I applied for hdfc fastag on 3rd november 2017 and uploaded scanned and signed copy along with all the documents on 10th november 2017. After that, there is no response whatsoever from hdfc. I tried calling their toll free number [protected], but it is never working.
Cannot believe that hdfc can stoop to such low levels of customer service. There is no e-mail or customer service mechanism in place.
I paid rs.1000 with 200 as deposit and 800 as top up amount and application form acknowledgement number hfr008348 was generated.
The irony of their process is that you have to pay first and then submit the application signed copy. This is not intimated in advance. Only after money deduction, you realize the process is lengthy.
Nonetheless i have paid for it and stuck.

Could you please facilitate to either process the application or refund my money.

Hi Manoj,

I tried calling the numbers you mentioned, but as expected there is no response. Sometimes I get a busy tone and sometimes it rings and no one bothers to pick or call back!!
Mail already written to [email protected] but there is no reply yet after 10 days.
Do you still have any other response to offer??

    Ref. Credit card nos [protected] hi, i am using this card for past 16 years. And have maintain without any default, due to some personal issue, i missed to pay last two due. I got call from yuvaraj and tellecaller asked about, i told them i have applied bt with other bank await if not will make payment before due date of this month, it was failed and made payment on 23.11.2017 @3.07pm, again got a call from yuvaraj, i informed payment have done, but he and other lady caller is harrashing and abused. This is not write way to handling customer like me. Please check my record. I am going to launch complaint with rbi. Thanks and regards balasubramaniyam [protected].

      negative balance in my account against rbi rules

      I applied Personal loan for Rs. 4, 00, 000 to pre-closer the existing load and get new one with processing fee 1.0%. I asked HDFC Loan not to include insurance and they agreed. But still insurance Rs.4707 is deducted. The deduction should be only 1.0% processing fee i.e is Rs. 3000 (on total amount after deduciton) and the amount I should receive is Rs. 295400. But I received RS.291043. Please deposit the remaining extra deducted amount to my account.
      This is disappointing even after mentioning not to include insurance and HDFC employees agreed for no insurance. Also I was informed about the processing fee as 1% but levied 1.25% in actual.

        Dear Sir,

        I am a Client of your bank since Sep 2016, I hold HDFC bank credit card # [protected]

        I wish to bring to your notice how unprofessional arrogant and rude people you have recruited under prefix of customer service.

        I have made an electronic purchase of 14, 900 last month and contacting your phone banking cell to convert this amount into EMI since 4th Nov.
        I have been informed that EMI facility is not available for me on my card, however I have availed this facility in the past without any hassle.

        Few months back I was getting sms notification from your marketing team to convert my smaller amount of 3800 into EMI, which I ignored as I had payed whole amount before due date.
        So why you are not letting me use EMI facility this time for bill of larger amount?

        3 times I have phoned banking cell and every time I requested CSE to put my request before controlling authority.

        And today I had a terrible experience dealing with one of your CSE (named – Ashish), I requested him to check if my past request has been addressed and EMI facility is available now.

        Which that guy has turned down very rudely, and offered me to go for Loan instead,
        Which will cost more to me compared to EMI with onetime fee of 590 and interest. His tone and language was unprofessional he didn’t; listen to my query moreover he was not listening to me and was emphasizing more on what he want to offer and at the end when I was conveying my concerns your PHONE BAKING OFFICER HAS BANGED DOWN THE PHONE, WITHOUT LISTENING TO ME.

        How will you justify such unprofessional behavior by your staff?
        Why you push on things which you want to sell and why can’t focus on Customer’s need???
        I am ready to pay whatever interest levied on me for converting my bill into EMI, why I’ve been asked to go for another loan?

        And adding salt to injuries I have been charged 568 rs as Finance charge in Nov Month billing cycle, when asked your CSE to justify on what account finance charges have been charged, to which he explained me one process. if I calculate interest through his theory then finance charge for month would pileup up to 90%, which is outrageous unacceptable and unethical in financial terms.

        I am pissed by following up with your phone banking cell since 4th of this month.

        As a last hope requesting you to address my below mentioned 2 queries and move it to state of closure.

        1) Covert my last month purchase into EMI
        2) Wave o[censored]nethical finance charge of 568 rs.

          I am a using hdfc bank credit card. Bank has auto debited rs 2499 from my credit card. I receive service verification call from hdfc bank. I have not interested in this membership. I told bank person for this but he told it is only for activation of my card. He told that after submitting the letter in hdfc bank then bill will be shown in my account. But ammount was auto debited from my credit card.

          Please cancel the membership & refund my ammount rs 2499 to my credit card.

            Hi,

            I had submitted the application online for hdfc fasttag on 06th November 2017.

            My application reference number is : HFR009714
            All the documents were uploaded online along with signed application.
            Also, i had paid amount of rs300 online.

            Since then i haven't been able to check the status of my application. Customer care number given by hdfc [[protected]]is really bad and nobody replies on that.

            Also post submittal of application, neither i received any notification when i will be getting the fasttag or anything else needs to be done on my end.

            I am regular customer of hdfc from last decade but such response was not expected from HDFC.

            Seeking faster response!

              It is so sad to write such a mail to let you know that i have been cheated by the words of your team.
              In my account while login to net banking i had a personal loan 10 minutes approval.
              since i had an urgency of money i clicked the option and filled the details .
              it went for verification and did not get approved.
              the next day a lady called me stating calling from HDFC bank and asked have you tried for personal loan.
              she told me she can enable 10 second loan offer if i take a wallet protection plan of HDFC and this 10 second loan needs no approval. I said let me think.
              she called me again and said another team will call you if you are interested.
              Another guy called me in seconds and asked sir are you interested for wallet protection plan it has so and so.
              i told no and hag up.
              Again that lady called me sir the offer can be enabled i[censored] take the plan. if you are ok the team will call you again.
              this time i said yes.
              the guy called me again and i said yes.
              and an amount of 1899 has been debited from my account(30/10/17) .
              till date (23/11/17) the offer has not been enabled in my account.
              for this cheating i need my money back.

                I bought hdfc classic assured plus policy. The policy terms and conditions are not matching as discussed with telephonic conversation and i am not sutisfied.                     Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I am forced to lodge this complaint as I have seen deductions from my account since 2014 due to ecs transfer. I had three SIP's wth HDFC mutual fund, aditya Birla and icici prudential. It happened couple of times that I had not maintained sufficient balance for my SIP. But owing to that HDFC is deducting charges from my account without any notice. Below are the deductions during the period[protected]. I realised when my salary/savings account showed negative balance. For 2 months I was not able to pay and the bank deducted almost 3068/- in one go. Below are the details:

                    1. On 04/04/15 - ECS DR RETURN CHARGES 280315 – INR 393.26
                    2. On 16/09/16 - ECS DR RETURN CHARGES 120916 - INR 402.50
                    3. On 20/10/16 - ECS DR RETURN CHARGES 131016 - INR 402.50
                    4. On 17/11/17 - ECS DEBIT RETURN CHARGES[protected] INR 885.00
                    5. On 17/11/17 - ECS DEBIT RETURN CHARGES[protected] INR 885.00
                    6. On 17/11/17 - ECS DEBIT RETURN CHARGES[protected] INR 236.99
                    7. On 22/11/17 - ECS DEBIT RETURN CHARGES - INR 1061.01

                    Please help me get my money INR 4266.26 back. There had been more deductions may be in the year 2014 but I was able to find these.
                    Please HDFC, so much has been deducted from my account unethically and I need my money back into my account.

                    There had been no communication regarding these debits from my account. Neither in form of sms or calls. I have already mailed [protected]@hdfcbank.com with reference number TW[protected]. I have been holding this account for more than 6 years from now. This is so unethical of deducting so much money without any prior notice.

                    Also, for the month of may be July and August HDFC is charging in November and that too INR 3068/- in one go. That is not fair at all. Please return INR 4266.26 back into my account. I am not considering the amounts you have deducted before 2015.

                      In month of july an hdfc employee from c-3 branch janakpuri insist me for applying credit card regalia first as i told him i don't need any credit card he told me that there is an offer this credit card has no charges at all either i use or not there will be no extra charges. I applied for the credit card in the branch, few days before i got message from hdfc bank that i got charged rs 1180 /-. I didn't use the card, when i enquire from bank then other staff told me that he gave me false promise there are some charges card. I request you to please take action as this is the second time an hdfc employee has cheated me. I am not a working women i can't pay money for some false reasons.

                        I opened my hdfc salary account in hdfc ramanujan it city chennai branch. While opening my salary account they automatically created my demat account saying that its compulsary and only one time charge is there (1000 deducted at starting).
                        885 amount was deducted from my savings account on 10th nov 2017 as charge for my demat account. But at the time of opening of account hdfc person told that this account is lifetime free for it employee and no charge will be there in future. Now they are saying that its a amc. They gave me the wrong information that its lifetime free for it employee. Now when i am going branch for this they saying money cant be refunded, they told to close the account. I have also taken personal loan.
                        I also didnt use demat account.
                        So i was given the wrong information at the begining, please refund my amount.

                            Hello,
                            I am credit card holder from hdfc bank, r/o allahabad. I am working with an it company in delhi. However, due to stable financial condition, i decided to afford a credit card from hdfc bank in 2016. The limit offered me was 50k, i used the card and pays the emi's continuously until feb 2017. Almost a year, unfortunately, i lost my job, due to the recession and was unemployed for 4 months which really hamper my financial condition i was broken down at that time.
                            Due to this, i was not able to pay my emi's which result in the outstanding amount of more than 48k including interest and late fee charges, in the month of august 2017 i got a new job and i tried to recover my financial stability.
                            I know i took the debt from the bank and i have to pay this amount. But what if the bank hand over my details to the third party and they are now threatening me and harassing my parents.
                            What is this, which law and rule ask the bank to threaten the family members, what kind of practice it is? My parents are old age, suffering from a heart problem, unfortunately, if something goes wrong who will be responsible.

                            I had a word with ravi asthana, third party collection agent from allahabad, he tried to bullying me over the phone, shouting and yelling like an animal and forcing me to pay the money in one shot. I still ask him to give me the relief and i can pay outstanding in emi's (Already in bank rule).

                            I request t hdfc bank please stop practicing this nasty activity. I am very straightforward. If something goes wrong with my parents i will sue your happiness, i can directly go to supreme court or higher police officer, rank ips, sp, commissioner as well.

                            When i downloaded historical account statement of nre SB account of myself noticed that In the previous financial year bank has deducted a sum of rs 11000 as TPT fees through online transaction without any prior notice or intimation.

                              Ello sir,, every time i am not getting emails details about my account number since march to august 2017,, no any transaction amount credited to my account,, but they hold all my profits still now,, in f&o market and fut options market derivatives account please verify it throughout my account number[protected],,, thanks lots,, why you are holding all the amount with out any information and without my knowledge,, each an every time customer care people giving different answers and different information every calls, since past 8 months without my knowledge they hold all my profits still no answer from them, very very worst service, i am not satisfied but i do know how to recover my amount, last week your customers care team told they send full amount check to hdfc securities branch office but still not received,, what's going on there,, send me soon,,,

                                  I went to hdfc bank and paid my emi as my salary comes late, but the very next day they deducted again from my account. And this is the second time happening. It has happened with me earlier also. And i haven’t got any refund yet. I tried calling those hdfc bank people who called me to deposit emi, but they are rejecting my calls now when i’m in need of help. Any help?

                                    I have opted for fast tag rfid via hdfc bank on september 23 and after uploading the necessary documents on nov 11, still now i have not got any acknowledgement or reference number from hdfc team.
                                    I have also paid 300 towards the e-sahaj account stated by hdfc in the mail.
                                    I have also called for complaint number, still either they didn't respond or answered for my query via sms or whatsapp.
                                    I have also sent three reminder mail in two weeks but still there is no reply from them.
                                    I am not sure if this is a scam and hdfc is involved in it.
                                    Please update me for any possible reason, why this has not been processed or please remit back the amount in my amount so that i can opt for some other bankers.

                                    1st email sent with all the docs and transaction amount on nov 11
                                    2nd email asking for reminder sent on nov 19
                                    3rd email asking for 2nd reminder sent on nov20
                                    4th email asking for 3rd reminder sent on nov 22

                                    i have applied HDFC fast tag and still not received. Moreover, customer care number is useless. Not sure if I will receive the fast tag or not and is there any contact/mail-id to escalate.
