Hi,
I have taken hdfc life insurance policy in aug-2008.
Now my insurance policy matured on 11.8.2018.
But after submitting all the required documents, they are not doing the refund,
Again and again they are asking same documents to submit...
Their service is very poor and customer care executive not providing the exact requirements.
I am very much upset with their service.

    Dear sir,

    My name is kannavaram premchand
    Registered mobile number with hdfc credit card division is [protected]
    My dob is 11th jan 1986.

    My credit limit is 34000rs. I paid 13, 000rs in november 2018. I planned to pay remaining balance of all sudden i lost my job. I am unable to pay remaining amount. Where i am getting continuous calls and emails from hdfc where i cant able to concentrate and i am feeling depressed. I am not financially stable enough to pay unwanted excess charges.
    I took 24000rs from hdfc bank in 2017 sir, i paid more than 35000 rs till now.

    Only in november 2018 i paid them 13000rs + 2500rs = 15500 rs. (Credit limit is 34000rs) - due is 18500rs.

    To my surprise now my due is 30000rs sir. I am also a human sir. Why nobody questions them.

    Again and again they are putting unwanted charges and making me to pay more, i am jobless i cant able to pay them sir. Give me final solution or this issue.

    All of sudden again they reduced my credit limit to 30000rs from 34000rs (I blocked my card since 6 year i am not using it, how ever i am making payments to them).

    Please give me solution for this. Dont torture me. I am getting deviated by this hdfc bank. Sir i took 24, 000rs from them, i paid more than 35000rs till now. Please verify my records if i am wrong. I cant able to pay them at one slot. It is highly impossible for me.

    Give me final solution, else i cant do anything. Please proceed legally.

However, the temporary block will be automatically released upon receipt of payment. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date.     I am getting 100 calls in a day. Give me emi option. I am not saying i will not pay. I need EMI option. I am jobless cant pay you unnecessary tax and extra amount whuch i have not taken. I tool only 24, 000rs. I really paid more than 70+. Please ch3ck your records. I have proofs.

      My name is ashwani, i paid all my outstanding bills for my credit credit card ending in 4983 in december. And immediately dropped closure form.
      Since then i have dropped it thrice.
      Despite of closing my card.
      I'm just getting bills and late fine on those bills.
      I don't want to pay this much amount when i have not committed any mistake. Why is hdfc trying to fool customers?
      I never expected this from such an organisation.
      It is a shame and disappointment.
      No one is willing to take my complaints.
      I'm too frustrated that now i don't want to stay with hdfc.

        While i am on foreign tour, i have used my debit card for loading forex and for shopping, but during that time it didnt detect any markup/adj charges.
        But when i checked today in netbanking statement it shows up as 1600 detected for this month during this trip without any intimation by bank. Please investigate on this issue, attached screenshot for reference as why this transaction has happened and why there is no intimation. Please respond soon, else i will take up this issue to the next level which will lead to escalation.

            Thanks to your customer care teams behaviour that have force to write this mail to you.

            At time of sales your sales person have said card is free for life time.
            And now am getting statement that i have to pay rs. 590 for credit card.
            Now they are telling that what was the condition for getting card life time free. But your sales person have not inform me any thing about this condition.

            I have spoke with customer care people but they are claiming that m wrong. I don't need any credit card but your people told me that it's free so i have taken. You can check that i have not used cc for single time also.

            Your customer care supervisor mr. Tushar mane he don't know how to act he is speaking casually (Bharna padega). (Kar lo apko jo karna hai)
            This kind of language he is using. He don't know his responsibility or management have give him some special right to speak any how with customer.
            I ask tushar mane to take complaint he given no.
            [protected] and after 5 mint i got msg that case is closed.
            All 3 case that i have log it was closed without any action.

            I have paid amount due because i don't want my credit score to get hampered because of your sales person and wrong guidance provided by hdfc bank.

            Please help me if you can.
            I will also post on social media and site so other people will come to know how hdfc people are cheating with customers.

            For sending statement they called me sir your address is updated is wrong but i have received credit card on same address. So how address is wrongly. Updated...

            Also i request to close my credit card account with hdfc. And please send me acknowledgement also for account closure asap.
            I will be not liable for any dues with hdfc for credit card as i have already paid. Your dues and request to close my credit card account.

              I have taken credit card from hdfc bank 8 years ago. Recently i have changed my mailing address and same aadhar card id proof has been send via speed post to the hdfc credit card division (Chennai) it has been delivered by 3 of jan 2019. Now the concerns whenever i am calling to the customer care they told me that it is still in process its being 10 or more days still it is in process so kindly do the needful and update the status.

                I have opened salary account in hdfc bank, koti branch on dec 2018. The first month salary got credited on 08th jan 2019. On checking the transaction history, i found there has been an deduction of rs. 2000/- on 16th jan 2019 with the description as "installment pay. Transfer from casa."

                Please clarify the above deductions and refund the same to my account asap.

                  In nov'17, i have got first disbursement of my home loan from hdfc but still i have not received subsidy in my account.

                  Whenever i have followed up in writing more than 12-15 emails with hdfc, they are replying same answer as it is under process. Finally i received lot number - 29, but i am not able to check any status from anywhere.

                  I am really disappointed with bank services, my friends & relative who have taken home loan may 18 they got there subsidy in nov 18.

                    regarding amount 1000 deducted from my account

                    I have a salary account in hdfc bank opened on dec2018. The first month salary got credited on 31st 18. On checking the transaction history on 07thjan19. I am able to see that theat there has been an deduction on 7thdec19 with the description as "installment pay. Transfer from casa."

                    But i don`t remember authorizing any payments as such.

                    Please let me know the details of the above deduction in hdfc bank asap....

                    I am very disappointed of hdfc service. As previously i am applied for hdfc credit card online but after 39 days over the status show that inprocess. Then i am contact hdfc bank official through email. They suggest me please send your application from nearest branch. I send my all documents along with physical aplication. But fe days lattter they send a sms your process complete and check through a hdfc crd status link. When i go through this link it shows status decline with no reason. As a natiinalised bank officer i ever not seen such stupid service. My previous online application number is 18k[protected]dd and application date was 27/11/2018 and physical application no is 19a[protected]f0 and date was 03/01/2019. So i became stunned of hdfc bank rediculos and stupid service.

                      I have got a personal loan from hdfc bank last year. I have paid my emi through helpdesk for last two months as my ach mandate form was rejected due to signature mismatch. I got a letter from your side last month, stating that ach mandate rejected. I am going to verify my signature and submit a new ach mandate form tomorrow. I jus want to know whether you are going to send me a letter to my home again?

                        Hdfc bank is the worst bank. I am assuming they are into bankruptcy. Funds are unable to transfer and receive. Customer service is not capable to answer and the weird thing is they don’t have access to any of the details.

                        Never in my entire life saw a bank as hdfc. Customer service don’t care of account holders issues and firstly as noticed they are not expirenced to handle the issue and resolve.

                        Other indian banks are fast and best then hdfc. I have submitted form to close my account (Of course it will not matter to them.)

                        My experience with this bank is unexplainable never ever recommend anyone.

I have taken auto loan form hdfc bank and pay regularly emi but only two days late payment hdfc deducted 3000 rs from my account and reason is loan late pay recovery. Hdfc can take a late payment but a huge amount deduction is not a right so please so nobody should take a loan from hdfc., and please don't take any service and loan from hdfc they deduct large money.

                            I repeated called the helpline for assistance on this as i did not receive any update on the same.
                            Inspite of repeated call & emails, the representative says that they have not received any request from my number.
                            Also the representative is being so rude that he asked to cancel the application.

                              My hdfc credit card number is [protected]
                              Name - summi saurabh
                              I had dues on my card in the tune of 1 lakh 9 thousands. Out of which 80 thousand i have paid in the span of 50 days. Still 29000 pending, which will be paid in coming 10 days.
                              Now, problem started when hdfc recovery agent named imran began to call my brother in law official landline number and my wives official land line number and disclosed all my financial details with the person who picked the phone
                              I have lost my social status inspite of the fact that i was aggressively paying all the dues
                              Mr imran called from numbers [protected], [protected]

                              I have lost my mind, thinking of suicide as lost my entire social status in front of my relatives

                              Entirely hdfc bank and mr imran will be held responsible for that.

                                I have been charged late fee and finance charges for my credit card statement for jan 2019 where in the reason for delay was bills not received on time. I had paid all previous bills on time. I and my family members are preferred customers of hdfc bank from years and we also have our company corporate account in hdfc bank.

                                Below are the details of late payment & finance charges for my credit card. I request you to kindly reverse the charges.

                                We wish to inform that despatch of card statements is given core importance by the bank to ensure that the customers are not inconvenienced and are able to effect timely payments to their card accounts. We observe from our records that your credit card is registered for E-mail statement facility. Accordingly, statements were sent to your e-mail address as registered in our records regularly and our records do not indicate any statements returned undelivered. We also request you to check the spam emails, junk mail or check whether any automated rules on email has been set.

                                I am trying to reset my IPIN online.

                                I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                                1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card but its expired

                                2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives

                                Please help me

                                  I have an sb a/c with b block janakpuri branch, new delhi. Last 4 digits of the account are 0017. I lost my debit card (Jp mastercard) on dec 27 and immediately blocked it through net banking and phone banking. I also lost my regalia credit card. While i got a replacement credit card in days, i am yet to get my debit card. My representations through e mail to suppoort section of preferred banking have gone unheeded. I get an automated reponse asking for 2 days time, then shortly before or after this, another mail saying they need 5 days, then another before that cycle ends. I escalated this to the next level and got same response. The grievance redressal oficer's number is not reachable and the nodal officer's number, no one is picking up. I am unable to see any logic as to why a bank should take 3 weeks to issue a replacement debit card

                                  I have account with HDFC and applied for credit card and verification over and while checking on line status it shows record not found.So I called CC and they said it's declined for some documents pending. Kindly look into it and take further action for issue of credit card.

                                  I have done transaction for electricity bill of 2470 later it showed failed and money got debited from the account and didn't received also in bank account

                                    I applied for HDFC fastag on 8 jan 2019, on confirmation screen and in mail - it was mentioned - "some one from their side will contact me soon".
                                    On 11 Jan 2019 - when no one contact me, I called on customercare and asked why I did not get the call the customer care representative told me that your documents are complete so you did not get the call.
                                    On 16 Jan 2019 - I did not get the fastag as it was metioned within 7 working days you will get the fasttag. I called again to customer care - then they told me that your KYC is not done, you need to mail Aadhar card/pan card/ RC to us.

                                    I was shocked - if KYC is not done and they need these documents - then why they did not inform me in last 8 days ? they inform my only when i call them to know the status... is this is the responsibility/ way of work ?

                                    Now, even after sending the document, they are not providing any satisfying answer to me.

                                      I have loaded 5000 to payzapp wallet on 16/01/2019, but the transaction isn’t successful and money got debited from sbi card.
                                      I checked in transaction history of payzapp, but no trace of failure of success of the transaction. No transaction number is there in payzapp history.

                                      I have seen the same issues from many customers. I have tried to contact the support but no one taking my calls, i even sent an emails but no response.

                                      Please see below message.

                                      Rs.5, 000.00 was spent on your sbi card ending xxxx at payzapp wallet load on 16/01/19. Available credit limit: rs.11, 078.03.

                                      I came to know that my saving account has been debited for rs. 118.00 on 15-jan-19 towards adhoc stmt chgs incl gst 210118-mir[protected] without any information. I don’t remember going to any branch for requesting any statement.
                                      Kindly clarify why i have been debited with the above said amount.
