I had a credit card of hdfc bank, i had been using this from last 3 years, i want to do the settlement of my card, i got a call from hdfc bank after than they stopped contacting me, i want a call back from settlement team, before some time i called to hdfc back also they had a discussion with me but again i did not received any call back from there end, after some days i will be moving to jaipur than i will not be able to do settlement also than after there is no point contacting me, same thing i have shared with the back executive but he has not done any help in that case. When i did not have i received so many calls everyday like 5 or 6 times and they were negotiating with me on the amount, when i have arrange the settlement amount after discussing with hdfc back executive no body is contacting very strange and unique kind of service by hdfc back, when customer do not want to pay every one is calling the time customer is ready to pay, no body is communicating. Really surprise with there services and there work environment no words to say, by the way this is my last mail to do the settlement other wise do not call me ever.

I am getting deduction under "ADHOC STMT CHGS INCL ST & CESS 300916" category on 6 Oct 2016.

My account no. [protected], Perungudi, Chennai.

I'm not sure why this amount has been deducted from my Salary account. Also, there was no reference No. mentioned in the statement.

    On September 21, 2015 Rs. 1000 deducted from my savings account for SIP Investment stating "MC ISSUED FOR SIP GAJUWAKA[protected][protected]" in the account statement from HDFC Bank Limited, Gajuwaka. Neither I was been provided any folio / documents nor the next month amount deducted from account. I filled the closure form after two months and I was given assurance that my amount will be reimbursed. But its been a year and the amount has not been reimbursed.

    Mr. KVS Prasanth from HDFC Bank Ltd., Gajuwaka reached me over phone. He listened to my issue and resolved it within an hour. He is the "Best Banker" I have met till now. I recovered my belief on HDFC Bank Ltd. again. Thank you Mr. KVS Prasanth. Bankers like you will take your bank up undoubtedly.

    OK. For the last time I will write to you at your email specified above. But it was not expected from HDFC bank. My perception has changed for HDFC bank from a customer friendly bank.

    I raised an complain related to the deduction of Rs. 1000 every month to HDFC Balanced Fund, HDFC bank for intercity ECS paid to HDFCMF CAMS:6009362:CAMS private limited
    From 06-Feb with cheque no 702548 by raised a complain at Angel broking I received that detail that it was an SIP of HDFCMF Balance fund. With my name - Hemlata to HDFC- Balanced fund (G[protected]/93

    And before starting this deduction I didn't received any email or any Document at my address
    D-226 New Ashok Nagar, Delhi 110096

    Now I want to know the details that:

    1. What is my customer ID and it's password?

    2. My which mobile number is registered with you?

    3. What's my ID which you have register with you?

    4. HDFC bank is not assisting me related to these issue. And If you guys were not able to share these details over mail then please send me hardcopy at my residence address??

    Please see the each and every attachment to go through at this issue, I hope it help you.
    Because now I am fully frustrated with you guys. You are not providing me any proper details. After these if my issue is still not resolve from you. Then finally I am going to file a case against you cheaters.

    Note: Still if you require any further details related to these then please contact me and resolve these issue as soon as possible. Without wasting my more time.

    As of now I have locked a complain to my CITI bank to stop that deduction from my account. That's why in November you are not able to deduct that amount because I have already withdrawn my current balance from CITI bank account from where you were deduction Rs. 1000 every month.

    Now assist me in a better way because no one is helping me, every one was saying we were not able to assist you, contact to your bank, to the angel broking, to HDFC bank to CAMS private limited.

    Where I can go now tell me to get these details.

    I have no issue to continue that Plan but alteast provide me the complete details. So I also mentally think positive about my saving amount.
    It's feel like that blindly I was giving you a pentaly of Rs. 1000 without having any proof. In future how can I withdraw that amount. How can I say that yes it was my saving.

    I hope that you are understanding the pain I am feeling now because of your mistake.

      My account has been debited of rs - 69390.56, in spite of my prior information that this amount is not being used by me through credit card. I did not get any response from your side.
      Your customer call center has technical or deliberate problem, as when i made a call. After taking input it is getting disconnect without connecting with individual.
      So this is very wrong to make a one way to register the complaint.

      Request you please arrange to credit my this debited amount, otherwise i have to adopt legal way. My telephonic identification is [protected]

        Two years back I was informed by HDFC representative regarding “Health Insurance Policy” for two years and end of the maturity period I will get the refund amount; this was a special offer only for me. I recognized in between that the information given was wrong so I just cancelled the policy then too I got a call from HDFC representative told me the same information and made me cancel the request.

        Now the policy is about to get expired and I got a call again and told me to register another policy so I will get refund for first policy so I did. And presently no information regarding refund when I enquired also the representative gave her personal number to contact her if I need any clarification but that number is not valid.

        I am using HDFC account for more than 5 years and maintaining very good account balance, RD, FD, , , But I am totally disappointed now also I had a plan to open a demat account and I already gave request but I cancelled it now due to very bad service. I am planning to close this account as soon as practicable.

        Can you also please refer what details have been filed for my policy cancellation in between and why did I withdrew my request immediately. I hope if you check this you can easily understand what is going on internally.

        I don’t know what’s going on with this HDFC, they crazy. I’m totally disappointed about my policy and gave complaint but I’m getting call from HDFC representatives to renew the policy.

        I am totally disturbed, not even able concentrate about my work. I am getting minimum 8 to 12 calls per day from hdfc for their marketing. If I say no everyone are asking reason and no one is cutting the call till they hear my entire story.

        Anyone from HDFC please take action on this and respond me as soon as possible if not I don’t have any option rather than approach the banking ombudsman or other officials.

          I applied for HDFC Business MoneyBack Credit Card as on 23rd of sept 2016, First I got message from HDFC Bank after a few days one Bank executive came at my shop for verification and at last after 13 to 15 days I checked the status showing me Disapproved? Without any communication, Directly Dissaproved.
          Why?

          I gave all the valid documents.

          I confirmed my all the details with bank

          HDFC Bank Executive visited my showroom and verified all my details, than why my CC Application is getting dissaproved.

          I confirm to all the public, HDFC Bank that I am easily elligible for Credit Card, There may be some missunderstanding with BANK so I am getting dissaproved.

          I am the owner o[censored]ttam Toys(TM).

          Our showroom is Located in the Rajkot city of Gujarat state, India

            I was said that the complete settlement amount was 69, 000/- in the month of july 2016, and your person or manager gave me the option of 6 emi, later on mr kiran comes into picture in august 2016 and says that's not possible.
            Because of the negligent behavior of your team mate i'm loosing 40, 000/- and i won't pay for his negligence. I am ready to do the settlement in 70, 000/- in 3 emi.

              I have been with hdfc credit card department from past 3 months...No solution has been rwceived allthey was cut my calls...they sent a collection agent Mr Atul Parmar at my premise without my knowledge for payment...Want raise consumer complaint against this...this has been very harrassing..Call records are avaible which shows the customer care and the collection cutting the call without any knowledge...I spoke Mr Namdev Jagtap from andheri branch who also has addressed my problem...I have been thru mental trauma becoz of this...time and again i have been telling them i am ready to pay...but still all they ans is call customer care ...

                  Hi I am Rakesh jain my AC is in Hdfc bank they lock my AC without any information to me and I update my kyc document also last 15 days they are fiving me new excuses... all staaf mebmers and branch mangers also they are not talk to me Becoz I complants that branch befote and I also closed my AC in Hdfc bank and that deposit money is not received till now to me Plzz help god and axtivate my AC soon other wise I will complant to court and legal noticed to bank that u are fraud bank and I will share it all over the India...
                  I will close my all AC in the bank and also inform to my friedns relatives and all India to closed uR AC in Hdfc bank and very disappinting to servise provided by Hdfc bank at cg road brach... and their are some persons they are not knw hot to talk to their customer also... bas unko edhar se udhar gumane Ka Kaam Karte Hai ...

I was share with them.then they told me my credit card number ccv number also my debit card number and ccv number. I have a doubt. So I told them Then he was answering Me that I m calling from Hdfc bank and they send me OTP number on my cell. And my cell message coming from Hdfc bank . So I trust on him. But after some time 9990/- ruppes deduct from my account no:- [protected] on behalf of www Account FreeCharge in. Send SMS on my mobile no [protected]. So please investigate on this matter and clear this matter

                      Sir I am employee in Vijaya bank post of peon I need a personal loan my financial problem I am in very trouble by private finacer I have paid interest monthly my salary is 15000 five thousand per month paid to finacer. My bank are not gave me second loan only OD limit I have used OD limit. But my wife last time very ill by infection. My wife medical problem I had applied in HDFC bank bank customer care told me that four class employee are not eligible for this personal loan. But not gave me a loan so requested to you any guidelines or any govt guidelines in bank that the four class employee are not eligible for this loan .

                          I bought two prepaid gift cards from hdfc bank through netbanking on

                          Till today i haven't received the above cards. Even i have raised a complaint # mumc[protected] but no res. Ponse from them.

                          Moreover i didn't receive acknowledgment email on my purchasing.

                              My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account.
                              Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me).
                              After leaving the old company i never logged in to my account through net banking. Now it's showing me negative balance in the account.
                              Where should i approach to close this without paying any amount now. Please help.

                                Applied to top up however, got stopped fir credit card team for an unknown outstanding amount even after clearing all dues by april 2016.. Very annoying and everytime experiencing a vey bad service from HDFC. Hard to keep the trust with bnk.. Falling in distressful situation bcoz of a sudden and unexpected incidents.. Stressed out bcoz of this and hampering usual way of getting a service as required.

                                  On 3rd oct There is a false transaction happened in Debit Card.

                                  Rs. 57.50rs have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction. Today i.e. on 4th oct morning when i visited an nearest ATM I came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing to use HDFC Bank because i feel my money is not secure enough. Tried contacting your customer service but no one answered.
                                  Kindly look into this case and get it resolved ASAP.

                                      I cancelled my flight tickets booked through makemytrip app, i did payment with the help of my hdfc debit card, card no.-[protected], i got the refund of rs.2098, but the actual money refunded by makemytrip is rs.4100. I didnt get the other 2000. Please refund it as soon as possible as i urgently need the money as a student. I am attaching a message given by makemytrip —
                                      Refund amount of inr 4111 for makemytrip booking id nf[protected] has been processed to card holder pankhi rani borah, hdfc bank card with last four digits 8530. Amount will reflect in your account in 3 working days if your issuer bank is private or sbi, else may take up to 12 working days. Makemytrip unfortunately has no influence on these timelines post refund is processed. Thank you.
