hdfc credit card fraud at itunes.com bill

My hdfc credit card was charged 800.00, 1600.00, 1200.00, and 1600.00. Total 5200.00 rs at itunes. Combill on 5th november, 2017 without any intimation to me, without my knowledge and i don't get any otp for this transaction. I have blocked card immediately. I have also submitted cardholder dispute form on the same date. Please reverse charges other wise i will never use credit card and i will stop my hdfc credit card permanently....

I deposited 17500 to my payzapp account on 3rd nov, i did 4 transactions on that day, 3 transactions of 5000 rs and 1 of 2500 rs. One transaction of 5000 was failed, customer care representative told to wait for 5 working days. But till now no amount has been refunded to my payzapp wallet. Please check this on priority basis, otherwise i need to take legal actions against them

I was offered loan of 0 % interest of 20 lakhs against policy of hdfc life. I have done all those policies which they told me that will sanction your loan. Good morning,

Since last 7 days i am not able to carry any transaction.

Then it was told to me to deposit kyc which i did through net banking on 4th november and till now it's not updated.

It was told me only to working days needed to update if you do from net banking.

I called several times to hdfc nri customer care also.

Really it was very bad experience with hdfc...

no response after I did a payment through hdfc card

Its been 7+ years of relationship with hdfc which made me to take a decision on applying for fasttag from hdfc. But i am really so much disappointed the registration process. I have done the payment and uploaded the signed document as well on 5th nov 2017 but i didn't got any acknowledgement mail or any sort of communication about that, which is really worrying. I am samaresh mandal having a credit card with no - xxxx6988. I have tried to pay rs12000 on 22nd but that did not work. I tried to do that on 23rd also but did not work. So i dropped a cheque at indirapuram, ghaziabad (Up) atm.
