      I cancelled the ticket got confirmation mail frm goibibo that amount has been credited back to hdfc smart buy, they would credit back to my credit card account.

      I have booked 2 air tickets together (chennai to delhi) on goibibo website and payment was done using HDFC Smart buy using my hdfc credit card.

      I cancelled the ticket on December 31, 2015 and have got confirmation email from goibibo that amount has been credited
      back to hdfc smart buy and they would credit back to my credit card account.
      It has been more than a month now and i am yet to receive the amount back on my credit card.

      they have given couple of reference ids (8549889, 8549862) and saying that we have processed them. follow up with credit card department.

      but, when i called hdfc credit card, they are saying that the amount is not posted by smartbuy department.

        Hdfc life progrowth plus

        I tried to buy this policy online on 16th January during transaction my account got debited by 30000 Rs. but at last moment I received message "Transaction got failed" message from HDFC Life. I tried transaction second time through my credit card, this time transaction got successful. Policy creation process has started. But policy creation process is taking very long time and still not completed. I asked them to refund money for first failed...

        Please follow the below steps to submit your request for a Cheque Book through NetBanking:


        Access your NetBanking account with your Customer ID and NetBanking Password (IPIN)
        Select "Cheque Book" below the "Request" section on the left hand side of the page

        Select the Account number (if more than one account)

        Click on "Continue" and then "Confirm"

        A reference number will appear on the screen confirming your request. A new Cheque book sent by courier to your address on record so as to reach within 7 working days.


        There are no charge for issuance of Cheque book of 25 cheque leaves per half year for Savings and Salary account holders. Additional chequebook of 25 leaves will be charged @ Rs 75/- per chequebook.

          I was submitted a online proposal No. I was submitted a online proposal No 18204953 for purchased a insurance plan (HDFC click2invest) on 07/02/2016 through representative of policybazaar.com. After that i also paid Rs. 6000/- as advance premium of three months.

          Due to some domestic issue i want to cancel/withdraw the proposal No.18204953 for this i was contacted with the representative of HDFC life and also drop an e-mail to [protected]@hdfclife.com on 09/02/2016 and again and again. but lapse of more than 2/3 days my proposal not cancel by concerned company. They are also making false call(Hanging call) intentionally to show that they are trying to contact me but not contacted.

          Kindly look into the matter and direct to HDFC life to cancel my proposal and refund of Rs. 6000/- immediately which is very much required me at this time.

            This Complaint is with regards to HDFC Credit card recovery agent from Chennai branch giving false commitment of settlement of credit card with no [protected]
            My self Mrs. Shilpa T was having HDFC Credit Card [protected] and have used and made payment of the card till March 2014. Later I have not used this card and not received any bill nor call from HDFC CC division. Suddenly I have got a notice from HDFC to my home town saying I have a overdue of ~7000 Rs toward CC payment. We have call the numbers given in the notice and found that they were the recovery agent of HDFC CC Chennai office. The person who we have contacted was Mr.Guruprakash ([protected]) who was a recovery agent. He explained us that there was a Insurance policy of 3200 Rs Approx. taken in April for which the payment was overdue. To our knowledge there was no such policy taken and we have explained him the same, upon much discursion he as accepted that HDFC has not contacted us and accepted to settle the issue on 3600 Rs we have accepted for this because we did not want to get involved in any issues even we have not taken any policy. My Guru have asked us to pay 3600 Rs through ATM to the CC No and send him the transaction no through mail and mobile for which he accepted to send settlement letter. He as given his mail id as Guruprakash.[protected]@in.hdfcbank.com . We have made the transaction on 24/04/15 and sent a mail to the id he has given and noticed that the id was wrong, so call him and informed the same and sent transaction id vide sms to his mobile. Then after whenever we call him we either not lift our call or if he take our call he would be in traffic or lunch. He never reply on the settlement. We also get call from our executive for repayment, upon explaining our case they ask us for the written proof and every time a executive calls he tell a new story about the amount which was charged/ billed but they never reply on our question about the payment we have made (3600Rs). They say u pay the rest amount we will clear the issue.
            And it’s very sad to say that I have also that even after sending a mail to HDFC banks customer care mail id in mid of year 2015 but there is no reply on it. This is a kind of service HDFC bank provides to customer.

              These days I'm getting calls from HDFC Bank's Loan Recovery Agent (name given by the person is - Vijay Solanki) from Mumbai number :[protected].
              As per them someone whom I know has taken a personal loan from them which they failed to recover.
              After I got the first call from HDFC Bank I called the person and told him about this call. To my utter surprise he never gave my number to HDFC Bank. Depsite telling HDFC Bank they are making harassing calls to me and asking me to get in touch with the person for their loan recovery.

              After long done with my patience I have formally lodged a police complaint against the HDFC Bank.

              1. If someone didn't provide my number for Loan case as a bank guarantee why are you calling me repeatedly?
              2. If I have signed any document as a guarantor I'm ready to repay the loan on behalf of the defaulter. But thats not the case here.
              3. How could you intrude my privacy under the pretext of loan recovery - you should follow a proper court proceedings.
              4. On top of everything - I'm myself a premium customer of HDFC Bank for past 14 years.

              i am also having the same issues in Chennai. collection agent named Rajesh ([protected]) say he hime self a advocate and will bring 10 people to my in-laws house and make noises and simply says like he will do anything he want to us??????? did i got the loan from a RBI ruled bank or a local financial persons to do personal harassment????

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                On, 09/12/2015 at around 4:00p.m. I suffered from a severe back pain due to which it was difficult for me to stand or sit or even walk. Somehow with the assistance of my wife and my mother we rushed in the emergency and contacted the concerned doctor. He injected me with a pain killer to soothe my pain, but made no difference even after 2 hours. He then suggested me to admit myself so that he could keep me under observation for which some tests were done.

                On 12th December i.e. on the third day i again suffered from the same back pain for which then the doctor administered local XYLOCAINE + DEPOMEDROL injection given to my dorsal aspect 7th and 8th Intercostal Space. After that though I was relieved but the pain still exist.

                I submitted all the documents on 19th December 2015 for reimbursement as mentioned by the company and also requested my doctor to provide with the medical letter twice since they asked for it along with the in-house paper. The TPA Department fellow again visited our house and asked for all the documents which were submitted.

                My claim was denied immediately the next day after I enquired about the status of my claim. It was mentioned in the denial letter that doctor has administered only Depomedrol injection on the day I was admitted. My query here is what kind of staff does HDFC Ergo has which cannot even clearly state that I was administered 2 injections i.e. local XYLOCAINE + DEPOMEDROL injection and how can you say that without any test I could have got well in OPD, what if something major problem could have happened to me. I have been paying my health insurance premium diligently and without delays. I have never claimed in these 6 years and when i was genuinely in need of help I was denied the mediclaim.

                I am very disappointed the way the company has handled my claim and for this reason i have even cancelled my next years policy. Hopefully you reply here and I will make sure never to recommend HDFC ERGO Insurance for any purpose.

                I totally agree with you this insurance company is worst when comes to settle claims. Some employees ask for money to settle such claims.
                I have taken the policy for last 5 years but they did the same to me
                My friends also had similar experience
                So we all have decided to take ICICI Lombard policy

                      I was good customer of hdfc bank . i am using credit card from past 3 years & paying my outstanding on time .Due to personal issue i am paying my minimum due from past 6 month .but last month emi missed by me .This month salary credit in my hdfc account & whole salary hold by credit card team.

                      I am calling customer care people they r telling they dont have authority regarding this .I visited my J B nagar ( andheri east )Branch also but no one interested in co -ordinating with me regarding this issue .Finally i got 2 landline no[protected]/

                      Now i am in stage that i lost my money but for this Whole bank people not listing now .As per customer service point HDFC CREDIT CARD DEPARMENT IS ONE OF THE WORST TEAM i ever seen .

                          I am am existing customer of HDFC BANK as i was using credit card of this bank basing on my salary i got the credit card, i am thankful to hdfc that they gave me credit card and after 6 months due to my bad financial condition i am unable to clear my emi amount and i am still today not in condition to make an payment, i went twice to bank and spoke with manager but he said i can settle the card but bank will not issue me the noc, that only i am concern about if i am settling my card for that i must get noc so in future i wont get any kind of issues related to this card,

                            I have a hdfc life policy having policy no. 14155213. lock in period ended on 21 jan 2016.
                            I have submitted all the relevent documents on 21 jan 2016 required for refund of funds.
                            Till date I have not received the funds .
                            while called to customer care they informed me that processing started on 4 feb 2016 so it will take some time.

                            why this processing started 15 days after and still blocking the funds on the context of one reason and other.

                            This kind of response leads to customer dissatisfaction and I am discontinuing my all other policies with hdfc life.

                              I have blocked my credit on 2nd december. After that i have online fill address update form. And sent it via bank and also via personal courier in dec and jan. After that i have asked sevral time via call and mail. They are saying only one thing your document we have recieved, but it is underprogess, so i dont which kind of services they provided. A person if want to buy a credit card they will call pease open sir. If you open they will never give aa value to customer after that.

                                  There is very serious problem in HDFC Bank customer care service. Within three months I have tried to call them but non of the attempts were successful. each time call dropped due after entering my customer id and telephone id. in these process I have spent more than 10 hours cumulatively and nearly 300 rupees during calling. sir I want compensation of my valuable time and money which is lost during contacting HDFC customer care.

                                    I had paid the premium amount of rs 30, 000/- on[protected] but still i had not received the policy documents . visited so many times to the HDFC Branch, but problem is still not solved, please help me to get the documents .

                                      I have given wrong suggestion by one of your sell executive regarding mem fee the it is life time free. So please take a strong action regarding this and
