Hi, i have made the hdfc credit card amount 14769.64 on 12th sep which is showing the total due amount on my net banking. It was deposited at the same day only. After two days (14/09) its still shown the due amount is 520 rs. After next day the statement was generated and sent to my mail same statement with the total outstanding due amount is 13774.36 rs.. For this i have contacted to customer care executive.. He said the bill was generated...

Also let me know on what reasons this amount gets deducted, and how to get the amount refunded back.

I have put first request on 15th of Sep 2016.Since i am getting only false commitment from your customer care. I don't understand why they people are miss committed with your new prospected customers.In fact they are misbehaving with me. I think your company has lot of business and now they are not looking for new business....

I work in a reputed firm in gurgaon, and had to get a savings Acc opened with Hdfc bank. I approached the HDFC representative coming to my firm, and he took all the documentation and 2 cheques, one for 10200 and other for 1000 and money has been debited from my Account, but I have not got any activation confirmation for the last two and a half weeks.
Moreover the representatives, don't even respond over call.

I have taken a Home Loan from India Bulls in the month of June 2016. While taking the loan I was told to take a Life Insurance where the insured amount is equalant to the Loan Amount. Not giving statement and deducting money from account without intimation
