This started a month back when hdfc bank officials started visiting my home asking for emi to be paid on the very same day harassing my old mom and younger sister to arrange money from anywhere.
Please note that i am married female and is living in australia with my husband.
In september i went to the bank in santacruz east branch to update my email address and australian mobile number for which i filled the form and submitted but my number never got updated, and so i do not know what charges are the putting on what.
Now my card is blocked and i can't access online banking, i need my statement to get an clear idea of the charges they are putting. (Credit card was for 45000rs charges put 22500rs) this has created so much stress here to me in australia.
My sister went several times to the bank asking for the statement to which they said that credit card is blocked and can't give statement, the recovery agents told the same thing that they can't share statement as it's not allowed.
The bank should know that i am not denying on any payment to be made but i want to know what are they charging me for, that is my right.

Please take action against this, as it has put me in mental harassment.

    मुझे जनवरी 2019 में एक कार लोन की जरूरत थी मैंने बैंक में अप्लाई किया बैंक ने उसको रिजेक्ट कर दिया RIC द्वारा जिसकी वजह यह बताई जा रही है कि मैंने पास्ट में सैलरी स्लिप फेंक दी थी और इसी सैलेरी स्लिप पर बैंक ने इससे पहले मुझे कार लोन दिया है
    अगर मेरी सैलरी स्लिप FAKE थी तो 2016 में मुझे लोन क्यों दिया गया जनवरी 2019 में जो मैंने लोन के लिए अप्लाई किया तो मैंने अपनी 2 साल की इनकम टैक्स आइटीआर लगाई थी क्योंकि मैं सेल्फ एंप्लोई हूं अब REF NO 64342254 दूसरा रीजन यह बताया गया कि जो मैंने इनकम टैक्स आइटीआर लगा रखी है वह फेक है दोस्तों मैं आप लोगों को यह बताना चाहता हूं कि इससे पहले मैंने एक्सिस बैंक से कार लोन लिया है और होम लोन लिया है इंडिया बोल से इसी आइटीआर के बेस पर उन बैंकों ने मुझे लोन दिया है पर एचडीएफसी बैंक यह कह रहा है कि मैंने आइटीआर जो लगाई है वह फेक है ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है एचडीएफसी बैंक इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न को फेंक बता रहा है बिना किसी सबूत के मैंने बैंक को अपना बिजनेस प्रूफ भी दिया था बैंक करंट अकाउंट की स्टेटमेंट लगाई थी
    दोस्तों मैं आपको बताना चाहता हूं जिस कार लोन के लिए मैंने अप्लाई किया था वह कार मुझे अपनी बहन की शादी में देनी थी हालांकि मेरा लोन दूसरे बैंक से हो चुका है लेकिन दोस्तों में आप लोगों को यह अनुरोध करना चाहूंगा कि आप कभी भी एचडीएफसी बैंक से लोन के लिए अप्लाई ना करें धन्यवाद

      I apply loan for medical emergency on 26dec still this people didn't approve and if documents is incorrect i can ask it in 1 day itself right and even when i ask to the manager daily he use to say tomorrow and when i ask tomorrow same reply now its more than 10 day still not done now they are telling it will take 2-3 day. They can tell me this in starting also right please do something its urgent #[protected]

        Hello sir/mam,

        This is suvarna kardile i am house wife and i left my job a year ago because some family issues. I was having salary account with hdfc but now it conveted into savings and they charged me 2800 rs. For non maintenance. I am not able to pay this money and want to close my account. I am not near to my branch so it is not possible to go to branch and explain my issue. I already called to customer care but they didn't provide me any solution. So the only thing is want to close my account and thats it.

          I am sonu kumar mishra having a salary account with the hdfc bank applied for a personal loan reference number 64194139 which is showing approved since last 4 days but i am yet to get the disbursement none of official having satisfactory answer. Why it is getting late? I have got the message of approval on 7th and afterwards so many times i have contacted the concern but i didn't get any satisfactory answer every time i m getting different answer.

            I checked from your website my credit card application has been declined without any reason mentioned.

            Can you please suggest me, why my application has been declined. I do not have any loans from anywhere as of now. All outstanding as per last card status has been cleared since 1.5 years ago. Still what is the issue why this has not approved by you. I have mentioned detail below:

              I had not received any statement or sms against my expense thru credit card. I had used credit card for first and the last time. I also tried to pay immediately as soon as i had done the transaction against my credit card but not details appeared and so i was not allowed to pay any payment. And then i went to my native town and was on leave for around the month. During my vacation i did not received any sms / email against outstanding payment. Still i as soon as i returned from vacation, i checked the statement thru netbanking and paid the amount. Now hdfc bank had debited directly rs.1038/- from my hdfc a/c against credit card and it is showing as fund transfer. On asking why i did not received any outstanding credit card details and their answer is that we don't provide any such details. Then how the customer will pay the outstanding amount of their credit card. Please arrange to refund my amount 1038/-.

              I had never received any statement / amount due thru sms/mail against my first and last transaction thru credit card. On asking they always say we never provide any outstanding details then how the customer will know the due date.

              What a funny thing done by HDFC credit card dept., see after debiting my a/c 1038/- on 27/12/18 for which I had logged the complain to be refunded back to my a/c.

              HDFC credit card dept. had created the same amount due again and today they are asking for money again. They are really fraud. HDFC credit card dept. wants double money from me. Mail copy given below :

                Sir i had applied for renewal of my hdfc bank credit card number [protected] which expired in january 2019. I had submitted the application for renewal but so far i have not received my renewed credit card. Visit to nearby branch of hdfc bank was also not fruitful. Your complaint registration number is also not working.

                Therefore request for early dispatch of renewed credit card since i have to travel next week.

                      There have been serious issues with my credit card account since a double transaction message i got. Following are the sms messages i received on my registered mobile number from the bank.

                      7th january 2019 - monthly bill payment - i paid the full amount as per the last month bill.
                      Dear cardmember, payment of rs. 35603.00 received towards your credit card ending 2770 through autopay on 7-1-2019. Your available limit is rs. 62472.37

                      8th january 2019 - this is one of the duplicated messages.
                      Alert:you've spent rs.24500.00 on credit card xx2770 at raz*razorpay software in bengaluru on[protected]:08:04:13. Not you? Call [protected].

                      8th january 2019 - this is second of the duplicated message.
                      Alert:you've spent rs.24500.00 on credit card xx2770 at razorpay1310722 in bangalore on[protected]:08:06:48. Not you? Call [protected].

                      8th january 2019 - online payment made by me.
                      Alert: you've spent rs.1385.00 on credit card xx2770 at amazon pay india priva on[protected]:17:50:24. Avl bal - rs.60829.00, curr o/s - rs.14171.00. Not you? Call [protected].

                      8th january 2019 - online payment made by me.
                      Alert: you've spent rs.1342.50 on credit card xx2770 at amazon pay india priva on[protected]:18:01:18. Avl bal - rs.59487.42, curr o/s - rs.15512.58. Not you? Call [protected].

                      10th january 2019 - online payment made by me.
                      Alert: you've spent rs.102.00 on credit card xx2770 at amazon pay india priva on[protected]:12:54:45. Avl bal - rs.-14282.00, curr o/s - rs.89282.00. Not you? Call [protected].

                      Now my account balance is shown a value of rs.-14282.00.
                      Please explain this. I tried to make an online payment but it got rejected followed by a telephone call telling that the transaction failed because of insufficient balance. I have settled the last month bill on time and have not utilized my 75, 000 rs monthly credit in my card. Still, my balance is shown as a negative value. Expecting a prompt response from your side. I need a detailed bill for all the transaction made from my credit card from 1st of january till date. I suspect some online fraud as the numbers don't add up considering all possibilities like - the transaction of 24500 was made twice wrongly or my last moth bill payment was not successful. So kindly send details of all transactions made on my card since january 1st, 2019 and explain the reason for a negative balance.

                        4 years back, in my earlier company for a colleague
                        (Late mr abhinav thakur) hdfc card provider given my contact no as refence by saying it is just a protocall.
                        When i left that company irequested customer care people to remove my no. As refence.
                        Even after 3 years the no is mentioned there.
                        Last year the card holder expired in an accident.
                        Now their customer care executives are time & again call me rather harrasing me 3-4 times in a day for paying his bills.

                        They are regularly massagiing me & theatening me to raise a warrent against me.

                          I bought samsung galaxy s9 on 5/10/18. There was a scheme going on purchase of samsung handsets if purchased via hdfc credit card or consumer durable loan. You get 5000rs instant cashback and rs6000 cash within 3 months/90days. I was informed this by the hdfc representative at the store who showed me offer information. I myself checked about it and found it is true as i am attaching of same offer which continued in dec also. I have already paid 3 installments and it has 97 days but i have still not recieved cashback of rs.6000.
                          I contacted hdfc consumer durable helpline but waiting for average 15 min multiple times no one picked call. Kindly help in this issue as i feel cheated by the hdfc bank.

                          HDFC bank has still not replied. How poor their service is treating customer like this. Raised complaints and called multiple times but they don't even care. Will never use their service or recommend anyone.

                            I have salary account with hdfc bank. I have started with sip in mutual funds. But i didnt maintain sufficient balance in two months. I have been charged ach debit return charges of rs 413 in feb and rs 885 in march 2018.

                            I have never been informed that this would be charged due to lack of funds. What are these charges for! Why are they so high. It is not a debt i have to pay. It is sip. How can you inculcate habit of regular savings if you penalise so harshly for not having balance.

                            Hdcf bank has to return this money. There was no intimation from the bank on the consequences of not keeping sip amount in account.

                            Please help me resolve this. People are losing trust in public banks and now these banks also!!!. Although it doesn't make a difference to hdfc bank for sure, but i will close my account if it is not returned. If auto debiting is a service you provide as a bank, then it is your duty to inform me on the charges for the same. Heights of fraud. You must give me a warning that if funds are insufficient you will be charged. Nothing was there.

                              8 of june 11:33 pm i will withdow prahladnagar hdfc branch ahmedabad my 10000 amount are cut my account but transaction are fail, no reply for bank side, prahladnagar branch, he always say tomorrow tomorrow, please action of bank, please gave my amount back, i also have proof i will attached,

                                Hi,

                                I have opened salary account with HDFC (Name- Uvaraj, Acc - [protected]) and i am using the account for the past two years. And this year, I was charged for Rs.885 as annual debit card fee. When i contacted customer care and i got misleading information.

                                Rep1: It was a mistake by HDFC and the debited money will be credited back to the account in 90 days. when i asked for escalation, she deliberately disconnected my call.

                                So i again called your so called customer care

                                Rep2: It was the corporate card so the charges are applicable. But i have raised a request for reversal, it will be credited in 10 days.

                                The above two information are misleading and till now i didn't received any information regarding above.

                                Please let me know how can they debit my account without any intimation and i didn't received any SMS regarding the debit. They robbed me of Rs.885.

                                If i didn't received any proper reply even after this post, definitely i close all of my account with HDFC immediately by stating this reason.

                                I would like to make a complaint regarding the annual debit card fee on my account, i m not happy about this charge however i am getting charge everytime which i am not happy to pay and i am looking for a refund of rs 885 on my account. without my permission you have update my debit card, when i know this i have called to Customer care she said, this is annual Chars free Card and etc...

                                i am receiving continuous call from you. Regarding to up date the debit card and credit card and also increase the credit limits why is doing. if this harassment not stop i will close the all my Account and cancel the cards .

                                i have received my debit card without my knowledge which type required debit card and self make easy shop platinum card
                                i did not required this type i required only simple debit card annual fees which is very low
                                this debit card very high i cant afford this card

                                  The first premia of two ten year sap policies were subsequently reduced. On maturity hdfcsl is very systematically disowning any credit to the policy holder for the differential first premium of rs 3lacs for two policies. The two policies were issued by hdgcsl on 8th march 2008 and the last premiums paid on 8th march 2018 and due for maturmaturity on 8th march 2019. The two first premium of rs 1, 00, 000.00 and rs 3, 00, 000.00 were reduced for next 9 years to rs 25, 000.00 and rs 75, 000.00 respectively. Hdfcsl is conveniently disowning any credit to policy holder for the differential first premium of rs 75, 000.00 and rs 2, 25, 000.00 respectively for the two policies maturing in march 2019.

                                    money debited from account but not transferred

                                    I transferred 20000 rs on 7th January from Payzaap. Money is debited from my account but it is not credited to party. I went in HDFC Bank in this regard, but there in Ko response from bank.
                                    What should I do in this regard. I want to refund my money or complet my transaction. Here is the snap of my debited amount details... As well as party's account details are also attached herewith..

                                    Sir,
                                    I am hdfc saving bank holder.
                                    My customer id is 73177696
                                    Today i transfer 9500rs in my saving aacounting and there 730is my maintain charge is deducted. But it is deducted 3times .
                                    I want to know why it is deducted 3times .
                                    I call your customer care number but they are asking debit card number and for now i don't have.
                                    So can you contact me or resolve my issue.
