Ello sir,, i saw your message and my account statement ledger, please verify it, i said take look ledger copy between march to august months - 2017,, i have lot of gain profit but there is no response answers and account details also,, last week one women talk with me they will credit all balance amount in account within two days but not yet received,, in customer service every time i talk with them each an every person giving different information,, very worst service, please take a look my account details between march to august months-2017,, my account id[protected],, in the trading periods between march to august time also i am not getting proper email and everyday my account showing different account balance, i ask my branch manager, he said it's problem from main branch office madam, they will correct it, today tomorrow day after, it's goes on and on nearly 6 months left,, i am not having interested so stopped trading in sept and october,, why you are doing like this,, i know i have more profits without loss between the past 6 months ago,, verify it and send me details,,,, i need derivatives account trading details from march2017to august 2017,,, take a look and give response answers,,,

        I had applied for hdfc cc & submitted all the required documents and information for application form.

        After a day or two received multiple sms and calls regarding cc processing, one of those sms was this :
        "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]yi is approved in principle subject to internal checks"

        After that received digital verification through sms i done that.
        But after that i received mail from bank that they are incapable to process my application without specifying any reason. Following is the mail:
        "
        Dear sir/madam,
        Subject : your credit card application reference no. [protected]yi
        Thank you for your interest in hdfc bank credit card.

        We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank.

        Please be assured that our inability to approve the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability."

        It is really disappointing that after collecting all the docs and verifications still not giving the reason. This also makes feel insecure about our document to be miss used like pan card, aadhar card, bank statements, pay slips as all these are private properties. I tried many times to get the proper reason of rejection but nobody responding to me. I called many times to bank credit card representative but she is not picking my calls. Even not responding to my text. Totally disappointed with hdfc services.

        So hoping to get some resolution i am posting it here.

          This week i got a cal frm a person who said he was calling from hdfc bank &my resume has been selected, i askd me some of details like my full name, address, dob, mail id n after confirmation he said i need to pay 2000 for appln fees. Without checking the hdfc site, without understanding that he is fraud i told my father to deposit money now itself bcoz that person had given me time only till 4'o clock and i deposited 2000 in d name of ghanshyam. (Details of bank accounts where i had a deposied d money is mentioned below)& d nxt day i got cal frm another no. He said he is hdfc hr he took me interview he said i got selected too. And again i got cal he told me to deposit 4500 as security fees & this will be refunded wen i join. And today wen he was forcing me to deposit money immediately i got doubt n i visited to hdfc bank &told everything, i was shocked by hearing manager's reply. Manager said there no such procedures for recruitment. I lost my money. When i cald that person who was calling me for job offer, wen he got to know abt my visit to hdfc bank he was shocked n started scolding me only saying why did go der?!!! Who told u to go?! I had only told u to deposit na remaining adjustment i was doing with some internal party. I scolded him n askd to refund my money he refused to give it back. Finally it was a fraud..!!

            I had availed a personal loan (Account no[protected] from hdfc, for rupees 9, 94, 000/- (Nine lakhs, ninety four thousand) only, and the same was closed by me on 24/02/2017 and the letter of settlement was also given to me by the bank on 23/02/2017, vide serial no[protected].
            But i am surprised to find in my cibil report that the hdfc has updated as written off.
            This is seriously effecting my cibil report and reducing my scores. Therefore i would like to request your good self to help and rectify at the earliest, the wrong report updated in my cibil

            Sub - Complaint on wrong updation of my CIBIL Report, and request for rectification of the same at the earliest.

            I had availed a term loan (Account No [protected]) from SBI, Darjeeling Branch for Rupees 2, 00, 000/- ( Two Lakhs ) only, and the same was CLOSED by me on 28/02/2016 under the SBI OTS 2015/16 Scheme vide memo no CM/2015-16/61/145 by payment of the full principal dues and Letter of Clearance was also given to me by the Chief Manager vide letter dated 11/03/2016, memo no CM/61.
            But I am surprised to find in my CIBIL report that the SBI has updated as WRITTEN OFF.

                I got a call regarding credit card from hdfc credit cards,
                I said okasked about types of cards, and lateron i said them to issue me a moneyback credit card. Today i received the credit card ad it was freedom card, request to hdfc to colect this card as i dont need a freedom card, i need a moneyback card.

                also during issuance of card i asked credit limit, the person named ASHA said it will be in between 20000 to 70000.
                but i got limit of only 10000. this is fraud with customers.

                On 11 Nov. While booking e- ticket on IRCTC app. As soon as I entered the otp session time out error came but payment was deducted . I didn't get any refund on this .I have tried to Contact irctc app but didn't get any help from there .

You may recall that our bank representatives were in touch with you during 16/11/2017 to verify certain suspicious nature of transactions observed on your card account. Basis your confirmation that you were not sure about the certain transactions, a temporary block was placed on your card account on 16/11/2017, owing to which the new credit card was processed.                       This bank is seriously a headache. My account balance was 603rs. This was my salary account which was converted without informing into savings. I was in a shop doing some transaction and it showed unsufficient funds because it was showing -803rs. Give my 603 rupees back. Please take a strict action against this bank they deduct balance without informing customers. A 0 star rating fir this bank.

                        I have been a user for hdfc credit card for around a year now. I took the card somewhere in oct, 2016. I had done a major shopping in december.in subsequent months i paid them around 20, 000/- rs. The last amount left was ~2000/- rs. After february. After that i stopped receiving the sms for paymet on my mobile. Also the e-mails were missing. After few months the hdfc guys turned up and said there is a late fee of rs.4000 and you have to pay this amount. This happend in early october.

                        I tried to call customer care, they gave me settlement team number. Nobody picks up a call there. Now its amost 1.5 months the issue is pending.

                        I just want them to give me some consession on the late fee. The complete fault is not from my side. It was my marriage and i was busy in my personal life. No representative from hdfc bank turned up. They turned up after 6 months saying you are defaulter. Where were they while these 6 months. Also the electronic communication was missing.

                          I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 the reference number of the application is hfr 010567. I have uploaded the signing documents also but i have not received any update in regard to that

                          I am trying to contact the customer care number no one is responding on the given number.

                          I tried to complain in this forum and i received a mail to contact rahul kumar[protected]. When i called him he said he need my card details and took the card details and said he need the otp. By the time i got aware and complaint to the bank but the transaction didn't go through as i dint give him the otp.

                          Kindly guide me a proper person regarding this and help me to get my fastag as soon as possible

                            Hi,
                            I have submitted online application for hdfc fastag on 4th november 2017. I have also paid 300 rs (200 rs deposit + 100 rs initial recharge). I got a confirmation e-mail with reference number hfr009227. Till now i haven't received my rf tag id or any update on this. The customer care number is not working and none of their regular bank customer care employees are aware this service. It's big disappointment that hdfc bank is involved in this kind of scam.

                            Thanks for the update. One of the above number was working and I spoke with the customer care person. I have been told that the ID proof and RC copy were missing. I have actually updated them online and I am not sure why they are missing. I have sent them again to hdfc.[protected]@sahaj.co.in with my HFR reference number as subject line. I hope my issue will be resolved soon and my RF ID will be sent to me via courier.

                            Hi Manoj,
                            Thanks for the update. One of the above number was working and I spoke with the customer care person. I have been told that the ID proof and RC copy were missing. I have actually updated them online and I am not sure why they are missing. I have sent them again to [email protected] with my HFR reference number as subject line. I hope my issue will be resolved soon and my RF ID will be sent to me via courier.

                              My first transaction if 5000/- got debited... Hence i tried calling the customer service agent who verify my mobil number and wallet details to confirm since it's verification call and i got a message of rs 4500/- debited again fraud transaction done by kitecash and he disconnected the call... Immediately i transferred the balance amount to my account... Also i tried calling to customer service they is no response and no proper revert from mail i'd also... All copy paste templates... I don't where to raise a complaint regarding this fraud transaction... It's very very very very pathetic service... Please don't down load this fraud app..

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 5625 without my concern on date:20/10/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                                      I would kindly likely to bring to your notice that a charge of rs. 1899 as one assist m fee and over limit fee of rs. 500 along with igst rs. 90 have been deducted from my account with out any prior notice.
                                      I haven't subscribed to any such prieveilege subscription titled mfee.
                                      I would like the entire debited amount to be refunded to my account along with revised monthly statement.

                                        Dear sir/madam
                                        I m a hdfc bank account holder before three months i applied for credit cards but till now i did not receive my credit card my credit card last four digit 5723. One assist services has been imposed on my credit card but i m not intrested in this services and your credit card executive did not asked me for this services. I called many time credit card customer care for this service but i did not received any response from your side i m very upset from your services. Rs 427 has been deducted my saving account against this services. I request to u pls stop one assist services and pls get reverse rs 427 in my saving account and pls give my credit card asap.
