Hi,
I have submitted the form for opening of new account in the name of my huf in the shopping mall, phase i gurgaon branch in the second week of september but account was not opened even after 1 week. The form was submitted to mr. Kuldeep pandey from that branch. After enquiring to mr. Kuldeep i came to know that 1 sign wass missing. I have again submitted the duly signed form in the last week of septmeber. But still account was not opened and when i called mr. Kuldeep for enquiring non openeing of a/c he said, we donot open account with balance of rs. 10, 000. When i said that min. Balance reqt. Is rs. 10, 000 than he promised that account will be opened in 3-4 days but still i am awaiting my account to opened.
Despite of repititive calls i am not getting any response.
This kind of services are not expected from hdfc bank which year after year is getting best consumer award.
