I have opened saving account with hdfc bank, anandwalli bank, nashik under various schems. My dp account no is 54428925.

One of them was i will not be charged brokerage untill the transaction of rs. 1 lac 50 thousand. Second one time trading account opening charge of rs 499/-. Afterwards there will not any charges for trading account except brokerage, service charge.
Another scheme for demat account. The annual maintainance charges for first year is free for demat account. Afterwards, if there is one transaction in a year, there will not be any annaul maintainance charges.

However, i have been decived by them for both the schemes. They have cut the free brokerage limit to 1 lac insted of 1.5 lac.
Also in second month from date of opening of demat account, they have deducted rs. 57/- as depositery charges.

I request you to please help me to get back extra money deducted by the hdfc bank.

The charges debited from your saving Bank account on October 15, 2016 pertains to debit transaction carried out by you in your Demat account in the respective period.
These charges are levied on transfer of securities from your Demat account to another Demat account or to your broker's account. Incase of any credit transactions in your Demat account, no charges are levied by HDFC Bank Ltd. (Depository Participant).
Transaction charges accrue in the month when the transactions are effected and are debited in the following month after giving adequate advance intimation in the billing statement.

    My Loan application number is[protected]Location-New Delhi, Name of Loanee -Samrat Kanti Ghosh), my contact no is-[protected] and my DOB is 20/08/1988. I have had a representative collect four blank cheques on the 20th of October and since then i have not managed to hear from you lot. I am wondering firstly to lodge a criminal complaint on your organization for having my cheques and not disbursing the loan amount despite me meeting all your bloody requirements, nor have you kept me informed about the terms of repayment. I do not expect a lot from you as my particular experience dealing with you guys has been far from satisfactory. I would hope someone contact me at the earliest on my phone number as i am losing my patience.I have emailed you lot at [protected]@hdfcbank.com but you guys keep asking me for an account number. Fact is i do not have one with your bank. Please try to resolve this as this has caused me lot of inconvenience.

    In the interim i have had a representative come( on 01/11) and collect signatures which i guess where being scrutinized and were according to you lot not matching. I hope to have the money in my account asap, or i might not avail the loan at all, as it makes no sense to be waiting for ages.
    The same problem here as well with me . I had applied for a PL with ref No 49843266 ... I received a confirmation SMS as well stating that the loan has been approved . Now its almost 20 days has gone and nobody is bothered to respond . I am not sure if they are misusing the blank cheques ( Although all were account payee cheque)

    Surprisingly I mailed to their Nodal and Ombuds also, however they are also too reluctant to hear customer concern

      I have not operated my salary account and had no balance in it. So the bank started charging for non maintenance of minimum balance and now my account balance is -7, 429.01.
      The same is with demat account. First year the service was free. I never used it and yesterday I got a message to pay 858.75 rs.

        Hi team,
        I put auto debit of hdfc credit card payment from my hdfc salary account.
        This oct month, 138088 rupees deducted from my savings account even though the bill is less (some transactions have cancelled and its already credit to my credit card). i was frustrated and raising a complaint on not taking the issues even i called to customer care ([protected]) many times and no one is responding. please take this as complaints and forward to higher authorities. i need my cash back amount to my a/c and this type of frauds i will never accept. i will cancel my hdfc cc once the issue/statement is resolved.

          I checked my savings account [protected] and got to know that hdfc bank have deducted an amount of rs 100+service charge from my savings account.

          I checked it thoroughly and got to know that banktaken it as programme management fee which is ridiculous and impractical. For what they are charging this as such they are giving some great service to customers.

          What a bogus fee that programme management is? I am heard this for this first time and no other bank is charging. This is very unethical practice by hdfc bank, and there is no such criteria from rbi to charge for programme management.

          If this amount is not debited back to me within a week, then i will be bound to close my account with immediate effect.

          Not only me i will definitely close the account of my family members as well.

          Request HDFC Bank to explain on this issue since I need not require this service and credit back the amount back to my account with immediate effect.

            Applied for car loan along with that HDFC executive forced me to take add on pack where ill pay no interest for that. At last i came to it has been included along with my car loan & i am pay interest for that too.

            Without my notification car loan has been credited to car show room. I didn't get welcome letter or any details from HDFC bank for the loan.

            After escalating several times i received tow days back.

            Tried HDFC customer care they raised their hands.

            Escalated through mail several times to HDFC they are not paying any attention to customer .

            When ever i am sending mail ill get a message stating representative will get back to me with in 5 working days. Since this month starting i am struggling
            with no result.

            Am seriously frustrated & extremely disappointed about customer service of HDFC.

              Hi

              Hdfc is deducting program management fee without consent. This is the height of fleecing customers. Spoke to the mr. Shankar prasad the rm for my account. He said this is levied from 2016. When asked if it was informed. He agreed it was not informed but it is applied to all classic customer. I asked him to reverse the amount. He said he will do it. Now need to wait and follow up.
              This happens only in india. The system is rotten. Hard earned money is taken out by these banks without knowledge of customers. Imagine the amount of money they collect this way every quater.
              Its a shame for hdfc bank to do this.

                  I received credit card today on 30 October 2016...but after talking to customer care i get to know that no EMI option is available with this card... I feel cheated because at the time of applying for credit card they clearly told me that EMI is available but now they denying the fact... I am a normal guy with 15000 salary per month I cant bear the charges without EMI option...please close this card ASAP... I dont want to pay fee for anything...please help.

                    1. Hdfc as a bank is not synced with rbi mandates or guidelines?

                    2. By acting naive in such cases, doesn't the bank practice illegitimate and unfair practices - especially as per the hdfc bank interview published in toi, they don't charge customers for non - maintenance of dormant accounts.

                    3. Shouldn't the staff sitting at the helpdesk with a"may i help you " be actually be more helpful in their attitude towards the customer and be more diligent?

                    4. Why is my account still open and why am i still receiving bank statement monthly (Which says the balance as zero and not -7000) when i haven't used or logged into the internet banking for more than 3 years now.

                    Please help me in closing this account immediatly. I am not going to pay a penny for this.

                          On 17th Oct 2016 i withdraw 900 rupees from dns bank ATM in manpada (Thane). Money was deducted from my credit card but i didn't received the money from the bank. I launched a complain and got the complaint number[protected]. i was told that i will get refund by 7 working days. After 7 days when not getting refund i again launched a complain and got complaint number [protected]. Today is 28th Oct 2016 and till now i have not received my credit card refund. I request to kindly refund the money as soon as possible.

                              In response of your mail ref. [protected] I hereby explain the details. I was cheated by hdfc care on 10.10.2015. I received a phone call from hdfc care regarding my credit card limit. One of gentle ladies tried to convince me to take an insurance plan in which the limits of credit card would be increased. Long discussions were going on. At last the deal was final and I agreed to take an insurance plan. My entire voice recordings were given to One assist and they debited money through my credit card. This year also renewed it by hdfc care. When deal was between bank and me, why did they pass it to One Assist

                                HDFC Bank — Hdfc bank charges are too high for a common working citizens

                                This complaint is not resolved as your records show. The same old pathetic reply from them as they cannot reduce the amount even for a regular customer for nearly 7 years now

                                Hdfc bank always charges high rates for return cheque charges i have raised this issue many times but it is the same pathetic reply from them.

                                I have lost rs 1200 now due to this and they keep reducing this charge automaticcaly when money gets credited.
                                I want action to be taken on this as the amounts are high for a working person.

                                I am fed up with this, as this is happening for a long time ago, really pathetic service from them

                                  Policy premium payment made twice

                                  I accidentally made a payment towards HDFC policy premium twice. I made it via HDFC insurance site as well as HDFC insurance App, An equal amount got debited twice from my back account. When I'm now checking my bank account I still see two of those similar payments, I need one of the payments reversed and amount credited into my account.

                                    I buy a car nov 2015 @ loan from hdfc bank .at the time of loan prossing hdfc exicute told to me you take insurance and you get after 6 months no pre closing charges this offer for limited customer only free of cost pre closer after 11 emi complete i asked to loan dep they told to 7% closing charges other wise you bring a letter from bank exective he told to me he resined the job and now hdfc bank cheting to customers

                                      Hi sir/mam,

                                      Kindly help me with the process of getting the insurance for my husband as he got a paralytic stroke. As per the company policy the insurance company should help him with the reimbursement but they deny that they can not process it as it not given any where in the company policy.

                                      Initially they said they will process it and lost the documents, when resubmitted the document once again received an email that they are processing the claim, but after a period of 4 months they denied that the claim can not be processed.

                                      Please help me.
