Hi, i have made the hdfc credit card amount 14769.64 on 12th sep which is showing the total due amount on my net banking. It was deposited at the same day only. After two days (14/09) its still shown the due amount is 520 rs. After next day the statement was generated and sent to my mail same statement with the total outstanding due amount is 13774.36 rs.. For this i have contacted to customer care executive.. He said the bill was generated...

My account has been debited against the depository charges of Rs.862.50, please let me know what is this charges mean.

Also let me know on what reasons this amount gets deducted, and how to get the amount refunded back.

How can sometime deduct the amount without my information which is very surprising.

This is not the first time that HDFC bank is deducting amount from my account without my information.br...

but not return my money in credit card.

I have put first request on 15th of Sep 2016.Since i am getting only false commitment from your customer care. I don't understand why they people are miss committed with your new prospected customers.In fact they are misbehaving with me. I am card holder of hdfc bank (salary and credit card). credi card department has put my money on hold of amount rs 7000 without intimating me. i paid my principal amount and requested them to release my rest of money. they simply denied and replied that we will deduct entire amount of rs 7000 and then we will release your account.

I work in a reputed firm in gurgaon, and had to get a savings Acc opened with Hdfc bank. I approached the HDFC representative coming to my firm, and he took all the documentation and 2 cheques, one for 10200 and other for 1000 and money has been debited from my Account, but I have not got any activation confirmation for the last two and a half weeks.
Moreover the representatives, don't even respond over call.

I have taken a Home Loan from India Bulls in the month of June 2016. While taking the loan I was told to take a Life Insurance where the insured amount is equalant to the Loan Amount. They have called the HDFC Life people as India Bulls were in tie up with HDFC Life. I have signed my insurance with HDFC and my whole policy term amount was deducted as a single premium payment.

My name is Sairam.I left my job in October, 2016 and after two months or so my Hdfc salary account is converted into savings account.When I checked my balance it is showing -631 rupees. When I asked Hdfc bank customer service they told me that a minimum of 10000 rs to be maintained in the account otherwise charges are levied monthly basis. Actually 10 month back (july & august 2015) i asked to your customer care services to change the billing cycle through the phone call. that time they was told, once billing cycle date is fixed it cant able to change it, like that. but when your collection department persons are called me to get a payment, that time i was told this problem, they are telling like, 'billing cycle is changeable you clear the payment...

I have taken a personal loan of rs.4.50 lac from hdfc bank br. bhinga sravasti & according to manager they will give loan after doing fd with them worth rs.50, 000/= i have agreed for that but they give a life insurance policy instant of fd having regular premium of rs.50, 000/= (term-10) they cheat me, i am unable to continue the regular premium policy so i want to refund my deposit pls look d matter....

My mother has used credit card and remaining is 9000 only, credit card department had deducted 22000 amount without intimation. we have asked for statements for which we have already paid excess. still not bringing statements and top of it deducting amount without intimation.
