I had ordered a laptop a laptop from amazon on 4th april 2016 using hdfc debit card and i am eligible for a cashback of 2000 rs. Amazon sent a mail on july 31st telliing the cashback has been issued. But hdfc customer care personnel told that they have added 2000 cashback points manually to my debit card account and i need to redeem it.

I went for credit card settlement and paid all the amount mentioned in the settlement letter. But the card status is not closed in my cibil reports.

I am repeatatively following with bank to resolve the credit card issue but they are not responding to my mails and no solution over the call.

This credit card transaction is blocking my financial plan and i can't apply for any credit card...

I had submitted a cheque in hdfc bank kengeri for clearing. But the cheque was bounced due to insufficient funds in the issue's account. It's already a week and i have not got the cheque still. I have received a call from hdfcsec saying tht there is some power down &due to that i am unable to login to hdfcsec for 3.5 valuable hrs of a trade day.
