Dear team I am really shocked about the services of hdfc credit card. I am using the card since last year but recently i am facing some bad impression. Initial my limit was 30000. Everymonth before due date i am paying good with extra amount. But previous month thay have reduced my credit card limit 30k24k... How can be possible...? And after that they are taking a lot of charges absurdly contious. I request them a lot of times but did not get any satisfied reply from them. Verified Support Nov 21, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Dear Mr.Pathak, At the outset, it is concerning to note that you have been inconvenienced regarding the credit limit reduced on the card account. We take this opportunity to clarify that, the credit limit on your card account has been revised with effect from 27/09/2017 basis the credit limit assessment which is periodically done by the bank as per internal parameters / guidelines on card usage. We wish to clarify that we are currently unable to review the credit limit assigned on your card. We wish to assure you that the limit assigned on the credit card is reviewed periodically based on usage and payment pattern on the card account.
