I am not receive my regular credit card statement so that some how I am became defaulter, after notice that I rushed to the credit card division they assure me to omitted all extra charges and I am agreed to pay my actual due in ONE time. They confirm me via email. But after that 4 months over they continuously added charges and enhanced my bill. Please help me and solve soon

    I am purchase Lead on 13/01/2016 from Indian Money through HDFC Bank Card but sum system problem in Indian money so company employ told for Duplicate transaction i follow the technical personal but i have 2 transaction so i told to Indian money & Hdfc Bank Card Person for 20000/- payment Refund please do not pay Indian money any amount. but customer executive told me for Indian money is not claim 20000/- amount .so i told for stop payment of my 20000/- rs. but he is not agree with me and told for after after some day and told for dispute form. and i agree with him i call after some day company told me for sent dispute form for indian money . i sent dispute form to HDFC Bank Credit Card Department for dispute and disagreement with company so please refund my amount after some day from hdfc bank i got mail form bank to please told to indian money for your refund but in indian money is no one reply me or told me for my refund and hdfc bank card charge me 10000/- rs who i am not agree with him .

    I sent and dispute form first submitted in HDFC Bank Credit Card Department and Indian money also . but no one care for my mail and Indian money is credit 10000/- rs balance me for use his app. but i told first Indian money and hdfc bank both of for i am not interested with business in Indian money and more then 30 mail to Indian money for my refund but no one is reply me proprietary so i am not pay 10000/- in hdfc bank card .

    Hi,

    My self Manikandan.

    I had made a transaction of 32000 for deltin which got declined due to some network issues but the account got credit from my cc, I was said that the amount did not reach them and they asked me to make a Re payment and the other payment which got declined would be reversed, as I was running short of another 32000 I had to make a payment through my friends card, And now its been more than 10 working days and I see no refund in my account, I have filled the dispute form and the way your team reply's is understandable, I have asked them to call me a several times but I see no action.

    Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

      I have purchased an XOLO 1x black from snapdeal on 06 November 2015 at that time an offer is running that use Hdfc debit card and get 10% cashback.I have payed the money with my debit card and successfully eligible for cashback, cashback will be given on 06 January but there is no cashback so I have called to snapdeal they says that from their side it's clear and cashback will be given by Hdfc bank.So I have called the HDFC customer care but they always give an unsatisfied answers sometime ask me to call snapdeal and sometimes says to go to home branch.they are just making fool of me.

        Refund not processed even after 2 months

        I had booked a fight ticket on 05.01.206 which got failed but the money was debited. I have been calling smartbuy customer care everyday but nothing has happened till now. I specially want to mention these customer care agents names.
        1. Akshita- Very rude and she hung up my call
        2. Mohommad- Always transfers my calls to other agents.
        3. Lavanya- She is so irritating that she keeps on repeating the same line, doesnot try...

        Hi, I am Avijit Das.I have ordered a Philips trimmer from amazon e-commerce on 29th January, 2016 which is 890 rupees.For transaction successful i got one OTP and i made the transaction then i slept in night.When i wake up in the morning i saw i got 12 message that 12 time with 890 rupees deducted from my account.Then i call HDFC customer care and blocked my net-banking also.On 30th January i have submitted one cardholder dispute form in my HDFC branch .Then i contact with amazon customer care they confirmed me that they didn't get any money from HDFC, so money is in HDFC bank only and i have that proof also.Accordingly bank's policy it should credit in my account in 2- business days.But it's around 20 days after also i didn't get my Rs.10740 money back.How it's possible that with one OTP 12 times transaction happen for the same amount.I want my money back and want extra money also for this inconvenience.Hope i will get solution as early as possible.

          I have opened a family salary account, welcome kit sent to home address, didnt recieve it and went back to its head office, they sent it to branch and asked us to go and collect it; the address on the account is having typo's explains why I have not recieved; cust id is not recieved, by the time I got welcome kit to me atm pin expired; net banking pwd in the kit is not working; cannot regenerate as there is no atm pin; called customer service and they say pay 50 rs to regenerate the atm pin;
          I asked why should I pay, I'm not at fault its your mistake; cust service response is simple If I request I have to pay 50; other wise go to branch and talk; asked them to connect to their manager or TL; no sir not possible and they didnt connected me; no answer; and when I asked same question, they say understand it is our mistake but they cannot generate; cut the phone on me :(

            Hi Forum,

            i have been usiing HDFC Credit card since 4 years properly i have given my registerd email ids 1 my personal email id and working email id, but i have from working company and so that i requested to change my email id to personal emails id instead working emailid.but that was not happened after 1 years also still i am not getting email statements to about my payments, due to this confusion i was stopped to paying emi s which they said peding only 1 emi left that time i was paid thta emi but when i was called to customer care, later they are saying and 2 emis are peding..many time i called and lost my patiency and requested for hard copies and soft copies no use, later i lost my cibil score and now i am not able to process loans in any bank, , now the emi money is 65000 and i paid more that 9000/---but they are saying that 1376 Rs are pending.

            and they have closed my card for further usage, for card usage they have charge 2500 for year, and i have to get around 6500 Rs redeem points from my cards points and i lost everything because of misleading HDFC credit card department and back services...
            i am requesting please take a complaint against this Bank..can check my voice records with hdfc customer services care center how many times i given complaints on my issues no solution for those but payments they increasing by monthly charges...instead of 64000 i have paid more than 12 thousands and loast my valuable cibil score...

              i would like to share my experience with hdfc ergo claim service. this is the worst company which commits very much when you purchase the mediclaim policy. there modus operendi is very simple they keep on sending quarries after queries till the customer is fully haraased and he feels that it is better to pay the cash amount then waste time is settling the querries.
              this type of harassment has happened to two of my friends who. the height is that some officials claim money to settle the claims

              so request to you to not to go for such mediclaim policy

                        I have submitted my Personal loan document on 31st Jan 2016, and same has been approved on 4th Feb 2016 and on the same day sales executive have taken all such required cheques for loan disbursement, but I have still not received my loan amount and not received any further response from the sales team. One of the team member of your Disburse team call in an abused mode and informed me that he have personally checked my personal account bank statement of ICICI Bank, please let me know how come he check my personal saving account statement, as I have already check with ICICI Bank that they inform me “ICICI Bank will never share your account details to other Bank”

                        Please help for the same.

                            Its very unfair statement from your bank i recieved when i checked out my credit card status. Pleas find below comments.

                            I just dont understand on which ground you have rejected. Financially i am too healthy with my acc. You can go ahead check my hdfc transaction you will never found my acc. Balance null.

                                Background : Recently I subscribed for HDFC time credit cad.

                                Issues :

                                1) I was promised X amount of credit limit but i got far less than that.
                                2) I was promised that I wil get some welcome gift vouchers along with welcome kit. But got nothing except a card and a paper.
                                3) information regarding PIN was not clear at all.

                                Actions I took

                                1)  I tried to call sales executing and his manager for my above issues. But there was no response. 2) I did email to customer care but still there was no response except system generated email. 3) I called customer care for my queries,  customer care executive cut my phone in halfway!!!.

                                After some days

                                1) Area manager called me and said welcome coupons are dispatched and you will get it within a day or two. and credit enhancement is being discussed.
                                2) one week gone. nothing happened. no update. no coupons received. I again called back. then area manager said coupons are being printed. Then why the hell he told me earlier that its already dispatched???
                                3) I am still raising it to every possible option and authority.

                                Finally they have said wait for 1 more week.

                                After this week I will officially broadcast this to right media. I dont want people to get frustrated in their day t day busy life. We are customers we should never be treated like this.

                                Thanks for your revert. At least some one from HDFC has responded.

                                But kindly take a note, I have already been informed by Mr. Omkar Ranade that my case is under discussion with higher management last week only. Which means 7 working days are already over. Now its almost end of this week. As per your email, I need to wait for 7 more working days which is NOT at all acceptable for me.

                                I don't want to increase my frustration again waiting for 7 days. I am an IT employee and I am very much aware of all basic ethics of handling customers. They way i have been treated is completely against ethics of customer intimacy.

                                I am expecting resolution of my issues/complains within 2 days only. If this is not acceptable to HDFC bank. Kindly dismiss my card. I don't want to continue with HDFC credit card anymore. None of my colleague is happy with this behavior from bank and they are also in support of me in this regards.

                                HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Complain number they provide in email is also not valid. When i check online status of this complain. It shows invalid complain, contact phone backing or visit nearest branch!!!
                                See attached discusison points with area sales manager. He confirms that Priority redressal department is also not responding to him. As he was not able to send external emails. He confirmed on phone.

                                  I was Loan taken from HDFC Bank for Two wheeler in Septemper 2008 My Vicle No is MH20BH4526 & Loan Agreement Number is 14098126. So i have Already paid to my total loan amount in September 2009 & I have Received the NOC From HDFC Bank in 11/12/2009.
                                  I got my Credit report from CIBIL on 21/01/2016 So I dont know how is show my two wheeler loan details in CIBIL Report.
                                  Please give me clerification about my HDFC Two Wheeler loan in CIBIL

                                    I have a serious grievance
                                    HDFC Bank has put up a lien of Rs.75000/- on my account showing as outstanding which is increasing every month. The sufficient amount was already deducted from my hdfc bank salary acct without prior intimation. Now I see that this amount is getting debited to an extent of my monthly salary and is taking a toll on me financially as I have personal responsibilities being a sole bread winner of my family.

                                    I am totally dissatisfied with the way bank is taking advantage of me rather than sorting the issue considering that I have already made sufficient payment against my credit card payment. I am frustrated with the regular notices received by the bank when there is no mistake of mine. Bank has been harassing me and my family members where I have father who is a heart patient. I have already raised complaint in the past but no positive response from bank.

                                    The Bank is harassing me, by calling up random numbers in my office, they also reached out to the CEO of my office. they threaten me, abuse and regular follow ups, they also bang our doors and also our neighbours doors. I have requested the bank to wave off off these charges as I have paid sufficient amount, I have also disclosed my fathers medical reports and the expenses incurred, but the bank adamant and forcefully trying to recover heavy charges from us, by threating us.

                                      HDFC Life team of Bhubaneswar branch are cheating to customers . I had visited the branch to pay the policy premium. HDFC LIFE officer suggested me to paid up a policy and make a new policy and explained that there are lots of benifits and old policy will be paid up so that same premium can be paid for new policy. I was assured that it will be done in system so that no further premium demand will be send for old policy. Accordingly I made a new policy . But now frequently, i am receiving calls from HDFC Life Bhubaneswar for payment of old policy premium again? This is nothing but cheating of customers...
