This is to bring to your kind attention that i have received a notice from your side on dated 02/01/2016 against “Suspended, status of captioned Cradit card [protected] with a/c of irregular payment of amount due, after reminder bank has placed a’ Hold on Funds ;in my HDFC bank a/c RECOVERED Rupees 12, 416.19 is issued by Officer Mr. Anurag Aggarwal from Legal support team.Land line no[protected], CTAno[protected]/02

Since, i am trying to contact Mr. Aggarwal, but i cannot success because the contact number not responding and no any mail ID mention in notice.

it seems, No meaning of complaint & 20 times reminder against false biling to cradit-card divison along with Grievance-redressal & other supporting team members.my complaint is still pending from 17 march 15 to till date. but sorry- nothing will do by team member. every time i am suffering due to card blocked/ late payment/ waiber o[censored]njustified chargeg to my bill, you will see my all send mails, why it is pendind last one year?


Behalf of the notice officer was forcelly RECOVERED the extra amount ruppes 13, 505.38 to my account on date[protected] & Permanantly blocked to my card by officer without any information as on date.i am trying to custome care no 61606161 but they are helpless due to card is blocked.

KINDLY GIVE ME THE DETAILS OF EXTRA RECOVERED AMOUNT RUPPES- 13, 505.38 on 18/01/2016, even the sarved notice on dt-02/01/2016 pending amount shown ruppes 12, 416, even, i have spent only 3700 appro. maximum.other chargeg will reflect to my bill is false

Even waiver of extra /unjustified chargeg - (Member fee + late fee + service tax + cess Tax + finance chageg+ paid monthly minimum amount to my bill) App .9800 ruppes is still pending...

I therefore request you to waive off the bill amount related to member fees, late fees etc. I already paid the actual amount to my expenses but a lot of false billing has been made related to my credit card.

Please consider my request & and resolve the issue ASAP

FYI :--1) Why, the company passed the false commitment at a time o[censored]pgrading the card & hidden charge ( member fee amount rupees 5206+562). & extra Late& other fee chargeg included in bill repeated add recived complaint
2) i am holding the Credit cards from year July 2009 to till dt. But i am in trouble after up gradation the card I am an old customer instead of encourages, i can not geating support to company.

      Amount 28.51 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.
      Should I get my money Back?

        Sir, i am given the despite repeated reminders mail & telephonic discussion against false billing to my card account to consern department from 17 March 2015 to till...
        as per executive assurence i had paid the minimum amount time to time but nobody help even legal dept and sarved the notice on dt 02/01/16 of amount 12416 but forcelly hold my account & recovered unjustified account 13, 5054 on 18/01/2016. blocked my card permanentally, i trayied to maney times of customer care[protected], collection deptt.[protected]/02/04 &[protected]

            I wanted to have my EDC machine replaced. I called the HDFC customer care number who gave me another contact number. I called the given contact and I was told that they did not deal in the EDC Machines. After going through the process for 10-15 calls, I finally got connected to the merchant services. The merchant services officials informed me that they wanted TID no. which was not given to me. So they gave me a bogus email id: [protected]@hdfcbank.com. The mail failed to get delievered. They are deducting 150 rupees from my account and have not properly installed the machine.
            I do not know where else to bang my head as I was so frustrated with their services. I have been trying to reach a sensible solution for 8 hours through calling them and mailing them, but all in vain.

                  i rama krishna bemani account holder of the hdfc bank since 4 yrs, under classic program, branch ramachandra puram, ashok nagar, went to the hydernagar branch to deposit cash in my own account teller mr raj, , do not have the ability to recognize the difference between the accounts, treats a classic account holder the same as regular ac holder, where the other customers pass by between and does there transaction, where we stand in line get ignored, pls take out that first come first serve basis, which did not happen to me, raj the teller argued to me as claiming my classic account as a max account which placed me in a embarrassing situation, and challenging, my account is wrong, the other personal bankers except one with pink shirts(sorry do not remember the name) others claim raj is write
                  i hope bm should take responsibility to update their staff otherwise banking will be a joke for the future customers
                  this is the third time i went through this situation

                  i dont mind closing my account rather than going through the bad situation put my self insulted, where employees do not know what they are doing

                    On 30th Jan, 2016 unfortunately I lost my wallet in the market containing my HDFC credit card. I called up the customer care for replacement and was told that I had a minimum amount due on my card on paying that I would be issued a new card.

                    Meanwhile I asked the customer care executive that how do i make payment as i did not have my card details and she asked me to drop a cheque to cc no. [protected]/3726 as this was their pool account and gave a ref no [protected] for the call.

                    I got a call from the collection agent a week after, he asked me to make the payment to which I informed him along with cheque no. that I have already dropped a cheque. The agent kept calling me 10 times a day that they have not recieved the payment so i shld pay in cash. I informed himm politely that we must wait for 3-4 days for cheque to get clear.

                    The agent was rude, mannerless and senseless. I got a call from my bank saying that cheque could not be presented due to wrong cc no. mentioned on it. So, i made a fresh payment by cheque and again when the agent called I informed him the same.

                    this time the agent who's name is MR. karan started shouting on me aqnd saying personal things wgich were unacceptable. Mr. Karan called me up several times inn a day from the following numbers

                    and after i stopped answering his call he called up from[protected] and abused me over the phone.

                    As per RBI guidelines the collection agency cannot threaten the clients for recovering the money.

                      Hello, I am using HDFc credit card from the last 2-3 year but this time in my last month statement January 2016 they added Rs 2862 as a membership renewal fee. While offering this card to me no one told about his hidden charges. As I already do follow up this customer representative but they are not agree for reverse this amount. Before this card I am having the same HDFC card but for that they are charging 400-500 Rs yearly that is nominal but this time I am shocked, due to expiry of my last credit card in Jan 2015 they offer/issue me this card on Jan 2015. Its very bad experience this time.

                        Last four digits of my card is 6585. My credit card branch is Thiruvanmiyur (i.e. chennai). My card validation about to expire, it appeared like the new card going to get delivered to my old address. I have requested to change it multiple times. Despite reaching the bank in person, no one bothered in helping me but my request keep getting rejected for signature mismatch. Although, I myself appeared on the branch with all my proofs but none of them interested in looking at it.

                              I have a serious grievance with regards to my credit card #(xxxx xxxx xxxx 3645).
                              I see that bank has put up a lien of Rs.75000/- on my account showing as outstanding which is increasing every month. The sufficient amount was already deducted from my hdfc bank salary acct without prior intimation. Now I see that this amount is getting debited to an extent of my monthly salary and is taking a toll on me financially as I have personal responsibilities being a sole bread winner of my family.

                              I am totally dissatisfied with the way bank is taking advantage of me rather than sorting the issue considering that I have already made sufficient payment against my credit card payment. I am frustrated with the regular notices received by the bank when there is no mistake of mine. Bank has been harassing me and my family members where I have father who is a heart patient. I have already raised complaint in the past but no positive response from bank.

                              I need this to be sorted without being carried further anymore. You cannot just keep on debiting my a/c at your own will. I am also taking up this matter with the RBI & banking ombudsman as I have already suffered a lot with the intimidation and illegitimate debits from my alternate bank account.

                              Banks Behaviour : Regular follow up at my residence, abusing language, harassment, threatening, sending people at my place to threaten me and my family, bangs the doors of my neighbour and now threaten to put a lien on my account and deduct my entire salary.

                                i am Swetab Kumar having my saving account no [protected] with the HDFC Bank, Anand Vihar, New Delhi. firstly bank offered me Credit card on my account balance basis and promise to provide the contract in response failed to do so. After period they started putting levy charged on my credit card where i tried various time to resolve my probables. they did not resolved my problem after i reached to Hon'ble District Consumer Forum and filed a complaint against the them which still pending thereafter i stooped maintaining my saving account due to fear that they will deduct the same amount from my account and my matter ill get fluctuate in response they started deduction from my account and currently my balance is about Rs.4000/- negative monthly basis.

                                  I believe your bank has crossed all its limit now. Here's the explanation to that;

                                  I paid Rs.12, 000 towards my credit card registered in the name of Asavari Mate and Rohit Mate.

                                  Post this, I get a statement indicating the outstanding on the account is around 1, 500 with the due date of 01.01.2016.

                                  And still, you guys have the audacity to send a recovery agent today at my place asking for outstanding amount of Rs.12, 000. The recovery agent has no clue about the payment being made and he comes and asks us to pay the money.

                                  You guys have been harassing me and my sister during her pregnancy, She got fed up and switched off her phone, Your customer service executives have been calling her in the hospital as soon she would switch her phone on even after telling them that we are in hospital. Now you send recovery agents to our house.

                                  Now when the card is due for renewal we receive message that you will get a new card in 15days, we get upgrade information direct mailer. Then suddenly we get message that we cant renew your card and sorry for inconvenience. Instead of solving your own problems you are just going on harassing customer for your mistakes.

                                  Couple of question that you will have to answer to us and media soon:

                                  1. On what basis did you send the recovery agent without any updated knowledge of my credit card
                                  2. Who gave you the authority to harass customer during such difficult and personal time
                                  3. Why are payments made not being updated in your system
                                  4. Who is going to take the responsibility of all this

                                  This has been a terrible experience repeated from HDFC bank again and we fail to understand that your bank and its employees are so incentive and unprofessional.

                                  Given the situation, I would like to put up a case against your bank in Consumer Court if there is no clarity on this issue within 24 hrs and written apology from Mr. Puri himself for leading such a disastrous and unprofessional organisation.
                                  Apart from the case, we would also get media involved in this, since you guys don't understand professionalism and ethics.

                                  I hope this incident sheds some light on the unethical and unprofessional practices happening in your organisation else we would do the honors.

                                    I'm using HDFC credit card since last year August, I don't even remember when i used it last other than some online transaction of 8k, even after full payment its showing an Arrears of 10K, I really dont know how you are treating your credit card users.
                                    Called up your customer care number([protected]) - no querries solved, Gave an another collection team number ([protected]) now the number is not working.
                                    Don't know whom to deal with.
                                    Unable to find any solution.

                                      This is to inform you that hdfc bank is cheating there costumer as by implementing certain charges on the credit card as this bank never stick to their words neither on there commitment.
                                      Few months bank i have received hdfc dinner''s club credit card which i have been told that is lifetime free but that card was none of my use as it was not acceptable with most of my the merchandise of my city then i was asked to write an hard copy application & send it to chennai branch & i did it on 21.12.2015 & then i got across that i have been issued a new card.After talking to their costumer executive i came to know that in dis card i am getting the same facility as of like my previous card & my new card is also lifetime free.But now they are asking me to pay rs.572 as annual charges as this card is not free.Last monday (15.01.2016) i lodged a complaint n they give me a refrence no-[protected] & assured me that my problem will be sorted out on fri (19.01.2016) but nothing happened so.
