I have used this card since Jul/15, I have paid at least minimum due amount on every month before due date.

Due to some personal reason, I was unable to pay last month minimum due amount on time. But I have paid part payment of 2000Rs.

Today I got a call from your Rescue team from the following number (+91 [protected]), one lady...

I had a card with the limit of 27, 000 rs I used 27, 000rs .I have already paid amt . 11400

Now after 6 months when i have received the call from the bank they tell me that my outstanding amount is around 32, 000rs which i cannot pay . I spoke to a news channel they told me that i can ask the bank to tell me an amount where the interest and the excess charges are removed, But the bank will levy certain charges which shall...

Hi Team,

This is the third and final time I am writing on the same issue.

My debit card got expired a year back and till date I haven't received my new debit card even after applying for it which is very bad.

Second thing my address is changed recently and I had provided HR Letter as a proof to make the necessary changes but still did not receive any response.

I am seriously fed up chasing HDFC now for the same issue from past 8 days.

Issue :
I have booked a ticket from Jet Airways on 6th September 2016 from Bangalore to Jorhat of Rs 9332 using my HDFC Card.
Later on I cancelled the ticket from Jet Airways Site and Jet Has refunded RS 9182 (Excluding Rs 150 - which is convenience fee)....

I am using HDFC credit Card 5459********6245. On 10th Sep 2016 i made outstanding payment sucessfully thru my IDBI bank Netbanking.
payment was to be made by 10th Sep, so i made it before due date but to my Surprise Late fee charges imposed. despite the Value Date being 10th Sep, this is pure cheating.
also when i called customer service he told me i should have paid it earlier to avoid late fee.

We are contacting continue with customer support and they have generated a reference number as 1142634.
I was surprised to see that they have mentioned the disputed amount as RS. 3000. I again called to HDFC team to correct the amount. I don't know have they correct the disputed amount.

I have called HDFC bank to get my card settles as I have lost it.
They provided me a number to call to get it settled, but when i called the, it was an incorrect number, I called Bank again to get another number, but was asked to call the same number another day but still it says incorrect number.

At 3:43 am, I received messages from HDFC bank regarding transaction of Rs 44, 700 via debit card from my account. I had my debit card secured with me, still there have been illegal unauthorized transactions done from Kotak Mahindra, Sadar Bazar Gurgaon ATM.

I, myself have deposited 46000 in my HDFC Bank and they have deducted INR 1100 without any prior intimation. When I checked with customer care they are giving th reason for every 50, 000 deposit there will be charges of NR 50 but I have deposited only 46000 then there would be no charges for deposite. There is no answer for extra charges . Even the customer care service is pathetic I had to call three times and wait very long time to raise...

I have been getting continuous call from HDFC personal loan agencies even after i have continuously declined to take the personal loan offer. It has become a nuisance and would like HDFC management to put a stop.
