    Hi hdfc team,

    I am a customer of hdfc bank and from last 2 years. I am using hdfc bank salary account.
    I am very upset about hdfc bank credit card service. I see that from last three month (Oct, nov, dec 18) there are multiple charges are applicable to the given statement. Hdfc people given two credit card unnecessary and they committed to providing good service so i choose hdfc credit card. But i see there are multiple entries which are inaccurate they charged wrongly.
    I need my money to revert back in my account otherwise i am escalating this matter to rbi and consumer forum.

        I have submitted 2 times hdfc bank closure form along with clearing all outstanding bills on my card. But, hdfc bank doesn't close my hdfc card and sending a same message like dear customer, your recent written request on the credit card ending xxxx could not be processed. Details being sent - hdfcbank.
        And even after clearing outstanding bills along closure form, new bills have been received to be paid.
        After calling customer care, he instructed me to ignore such messages.
        If hdfc does not take any step then i will file legal case please help me.

          Sir i transfered rs 50000 to sbi account through upi. The payment was debited from my account and it credited to sbi account but at the same time the payment was upi reverse from his account and we don't receive the money and we go to bank many times but we don't get solution. Now i am frustrated and if i don't get solution i will go to the court. So please solve my problem

            I can not login into net banking, if i try to generate otp to change password i'm not at all receiving the otp message. I also communicated with hdfc customer care, they said everything is ok from there side. But i am getting messages on the same mobile number from others but not getting hdfc otp message also not receiving mail for the same. Due to this i am not able to do any kind of transactions. Please fix this issue asap.

              I did my fastag application acknowledgement on dec 2018.
              Till now i haven't got my fastag courier.

              My application reference no. Is hrf095613

              I had called customer care couple of times and they gave tracking id in that it shows delivered in bangalore address.
              The customer care people are only saying we have raised a complaint we will get back to you. No one is responding.

              Very poor service.

              I'm still waiting to hear from them...

                    regret our inability to process your loan application

                    Post getting multiple calls from banks, i have applied for home loan from hdfc (Salary account) as i found the executive honest and thorough about the whole process. I have provided a bunch of said docs along with a 5900.00 rs cheque. The builder and the property project is fully approved by hdfc 6 months prior the loan applied date. Post a week of document submission and after multiple follows up, i got a call from hdfc credit department...

                      I have ordered an item for rs.2249 in flipkart and cancelled that item due to delay in delivering. They have initiated the refund and i didn’t get refund as promised by the seller that is before jan 16. I have contacted flipkart and phonepe support and they told me to contact bank people. I have contacted them and i didn't get any proper response from any of them. I need an update as soon as possible on this as this is not a small amount.

                            Now my insurance policy matured on 11.8.2018.
                            But after submitting all the required documents, they are not doing the refund,
                            Again and again they are asking same documents to submit...

                              Dear sir,

                              My name is kannavaram premchand
                              Registered mobile number with hdfc credit card division is [protected]
                              My dob is 11th jan 1986.

                              My credit limit is 34000rs. I paid 13, 000rs in november 2018. I planned to pay remaining balance of all sudden i lost my job. I am unable to pay remaining amount. Where i am getting continuous calls and emails from hdfc where i cant able to concentrate and i am feeling depressed. I am not financially stable enough to pay unwanted excess charges.
                              I took 24000rs from hdfc bank in 2017 sir, i paid more than 35000 rs till now.

                              Only in november 2018 i paid them 13000rs + 2500rs = 15500 rs. (Credit limit is 34000rs) - due is 18500rs.

                              To my surprise now my due is 30000rs sir. I am also a human sir. Why nobody questions them.

                              Again and again they are putting unwanted charges and making me to pay more, i am jobless i cant able to pay them sir. Give me final solution or this issue.

                              All of sudden again they reduced my credit limit to 30000rs from 34000rs (I blocked my card since 6 year i am not using it, how ever i am making payments to them).

                              Please give me solution for this. Dont torture me. I am getting deviated by this hdfc bank. Sir i took 24, 000rs from them, i paid more than 35000rs till now. Please verify my records if i am wrong. I cant able to pay them at one slot. It is highly impossible for me.

                              Give me final solution, else i cant do anything. Please proceed legally.

                                My name is ashwani, i paid all my outstanding bills for my credit credit card ending in 4983 in december. And immediately dropped closure form.
                                Since then i have dropped it thrice.
                                Despite of closing my card.
                                I'm just getting bills and late fine on those bills.
                                I don't want to pay this much amount when i have not committed any mistake. Why is hdfc trying to fool customers?
                                I never expected this from such an organisation.
                                It is a shame and disappointment.
                                No one is willing to take my complaints.
                                I'm too frustrated that now i don't want to stay with hdfc.

                                  While i am on foreign tour, i have used my debit card for loading forex and for shopping, but during that time it didnt detect any markup/adj charges.
                                  But when i checked today in netbanking statement it shows up as 1600 detected for this month during this trip without any intimation by bank. Please investigate on this issue, attached screenshot for reference as why this transaction has happened and why there is no intimation. Please respond soon, else i will take up this issue to the next level which will lead to escalation.

                                      Now they are telling that what was the condition for getting card life time free. But your sales person have not inform me any thing about this condition.

                                      I have spoke with customer care people but they are claiming that m wrong. I don't need any credit card but your people told me that it's free so i have taken. You can check that i have not used cc for single time also.

                                      Your customer care supervisor mr. Tushar mane he don't know how to act he is speaking casually (Bharna padega). (Kar lo apko jo karna hai)
                                      This kind of language he is using. He don't know his responsibility or management have give him some special right to speak any how with customer.
                                      I ask tushar mane to take complaint he given no.

                                      All 3 case that i have log it was closed without any action.

                                      I have paid amount due because i don't want my credit score to get hampered because of your sales person and wrong guidance provided by hdfc bank.

                                      I will also post on social media and site so other people will come to know how hdfc people are cheating with customers.

                                      For sending statement they called me sir your address is updated is wrong but i have received credit card on same address. So how address is wrongly. Updated...

                                      Also i request to close my credit card account with hdfc. And please send me acknowledgement also for account closure asap.
                                      I will be not liable for any dues with hdfc for credit card as i have already paid. Your dues and request to close my credit card account.
