On october 20th, one of your executive came to our office building and requested us to take the credit card and we provide the gift to you (Speaker) by monday. I have provided all xerox copies of following document (Pan card, three months’ salary slip and aadhar card).
On the next day, we have a call from the verification department and everything was fine, we have received the application reference number ([protected]s3) and ask us to sms for generated one-time password. I have sent the sms to two times that cost me around 10 rupees along with service charges.
On november 01, i have gone through status find that disapproved, later i have made a call to your cc to sort the issue.
On the whole issue, i came to know you are a cheater, make foolish promises. Please do not your executive to our office again. Please return my all document and sms charges that cost me and my time.
