I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899 from my credit card number ending with 4452 without my concern on date :19/11/2017. I am not interested about this service and dont want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs 1899/-

    I received an email on sept to do my kyc. As per the mail, i sent the documents to [protected]@hdfc.com on 1st oct 2017. On 3rd oct 2017, it received an email the documents are in order, however i needed to do extended kyc and send english declaration. I did this on 10th oct 2017.in spite of it, they blocked my netbanking. After several emails and phone calls, they unblocked my netbanking on 23rd nov 2017 but again re-block it on 27th nov. On the same date, they send a regular email to do my kyc. I didn’t understand the reasons to do my kyc again in one month but did it again on 2nd nov 2017. This time also did it through netbanking. Finally, they unblock my netbanking on 16th nov 2017. However, i on the same date i received another email to do my kyc. Now, i suspect they will block my netbanking again.

    I would like hdfc bank why i need to do my kyc again and again. What is mental harassment? My homeloan ecs was due on 15th nov 2017 which was rejected by hdfc bank despite my account be adequately funded? Who will be responsible for late payment due to irresponsibility on the part of your bank. I have already escalate the issue on your website. However, there also i didn’t receive an adequate response but just assurance that it will be resolved in so and so working days, i don’t need a date but i need a proper justification from your part for this torture.

    My customer id is 37311020. I have already mentioned this issue here. I previously send many emails contact your customer care multiple time and escalate the issue to escalation-emt. (HBD=[protected]. this has cause enough mental harassment to me. if you want to this to resolve, it is high time that u call me back on my registered phone number you have on your records.

      Hdfc blocked all my accounts linked to my customer id since 16th nov evening, including my salary account. My so called customer relationship person yashvita alve phone number - [protected] did not bother to call stating that the account will be blocked nor responds to phone calls post it. Luckily i had debit card of another bank and could use it since i was travelling.

      The account was blocked in-spite of linking my aadhar card, submitting address, identify proof on the net banking.

      Hdfc banking quality clearly is deplorable and i don't think i will ever bank with hdfc again

I am not interested about this service and didnt opted for it and don't want this membership any more. So request to cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

          I have a salary account and while generating the credit card, bank guaranteed me that credit card will be free for lifetime and in the 1st month i got a call from hdfc phone banker that please do the 1st transaction from credit card so that your credit card will become free, no yearly charges will be there. I did the same too, but now i got a 590rs. Due in my credit card as a yearly credit card charges. This is very bad that you gave bad promises, this doesnt expect from hdfc bank, if this is so then deregister my credit card.

            I received an sms notification on sep 20 stating, "dear customer, mandate reference no. _to birla sunlife insurance company pvt ltd with value rs. 87000 and frequency adho is received today (20/9/2017) for processing.in case of any issue, please get in touch with your branch.

            I do not remember giving any such mandate. Checked with my agent of birla sunlife, who checked and confirmed, no such mandate gone from their side.

            Help me to resolve, so as to save this amount.

              I am atul kumar misra, employed with high commission of india, singapore. I have a nri account numbered [protected], in hdfc bank at community centre, janakpuri b block, new delhi. Due to non submission of re-kyc form my account was blocked. I updated the re-kyc form online plus sent the self attested scanned copy of the requisite documents through mail at [protected]@hdfcbank.com, but the bank neither updating the status of my account nor asking for any other documents and the account is still blocked.
              I am facing a lot of problem in sending the money to my parents. It is requested to please look into the matter and resolve the same.

                I dont understand where this gst is coming from.

                1239 amount deducted without any reason. Revert this amount asap. Else i shall close this account

                  I have rs 500 in my payzapp visa card through which i have been trying to do a mobile recharge since the past two days but all attempts have failed with the message "authentication failed". Same is the problem even if i try to transfer money to "paytm" and "free charge". I have tried nearly 40 times and yet getting the same reply authentication failed.
                  Called your customer care to inquire about it and as per them i reinstalled payzapp but still all efforts are in vain.
                  Kindly resolve the matter or else refund my money back in my hdfc credit card.

                      I have current account with hdfc bank paschim vihar branch delhi with customer id 52999646. I got message at 8 pm on 16 nov 2017 that ur account has been blocked as u have not submitted re-kyc. I had not received any reminder earlier. I immediately submitted all documents to branch manager at hdfc0000327 branch on 17 morning itself and they assured that account will be unblocked by evening. But till now account is showing blocked. It’s my current account and i had lot of transactions lined up and the sudden blocking is affecting my business. Also my emi are getting bounced which is affecting my credit score.

                      This is utmost high handed behaviour by hdfc bank to its loyal customers. I have pledged never to advice anyone to open account with hdfc again

                      Banks are lifeline for any business and account should have been unblocked immediately on submission of docs to branch

                          Dear sir i have an salary account in hdfc bank last year in 2016. But now it is automatically converted into saving account because of non transfer of salary and now my account is a savings account and i want to continue that hdfc savings account.                             I had made 2 transactions at Indusland bank atm at sagarpur near gandhi market for Rs 1800/- and Rs 1500/- respectively but each time 'Last transaction Cancelled' message appears with no money dispensed but the amount had been debited from my account.

                              My salary account was been open by my previous company and after a month only my 1st month salary was credited through cheque and then i lefted that organization i was been job less for next 3 months so didn't able to maintain and the charges kept on increasing as it was informed that it's been 0 bal account by sales person while applying. Now after a year hdfc has given a credit card and when i logged in mobile application i was shocked by looking charges. I tried to call contact center at first call a girl said that we can reverse the charges you pls call afterwards as now some technical issue is there afterwards again i called by 10 so the other executive said u have to visit branch and forwarded the branch details now after visiting branch last month came to knw that this can't be reverse.

                              I just wanted to request you to waive of my charges as i was in misconception that my company had opened my salary account so they will forward my account closure pocedure.

                                Hi, i am the existing customer for hdfc bank as a part of personal loan. From last 13 months i am paying emi on time, but this month due to some financial problem i was not able to repay on time and i requested executive also for some time extent but they were harrassed like anything tarchered alot and i am getting frustrated and they are keep on calling from different numbers even though i have intimated them i will pay on monday.
                                I took personal loan from standard chartered bank 2 years back they also charged penalty for late repayment but they didn't called even single time for repayment, but hdfc people offered me for balance transferred and i accepted and moved from scb to hdfc.
                                But hdfc executives harassed me like anything for delaying of emi repayment.
                                This is worstest experience in my life and they dint even know what is customer relationship.
                                Totally this is worst experience with hdfc so i am planning to close hdfc loan account and taking again back from scb.

Neither oneassist took my concen before activation. Frustrating is, my card is still in transit and i got sms about debiting.                                     I want to bring to ur notice the wrong attitude and unprofessional way of talking on call made from jaipur office. I got a cal from employee name poonam. She was calliing from[protected] and was threatening me to deposit my instalment and using unfair words. I disconnected the call but she called back from[protected] and stated using unprofessional language which is not acceptable from such reputed banks.
                                    She was continuously threatening me and her way of talking was totally intolerable.
                                    Pls take a necessary action

                                      I am dheeraj singh negi... This has to bring to the notice that i have been credit card holder of hdfc bank

                                      Somehow, i was unable to pay my last two month credit card bill for the month of sep and oct and these dacoit has put on hold 35000 from my saving account

                                      Initially these dacoit had put on hold the amount for 15000 against my cc bill...
                                      And further when i deposited 20000 more dey too put on hold without my permission

                                      Kindly unhold my account immediately... As i am going through my tough time
                                      Otherwise i will post this to every forum and i will tweet as well and will commit suicide

                                        I have used my debit card in more super market for 541.98, they swiped the card it says, charge reversed, but i got charged for that and they used the card again so i got charged twice. The first charge says aditya birla and second charge says more super market both for same charge, i raised dispute to the bank reference number 1440362, i even met with the bank manager regarding this issue, they are answering in a irresponsible way, they cannot do anything about it, can i file a case regarding this issue, how can i get my money back.
