Dear sir,

I (Pratik vimal) made the payment of my credit card total out standing last year in the month of october. But it is showing write off status in my cibil.

After several communication to bank official nothing is happening. As per bank word they will clear my cibil. But after one year it did not happen. Kindly look into this and do the needful.

    We have done a policy bearing policy no.14446869, but till date we have not received the policy certificate.in time of premium payment we have try to contact with the agent but not got any response for him, so we have pay the premium from our own. So we request you to kindly either remove our agent and appoint a new agent as soon as possible or we will pay our premium from our own. And also provide us the original policy certificate on earliest.

      I have been there in the branch of hdfc, baltana. Kalidhar enclave for many times but they always said today we have not our manager. Only he will do that. Each and every time they have only this to say. I have no time to go there after few days. I do work, i have no extra time to come there. Please do action against the employees working there.         Date - 14/11/2017 i have done 7500 imps transaction to one of my friend account which is in punjab national bank. On the same day transaction status showing processor down.
        Date -15/11/2017 due to emergency i have done one more transaction of same amount with same account on 15/11/2017 on that day transaction get successfully completed.
        But 14-nov-2017 transaction amount still not get credited to my account or beneficiary.
        When i raised concern for this, in that hdfc bank says that on 15-nov-2017 amount got credited to beneficiary account, but beneficiary says that amount not get credited to his account.
        Please provide feedback from pnb bank that amount get credited or not.

          I requested for cheque book on 30th october 2017 and i got a tracking number for the same on 31st october 2017. The courier was through the speed post. Those people never made a attempt to deliver the chequebook. It was returned back. They tried to re-dispatch on 6th november and no attempt to deliver again. It was returned to bank. I got a message to contact my rm. I contacted my rm vishwa guru who did not have any clue on my cheque book status. He told to visit my home branch. I visited the home branch in nungambakkam and they informed that cheque book is returned to po and i have to contact the customer care to let them know to re-dispatch to my address or to home branch again. I contacted my rm from there. Since he did not have any idea on this issue he told me re - raise the cheque book request again. He told me to call a toll free number and i got a reference number for the request. But next day i got a message that my request could not be processed and to call the bank again. I contacted my rm and he told this is a new issue and he will arrange a call back from his manager. But nobody has called so far. Then when i called him back he told he has sent a mail to someone and he was waiting for a response. This was the answer for last one week and the customer care people never bother about the issue. They will tell me to wait for an immediate call back. But no one will call. My rm stopped responding to my calls now. I want to know if i will get a cheque book or not.in these many years of relationship with your bank this is my far most worst experience. My husband received the cheque book within two days to the same address and it was through blue dart couriers. I don't know how your bank have changed service with a poor courier service. Worst customer service from your bank.

              Hi,
              I want to inform people also, be aware of fraud banks like hdfc.
              I have an salary account, they gave me this when i joined hcl in 2012 with conditions of no life long charges and all.

              Earlier also i faced issue of deducting inr 28 for transaction denied charges at other bank, which is not even charged by any bank at all.

              Now today i could see an charge of 177 for third party tras charge, how could this be possible for a corporate salary account with no charges.

              22 nov 2017 3rd party cash txn inc gst 171117-mir[protected] mir[protected] 22 nov 2017 177.00 619.79

              Actually every now an then hdfc do this and people don't notice small charges and thus they get the fraud amount.

              Even small banks are providing free account with no charge now a days,
              I am requesting hdfc people, to revert this amount and let me know how can i close account as i am staying in delhi and my account is in chennai, i have already applied for kotak bank salary account which is even free when no salary gets credited.

                I have gone to the hdfc imphal branch to open a new savings account and they are saying that for opening a new account, i need to provide cheque as account cannot be open with cash and when i ask to show such rules they are simply asking me to contact the zonal head which i tried but couldn't contact. So, if a person doesn't have any other account then he has no option for opening account. So, it's like hdfc bank doesn't need new customer.

                  I had physically submitted the for cancellation of the account at a demat branch and was informed that the same would be closed.

                      I applied for hdfc fastag on 3rd november 2017 and uploaded scanned and signed copy along with all the documents on 10th november 2017. After that, there is no response whatsoever from hdfc. I tried calling their toll free number [protected], but it is never working.
                      Cannot believe that hdfc can stoop to such low levels of customer service. There is no e-mail or customer service mechanism in place.
                      I paid rs.1000 with 200 as deposit and 800 as top up amount and application form acknowledgement number hfr008348 was generated.
                      The irony of their process is that you have to pay first and then submit the application signed copy. This is not intimated in advance. Only after money deduction, you realize the process is lengthy.
                      Nonetheless i have paid for it and stuck.

                      Could you please facilitate to either process the application or refund my money.

                      I tried calling the numbers you mentioned, but as expected there is no response. Sometimes I get a busy tone and sometimes it rings and no one bothers to pick or call back!!

I got call from yuvaraj and tellecaller asked about, i told them i have applied bt with other bank await if not will make payment before due date of this month, it was failed and made payment on 23.11.2017 @3.07pm, again got a call from yuvaraj, i informed payment have done, but he and other lady caller is harrashing and abused.                           I applied Personal loan for Rs. 4, 00, 000 to pre-closer the existing load and get new one with processing fee 1.0%. I asked HDFC Loan not to include insurance and they agreed. But still insurance Rs.4707 is deducted. The deduction should be only 1.0% processing fee i.e is Rs. 3000 (on total amount after deduciton) and the amount I should receive is Rs. 295400. But I received RS.291043. Please deposit the remaining extra deducted amount to my account.
                          This is disappointing even after mentioning not to include insurance and HDFC employees agreed for no insurance. Also I was informed about the processing fee as 1% but levied 1.25% in actual.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I am a Client of your bank since Sep 2016, I hold HDFC bank credit card # [protected]

                            I wish to bring to your notice how unprofessional arrogant and rude people you have recruited under prefix of customer service.

                            I have made an electronic purchase of 14, 900 last month and contacting your phone banking cell to convert this amount into EMI since 4th Nov.
                            I have been informed that EMI facility is not available for me on my card, however I have availed this facility in the past without any hassle.

                            Few months back I was getting sms notification from your marketing team to convert my smaller amount of 3800 into EMI, which I ignored as I had payed whole amount before due date.
                            So why you are not letting me use EMI facility this time for bill of larger amount?

                            3 times I have phoned banking cell and every time I requested CSE to put my request before controlling authority.

                            And today I had a terrible experience dealing with one of your CSE (named – Ashish), I requested him to check if my past request has been addressed and EMI facility is available now.

                            Which that guy has turned down very rudely, and offered me to go for Loan instead,
                            Which will cost more to me compared to EMI with onetime fee of 590 and interest. His tone and language was unprofessional he didn’t; listen to my query moreover he was not listening to me and was emphasizing more on what he want to offer and at the end when I was conveying my concerns your PHONE BAKING OFFICER HAS BANGED DOWN THE PHONE, WITHOUT LISTENING TO ME.

                            How will you justify such unprofessional behavior by your staff?
                            Why you push on things which you want to sell and why can’t focus on Customer’s need???
                            I am ready to pay whatever interest levied on me for converting my bill into EMI, why I’ve been asked to go for another loan?

                            And adding salt to injuries I have been charged 568 rs as Finance charge in Nov Month billing cycle, when asked your CSE to justify on what account finance charges have been charged, to which he explained me one process. if I calculate interest through his theory then finance charge for month would pileup up to 90%, which is outrageous unacceptable and unethical in financial terms.

                            I am pissed by following up with your phone banking cell since 4th of this month.

                            As a last hope requesting you to address my below mentioned 2 queries and move it to state of closure.

                            1) Covert my last month purchase into EMI
                            2) Wave o[censored]nethical finance charge of 568 rs.

                              I am a using hdfc bank credit card. Bank has auto debited rs 2499 from my credit card. I receive service verification call from hdfc bank. I have not interested in this membership. I told bank person for this but he told it is only for activation of my card. He told that after submitting the letter in hdfc bank then bill will be shown in my account. But ammount was auto debited from my credit card.

                              Please cancel the membership & refund my ammount rs 2499 to my credit card.

                                Hi,

                                I had submitted the application online for hdfc fasttag on 06th November 2017.

                                My application reference number is : HFR009714
                                All the documents were uploaded online along with signed application.
                                Also, i had paid amount of rs300 online.

                                Since then i haven't been able to check the status of my application. Customer care number given by hdfc [[protected]]is really bad and nobody replies on that.

                                Also post submittal of application, neither i received any notification when i will be getting the fasttag or anything else needs to be done on my end.

                                I am regular customer of hdfc from last decade but such response was not expected from HDFC.

                                Seeking faster response!

                                  It is so sad to write such a mail to let you know that i have been cheated by the words of your team.
                                  In my account while login to net banking i had a personal loan 10 minutes approval.
                                  since i had an urgency of money i clicked the option and filled the details .
                                  it went for verification and did not get approved.
                                  the next day a lady called me stating calling from HDFC bank and asked have you tried for personal loan.
                                  she told me she can enable 10 second loan offer if i take a wallet protection plan of HDFC and this 10 second loan needs no approval. I said let me think.
                                  she called me again and said another team will call you if you are interested.
                                  Another guy called me in seconds and asked sir are you interested for wallet protection plan it has so and so.
                                  i told no and hag up.
                                  Again that lady called me sir the offer can be enabled i[censored] take the plan. if you are ok the team will call you again.
                                  this time i said yes.
                                  the guy called me again and i said yes.
                                  and an amount of 1899 has been debited from my account(30/10/17) .
                                  till date (23/11/17) the offer has not been enabled in my account.
                                  for this cheating i need my money back.

                                    I bought hdfc classic assured plus policy. The policy terms and conditions are not matching as discussed with telephonic conversation and i am not sutisfied. They are doing fraud with me and not close the policy. As per policy terms customer can return policy within 15 days but they spending the time and not take any action and coordination with me.
                                    I request humbly to return this policy and refund my policy amount.

                                    Hi, the email with the required forms as asked by the customer for freelook in cancellation has been emailed by us. Kindly inform the customer to visit any of his nearby HDFC Life branch for submitting the request for freelook in cancellation as he is eligible for the cancellation under freelook in period incase he is not satisfied with any of the mentioned terms and conditions in the document.
