Hi iam satish from bangalore i was using hdfc credit card and decided to close the acc as i have paid interest more than wat i used the card and when i requested for closure one of the hdfc employee from collection department has spoke to the bank and given me the settlement letter stating the amt to be paid with the chq no which i have handovered to him and the last payment was on 10th of jan-19 which has been debited from my acc now i called them and asked for the noc but nobody is reverting properly and saying that still outstanding amt to be paid so i dont no wat to do.

      I had placed an order for Google Pixel 2 mobile phone with Flipkart on 23rd July 2018. There was an offer from HDFC bank that i will get a cashback of 8000 rupees in January 2019. I did not get the cashback.

      I called the HDFC bank and registered a complaint and i was asked to wait for 7 working days. Even after 7 working days i did not get a response. I called back many times. After 2 days the ticket was closed saying it is resolved.

        I am a credit card holder of hdfc bank. The bank has provided me lifetime free credit card but without my knowledge they debited rs-1899 from my credit card ending with 1876 on 12th january 2019. I am not all interested with this one assist membership anymore and want my money refund as soon as possible otherwise i m going to close my account from hdfc bank bcoz of this type of fraud act.

        AMB CHRG -two time amb charge at same month
        Hello team, I have paid 899 on Monday to place an order via Zomato app, however that order got canceled and I never got my refund.

        I also tried recharging my phone last week and spent 350 which never went through and refund was never processed. Kindly look into this and do the needful. Thank you.

          I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . Last year the bank auto debited the membership fees from credit card number ending with 4704 without my concern.

          I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and stop auto debiting membership fees from my credit Card, which is due on 24/01/2019.

            I have applied for fastag through online on 17.12.18, paying the amount & necessary document (Rc copy of the car) was also uploaded. Since there was no response till 03.01.19, contacted the customer care number[protected]. They have instructed me to sent through mail pan card & aadhaar card copy, which i did on the same day.
            After this i had horrible experience each time contacted the customer care number. They will keep my call on hold for almost 25 minutes & used to say no mail received from my end.
            After sending & calling them, someone admitted that there was some portal issue & i will get the tag in two days 07.01.19. This two day has not come yet.
            Now they are saying that they have issue with the courier service.
            I received one sms saying that my wallet has been created on 11.01.19. But the tag didn't reaach till today (22.01.19)

              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has provided me lifetime free regalia credit card. Today the bank has provided me statement wherein they have charged me 1180 as first year membership fees. You are requested to look into the same. Also please provide me the procedure for cancellation of the card.

              The executive who had allocated me the card is not receiving my card. If this matter is not looked into i will fordge a case against you.

              At time of application, Your executive had told me that card is lifetime free .
              Later after receipt of card also some other official had called stating that the card is lifetime free .

              Now how cum I have received the statement with charges. I already hv citi, hsbc, icici, etc card where no charges are applicable.

              This is misrepresentation of facts which HDFC has provided. I have not experienced such behavior from any other Banks.

              If this is the case I would like to surrender the card, please let me know the process for same

                I have purchase a product from jabong worth 2969.11Rs using payzapp and returned the product and jabong has refunded my amount on 1st Jan but I have not received my refund as payzapp is not processing the refund. I have called payzapp customer care number around 20 times but they don't pick the call even after waiting for 15 min. I have talked to jabong also. They also fail to help me as they told that the refund has successfully processed from our end. They have share a bank reference number with me. They ask me to visit my bank branch too and I have visited twice but my bank said they dnt have detail of such transaction.

                  I have taken a personal loan from your bank. I am not a defaulter loanee till the end of month december2018. But due to some hazardous condition i am unable to deposit an amount of rs.5160.00 in my account. But an employee of your bank using very slang word about me like "toutar"and "a fraud" by calling me as well as my brother as well as my friend. I am very much aware about the installment.                     I was booked my bus ticket via red bus on december 8, 2018. The amount is deducted but my transaction is failed due to some technical problem. I have waited for 2 weeks to reversed my amount but nothing happens. Then i have raised the complaint regarding the amount and submitted the dispute form as well. Still, now, they didn't refund my amount.

                    Kindly do the necessary action to get my amount back.

                        transaction reversed but amount is not credited in my account

                        Transaction of rs. 500 is reversed by kake walk yesterday but amount is not credited in my bank account. Transaction was done through hdfc debit card.

                        I have attached a screenshot of the message that i got from hdfc bank after the transaction was reversed, but i checked my bank balance and found that amount hasn't been credited yet.

                        Kindly consider my request.

                            aqb charges for non maintenance of balance

                            Hdfc bank has charged my current account rs 7280 every 3 months. I saw this and asked them and they replied by saying average quarterly balance should be atleast 1, 00, 000/- or else there is a fine of rs 7280/-. This is totally ridiculous. They are just ripping their customers. Don't open a current account with hdfc. Try other national banks like bank of baroda...

                            I have made an online payment of application fee for rs 5, 390 as on 16/01/2019 using my hdfc debit card. The same got processed successfully as on same day (And it was an otp-based debit), than after this transaction an auto-debit by hdfc bank has been made stating 'mctf 16/01' for the whole / same amt. Of rs 5390 (For which i am totally unaware for which purpose, it has been deducted from my savings a/c)'.

                            Cancellation of one assist membership and refund.

                            I am a HDFC bank credit card holder. The bank has provided me lifetime free regalia credit card but without my concern Rs-1899 has debited from my credit card ending with 1876 on 12th January 2019. I am not at all interested about this service and want cancellation of one assist membership and want my debited amount of Rs-1899 as soon as possible.

                              Today i. E, 21/01/19 i am very much upset to knowing that, i mr. Shaswata pal having an account both loan as well as savings in your esteem organisation since 2007 but no body was mis behave or using slang languages with me as well as my family members, today one guy from your organisation i. E, mr. Polu sarkar of silchar, cachar, assam branch from loan collection centre, in my absence doing mis behave with my wife over telephone regarding my car emi which was irregular from last few month because of my home renovation and which i was told to the customer care persons also but after that he doing mis - behave with my wife as well as with me by using slang languages why?? Is this your organisation teach the employees to talk/behave with the customers?? I specically want to know why he should doing such kind of mis behave with a female without absence of male, while she told him that she don't know all. What sort of action will taken against him!! Shame!! This loan is not my single one, previously i have a 5 (Five) loans taken from hdfc bank including personal vehicle, commercial & two wheelers, but all are closed before due date. Why he doing such kind of bad things with a female i don't know!! Now she is totally deprived. I want its clarification.

                                I have made a payment in grips for registration of my new home. The amount is debited from my account. But the e-challan is not generated. When ever i am checking the status of my transaction through the site"https://wbifms.gov.in/GRIPS/grn_status.do" using my grn number it is showing "transaction pendingg - payment not reported by bank. Please contact the bank."

                                  I have receive call from HDFC bank person name 'Dilip' for my pending emi of personal loan.
                                  Today he called me and said shoutly, ''You don't know exactly when your husband will come also said why you taken loan if you not able to pay'' on loudly. I have call recording. How can the bank person talk to the customer in this manner???
