I am mr. Soumen de, an icici a/c holder make a transaction in your hdfc atm mechine (Id no-s1awbg04, rmv extention branch, new bel road) of rs 7300.00. Due to some server problem the amount was deducted from my account but it was came from the atm mechine. My icici atm card no is[protected] and icici a/c no is[protected].. Please sort out the problem along with icici bank so that i can get the amount as soon as possible.

    Very poor branch and the senior staff are worst. I have been working in this branch from past few months and have noticed that there is no value and image of the staff working there. I can't disclose my identity because i know if i do this then my seniors are not enough fair to understand the concern which i will be mentioning below... I'm simply continuing my frustration and anger and i think i have a strong reason for mentioning my complaint.
    My main motive of writing this complaint is branch manager's non co - operative behave towards staff. He himself doesn't know about the terms and conditions of the bank, then how would he become branch manager. He doesn’t know how to behave with the staff (Always speak in “tu - tadak”, kaha ja raha hai / rahi hai, always speak in loud voice and sometime i feel like to say that he is just a pain for all who are working here in hdfc). He is completely a non professional man. He is always non co-operative and wants us to according to him only. We feel like a slave while working in hdfc. If i personally say then he is a prejudice. He always takes a side of a person (Only sometime) whom he likes a lot and he always wants everyone to work according to him.
    We all know that he is our senior but i believe that we all are not his servants. Though, i know no one will speak or admit in front of him about his behavior and would even try to speak against him not even i would but today i believe that i have to do this………and yes one of the important thing is that he always makes everyone to go home late and lie down to work as per his requirement.
    If i talk about office timings then i regret to say that we have to be present at our office by the time our senior wants but we do not have timing to go back home. Nobody gets appreciation when they comes early and go home late but yes everyone get a huge lecture when they comes late even for one minute. Secondly, there is only an incentive policy for the sales person and for rest they have a big nothing. Many times we have been ordered to go for a meeting even after official hours. The main concern which i have noticed is that, there is no cab facility for the staff, even for girls. It clearly shows that once the staff put their step out of the office premises, then the organisation keeps no responsibility for anyone. I have seen girls going home a late night sometime by 9 pm and we all are mature enough to understand how the girls feels going alone late night in the city where we guys are not even safe. Organisation should have some time limit for the girls. It is even written on rbi guidelines and even in hdfc that the office timing are till maximum 6.30 pm. Being a boy we could mange sometime but for girls, i believe they should go home on time. I have even noticed outsiders discussing about timing issues and even discussed with me about all such things. Two of the old lady literally asked me that (Yaha ladkiyo ko itni der tak kyu roka jata hai?) and i had nothing to answer them. But in the protection i said ma’am, due to official work they have to work for longer and sir trust me, they just laughed at me. I felt so bad and helpless.
    Everyone knows that hdfc is the one of the biggest organization in the growing world and there should be even must have some helping hand for the employee too. We all have some commitments towards our family but i personally believe that we are worth less for our family. Earning money is not enough to support our family. We should be physically there when our family needs us. We spend more time at our office than our home but it is getting very hectic to work in such a poor atmosphere where we have no one to understand our situations / feelings. We feel like slaves who are working for getting paid and we work as per the bosses requirement and go back only when boss want us to go.
    We all personally went to our hr (Individual session) and found no solution. I have even noticed that hr doesn’t even bother to look in to the situation and no one solved the way for us. Hr said, for any help and support go to branch manager and the branch manager said he can’t help us and we need to speak to the management. I do not understand where we would actually find the way to get our problem resolved.in our branch (Cr park) we do not have our alternates for the work and if we speak to our branch manger to provide us the alternate, we usually get revert that we have small branch so go ahead with the same.
    I would like to share my suggestion that if company is arranging an individual session for employees then we should also understand their each and every concern. After all employees gives their 100 percent to the company then why not the company understand their situations
    Being a responsible citizen i did not find things going good in hdfc and seriously i love my organisation and doesn’t want anyone speak bad about hdfc. I am expecting the way out and want support from our senior management. I would request to all senior staffs to please look in to the matter and make your employees to feel good and supportive. Hope i have not offended anyone by the thing i have mentioned above. Hope the problem will get resolved soon.

    A bangalore based real estate company issued 100s of cheques to customers as refund.All the cheques are bouncing with " No Fund ' remarks.Still the bank is issuing 100s of leafs and allow happily to issue 100s more.
    What about your control mechanism, ethics as bank.

      I received a call from delhi for HDFC Super Income Plan. They claimed that they are employees of HDFC Life, but later understood when I received the policy that they were from Probus Insurance Broker Limited.

      I had take Rs. 100000 policy (payment to be made for 8 years)) on 20th May 2016, and been promised following things during taking the policy:

      a) Pension - INR 3500 every month from August 2016 till 16years.
      b) 40% discount on the policy amount for all 8 years (because of disability clause).
      That means he will have to pay only INR 60000 (for 8 years).
      c) Revisionary Bonus of INR 30000 for all 16 years.
      d) All medical bills and medical claims of all 4 family members attached to this policy.
      e) Money back on INR 112500 (from 8th year to 16th year - every year)

      I have received only Welcome letter, which does not have any of the above benefits mentioned in it.

      Probus Insurance Broker Limited people kept on promising me dates till 4 months saying you will receive all benefits in next 15 days. But that date dint arrive. And finally I came to know that they were fraud people and say anything to lure the customer to take policy.

      We invest in HDFC Life company thinking reputed companies dont cheat their customers. But HDFC Life is not taking any responsibility of their brokers. And even not ready to refund a single amount. Inspite of knowing their brokers talk all fake benefits to customers they continue to keep them and cheat all customers.

          I have Apply for HDFC credit card, I have received after 2 months. Also, There is the mistake by your Authorities to update e-mail Id on your database. I have fill in form [protected]@hotmail.com, But your Authorities add AVAN.[protected]@hotmail.com. Unfortunately, I have registered for E-statement. So I am not able to see my statement.
          When I want to change my E-mail ID, Your Phonebanker say that I have download request form from the site...

Message received on my mobile number [protected]. Order is not placed by me then why amount is debited from my account. Also showing the sbi debit card last number 3336. And rs.4000 debited from my account on 22nd oct'2016 against pos [protected] at one97 communication lt txn #359701. This order is not placed by me at all then why the amount is debited from my account. Message is received on my mobile number [protected]. Paytm has provided us the following information regarding the account details of hdfc bank in which the amount was transfered. Kindly follow the details.             This complaint is about HDFC bank's inefficient systems and processes.

            Unfortunately I did 10005 Rs. IMPS transfer to wrong ICICI account. I entered correct account name and IFSC code though. HDFC netbanking website didn't validate beneficiary's IFSC Code and Account Number.

            It took IFSC Code of ICICI account that is in Mysore and Account number of ICICI account that is in Mohali. The account to which I transferred money is in dormant state and account holder is unreachable.

            I Visited nearest HDFC branch in Bangalore to request refund. Bank said only home branch(Which is in Hyderabad) can initiate the process. I talked to home branch manager who was helpless. Then I talked to customer care and they said they can't help. They told me that there is no process to initiate refund process. They asked me to write an email to [protected]@hdfcbank. Its been over a month since I made the transfer. I'm fed-up walking/talking to HDFC bank.

            Is there any way that I could get my money back?

                Staff is not clear about the process.
                Phone bankers disconnect the call in between.
                When emailed they say, call @ customer care. When called at phone banking they said email us.
                Courier they sent, returned back with no intimation or call.
                All phone bankers say different things.

                There is a refund pending of amount 1 lac 13k since August and it's now 26th Oct now that my payment is still not refund.
                Wrong payment done becoz of phonebankers misguide.

                Phone banker said Draft sent finally after more than 50 followups on 11th Oct But It's been 15 days still pending.

                I need the money very urgently, my family is stuck bcoz of funds. I am taking money on interest and suffering.

                When HDFC need the payment, they charge finance chargeds and late fee of around 18% plus taxes.
                They can do anything But customer has to wait for months for payment... BS

                  I have HDFC Credit Card, I placed a request to update my phone number on 3-Oct, because my old phone number was closed and hence want to update so that I can use the services. There was no update hence I called them on 22-Oct and the customer care executive informed that call back after 3 working days, we have received your request. Now I called them back on 25-Oct, the executive informed that the request was rejected on 4-Oct because of signature mismatch on 4-Oct itself. Now why this information was not provided to me on 22-Oct when I first time called to check the status. Further, the executive informed we tried to reach you on phone and you were not contactable, they tried to reach me on my old phone number and it was not reachable as closed they didn't even bothered to update me through my registered email or communication address, the billing statements are sent on email why this information was not updated on registered email that the request has been rejected, I enquired and was told as per procedure we will contact on the phone, what a great experience and standards are being set by the bank. they are making sure to convert a customer to a dis-satisfied and dont use the services. are there not standard process and procedures for the bank to prevent such issues for customer, if I dont make payment will not bank try to reach me on email or come to my residence or they will just keep trying to reach me on my disconnected phone, why only 1 way street where we say consumer is king

                      My Personal banker / Relationship Manager name is Nishith Parekh having contact number as[protected].

                      When He called me one month ago, regarding Classical banking privilege, I asked about any charges for the same. He told me that there is no charge for Classical banking.

                      On date 15 Oct 2016, I was charged PROGRAMMANAGEMENT FEE JUL-SEP16, and as per our call conversation he ask me to check details for the charges and after some time

                      Revert back that this charges will be refund to me in 1 or 2 days time.

                      Now it has been more than 10 days but my charges are not revert back and also every time when i called him it cost me 10 rupees as our conversation go on for 5 minutes.

                      I kindly request you to revert my charges that is 115 Rs. and 85 rs as per call bearing charges.

                      I also want to mention than i don't want any benefits of classical banking mention below. I am happy with my simple saving account.

                      1) Waiver o[censored]p to 25% on locker rentals
                      2) Preferential pricing for forex, loans, Demat, Debit Card and many other transactions
                      3) Waiver of non-maintenance charge of average monthly balance (AMB)
                      4) A dedicated Personal Banker (PB) / Relationship Manager (RM)
                      5) Unlimited free usage of ATMs in India, both own and other bank

                      So Please credit 115+85 = 200 rs to my account.

                      And i also want to give feedback to your service, day by day your service is becoming pathetic, my account is 10 years old but I never experienced this type of service from you end.

                      In case if you are not able to credit this amount let me know that so I can close this account and get rid of this mess.

                      I also want to change my relationship manager.

                        I am getting calls from hdfc team atleast twice in a week for outstanding payment. Calls are made from [protected].

                        I do not have hdfc account or hdfc cards. I repeatedly told them but still they don't stop. They are asking for rahul. I am not sure who this guys is. This is going for past couple of months. My bank people told this could be from someone who is trying to hack your data and not to reveal anything. I am little bit concerned.

                        Request to look into it.

                            This complaint is not resolved as your records show. The same old pathetic reply from them as they cannot reduce the amount even for a regular customer for nearly 7 years now

                            Hdfc bank always charges high rates for return cheque charges i have raised this issue many times but it is the same pathetic reply from them.

                            I have lost rs 1200 now due to this and they keep reducing this charge automaticcaly when money gets credited.
                            I want action to be taken on this as the amounts are high for a working person.

                              I had made an online payment of rs 2192 through the property tax portal of greater chennai corporation (Property tax bill ac[protected] on 22oct2016 at 1700 hrs. The amount has got debitted to my savings account of hdfc bank (Cust id[protected] but not credited to the greater chennai corporation account even after 3 days. I have been repeatedly following up with hdfc bank, but have still not received any response on the status. I undertsand that hdfc bank has put the payment on hold for some verification checks which i have provided, but still not credited the same to greater chennai corporation. A penalty should be imposed on hdfc bank for the same.

                                    I have some credit card payment issue since January 2016 & was regular in touch with my RM & main issues are as follows
                                    # Is it crime to ask ROI calculation to HDFC? If not then why HDFC is not giving information to customer?

                                    # I have requested HDFC pl explain me how you are calculating (a) Finance charges (b) Late fee etc.
                                    # Which amount is applicable for ROI?
                                    # ROI is applicable on Purchase above card limit or applicable on balance payment from statement?
                                    # Some times HDFC says ROI is 1.19% pm, some time 1.93% pm? Which is true?
                                    # HDFC is calculating rate of interest 3.4%pm means yearly means 40.8% per year. I donot understand ROI calculation “ outstanding amount x3.4%pm x12m x no. of days)/ 365”. Maybe tax calculator knows this.

                                    # HDFC is giving only 6% ROI on my balance in account?

                                    I have received more than 100 calls from HDFC but NO one is able to explain the calculation.
                                    I wrote to HDFC that, I am ready to pay the amount which is as per bill of July 2016, where I have paid rs.105000 & balance rs. 35000/-
                                    But no one explain the calculation to their valued customer.

                                    I wrote many times to Mr. Pramod Nair Manager - Correspondence (Chairman & MD Cell) But No positive response.Then I wrote to Respected Deepakh Parekhji 2-3 times but no feed back.
                                    I had lodge complain to Grahak Sukarsha, but no feed back.

                                    Then I went personally to HDFC bank, Credit Card dept, Bund Garden Branch, Pune on October 17, 2016, met Mr. Imran sheikh main incharge for credit card, he also can not explain me the calculation, Then I told him, as per well come kit, it as 3.4% pm means yearly 40.8%. I have asked him how you can charge 40-42 % per year. He told me that yes credit card interest is like that & just like BANIYA KI DUKAN, SAWAKARI KHATA?Then he told me that he will collect all my statement from Oct.2015 till date & will depute Mr. sameer Kharade to my residence to explain. But he never came up nor informed me any thing.

                                    Mr. Nilesh Ghorpade was not interested to meet me but he always wrote mails to me for payment ONLY.

                                    Then HDFC had blocked my Rs.35000/- in my saving bank account with HDFC?

                                    IS RBI OR FINANCE MINISTERY AUITHORISE TO CHARGE SUCH A HUGE 40 – 42% ROI TO CUSTOMER WHILE BANK GIVES ONLY 6% ROI ON SAVING ACCOUNT? CAN BANK BLOCK MY MONEY IN SAVING ACCOUNT WITH SANE BANK (HDFC) WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE NOR PERMISSION?
                                    I HAD NEVER SIGNED SUCH DOCUMENT WITH HDFC?

                                    IF SO THEN WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BANKS & SAWAKARI KHATA?

                                    I have sent & requested Mr. Pramod Nair to give me (a) interest calculation, how it is calculated in excel sheet all statement from oct.2015 to july 2016. But till date I have not received any feed back from him. (b) pl look in to & instruct some one to fill excel sheet & send to me. I am ready to pay rs.35000/-
