With heavy dis-satisfaction and mentally harassed I am writing this mail to you.

I had applied for personal loan from your esteemed bank on 25th Jan 2016(via application number:[protected]. The same application was declined as it didn't met with internal criteria norms.

I checked with the representative via whom I had applied the loan, as per the status it was declined because of credit outstanding I had against my name as per CIBIL report. I asked can we have the BTE option over the same. The representative gave a positive nod and said he need to re-login the application form.

I believe if re-submission of application takes place a new ref id is messaged(This was the first mistake as I didn't receive any message).

I provided with all my card statements, card's front page, loan statements to the person on 2nd Feb 2016. I have been following the person but every-time I call I get a response that "its a forward case". I don't understand what a forward case is.

Whenever I call the executive he won't respond. Sir what I had been asking is "Is there any progress going on the BTE option or just fooling around me."

After so many followups I got a response from the executive that, I need to submit the checks and sign the BTE form. I did the same. But from that moment I haven't heard any updates. Whenever I called the executive I was getting a response that "Sir we are discussing". If you are discussing why did you took the checks...

Sir actually, I haven't thought of this sort of response from your side. But I am getting the same.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I, Marcus Dominic Gonsalvez, part of the HR department at A Reputed IT company where most of our employees bank with HDFC would like to bring to your attention an incident which has happened to me. I have been a loyal customer to HDFC for the past five years and have no regrets till date.

    Recently however I received a text message (on 12th Feb) informing me that my old credit card ending with 3028 will be deactivated from 11th April. Unfortunately I have not requested for any new credit card. Later that evening I got a call from an HDFC employee (Aswini) stating that I will be getting a new credit card with enhanced limit. After verification only she informed that there is 6 monthly fee tagged to the card and then she transferred the call to another department. Unfortunately the call got cut.

    This morning again I got a call from her and I informed her that im not interested in taking this new card because I didn’t apply for it neither does it benefit me in any way better than me existing card. She said that she already processed the document and cant revert back to my old/ existing credit card.

    I request you to please help me retain my existing credit card so that I do not have to change over to the new credit card. Looking forward to a positive response from your end.

    I have raised a grievance request in the web site as well. If you can help with any poc from HDFC, I will be at most grateful to you.

          My new upgraded credit card was returned despite my mother available at house. The PIN has been delivered to my mother at my registered address where as Card was returned undelivered. Your representative came to my office at now Chembur got my signature on upgrading of card application which has not been recd by your credit card team as advised.

            Applied for credit and submitted the docs and gotta verification calls fa 6 times.and 7th time wen i got I got the info frm executive as the card shd b delivered to my office o home address .so I requested to my home address and he told withn 7 days it will b delivered and I got a details wit 16 digit num also.so this things hpnd on Jan 9th...and I shd got card on 17 th...afta tat wen i call they say its in progress..so wrong committent by bank afta collecting all my docs ...and wenva I do call they say its in progress and progress..so its nw more then a month still it's in progress..bad service...just playing wit customers...cos this I cnt able to apply in other banks also...u gvb my app num is CC25526497 CNTC:[protected]...always wen I call thy say its in process, as the verification team says it will b delivered just misguiding the customers

              I have received confirmation that all the documents are received by HDFC Life. Customer service had responded to my email for few days. After that they stopped responding to my emails.

              Till now I did not receive the amount and response from HDFC Life about the amount. Till now I did not have any hassles with HDFC this is the first time I am facing an issue with HDFC because of this i lot all the faith on HDFC and it also same as other other banks.

              As a last hope I am sending this note to the grievance. Kindly take necessary action and provide the amount at the earliest.

                    Hi Every one,

                    HDFC bank has been debiting cash from accounts for encashing cheques from non home branches and is mentioned under the above narration

                    This deduction is NOT INFORMED VIA SUBSCRIBED SMS SERVICE and one has to view the account summary in internet banking.

                    These kind of service charge deductions are not mentioned during transaction either by the bank employees or by the bank people at the time of account opening where they are interested in popularising their mobile apps and the glorious benefits of salary account.

                    Why this will be happening without intimation ?

                        Many a times I am getting irrelevant calls from some phone numbers, about loan, offers, etc.., irrespective of I have a DND activated on my mobile.
                        Today I got a call about registering for some illogical things, which is chargeable, and when I rejected for the offer, they said that my credit card will be declined.

                        Please help me, as I don't want to get into any these kind of calls.

                          HDFC home loan executive sagar and AMit took all document and cheque saying if loan amount is less the money will be adjusted in my account and I can take 3 part amount

                              I would like to mention agent name - Arvind from HDFC has called me from the number[protected] with regard to payment of processing fee charges for a rejected personal loan. He was threatening me with strong words stating "you will get legal notice, then to my company HR and RBI etc because my loan was rejected and requires me to pay the processing fees as penalty.

                              Why would i pay the processing fee if my personal loan is rejected ??

                                    It has been more than a month now and i am yet to receive the amount back on my credit card.

                                    they have given couple of reference ids (8549889, 8549862) and saying that we have processed them. follow up with credit card department.

                                    but, when i called hdfc credit card, they are saying that the amount is not posted by smartbuy department.

                                      I tried to buy this policy online on 16th January during transaction my account got debited by 30000 Rs. but at last moment I received message "Transaction got failed" message from HDFC Life. I tried transaction second time through my credit card, this time transaction got successful. Policy creation process has started. But policy creation process is taking very long time and still not completed. I asked them to refund money for first failed...

                                      Please follow the below steps to submit your request for a Cheque Book through NetBanking:


                                      Access your NetBanking account with your Customer ID and NetBanking Password (IPIN)
                                      Select "Cheque Book" below the "Request" section on the left hand side of the page

                                      Select the Account number (if more than one account)

                                      Click on "Continue" and then "Confirm"

                                      A reference number will appear on the screen confirming your request. A new Cheque book sent by courier to your address on record so as to reach within 7 working days.


                                      There are no charge for issuance of Cheque book of 25 cheque leaves per half year for Savings and Salary account holders. Additional chequebook of 25 leaves will be charged @ Rs 75/- per chequebook.
