I checked my savings account and got to know that hdfc bank have deducted an amount of rs 100+service charge from my savings account.

I checked it thoroughly and got to know that banktaken it as programme management fee which is ridiculous and impractical. For what they are charging this as such they are giving some great service to customers.

What a bogus fee that programme management is? I am heard this for this first time and no other bank is charging. This is very unethical practice by hdfc bank, and there is no such criteria from rbi to charge for programme management.

If this amount is not debited back to me within a week, then i will be bound to close my account with immediate effect.

Not only me i will definitely close the account of my family members as well.

Request you to explain on this issue and withdraw such charges

Sir, I given my Adhar card to change the address, but till now from two month not get change of address.we feel the service of branch is worst of HDFC.I even inform to branch mgr.but no action & bank desk counseeler want some commission. This is the very bad position & now I will close the account.

    I Have hdfc credit card 489377XXXXXX2377. I registered this card in my HDFc net banking. Unable to view HDFC credit card transactions. When i click on View button to see transactions on credit card i am getting below message.

    Can you please help me to view my transaction details.

      On 15th October 2016 I noticed that Rs. 115 has been debited from my account as Program Management Fee for July - September'16. When contacted HDFC Bank I was told that the charges are levied by the bank to all PRIVILEDGED CUSTOMERS.
      The type of privilege services provided can be evaluated from below mentioned few lines.

      I asked for a check book for this I had to travel from Gurgaon to Delhi Mandakini branch at least 4 times and forms were filled 3 times by Relationship Manager and it took more than 6 months to deliver the cheque book.
      Another case for changing my correspondence address to Gurgaon is still pending though 4 times forms have been filled with Relationship Manager. More than 8 months have elapsed without any result.
      One can very well imagine the quality of service being provided by HDFC to privileged customers.

      I am with HDFC for almost over a decade and shocked to see such charges and debiting the amount without authorization is highly objectionable.
      I request HDFC management to revoke the charges lest they may loose many customers. Hope the better vision shall prevail.
      I request FORUM to take up the matter on behalf of poor ( privileged ) customers with HDFC Bank.

      I have sent the email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com giving all the information. Here it is worthwhile to add that on 15th October itself I tried to contact Relationship Manager to no avail. I sent an email also to him on 15/10/2016,

      There is no reply to my complaint from HDFC except that they are singing one tune that the HDFC is giving too many benefits to the preferred customers and you enjoy excellent services by them. My submission is that whatever they did was for business promotion and after many years they are charging money debiting from the accounts without authorization, which is highly objectionable. We are leaving money with them on faith and they can't debit money without our permission. Kindly take up the matter with HDFC as deemed fit.

          I have been using hdfc credit card from last 5 years and it was my worst decision ever in my life to have the hdfc bank credit card. I am being paying penalty charges through out these years without complaining. I almost paying 15 k minimum charges which is half of my salary and regularly paying finance charges averagely 2 k every month with interest 3.40 per month and yearly 40.8 per year which is more then 3-4 times for any kind of bank loan interest. Which is halt my personal growth and interrupt all my accomplish like home loan child insurance rd account and all.

          Mentioning above issues i was seeking help from hdfc seiner management to repay all my balance to get rid out of finance charges every month so i requested some finance charges levied off, but out of my expectation they have simply denied my request stating all charges are rightly levied and my card is not eligible for any kind of concession. Which deeply hurt to me. Also this is strength that my card is always eligible to increase the credit limit and they have increased the limit to near 2 lakhs from 75 in two times to get more revenue from customer like me.

          Anyway i am trying to overcome with my all financial issue and readying to repay all balance amount to avoid pay any further charges to hdfc hence after i will stop all my relation with hdfc bank and inform all my circle to be away from hdfc as much as possible. Thanks

            I am Vipul Mitra a senior IAS officer. I had purchased a policy in 1. Jan 2010 premium if 50000 was paid. Policy No 17132910. The policy was purchased through agent but I didn't pay premium after the first year.

            Recently I have been receiving phone calls from various people. One Mr Randhawa ph number [protected]. Then one Nitin Deshmukh. They told me to buy another policy of Sun Life and then they will link it with my existing policy and then I can get my money back otherwise not. Then another person Tyagi called. Said he is from head office and told me to pay 10000 for NOC after which they will process to refund. He said pay it to Club Matrix which is the fund dept of HDFC. I feel they are all trying to defraud. I AM PLANNING TO REGISTER POLICE AND IRDA COMPLAINT. but before that I am writing to u. Please refund my money that's what I want.                 What is PROGRAMMANAGEMENT FEE JUL-SEP16 121016? In this head, Rs. 115 has been deducted on 15-Oct-2016. I have not subscribed for any service.
                This charge has been deducted without providing any notification. Clarify and refund ASAP. I do not want to be part of any such program.

                Without consent of the customer, how can you deduct such amount from his account??

                    My account has been charged with "PROGRAMMANAGEMENT FEE JUL-SEP16 121016" for 115.00 on 15-Oct-2016. what is it for? I didnot subscribe for any new services. The services and it's fees will be imposed on customers without their consent. do revert it. else we will report to banking ombudsman. this is totally unacceptable.

                    I see several others has also lodged the same complaint on this site. Looks like i am not alone. Let us know why the bank is charging these without any prior intimation.

                      My name is Sunil Gurav. I joined a company in the year 2015 and that company opened my salary account in HDFC bank I left that job after few month because of personal reason. At that time my account balance was less than Rs.10, 000. It happend without any notification or SMS. And now i.e.after 1 years It is showing negative balance of more than 7000. I am totally shocked and worrying about the same.
                      Can You please suggest me any way that what should I do. Can it be waived or I will have to pay all these amount..

If we remove the charger pin from the machine and swipe the card machine automatically shut down and sometimes decline card messages occurs.                           What is it for?

                              Hi,

                              I have submitted the form for opening of new account in the name of my huf in the shopping mall, phase i gurgaon branch in the second week of september but account was not opened even after 1 week. The form was submitted to mr. Kuldeep pandey from that branch. After enquiring to mr. Kuldeep i came to know that 1 sign wass missing. I have again submitted the duly signed form in the last week of septmeber. But still account was not opened and when i called mr. Kuldeep for enquiring non openeing of a/c he said, we donot open account with balance of rs. 10, 000. When i said that min. Balance reqt. Is rs. 10, 000 than he promised that account will be opened in 3-4 days but still i am awaiting my account to opened.

                              Despite of repititive calls i am not getting any response.

                              This kind of services are not expected from hdfc bank which year after year is getting best consumer award.

                                For what reason is this hdfc charging management fees. There is absolutely no intimation and I haven't even been given any information from hdfc's end

                                And they come out with random fees like program management fees. Every year they create a new set of fees to add to the alrerady existing troubles they cause by Levying frivolous charges like ATM withdraw failed and charge Rs. 28 multiple times. This has happened not once but multiple times in the past and they solve it once but it happens so often it's so hard to track.

                                Tell me what j need to do. I am exasperate and i really need you to do a refund before I raise a request on my pending issues of which I have been mainly troubled by this ATM withdraw fail and now this program management fee

                                I have HDFC card and my amount is get deducted without any proper region . i want my money back. They is not a way to deduct amount from any account .

                                  Please credit eligible discounts offer to the payments made thro credit card
                                  in 08/16 & 09/16 for Air tickets to and fro Singapore and puchases made in Singapore in SGD for 188 & 1000 on 14/09/16 & 15/09/16 for which HDFC Credit Card had charged Rs2061.44 as FCY markup fee on 13/10/16 vide card statement dated 13/10/16.

                                  I have booked air ticket t and fro Singapore on 25/08/16 for Rs. 17959/- Also paid Hotel Stay for SGD 188 on 14/09/2016 and bought goods worth SGD 1000 in Singapore on 15/09/16 for which FCY Markup fee of Rs.20612.44 has been charged on 13/10/16 in my credit card statement No. [protected] dated 13/10/16. But no discount credit was given as per offer in force. want immediate discount credits.

                                    I purchased policy from HDFC LIFE for which i got 2 mails but didnt got any policy documents. i already complaint many times to customer care but they are not responding positively. there are many things fishy actually. firstly wrong contact no, secondly i got cal that your loan is sanctioned against policy. even policy has not been recieved but loan people got that documents. kindly help me to got my policy or refund my amount.

                                      i sourav kumar emp. code-105193 had worked in HDFC bank as branch COEX in chaibasa branch(2833) from 3rd december 2012 to 17th of may 2013. i resigned from your bank and got a copy of resignition letter from branch manager. My F&F settelment was done but i did not got any reliving lettet hardcopy or soft copy. i urgently need reliving letter or experience letter.

                                        Very unfair and fraud bank - hdfc bank. I checked my account and found deduction of rs. 115 for the period july to september, 2016 and that is for deduction of program management fee. What type of fees is this... No intimation from bank for such deduction, no news highlight.. It is clear to close the account in hdfc bank. Even i will suggest every body to close account in hdfc bank.
