On 27th July 2016 a personal loan offer was with me by an executive Madhura ([protected]) and her senior Rahul Gupta ([protected]) on 27 July 2016 via telephonic conversation. Email rajkhurana.[protected]@gmail.com was provided to me to share documents for verification. I opted to take 4 lacs loan for my marriage preparations.
The loan was promised only if I purchase an insurance policy which will act as coverage for my loan amount. So I purchased the 'HDFC Classic Assure Plan' of Rs 15000 as suggested by them.
In between I got a call from Rahul that the loan amount approved is 4.95 lacs by mistake so I need to make more Rs.10000 investment. So I did investment of Rs 10000 towards Dhanlaxmi Solutions for the purchase of Bonanza Healthcard on 22nd August 2016.
Since that day I am following up with them as they had promised the disbursement of loan within 15 days, but everytime I got reply that the file was in process. After that whenever I frequently started calling for the loan status they disconnected/didn’t answer the calls. Its more than 2 months now and still there is no sign of disbursement even after all documents are clear from my side. To track my application I had requested the loan number which was not provided to me. Also they were not ready to share the office address.

I got the address from verification departmant. The address they mentioned was of Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge park Gate no 4, Ghansoli. But on google map it shows below address. HDFC Bank. Kopar - Khairane, Reliance Branch B Block Dakc Thane Belapur Road, MIDC Industrial Area, Sector 2, Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400709.

Please disburse my loan quickly or refund me the investment of 25000/- if loan is not provided

    My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my previous company, once I left that company after few months my salaried account is converted into savings account without any intimation given to me. After that once I joined in other organization I started using the (HDFC) same account after few transaction, every month around Rs. 500 to Rs. 600 deducting from my account and the total amount it is around Rs. 3752/- deducted from my account due to non-maintenance of minimum balance.

    Since from past 3 months I am not using the account, again the negative balance is shown around Rs, 1372/-.

    Henceforth I kindly request you to wave off the negative amount which is showing in my account and also request you to refund the amount which has been deducted (Rs. 3752/-.)

    As i discussed with the HDFC Branch Manager - Madiwala, he had promised me that he cannot refund the amount (Rs. 3752/-.) but they will wave-off the current negative balance but again they have deducted Rs. 1339/- with-in this week.

    This is for your information i had already raised a request with HDFC Customer care for closing of my account with HDFC and also within this week i will be couriering my closing account form.

    Hence i request the concerned person to take it up as this as serious note and please refund the amount.

        I am having normal saving bank account since 10 years and now they have charged me quarterly around 150/ (from March 2016 and I have lodged the complaint and till date not refunded)- in the name of program management fee which i do not know what it is and charged without my consent and also not sent any notification to us.

        I am sure they have charged this for millions of account holders and they know very well that only few account holder ( less than 5%) will verify and claim for refund. This is noting but cheating and legal terms it is a criminal offence.

        Hence I request you to take up the matter and get refund for me and as well as all the account holders.

        I appreciate your urgent action on this regard.

          Hi,
          Amount 26.82 and 28.07 has got deducted from the current account and salary account respectively with the description nwd dec chg (atm withdrawal charges) even though my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from atm other than hdfc.
          There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. this is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

            Since october 2015 my debit card has been blocked for online transaction. once it got blocked i received a msg saying it will be unblocked in 24hrs which never happened.several times i have droppped mail regarding the same issue but no action have been taken, and online transaction is so very important in present day .. but due to careless behaviour of bank i am not been able to use my debit card.

            and to add to that '3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 061016' particular reason they have been charging 115 every month from my account.

            can they please elaborate is it for neft transaction and if yes, then how many free neft transaction can be performed every month

              Amount deducted from account without intimation which is not in use, we have been asking for the statement of the credit card no proper response from HDFC executive even thought we go branch and ask for it.
              since i am requesting for help and they again deducting amount and executives are not at all responding properly on time as i got struck with my mother health issues, is this how bank responds when their is urgency.

                I was open a sallary account but due to some personal problem my salary has been not credited in my account after some months bank charged non mantaince charges in my account but as per rbi bank will not charge non maintace charge in saving or sallary account so i request to you please provide reversal my balance and stopped non maintance charged.                   Few days ago my brother deposited 11000 rs in my saving acount in hdfc branch, and after one day i came to know that they deducted 115 rs for that, what kind of bank is this..
                  What we call it sucker bank, thug bank, corrupted bank or illegitimate bank.

                    I have HDFC credit card 489377XXXXXX6577 but i lost this card so i Hotlisted this card from my net banking. For this card i have paid due amount 2765 on 06 October 2016 before due date. The lost credit card is replaced with new credit card 489377XXXXXX2377 but now for this card it is showing 3025 due amount. The Rs 2765 amount is debited from my hdfc account but it is not credited to credit card. So can you please credit this amount either to credit card or to my accout.

                      On 22/9/16 i made an online payment of rs. 5166\- to hdfc bank in connection with the credit card no.[protected] vide icici sb account. Icici bank made the payment vide their payment no. Bil/[protected]/visa#/hdfc. But till today the same is acknowledged by you nor i credit from icici bank. Today i received a warning from your bank to make payment of rs.10, 093.21 to avoid delinquent status. Im deeply hurt and i made payment for 11, 000/- at 2.40 pm. And this is not the first time that this is happened to me. Not knowing the reasons, i would like to gracefully close my credit card account early. Kindly send me the total balance due to your bank so that i can make payment and close the chapter with your bank.

                          I registered online with my cc details how ever when I try it will ask to register when I try to register it will show a register exist assist me as soon possible. Please take a action as every time I am wasting time and unable to complete and getting delayed to my work.
                          Customer care is helpless. I tried many days and holding the call more than 10 minutes but the response is all our customer care executives are busy attending other customers call. I could Lodge my complaint. Very very disappointed and dissatisfied.

                            My first company issued hdfc bank salary account, i left that company 1.3yrs back and hdfc charging me maintaince charge as 690 per month now negative balance in my HDFC salary account is -4754.07.
                            where as RBI doesnot allowed such a negative balance schemes.
                            These companies don't respect the RBI rules when RBI is not taking any action against this Comapny.
                            People will lose their faith on RBI too is it will continue..

                              My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my 2nd company 2012, So once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they THREATENS me to pay else CIBIL SCORE GO LOW.
                              PLS HELP ME HERE

                              After that i have no transaction from years i do not have a debit card (Lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason on september 2016 and i see that i have rs -6000 approx in my account.
                              As per RBI
                              I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer

                                My hdfc salary account was created in my previous organization. After changing the organization i had relocated to another state for a new job. Now, as i was not using the previous salary account, the bank without informing me converted my account to savings account.
                                Now, when i came back to kolkata, i visited the branch to close the account.
                                The bank representative was rude. When i tried to explain, they misbehaved. Though somehow i was able to submit the closure form with my previous company release letter. But till now after spending 12 days they did not took any action.
                                I am requesting you to please take action against the bank. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

                                  My name is Dinesh Bhatia. I took Education loan of amount 2, 16, 412 Rs.
                                  My monthly Emi is 2, 209 Rs. My mother is the co-borrower as she takes Defense Pension. We were not able to pay 2 months EMI i.e september month and current (October) month, as my mom was having some problem in her pension account she didn't received pension of sept month. We received call from Recovery Agents from [protected] on 12th October 2016 that you have not made the payment, my mom replied I didn't received my pension so right now I don't have the payment and I can pay on 28th of October 2016. But the agent was repeatedly saying you to pay on or before 15th October and that too harshly. My mom said I can pay on 28th october before this its impossible. Then they suggest lend money from someone else and pay, my mom said no one lends money at today's time. Then he passed the phone to fellow lady agent who was very rude and arrogant and have no manners to talk. She shouted you will have to pay on 15 oct 2016 . My mom said speak politely or i ll not talk and mom told the same think that before 28th October I cant pay. Mom also said I will give you my pension account cheque dated 28th october 2016. Then again she shouted and spoke rudely.
                                  Your recovery agents do not understand the problem and does not gives any solution .All they think is covering their targets.

                                  Now as per your e-mail your agents are and should be :-

                                  All the members of the staff or any person authorized to represent our bank in collection or/and security repossession would follow the guidelines set out below :
                                  a. You would be contacted ordinarily at the place of your choice and in the absence of any specified place at the place of your residence and i[censored]navailable at your residence, at the place of business/occupation.
                                  b. Identity and authority to represent would be made known to you at the first instance
                                  c. Your privacy would be respected.
                                  d. Interaction with you would be in a civil manner.
                                  e. Normally our representatives will contact you between 07:00 hours and 19:00 hours, unless the special circumstances of your business or occupation require otherwise.
                                  f. Your requests to avoid calls at a particular time or at a particular place would be honored as far as possible.
                                  g. Time and number of calls and contents of conversation would be documented.
                                  h. All assistance would be given to resolve disputes or differences regarding dues in a mutually acceptable and in an orderly manner.
                                  i. During visits to your place for dues collection, decency and decorum would be maintained.
                                  j. Inappropriate occasions such as bereavement in the family or such other calamitous occasions would be avoided for making calls/visits to collect dues.

                                  Point H.All assistance would be given to resolve disputes or differences regarding dues in a mutually acceptable and in an orderly manner.---- No resolution given just was tortured to pay on or before 15 oct 2016.

                                  We cant pay before 28th October 2016, and if any of you at HDFC understands consumer problem then mail me with resolution at my registered e-mail address during the time of loan application. And I want a strict action against the agents who spoke with my mom, they where not civil at all.
                                  Before also I received calls from you non civil recovery agents and same drama happened but this time I chose to report.

                                  I want a resolution asap and also what action you took against this two recovery agents.

                                      I am Sreejith NK, I had applied for an HDFC personal loan on 4 October 2016, with the loan id: [protected]. I got a verification call immediately but I didn't receive a call to schedule the pick up of documents. May I know why? the customer help methods described in the 'Smart Apply' site are also not working. How can I arrange for a call from HDFC Bank to schedule the pick up of documents?
