    Dear sir/madam

    I am hdfc nri customer with a/c number ending xxx5192 and between 16th august to 20th august 2018 someone in chittur & bangalore atms withdrawn rs 100, 000/- from my bank account using debit card ending with 8536 without my authorization.
    During that transaction time, i was in mangalore and debit card was with me. I have not received any sms for these unauthorized transactions. When i come to know about this i have reported the bank and police station immediately.
    Bangalore cyber police complaint number: case crime number xxx35/2018

    Hdfc bank complaint number: atm fraud case complaint no.:[protected] &08101711

    I have following up with hdfc from last 7 months about this financial loss due to bank not giving adequate security to my account. Every time bank giving general reply saying pin is compromised which is not the truth in my case. Police mentioned initially it may be a skimming case.
    Hdfc unable to justify me :
    • why they did not sent sms for these cases.
    • although i requested atm footage 7 months back, still they did not provide.
    • on november mid they agreed to refund the entire amount and suddenly after a month refused without giving valid reason/justification for the denial.
    • they could not answer in case of pin compromise how with 1 card 2 simultaneous transactions happened at a distance of 350 km atms.
    Hdfc without doing the real investigation, just giving the general reply to my request and harassing me mentally on top of my financial loss by their security lapse.

    I am now the only way to contact rbi and consumer court, media and government authorities for getting the justice.
    Being a private bank hdfc is not bothered about customer loss, pain and not even take the needed action to find the culprit.

    Las try here to contact hdfc for sensible action on my complaint.

      An amount of rs.297 was deducted from my account on 14th dec and the same is not refunded to me yet. I am trying to reach the personal assistance personel miss karen saldanha [protected], [protected] but no response yet, i have also couired the disput form but again no respone. The customer care person ios saying that the amount is refunded from their end but its not showing in the statement the arn no is[protected]. Secondly again on 30th jan a refund was initiated by dominoz but yet i havent received the pgi no is [protected]. These two transaction are pending from your end and it is not showing in the statement too. Kindly do the needful or else i need to take some stict action against the same.

          I opened a salary account in hdfc bank as bank representative visits my office premises to open account. Home branch in which account open is so far as i live in another city. Now i want to close my account as i really dont like the services of the bank personally but bank representatives stating that you have to come to our home branch but it is not possible for me to visit their home branch specially for closure of account as now these days i am living in another city that is too far. Also bank representatives warning me if i do not keep minimum banace, they will charge me and will put my balance in negative in account. Please help

            Iam linto john,
            I have one hdfc - sb account and one credit card associated with it.
            Last 4 years one assist company automatically debit money from my account. Every year after deducting money i complained to credit card section and i told them to cancel the auto payment option related with one assist plan. But banker says they have no right to cancel it, auto payment only cancel by one assist company only. I totally surprised about this type talk from india's largest pvt sector bank. Because i thought that i am the owner of my account take in my id, but i have no right to decide to which payments will make in my card. A third party company is decide what will do in my account. Third party company is take cash without my consent and i am liable to pay amount to hdfc bank. If i don’t make the credit card payment again penalty increase on my head. If you give right to take money for one assist automatically, please told one assist company to make payments related with my card. For what purpose i take this liability. What a irresponsible things from indians largest private sector bank. How can a firm can grow without satisfaction of the customer. If bank makes this type irresponsible job i am ready to cancel my account and credit card. I am working in a large shop, my management studied me customer is our god. This same thing is applicable to bank also. Please provide first preference to customer and secondly to third party company.

              I have got new atm card from hdfc card without any request.

              Now that card was working without asking atm pin so i went to bank and they said is should not be the case please hotlist the card so i did that.

              Now when i go for reissue of my atm card they are deducting rs 200.

              Why the hell i will pay for the wrong card which was itself sent by the bank. I have not asked for the new card.

              Hdfc bank seems to be doing a lot of fraud activities like this and earning money from our hard earned money.

                Dear hdfc bank,

                To whomsoever it is concerned from your bank!!

                This is in regard to card no# 4854xxxxxx5211 owned by me, mamta poddar from last 10 years. I have always been a good customer of your bank since i owed this card. However, for last couple of months i am not in a positioin of making the payments on the above card. Though tried my best but its not posssible for me to make the regular payments on the account. Hence, decided to settle the balance on the account in order to avoid the infinte number of calls that i have been receiving on the daily basis. As i couldn't answer their calls in the weeks days due to my work timings, i expect to receive the calls on the weekend but no one is bothered to call me on saturday/sunday. Tried calling customer service department number of times to get this sorted but they are not helping me and asking me to get in touch with the collection department. When trying to reach the collections department their number doesn't seems to be working.

                Finally got a call from one of the collection agents and my husband discussed the whole situation explaining that the balance 2 lacs cannot be paid by us due to our financial conditions. Hence, want to settle the amount. However, the debt agency is not agreeing to the amount that we can afford to pay and is now harrassing me for last couple of days by paying regular visits to my home in order to collect the debt.

                I know i owe the amount but have made it very clear to the collection agents that i cannot afford to pay such a huge amount. Inspite of explaining again and again they are visiting my premises and harrassing that if dues are not cleared the matter will be further dealt legally.

                Though don't know much but is aware of the fact that as per the orders of the supreme cout & rbi the collector can contact the borrower via calls and letters but cannot visit their premises for collectrion. Things can be sorted mutually but the borrower cannot be harassed/forced to pay the debt if not in a position to pay.

                Want to bring it to your attention that its not that i don't want to pay the dues but can pay only what i can afford and therefore want these visits to be stopped asap. Request you to consider my complaint and make arrangements to stop these visits by the collection agents else, have to take the matter in the law of court/social media for the wrong practise attempted by your collection team.

                Hope my request will be considered and if the bank really want to collect the funds from me, should contact me via telephone and lets discuss and settle this off mutually.

                No update received on this till date, now your collection agency has started harassing us by calling our relatives and friends.

                Thank you so much for showing your true colour and wrong practise. This is already recorded for legal purpose and i will claim from you legally in any law of court.

                Your collection agent archana called my sister and harassed her saying if you do not pay we will kill you.

                Let's take this legally now.

                Saturday morning 23rd feb, 2019 again I got a complaint from the said lady and she said "tum log ne bank ka paisa khaya hain, tumhari society mein badnami kareynge, job se nikal dungi" and all that ###. all ### of hindi language which cannot be shared. We accept that their is a balance and we want to settle it however calling us like this and harrasing us and my wife is not a right procedure to follow.

                I ask HDFC managment to take all necessary action and if this is not stopped i will publish all the audio to social media and consumer FORUM. I am ready to settle the due but to my limit but pressurising like this would not make any difference.

                If this continues I will not pay anything to HDFC bank.

                        My card no. [protected] has been blocked by zaakpay. This is sick and an abuse of power by some newcomers in the market. I want a valid reason or my card be unblocked.
                        I did not even know about this. I thought it was a server error. But when i tried to add money in my mobikwik wallet using this card. It said my card was blocked by zaakpay. I need that card and at this point i cannot afford to block it and re apply. Please assist

                          Mr. Agniswar das, sales manager of super premium cards (Hdfc bank credit card) and ms. Nupur came to my house nearing one month back & asked a copy of itr for a. Y.2018-19, which i handed over to agniswar & he assured for upgradation of my regalia card to infinia card, but till this date he did not contact me but i contacted him twice but he replied me to ring me back, unfortunately till this date he never called me.
                          How this type o[censored]nprofessional person will deal with the premium customers.
                          I am retired govt of india gr.'a' officer, myself & my wife has been maintaining two accounts and two credit cards with the bank for longtime so this type of behaviour was not expected from any bank person.

                            I was trying to withdraw cash rs.1000 from hdfc bank atm using my axis bank debit card[protected] in sahakar nagar in bangalore.
                            Atm id:p1enbg31 metro atm but before receiving cash the machine got shut down due to power cut.. My debit card also struck in the atm at night 11.30 pm. So immediately i lodged a complaint at axis bank to block my card and amount which was not received nut still there is no response. Axis bank team said the atm is belongs to hdfc raise one complaint in hdfc also where as i dont have details to raise a complaint.

                                I have a priority pass issued by hdfc against my regalia card. I used the same at the mumbai international airport on the 11th of nov 2018. I have been charged 1952.29 and igst 351.23 in my statement of 8/02/19.

                                I had been told that i was permitted to use the lounge free of charge at all international airport lounges. I cannot understand why i have been charged and how it has been reflected in my credit card statement when i did not present the same. Feel totally let down by hdfc whose customer i have been for a number of years. Besides the card is not accepted at any of the domestic lounges.

                                  Dear Customer,

                                  HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network. However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank. Third Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

                                    Dear all, my name is ramandeep ahluwalia, i am very old customer of hdfc, recently i suffered from a huge financial loss and am out of job due to which i missed two payments of hdfc. I have explained this to the calling agent that i need some time to normalise every thing. But to my surprise instead o[censored]nderstanding my situation am getting continuous call form your agent and even threatening me.. Girl by the name sneha is call and using a very non professional approach n claiming to be n hdfc employee. I have addressed this issue to the nodal team also. See am going through a severe stress and i need time bring my finances back to normal. But with speed am getting back to back calls from this agent via this number [protected]i can even attain my interview calls which are upmost important to me.. If this is case and kind of followup by hdfc i might land up in hospital with nerves break down. Who will be responsible then. I am once retreating that i need some time to clear the outstanding i have full intentions to pay.. Would request you to please take up this issue

                                      Actually, I made a payment through HDFC credit card, to the merchant cheap ticket.in on 17 JAN 2019. The amount Rs 2495 has been deducted from my credit card and not booked even ticket, not I received my amount back, so I'll request you to please refund my amount back to my card or account.
