Sir I took a personal loan from HDFC Kakinada, East Godavari, Andhra pradesh with loan account number 22332228.

I cleared all of my instalments.

Today i got a phone call asking me to pay 300 rupees due.

when i asked for which month you are charging, the bank employ did not answer properly and threatened me to refer to CIBIL. I recorded the phone call
She threatened to Spoil my CIBIL scoring.

I wonder is this the way to behave with the customers.

If any dues are there give in writing the details, I will check with the receipts i have. after all everything is Electronic clearence only.
Such are the cheats of HDFC .
arrogant and Irresponsible behaviour by the staff (the Phone call is received at 5:30pm 17/11/2016)

    My name is lokesh
    I am having a regular saving account with HDFC. I can see that the HDFC bank has deducted Rs. 114.5 from my account under the name- Program management fee. What is this fee about? What is the program the bank is offering? The bank did not notify me earlier about any such fees. I did not opt for any service, hence to deduct customer's money without taking their consent is not lawful. I want this so called fee deposited back to accounts.

      मेरा चालू खाता ([protected])जो कि HDFC की शाखा ग्रेटर नोएडा अल्फा 1 में है आज में चेक के दुआरा कॅश निकालने गया तो बैंक मैनेजर ने मुझे केवल 10 हजार रुपये ही दिए बोला कि हमारे पास डिस्ट्रिक्ट मजिस्टेट का आर्डर है कि चालू खाता वाला को 10000 ही देना है जबकि रिजर्व बैंक की guidlines है कि 50000 देना । ये अपने मर्जी से नियम बना लेते है। इनके पास कैस नही होता श्याम को कैस आता है । इन पर कोई कार्रवाई करे

        I hate to write this complaints again.. These is my second complaint... recently i have raised one complaint against debited money from my account without any information.. HDFC Bank people are not responding for my complaints.. Why you people are debiting my money from my salary account.. I want my money back so please respond for this.. Recently i have seen that -390rs was in my account.. and some some money also debited from my account for Debit card charges from aug 2016, but i have taken my debit card in sep. so how you can cut money.. day before yesterday only i have credited 7000rs in my account, so from in that money that -360rs was debited.. See im fully irritated for this issue.. I cant bare any more charges...Now i need my money back and if any charges will be there in future i will definately close this account also.. Recently i thought to take credit card also.. but now i wont think to take credit card from HDFC Bank.. I wont.. Already two days gone.. So now immediately i want response from you HDFC bank.. Below you can see the attachement files.. My account details...

          I am not the customer of the bank.I have received an intimation thro sms to my cell [protected] by 4.24pm to-day acknowledging receipt of payment via[protected] towards loan No.20651991 for Rs.12629/ I don't know whether any amount has been debited from my account from my bank account standing in other banks. I am aged and moving is difficult and also could not verify with the banks due to the present existance.               I had a salary account in hdfc bank (Zero balance account) opened by the previous employer.
              Now, my current employer preferred me to open account in icici bank.
              So i could not able to maintain the hdfc account.
              On sep 6th, 2016 my friend transferred me rs.485 to my hdfc account (By mistake to hdfc account, as she had added this account as payee long before) for booking train to go native for an emergency.
              Hdfc bank had charged rs.485 for non maintenance of minimum balance on 8th sep, 2016.
              Now my current hdfc bank account balance is -4389.21.

              Please do needful to refund my 485 rupees and to close my hdfc account.

                Unitech cyber park gurgaon branch, refused to change old 500 & 1000 notes more than once in 15 days.

                Stating its an rbi rule.

                Such information is not displayed anywhere in/outside the bank. When asked to show such guideline, they deny & ask to check rbi website.

                Public get to know about this after standing in queue for 4-5 hrs.

                Exchange limit is 4, 500/day

                Hai, I have my salary account(savings account) in hdfc, I never used the current account as it wil not have money in it but from few days back its showing -57 in current account ..why is it showing negative balance? is there will be any loss if I ignore the negative balance.

                  Dear aditya puri,

                  This complaint is regarding my credit card.

                  You can check my credit card usage from last 2 months as i have completely stop using my credit card because of fake promises made by hdfc employee while providing me the credit card.

                  Fake promised made by hdfc employees :

                  - when the credit card was provided to me they said i am going to have emi option if i am unable to pay the amount.
                  - post purchase and bill payment i am imposed to penalties

                  I posted to rs 700/- penalty for the due amount of rs 1, 093/- for current month.

                  After this fake promises from leading bank i am forced to leave this bank with no option and i am never going to recommend this bank to anyone in my family & friends.

                  If you can do anything to me it would be great help and a last hope from you.

                        In dec 2014 i received a credit card from hdfc and after few day i received a call for activation. But that agent told me that i am bound to purchase an ergo policy worth rs 9001. He split this amount for 24 emi. He said it compulsory because if i die within 24 month bank will have 9001 rupees as backup. And he said if i will not claim anything using this policy i will get 9001 in my account. I called hdfc bank regarding it they denied for any refund.

                          15.11.2016 - this is regarding an incident that happened today with me which i have never expected from hdfc bank, kamothe branch (gchs, pratik gems compound, plot - 10 and 11, sec - 35, kamothe, navi mumbai - 410209)
                          I stood in the queue to deposit my 24000 rupees into my salary account for 45 minutes with my kid. during this entire period only one person was called in to deposit his money (such a long time for a simple deposit). after 45 minutes, they just closed the door on me and others waiting without any intimation.
                          Upon questioning the branch manager (chandrasekhar shinde) the reason for it.. he responded with all unusual answers like we have so many things, there is limits on deposits and so on.. i could tell they have not even served 15 people in the entire working day
                          Such a bad experience with the bank has never happened in the entire 8 years of my account. the employees of this branch are lazy and are not aware of the bank advertisements, policies or new schemes.. they just sit around all the day.
                          Please take immediate corrective action against the branch manager and employees at this branch.

                            I have taken HFDC accidental policy and now i want to cancel it, i contact HFDC Ergo and asked them to cancel my policy but now they asking that there will be 50 % cancellation charges, But at the time of policy sale they told me on recorded call that it will be free if you cancel policy within 15 days of documents handover to you, but now they are saying it will take 50 % money of my premium. Please i want to cancel my policy with full money refeunded.

Now I want reburtionment for the same but now they said the name on the policy is Hemant More but cheque send by me is by Hemant Vasantrao More so they could not process the reburtionment. If I want to change the name then I have to renuev policy. Otherwise they could not process.

                              My a/c no.[protected] in the name of m/s anupam medicales is in the branch office talwandi kota -324005 (rajasthan). a/c is linked with pan no.
                              Aegpc0548h. but in depositing cash a/c is showing not linking with pan. so cash cannot be deposited in the a/c. i contact in the branch and submitted my pan card copy again. they said this office again mailed the pan no. to head office and will be activated shortly. this time i am feeling much more difficultties in depositing my shop cash.
                              Therefore it is requested to look in to the matter and please activate my current account very shortly.

                                I did forget my credit card pin and unfortunately lost registered phone no. So i called customer care to block card permanently they suggest me to change phone no by application and pay all due and then customer care ll give you changed pin no. It takes long time to change phone no then i paid all my dues with interest within 3 month. Till then my card get permanently blocked (Which we can pay with interest in all other bank credit card) now i requests to customer care to restart my card but they are denying to restart and suggesting me to apply new one. Why should i apply new card? Why hdfc can't restart my card though i gave all verification data and paid all dues? If my card not going to start i could skip paying this amount.

                                    Hi, it's security breach for hdfc bank again... I got a message today morning mentioning rs 7019.33 deducted from my account. I got panic and all of a sudden i got a call from hdfc. He has informed my card got 2 swipeds from usa and he was confirming my location. This is a terrible experience.                                       Hdfc is a cheater. I had a salary account in kolkata. At that time, they assured me that my account is lifetime free even if on zero balance. If i also stop using it as salary accouont, they will treat it as zero balance savings account. Now, i moved to hyderabad and my current employer does not accept hdfc as salary account. So, i had to change. Now, the account also came to zero. Now, without informing or notifying or without any warning, they started charging me rupees 690/- per month for maintenance.

                                      They are biggest liars. At the time of opening accounts, they will tell you like anything just to sell their products but once you are in, they just forget you.

                                        Hi There,

                                        I am facing this bloody issue of getting my account forged where funds from my account have been deducted for some loan account which I do not even own.

                                        This is happening for the third time, the Bank promised me that I will not see any such transaction again. It has happened twice before and I have been chasing the bank officials like a fool each time for having alteration with my funds kept with Bank. The first time it happened was in July 2015 when I raised this with grievance cell.

                                        The bank is making fool out of customers by not using their money for desired purpose and its been 1.5 years I am struggling with this issue.

                                        I have raised this with the grievance cell (grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com), got no strict action in return.

                                        I did raise it with the PNO dept as well ([protected]@hdfcbank.com).

                                        Mr. Jitender Kumar, phn-(0) [protected] was taking care of this foolish case and I have no doubt in saying this man is good for nothing.

                                        I would request you now to please intervene into this case as the Bank is acting as a sleeping body here, misusing my money (amount in lakhs)for some loan account which do not belong to me.

                                        I would also plea for a compensation amount for this mental harassment case and would like to sue the bank for same.
