Hi,

My name is anand kumar. I had a salary account in hdfc bank but when i left my earlier job, after sometime it got converted into saving account. I then needed to maintain minimum balance of rs 10000. They started charging me for not maintaining that minimum balance in-spite ii was not using it. But as far i know, according to rbi regulation bank cannot deduct from a dormat bank account. Now i am bind to open account in hdfc bank as per requirement of the new company i am working in.
Please help me checking this wrong practice this bank is carrying out.

    Dear team,

    Iam holding the dmat account with hdfc bank opened in 2015 and inoperative since 1 year but deducting the annual charges, i requested them to close the account on 08nov2016 but replied that mail has to be sent from the registered mail id, i am requesting the same through registered mail id only but they are not accepting my request with the same reason. Recently i contacted the dp operation team in hyderabad and realized that "at the time of account opening they wrongly updated my mail id and requested them to change the same on immediate basis after regular followup done the same.

    Once again i initiated the account closure to the dp team but they said due amount has to be paid to close the account.

    My question is" wrong mail updation was done at bank end and additionally charges levied and i have been following up the same since one year".

    Please look into this matter on priority, please close the dmat account and waive off the charges levied on account.

      My name is mohammed akber. I have taken a personal loan from hdfc bank the loan amount is 2 lakhs rupees. And i pay monthly emi to repay my loan i pay 5865 monthly emi and if i fail to make the payment on time, i pay the emi amount with the late fee charges. And if i fail to pay the emi amount i get a lot of calls from bank employees or bank employess will come at my home. My parents will attend all the calls which i get from hdfc bank regarding the late payment or whoever comes at my home from the bank my parents do attend them. Inspite of attending all the calls from hdfc employees or attending the persons who come at my home, these hdfc bank employees calling to my friends as i gave the surety of my friends and harassing them a lot and trying to defame me and my family. When my parents and i attending all the calls from hdfc bank answering to their queries. I still dont know why they are harassing my friends and trying to defame me. I seriously need a help regarding this because my family members are suffering a lot from theses guys. I hope you will help me out.

        I have sent a mail on 17/11/2017 stating

        11 nov 2017 pos 541919xxxxxx5121 sams pharmacy pos debit 042877 11 nov 2017 641.00 17, 421.06

        The above transaction failed and i didnt even get a customer copy and i had to pay cash... I want to dispute the above transaction.. Since i have already paid.

        For which i get a amazing answer asking for a void slip from hdfc customer care officer mr. Nethaji sabapathi
        I guess i have clearly told that i did not get any slip, not even customer copy

        Please look into the issue and get it refunded

          Hi!

          Following the advice from mr. Karthickraja, financial advisor, at hdfc bank branch k. K. Nagar, chennai, i invested some money in sovereign gold bonds,
          A life insurance policy, and a few mutual funds more than an year back. Following his advice again, i opened a demat account with hdfc securities
          And made more investments. I have been requesting him to get the initial
          Investments to dematerialise. For the last few months, he has made me run from pillar to post. I have submitted request letters, copies of my pan card, and other supporting documents more than once. Each time he comes up with an excuse saying that the documents are lost, or misplaced, or he forgot to get my signature at one place, or there is a signature mismatch. Till now he has been holding on to the funds/bond/policies in physical form
          Along with all my papers and has repeatedly failed to dematerialise the
          Investments. Please help.

            Dear team
            I am really shocked about the services of hdfc credit card. I am using the card since last year but recently i am facing some bad impression.
            Initial my limit was 30000.
            Everymonth before due date i am paying good with extra amount. But previous month thay have reduced my credit card limit 30k24k... How can be possible...?
            And after that they are taking a lot of charges absurdly contious.
            I request them a lot of times but did not get any satisfied reply from them.
            So i request consumer care team to do needful for me and please take a strong step against the hdfc credit card team.

We take this opportunity to clarify that, the credit limit on your card account has been revised with effect from 27/09/2017 basis the credit limit assessment which is periodically done by the bank as per internal parameters / guidelines on card usage. We wish to clarify that we are currently unable to review the credit limit assigned on your card. We wish to assure you that the limit assigned on the credit card is reviewed periodically based on usage and payment pattern on the card account.             But i am not satisfied with your reply.U have given a credit card that means it is not that any time you will do anything...!
            If have to to given the time line to pay the amount..But you did it suddenly.Which is not ok..After that for that sudden amount you have taken also overlimit chages...!

              I lost my old sim, i had updated my new phone nos in my saving account.
              Request for linking new number with credit card has been given 3 times in last 14 months, to mr rupesh who is handling credit card dept.
              But till now no positive feedback.
              My credit card was reissued on 06/16 till now it is unutilized.

                I am using your service since 3 years having account number [protected]. But yesterday, my money 104.64 rs got deducted from my account showing as 3rd party cash txn including gst.. What is this man?? Why did you deducted from my account. Are you peoples making fool to customers...??
                Kindly refund my hard earned money back to my account.. Else i will be closing this account, and will move to some other bank... Why this nonsense type of work you people doing to fool the customers.. I would never suggest any one to use your service any more, in case my money not refunded...

                  I had applied for a personal loan around 3 days back and provided all the required documents. However it looks my loan application has not been initiated yet since i haven't received any sms which we normally get as an update.

                  Also when trying to contact with loa processing officer, there seem to ignore the calls and not picking up after seeing the number.

                  I smell something fishy and wanted to make sure that my documents are not misused.

                  Also if the delay is deliberate, i am sorry to say that the service has deteriorated over a period and this is my worst experience with any private bank executives.

                  Thanks for the reply.

                  I received call from the executive in morning that the loan will be disbursed today. Apparently the same executive gives a call in evening and tries to bluff regarding verification was not done since security did not provide any info.

                  The verification person was having complete address and could have made an entry in register at security desk and he would have allowed. I checked with security as well, nobody came.
                  Also she was saying verification executive was not allowed in office; he was having my mobile number so could have call me. or if he wanted to verify he could have called on office landline.

                  Also my salary account is with hdfc and it has monthly salary credit from my current company. It is a common sense that nobody will credit salary unless I he/she is an employee.

                  If the bank executives themselves are not honest and try to bluff I am sorry to this whole episode of loan processing had shattered the trust on bank which was built over period and when I shared the incident to my colleagues as well even they would think many time before engaging in such transactions with HDFC atleast.

                  When tried to call, nobody picks up (may be my number is saved).
                  Pathetic service and even worse customer orientation.

                  Please help to get back my documents since I have made my mind to take the loan from some other institution.

                        I wish to bring to your attention that rs 4893.26 is showing due on my account ending with 6946.
                        It came to my notice when i received amount due message for that account.
                        There was no communication from the bank regarding any lapse of services or payment due on the card.
                        We were not given any notification about the lapse of service or amount due in the cards either via email or via sms.
                        I request you to look in the matter as early as possible and refund the money to me.

                        We have been preferred customers of hdfc for a long time and i do not wish that this event should hamper that relationship.

                        Please look into the same and revert back with possible solution or else we will have to take some action regarding the same.

                        Let me know if any more information is required for any further clarification of the event.

                            I had applied online for an hdfc fastag. I made payment on nov 4, 2017, & uploaded the application form. The reference number is hfr 0090009. There is no response from the bank since then. The toll-free number is either not working. Whenever i get connected, the persons keep on assuring that i will get the details in one day, but nothing is happening. Let me know what is the status of the application.

                              I am sonal jain an hfdc credit card holder and the hdfc people have activated this one assist membership by saying me that they are not going to activate it rather they are going to keep it on hold. I came to know about it when i received a message of 2499 due amount. And i am not interested in any of these things. So i want you to cancel this and refund me the amount also.

                                Dear sir/mam,

                                I am using hdfc credit card, in the month of aug'17 generated bill i had one billing dispute and same was been informed to bank customer care person and he requested to submit the dispute form the same filled and send to the given mail id on the same day.

                                Again i called on 26-aug'17 to customer care and requested the status, the executive (Ritu) informed me that same was temporary reversal given so its only hits in next month bill, before my due date on 02-sep'17 spoken to the customer care person and same reply given at the same time i told i should not get any finance charges or late fee they told nothing will charge you no need to pay the amount.

                                Once bill generate on 16th sep'17 they have charged me the financial charges and nothing have been reflected in bill the same outstanding was reflected. When i called to customer care executive (Mr. Ashok) they have told they given only on 8th sep'17, so the financial charges have been charged. Then i requested to transfer the call to supervisor or higher officer, the executive denied to transfer the call.

                                After many conversation i told i will right the mail regarding this to bo team with your name details then the person transfer to one of the person mr. Antony am not sure that i spoke to supervisor are any other executive so till date am not received a single call for my compliant but if i leave this again my financial charges, late fee, etc. Will charge on me and the same time it will affect my cibil score.

                                So am planning to take a legal action against the bank so request your support for the same.

                                  Customer cheque deposited in hdfc bank phool bagan branch kolkata 700054 micr code no[protected] but till two months non of the cheque ha been received yet several phone call but bank dont bother about that com no kolc [protected]

                                  Due to kyc suddenly account has been blocked and my all cash less transction has been returned and i have loss many business due to this bank should inform and take care of business account.

                                    I have been charged membership fee this month. But when i took the card, hdfc people said, its life time free card. But now charging me a membership fee. This happened last ti9me as well. Till now it is not sorted out. Now again they charged.

                                    Atleast beggars ask for money. They don't cheat like hdfc bank. I regret that i chose hdfc bank.

                                    Better they should shut the banks, than cheating the customers.

                                    Looking for refund from them.

                                    So many complaints for HDFC bank in www.consumercomplaints.in. I never thought that HDFC is cheating almost all the customers.

                                    As you can see thru my credit card, not even a single time it has been resolved.

                                    First said, no joining fee.. But got charged.
                                    Then said no annual fee.. But got charged twice.

                                    Now tell me, how much to bear as you guys becoming CHEATERS.

                                    What kind of executives you have. Mr Sunil, called no [protected], mentioned that he is from HDFC complaint department, asking OTP after giving my credit card details.

                                    So rudely he is asking for OTP. And without OTP he cannot do refund it seems.

                                    Banks asks us to KEY-IN the OTP. None of the bank persons ask for OTP to tell.

                                      I am sonal jain an hfdc credit card holder and the hdfc people have activated this one assist membership by saying that they are not going to activate it rather they are going to keep it on hold. After some days i receive the message stating that 2499 amount is due for one assist membership. And i am not interested in any of these things. So i want you to cancel this and refund me the amount also.

                                        The hdfc fastag toll free number:[protected] is not working, neither they have any email id to contact. I have registered with hdfc fastag, the cc is charged with the 300 rs as deposit + minimum load on the rfid wallet. But there has been no rfid dispatched that can be put on the windshield. Its been more than a week now that i have registered and trying to reach hdfc fastag on the toll free number above to know when will my rfid dispatched or how do i collect it?

                                        When the toll free number is not working for more than a week, why do you display it on your website: https://www.hdfcbank.com/htdocs/common/E_TOLL/index.html and most importantly, you have disabled your customers to contact you for any information they may need, you neither have any email id.
