the customer id is 62985519. The bank has charged me rs 885 for depository charges on demat account 14th january2019 which isn't used by me ever. I not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deduction. Please take the needful action or let me know what needs to be done from my side.
      Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deduction in my account. Thank you.

      The charges levied to your account on January 14, 2019, pertains to Annual Folio Maintenance charges (FMC) for your Demat account. Service Tax & Education Cess is levied separately. The FMC is levied after giving adequate advance intimation in the billing statement. Effective September 01, 2010 there is a revision in the ‘standard’ tariff with respect to the Annual Folio Maintenance Charges (FMC) from Rs. 500/- p.a. to Rs. 750/- p.a. We have introduced a differential transaction based FMC pricing model. Basis this model, the FMC payable by you would be based on the various slabs applicable to the transactions made in your Demat account. This flexibility will give you an opportunity to reduce the FMC in the subsequent year, basis the level of transactions carried out in the current billing cycle (1 year prior to the levy of FMC).         I was trying to transfer my money-INR.9642/- from HDFC bank to my SBI account on 04th Jan'19 through BHIM Axispay UPI. But the transaction was initially showing as "Pending"Later on 09th Jan'19 the Status in the UPI has changed as "Success"

        The amount is neither credited in my SBI account nor reflecting in my HDFC Account. This is very critical for me, please reverse my account. My dad is a branch manager in my SBI Home Branch, I have also checked the Transaction details with him. But no trace of the particular Transaction.

        I have also spoken to BHIM Axis Pay, they concluded that its only an UPI which cannot store money like wallets and to check with Credit/Debit Accounts.

          I taken the policy on may-2018
          Today i went to tambaram chennai hdfc life insurance branch to update my date of birth.

          After finishing the request i ask my fund performance status and statement.

          The customer service person told me to check the fund performance through online if i need to know my performance online what is the use of the branch can you explain me in detail what are the service provided in the branch i am not aware of check it online i ask repeated times he refused to provide me details i am very much disappointed.
          So if i go to branch i will not get any details.
          As a hdfclife policy holder i have the right to know my policy fund performance status and physical statement from branch.
          So explain me that why should i continue the policy. Why can't i cancel my policy for this kind of service offered to me

              I have an sb a/c [protected] in saraidhela branch dhanbad. The account was inactive for 1 year and minimum balance of 10000/- was not maintained till 1 year. Each month i get sms of penalty of 600/- as non maintainance charges. Since i am not staying in dhanbad for more than 1 year i decided to close this account. I approached the branch, and the officer told me to pay 8703/- (Negative balance) +300 (Closure charge) total 9000/-. They also insisted to maintain the account, bank will waiver the penalty amount. I decided to pay the amount and close the account permanently. I approached the cashier with amount and told him that i am paying this to close the an account. The cashier alerted me against this and told me that there is no such rule. He contacted the head office and confirmed it. I didn't pay the money
              He suggested me to close the account from mine nearest branch without penalty. It is surprising that two officers of same bank is giving contradictory statement. Which i have to believe?. How i close this unwanted account?

                I am getting frequent calls from HDFC regarding personal loans . I have put the number in DNC almost twice. It has exponentially increased past 2 weeks. I get call almost everyday during officer hours and afternoon nap time . It's really irritating and disgusting to get stupid calls everyday .

                The numbers come from new number every time and blocking does not work.
                I noted down two of recent numbers.

                Filling up DNC does not work. What should I do ?Shall file a court case against HDFC for mental harassment and charge a hefty fine? I hope the message is read by bank officials and taken seriously.

                  My fastag was blacklisted in the month of october 2018 due to insufficient balance. I recharged the account on nov. 1st before my long drive to native place. But found that the account was still blacklisted. I immediately called the toll free number requesting them to enable my account. The request was taken and they said that request has been sent to back end team to enable the same and will take 3 days to complete. But this did not happen and i have requested atleast 10 times and still the issue is the same.

                    Before educating me about finance bill on gst, i think maybe you do not know the matter so just read the mail, i wrote you on dec 7, 2018 with deposit slip attached.
                    It was for finance charge of rs. 8578/- for late payment, which you have charged on my 4th december 18 statement. I write you that i make payment on time with proof of deposit slip and sms from bank, then you revers the finance charge in 4th jan 19 statement but same time impose gst rs. 1544/- on it, and don’t tell me that you revers the charge because of our relationship, you revers because it was you fault and you know it.
                    For your fault why are you picking my pocket in the name of gst, you should pay it form your pocket.
                    And please do not teach me gst again, i don’t have gst no. Pay it yourself and revers my money asap.

                      I have purchased samsung galaxy s9 from elante mall, chandigarh on which i was supposed to get rs 6000 cash back in 90 days but now it been 120 days and and i have not updates. I called hdfc helpline first they told me to contact point of purchase and they said wait till second billing cycle which means 30 days more. Please look into the matter and i want my money back this is nearly harassment that one has to run for cashback offer bank to bank.

                        I had my insurance policy renewed for my car through policy bazaar with the service provider being hdfc ergo. Now the issue is that car is registered in the name of my wife who is a sole proprietor of a company. During renewal, i took the policy in the name of her company as i believe both are same entity. There was no advice given by the policy bazaar agent in not to do it. The insurance was renewed. Now when my car met with an accident they have rejected the claim stating that the names do not match in the rc book and the insurance. My question is that how did they (Hdfc ergo) issue me a policy when there was a mismatch in the rc book and the insurance form, when they do look at these documents at the time of renewal. Isn't it a deliberate attempt on the part of policy bazaar and hdfc ergo to dupe the customer by having a reason to not pay for the insurance? On top of it there were so many incorrect advises given to my the hdfc ergo representatives that i am still not sure what is the real procedure.

                        There is more to come. I have been desperately trying to change the name in the insurance form so that it matches with the rc book and to avoid the repeat of the above issue. It has been 9 days and still haven't received anything from them when they had promised to address it within 2 days. Looks like it is their well planned strategy to not provide the updated document so that they do not have to pay for the insurance. I feel really lucky that i didn't trust policy bazaar as well as hdfc ergo with any of my family's health plans as that could have been disastrous.

                        Now, another one adding to the glorious practices at HDFC. As mentioned above, they didn't process my claim. And now, they didn't allow me to claim the NCB as they informed my current service provider that I had made a claim. What should I say?

                        Is HDFC insurance really doing well as a business? I will be really surprised if they are, considering that such customer fleecing practices are followed.
                        Now, another one adding to the glorious practices at HDFC. As mentioned above, they didn't process my claim. And now, they didn't allow me to claim the NCB as they informed my current service provider that I had made a claim. What should I say?

                        Is HDFC insurance really doing well as a business? I will be really surprised if they are, considering that such customer fleecing practices are followed.

                          I want to bring this to the notice that i bought a credit card from hdfc in the year 2009. There were payments which i was supposed to pay and requested for settlement. Settlement was requested as the amount and interest was too high to afford. Later i made all payments. It is 10 yrs now and i can see the negative marking on the credit score.

                          No one is responding to my queries and no one is taking the responsibility for the same.

                          I want explanation for the same with the amount i used and amount i paid. I am now very serious to take this matter to the next level.

                          Hi,

                          Just wanted to notify, that i have been receiveing an automated reply. Post 8 yrs of settlement @HDFC is asking me to pay the Amount to leave my credit report. There is no one in the @ HDFC to understand the harrasmsnt they are taking me through.

                          They are leaving me with no choice to go to legal with all the details.
                          My acnt has been debited with 590 rs without any prior notification reasoning debit return charges.
                          I have never requested any debit card or so from HDFC bank. Please return my money with all gst and applied taxes, as this truoble is caused by you.
                          Requesting to stop this unfair practice.

                            My i know with whom permission his debit happen as i told i am also banker without any customer notification how bank can debit that money

                            I have applied online for reward redemption of my HDFC credit card but due to my absense on the day of delivery of parcel it was returned back. Please advise how to get it.

                              I have been assigned personal banker (Ms. Arundhati) from pune by the hdfc bank. She called me and asked me to apply for credit card which bank is offering free of cost. I asked her multiple times over the phone calls regarding the annual fee and every time she confirmed its free of cost and now bank is charging annual fee of rs 1000 + gst. I did speak to her manager (Mr. Sharath) as well and he also confirmed the same to me over the phone. I received my credit card in the year of 2017 and in 2018 they added the annual fee of rs 1000+gst and for that i raised the complaint about the same to the hdfc bank leadership over the email and they waived off the annual fee of rs 1000 and confirmed me that the same is life time free of cost to me but now again they include 1000rs. + gst and i again raised the issue to the bank and they denied to reverse the same and responded me in a very rude email and mentioned going forward they will not entertain any further communication, please find below the response i did receive from the bank official:

                              "we wish to inform you that our bank’s stand has been communicated distinctly and this response may be treated as final. We also wish to inform you that any further communication on this query from yourself would not elicit a response from us."

                              I have requested them to take out all the recording of the phone of the personal banker from which she called me and listen the same, however they denied the fact and not even bother to listen the customers. Being a middle class family person working in a private sector, we are dependent on the monthly salary and if the bank which is governed by the indian government is doing such fraud with the customers and making the money by doing the wrong commitments and fraud with the customers. With this kind of act they are harassing and mentally torturing the customers which will lead to the severe disease and heart attack to the customers. Last year only i raised the same concern against the personal banker ms. Arundhati, however, bank never took any action against her who is continuously misleading the customers by doing the wrong commitments and keeping the bank credibility at risk.

                              I have emailed to the leadership of the bank but have not received any response from them.

                              Just to update, below is the recent response i have received from the HDFC bank on my email sent on 10th Jan. 2019.

                              "This is in continuation to our earlier email dated January 10, 2019 regarding your HDFC Bank credit card account.

                              We wish to inform you that bank has been reviewing and responding to your queries with due diligence. We are fully sensitised to your concerns expressed and taking complete note of the same, we have once again taken a detailed review of your card account. We wish to reiterate that the outcome of our review is consistent with our earlier observation / decision on your queries.

                              As communicated in our earlier responses, we reiterate that first year membership fee of Rs.1000.00 (plus tax) is waived off as the card was offered as first year Free card and from the second year renewal membership fee shall be waived off, in the event, the retail spends on your credit card exceeds Rs..250, 000.00.

                              We wish to clarify that the total amount of retail spends is less than the threshold amount. The total amount of retail spends should be Rs. 2, 50, 000.00 but the spends were Rs. 20, 030.62 during the last year hence membership fee was levied to your card account on December 26, 2017.

                              However basis your concerns raised and as a service gesture, we have reversed the membership fee of Rs. 1, 000.00 levied in your January 2018 statement. The relevant credits reflects in your statement dated February 15, 2018.

                              Having said the same, we regret our inability to accede to your request for reversal of further membership fees on the card account. We earnestly seek your understanding in this regard.

                              We wish to inform you that our Bank’s stand has been communicated distinctly and this response may be treated as final. We also wish to inform you that any further communication on this query from yourself would not elicit a response from us. In light of this we request you to accept the decision in good faith.

                              I have purchased jewelry from tanishq on 25/8/18 and was expecting Cashback by Mid of december 2018.
                              But I have not received any cashback till date.

                                I made a transaction for a couple of days ago through payzapp upi from my own account to another account unfortunately, money deducted from my account but transaction unsuccessful. I have not gotten my money back yet. Please transfer or refund my money as soon as possible . My money was 3000 and 2nd transition was 508/- same things were happened for this transaction.

                                In addition, i just received a phone call who called himself someone Depak who has taken my SBI debit card 16 digit number and date and expiry and he further asked me to give him my CVV number but sir I denied to give him . As per your precautions, don't share card details, otp, CVV and so on . Please sir refund me as soon as possible and please do investigation who is Depak and it's number is to which he called me [protected]. An inspection has to be done as fast as possible

                                  I had visited hdfc shere-e-punjab branch (Andheri east) on 30th oct, 2018 to open a ppf account. I completed the all the formalities and filled up the form. The bank employee told me that, i will receive my passbook within 15 days. A month later, i visited branch twice they said they are working into it and it seems there is some system issue and they will give me a call... I have not received any call from the bank till date. They have lost my document hence my request was not processed. I have bar code number pf[protected] which was mentioned on the receipt which was given to me after filling the form. I am not interested in opening ppf account with this bank, i have already opened this with other bank but i need all my documents back which i submitted to the bank. This is a kind of service bank provides to their preferred customer. I had asked the email address of branch head from phone banking customer care executive but they said they can't provide this information.

                                    This to inform you that i am a policy holder of hdfc life insurance. It was given me by telling that its a only one time investment of 1lakh. And after the period of jan 2019 i will get back my money with the interest and bonus. But now when i clamming for money company is saying policy is lapsed and will not get any money.. It was fraud by the comapany.. I also recieved the bond of policy very late. And when i got the bond time was finished to surrender the policy.. At that time i wrote to company to give my bond.. Then i wrote letter to the company. But after a long time i got the bond.

                                      Hdfc was always in my trust book till last month. Now it's not.
                                      I was processing cash withdrawal at oriental bank, baner road, baner - pune on 16th december 2018.
                                      Before cash dispenses out of atm machine, electricity got off and i got account deduction message from hdfc.
                                      Firstly i called oriental bank customer care. They said it will get auto credited to your account within 24 hours. I did wait for 2 days n i didn't get my money back.
                                      I register a complaint to hdfc (Complaint i'd[protected] on 18th december and they committed timeline of 7 days for resolution.
                                      It's been a month that i am waiting for money to get refunded in account.
                                      Meanwhile i took couple of follow ups and today on 15th jan 2019 i came to know from hdfc phone support staff that oriental bank said cash was dispensed from atm.
                                      I never received cash and single notification about update on email or message from hdfc.

                                      I asked hdfc support team that it is not the case. Ask for cctv footage, i didn't get the cash.

                                      Now i am helpless to get my money back with useless bank processes and follow ups.

                                      I am not getting my money back and loosing interest with it since a month.

                                      Disappointed with service and money security from hdfc as they can't validate the case properly and get their customer's money back from other banks with law.

                                      I have salary account with hdfc bank last 1year and i have old credit card due is attached my salary account. Last 2 months total salary debit into credit card due how can i live my family total salary deducting without any intimation
                                      Very poor customer service. This is what happens people working in banks are unprofessional and do a standard 9-5 job with no intention of serving the customer.
