I Nirav Gokani take policy of HDFC LIFE INSURANCE Rs. 50000/- from Khambhalia Branch Hdfc Bank Ltd.
But till I didn't get any documents related to this. I many time approach bank for the same also but they are not reply me properly. And they are ask me to go to Courier Agency for the same. They call me that you policy has been delivered to you on 19/10/2015 but i got msg from courier on 27/10/2015 that WE ARE UNABLE TO REACH YOU FOR VERIFICATION FOR YOUR PROPOSAL NO 17931262. PLS RECEIVE OUR CALL FROM[protected], 67727500 OR 61953830/0660
ALSO I GOT MSG THAT YOUR POLICY HAS BEEN SENT TO YOU VIA MARUTI COURIER AWB[protected]. I CHECK ON MARUTI COURIER SITE ALSO BUT THIS AWB NUMBER IS NOT AVILABELE IS WRITTEN.
PLZ HELP ME TO GET MY POLICY OR ELSE RETUN MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT.

    I need to file a consumer complaint against Shilpa of your collection department as a journalist in media Need to strong case against your office and collection I have now forced to approach court of law for mentaltorture and harrassemnt caused to me I now claim 1lakh as compensation to be paid by your office This is the second time the mentaltorture against your office .

    I need this compensation within 7 working days or will file a complaint criminalnature against HDFC Bank since they are the principle of credit card payment sanctioned to my daughter without any fault of mine In short my medical history has been on record to place in as evidence of BP and other issues.

    Ms Shipa calls me 15 times in a day asking for my daughter and harassing me giving me mental torture Plsend me compensationof 1lakh tome within 7 days of receipt of this letter or willfilecriminalcase against HDFC Bank for giving me mental torture and file consumer court case for compensation.

      Hello,

      I have provided my wife's HDFC(CRN : xxxx9788 & Acc no :xx30185 ) savings account to Capgemini to receive salaries. On date of joining Representatives from HDFC informed me that account will be life time salaried account.

      Now something goes wrong, Capgemini hr said bank is not accepting the payment and Bank says we never stopped accepting payments. I was confused.

      To get salary I have added my other account as salaried account.

      Now you are taking AMB charges from wife's account, Why so unfair to customer?
      what is my mistake here?

      P.s : I have been using HDFC Bank services since July 2016 my CRN : xxxx0611, when I joined Capgemini. Past 1.5Yrs my wife is using HDFC Bank services. For all purchases in malls, online shopping in snapheal, flipkart, myntra, amazon I have been using HDFC credit card, debit card though I have Kotak Mahindra, SBI, Canara bank cards. Also I and my wife taken personal loan of 8lac each and without miss we are paying emi, which means we are paying almost 15% interest on loan. Also we use Payzapp for bills payment like mobile bills, Electricity bills, land line bills, broadband bills.


      Kindly consider all these aspect to be your customer and provide this account as salaried account & reverse the AMB charges to continue our relationship with HDFC. Hope to hear positive response from you.

        I was approached by their representative for pension plan policy. On 23/02/2016 at 5.30 pm .Alongwith hdfc bank employees and i was asked to sign the form and since my bank account was with hdfc bank no cheque was taken. Next day i approached my bank representative and told him not to process the applications since i was not satisfied with the pension plan. Still my account was debited on the same day.To the contrary. I did not get any cross verification call from hdfc standard life insurance company for pension policy being issued to me and whether i am satisfied with the plan. I have been cheated and i want my hard earned money back.

          Very bad experience with HDFCLife . First of all you folks don't verify submitted documents at all. Through verification call, I came to know that my middle name is missing in your database. I was asked to send a mail to correct the same. I did the same but no one responded. After one week, I got hard copy of policy with my incorrect name on it. How you can be so careless? You are issuing policy without checking documents where my correct name in mentioned. You are also issuing the policy even verification call fails to meet certain criteria.
          Now I'm following with you for almost one month and I am not getting any response. I am sending reminder every other day.
          It was good for me that I came across your real face now itself. How can I rely on your policy for my family when you can't even respond to mail after 6-7 reminders. Pathetic service My proposal no. is 18124810

Transacation was successful and the same amount was deducted from my account but recharge was not done. I send a mail regarding this but no one is responding to mail or calls. Even on their number no one responds. Please help.

                  I am Amit k singh . I am a genuine customer of Hdfc bank. I have been using Hdfc credit card since 2012 . I regularly pay all the required charges imposed by bank . But after the transaction done through their credit card using their gateway to vacations gateway from noida, i am in dark that how come HDFC bank is associated with some of the fake companies and doing business with them like vacations gateway, providing them his own gateways for the payment.
                  I and many more throughout the world trust this bank . In this manner any terrorist act can also be done, lots of pooling money through their gateway can be done.
                  i am sure HDFC BANK Will definitely look after this but as after mailing them lot and lot times regarding the same issue . i didn't get any response.
                  thats the reason i am writing this using this forum so that they can do some needful doing.
                  LET ME BRIEF THIS IN DETAIL

                  in the month of august i got a call from vacations gateway stating that they will provide free laptop after paying certain amount as because i am the loyal customer of HDFC bank. they even insisted that the payment will be done through the HDFC payment gateway . That's the reason i did the transaction .
                  they looted the money twice . and didn't refund the amount nor the gift.
                  any how i reported the same matter to the HDFC team but didn't got any legal steps towards them instead they charged me stating that the transaction was occurred. my hdfc credit card no is [protected] .
                  after being frustrated i had withdraw 40000 thousand cash using credit card so that bank will take some step . now i have stopped the payment to the bank untill they resolve this matter with their client VACATIONS GATEWAY .

                      This is to bring to your kind attention that i have received a notice from your side on dated 02/01/2016 against “Suspended, status of captioned Cradit card [protected] with a/c of irregular payment of amount due, after reminder bank has placed a’ Hold on Funds ;in my HDFC bank a/c RECOVERED Rupees 12, 416.19 is issued by Officer Mr. Anurag Aggarwal from Legal support team.Land line no[protected], CTAno[protected]/02

                      Since, i am trying to contact Mr. Aggarwal, but i cannot success because the contact number not responding and no any mail ID mention in notice.

                      it seems, No meaning of complaint & 20 times reminder against false biling to cradit-card divison along with Grievance-redressal & other supporting team members.my complaint is still pending from 17 march 15 to till date. but sorry- nothing will do by team member. every time i am suffering due to card blocked/ late payment/ waiber o[censored]njustified chargeg to my bill, you will see my all send mails, why it is pendind last one year?


                      Behalf of the notice officer was forcelly RECOVERED the extra amount ruppes 13, 505.38 to my account on date[protected] & Permanantly blocked to my card by officer without any information as on date.i am trying to custome care no 61606161 but they are helpless due to card is blocked.

                      KINDLY GIVE ME THE DETAILS OF EXTRA RECOVERED AMOUNT RUPPES- 13, 505.38 on 18/01/2016, even the sarved notice on dt-02/01/2016 pending amount shown ruppes 12, 416, even, i have spent only 3700 appro. maximum.other chargeg will reflect to my bill is false

                      Even waiver of extra /unjustified chargeg - (Member fee + late fee + service tax + cess Tax + finance chageg+ paid monthly minimum amount to my bill) App .9800 ruppes is still pending...

                      I therefore request you to waive off the bill amount related to member fees, late fees etc. I already paid the actual amount to my expenses but a lot of false billing has been made related to my credit card.

                      Please consider my request & and resolve the issue ASAP

                          Amount 28.51 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.
                          Should I get my money Back?

                              I have a salary account in HDFC bank and I withdrew Rs. 8000 cash from my nearby INDUSIND bank on 17/02/2016, I have lodged a complaint by calling HDFC customer care number quoting my account number, till date I haven't received my money back.                                 I wanted to have my EDC machine replaced. I called the HDFC customer care number who gave me another contact number. I called the given contact and I was told that they did not deal in the EDC Machines. After going through the process for 10-15 calls, I finally got connected to the merchant services. The merchant services officials informed me that they wanted TID no. which was not given to me. So they gave me a bogus email id: [protected]@hdfcbank.com. The mail failed to get delievered. They are deducting 150 rupees from my account and have not properly installed the machine.
                                I do not know where else to bang my head as I was so frustrated with their services. I have been trying to reach a sensible solution for 8 hours through calling them and mailing them, but all in vain.

                                    I have applied for a personal loan, but the bank replied me that I have some CIBIL problem due to some payment issue. But I am not a credit card holder and I don't have any loan in hdfc by my name or in any other bank, so how would it be possible?

                                      i rama krishna bemani account holder of the hdfc bank since 4 yrs, under classic program, branch ramachandra puram, ashok nagar, went to the hydernagar branch to deposit cash in my own account teller mr raj, , do not have the ability to recognize the difference between the accounts, treats a classic account holder the same as regular ac holder, where the other customers pass by between and does there transaction, where we stand in line get ignored, pls take out that first come first serve basis, which did not happen to me, raj the teller argued to me as claiming my classic account as a max account which placed me in a embarrassing situation, and challenging, my account is wrong, the other personal bankers except one with pink shirts(sorry do not remember the name) others claim raj is write
                                      i hope bm should take responsibility to update their staff otherwise banking will be a joke for the future customers
                                      this is the third time i went through this situation

                                      i dont mind closing my account rather than going through the bad situation put my self insulted, where employees do not know what they are doing

                                        On 30th Jan, 2016 unfortunately I lost my wallet in the market containing my HDFC credit card. I called up the customer care for replacement and was told that I had a minimum amount due on my card on paying that I would be issued a new card.

                                        Meanwhile I asked the customer care executive that how do i make payment as i did not have my card details and she asked me to drop a cheque to cc no. [protected]/3726 as this was their pool account and gave a ref no [protected] for the call.

                                        I got a call from the collection agent a week after, he asked me to make the payment to which I informed him along with cheque no. that I have already dropped a cheque. The agent kept calling me 10 times a day that they have not recieved the payment so i shld pay in cash. I informed himm politely that we must wait for 3-4 days for cheque to get clear.

                                        The agent was rude, mannerless and senseless. I got a call from my bank saying that cheque could not be presented due to wrong cc no. mentioned on it. So, i made a fresh payment by cheque and again when the agent called I informed him the same.

                                        this time the agent who's name is MR. karan started shouting on me aqnd saying personal things wgich were unacceptable. Mr. Karan called me up several times inn a day from the following numbers

                                        and after i stopped answering his call he called up from[protected] and abused me over the phone.

                                        As per RBI guidelines the collection agency cannot threaten the clients for recovering the money.
