Sir,
I've applied for credit card on 1st Sept'16. Still I didn't get credit card. I've also visited HDFC branch paloncha on 1st Oct'16, but I'm not satisfied with their response. They said that they cann't do any thing & my card is in progress from 20th Sept'16. Today is 17th Oct'16. Still I didn't get any response. So please cancel this credit card. On 1st Oct my agent said that we will observe for 3-4 days. After that we will cancel. But after 16 days I request my agent for cancellation, he replied that he cann't do anything. So, I have took this step. The same agent said that within 1 week you will get credit card. But today he is saying he cann't do anything. My application ref. No.[protected]BI. Please cancel this card. & please take necessary action.

    My first company opened an salary account for me with your bank in December 2014, since I am no longer associated to the first company and I am not using this account and it has been converted to savings account, and I have been imposed with negative balance of a fixed amount from Jan 2016, which is not suppose to happen, according to RBI's guide line (https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Id=9343&Mode=0) bank can no longer impose negative charges on savings account and now my balance is -6945. This is totally frustrating and unacceptable. And this is not an issue with me only, there are thousands of people whose account has been imposed with negative charges inspite of RBI's circular.

Is [protected] and my daughter a/c no.[protected] above mentioned both minor account is debited minimum balance charges is nearly 8 thousand without give any facility which is against rbi rule

          I am having having a regular savings account with hdfc. I can see that the
          Hdfc bank has deducted rs.115/- (July16 to sept.16) from my a/c under the
          Name - programme management fee? What is this fee about? What is the programme bank offering? The bank did not notify me earlier about any such fees. It is a fraud to deduct customer's money without taking their concerns. I want this so called fee deposited back to my account.

          In the night between 10th oct and 11th oct i went to hdfc atm near adityapur branch, dist seraikela kharsawan. I inserted the card in the machine but it was retained there. The branch is also ne closed for 3 days. Pls look into the matter. I cannot withdraw cash in this festive time.

            We have a credit card swipe machine (edc m/c) at alex jewellery shop
            With tid no. 40082955. we are doing business of 10 - 15 lakhs with the machine.
            We almost require 2 paper rolls per week for the transactions to print.
            We have also complained many times to complaint division
            However there is no response from them.
            Kindly guide what should we do as this is a alex jewellery,
            Hence the usage of the rolls is more. or else we may be forced to stop the usage of edc m/c

                I have two savings accounts(Secunderabad branch & Gachibowli Branch) with HDFC bank. Earlier, my personal loans (1. HDFC & 2. Axis) were linked to Gachibowli account. EMI used to be debited from the same account(Gachibowli-Salary account). There were cheque bounces as i left the job with that company & my salary account got changed. Recently, I got the details changed & now my loan EMI is debited from Secunderabad account.

                I have cleared the EMI & cheque bounce charges in my both personal loans. Even after clearing everything, there is negative amount(Rs. 2689.75) shown in my Gachibowli account and now that is money is debit from my Secunderabad account.

                I do not see any reason for my amount to be deducted. And Unfortunately, HDFC bank does this everytime.

                Please see that the amount is deducted is immediately credited back & the negative balance that is reflecting in my Gachibowli account is cleared.

                  I am Suman banerjee, I have availed a two wheeler loan from Hdfc, unfortunately this month the ECS got bounced, and one lady from the collection department named soma called me, and regarding the collection she talked with me very badly, without any manner she used lot of bad tone, I have never told her that I will not pay, she was in very aggressive mood, without being polite she was indeed talking in very bad manner. I am also a bank employee if it is the manner to talk then Hdfc is having no manner.

                    I am anamika sharma, would like get to your notice that hdfc ergo
                    Insurance company denied to process my insurance from the company
                    Aying that the insurance will be given to the person who met with an
                    Accident, but not to the person who got a paralytic stroke.

                    I have chain of emails, and also even spoke to the hr of the company,
                    They said it is the insurance company who will help me get the money,
                    But its been nearly a year but there is no positive response.

                      I am Santhosh kumar holding NRE account with HDFC Bank, Chandranagar, Palakkad, Kerala. Bank has deducted Rs- 114.50 from my saving account as "PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT FEE" on 28th March 2016 again 115.00 on 18th Jul 2016 and 15th Oct 2016, I have noticed on 16th Oct 2016. It is really surprising that money got debited without my knowledge and consent. I have never opted for such kind of programme but they started calling me as "preferred". I dont want any preferred privileges

                        What is this HDFC Programme Management fee?
                        Why Rs 115 is being deducted from my HDFC account without my consent or notification?

                        I am already very upset with HDFC bank and its customer care services.
                        You never get any reply of any query from this HDFC bank customer service.
                        I never got my new Debit card after old one expired.

                        I am not willing to pay any single penny to this pathetic bank and will close my account if you do not revert back to me in a week.

                            I tried booking bus ticket through redBus.in on 6th Oct 2016 using my HDFC debit card.
                            Rs. 4250 got debited but the ticket was not issued.
                            When i tried to contact redBus about this transaction through customer care there was no response and then I had to try contacting them through Facebook chat only (attached screenshot of conversation), they informed me that the transaction wasn't captured at all & they told me that it will be automatically refunded in my bank account within 7 bank working days.
                            I have not got my refund yet.

                              I have transferred an amount from my hdfc account to my brother account(canarabank). Money debited from my account on September 29th, 2016 itself. But still it is not credited into his account. If transaction failed, it should be refunded in 2 to 3 days. But still we did not get that money.

                                  Out of nowhere why was there a charge of ₹1098 to my account [protected]? There has been no notification at all. And whatever it is it needs to be clarified and credit it back in. Even if you charge ₹50 per ₹50, 000 deposit it should only be just ₹50 and not ₹1098. I want my money back in ASAP. Its a loot! a Scam! The so called most renowned HDFC the second biggest Private Bank still takes money like this from all the others too????? Please resolve this ASAP...

                                    Every month my account is deducted by Rs.690 for past few months in the name of AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS and i am really frustrated about this bank charges and HDFC bank need to take a action again the same. On month of august it was deducted 2 times. Please check and it is my salary account so why are you deducting this type of amount . It is so bad for me so please check and verify pls refund my balance. Other wise i will go through the RBI.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had made several attempts earlier to provide me hard copy of the statements but never received it, customer care executives name vijay from chennai always backed stating they are sharing and this to and fro of information gave a heavy load to my bill. I paid my outstanding bill last year 2015 and asked to cancel my credit card which im not using for the past 2 year. Suddenly from customer care asked to clear the due i was explaining them but thgey are arguing with me every time as they didn't intimated me properly the procedure. Now they are forcing me to pay the due and threatening me. I wanted to know how i clear all my due and bank statement for the amount which i paid.

                                        You people have deducted INR 115 from my savings account on today in the name of "PROGRAMMANAGEMENT FEE JUL-SEP16 121016" . What is it for? I haven’t subscribed any new services from your bank. The services and it's fees you guys imposed on customers without their consent. DO REVERT IT. Else we will report to banking ombudsman. This is totally unacceptable.
