I worked with HDFC in September 2016 to September 2017 . I want to withdraw my pf but because of EPS from I'm still not able to withdraw ... I tried many times for help in branch (Shankar Nagar branch code 2496 Chhattisgarh raipur) with supporting staff but they are continuously ignoring me. If you can help then plz solve this issue .

      My statement balance was near about 6000 on october when i paid 4000 to the credit card, that too via hdfc netbanking. But on november the statement balance is showing 7000. Why the wrong charges? Why the wrong statement balance. And with that comes the mental harassment of the call center workers! You want me to lodge a complaint or what? My credit card number is [protected] and the date when i paid 4000 via netbanking is 5 october 2017. Please resolve it asap.

        I, selim yusuf rahaman, am a credit card holder of hdfc bank. I have already paid membership fee rs. 575/- on 15th march, 2017. Again rs. 590/- on 15th nov, 2017 is debited from credit card for renewal membership fee. I complained customer care to solve my problem, but they did not refund my money. That is why i complain here. So, i request you to help me to get refund that money.

          One assist team deducted rs1299 from my hdfc creditcard without intimation and they converted into emi also. When i given for request for cancellation they are telling to me that we will not able to refund ur total money which is deducted. Eventhough there is no mistake from my side also they r not refunding my total money which they r duducted frm my credit card.

            I have a salary account with hdfc bank and the account number is [protected].

            I have linked lic to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs. Unfortunately i have not maintained the balance for the month october 2017.

            So i have paid lic, the actual amount inclusive of fine. But hdfc bank has deducted rs. 14259.63 (Attached).in all the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions.

            Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account. Thank you.

            Hi,

            I am one of the unfortunate customer of this THUG bank and they have looted Rs.14000 so far, I am going to file a case against them in Court of Justice, Banks like HDFC are taking advantage of the leverage given by RBI and we should not keep quite otherwise they will keep looting our money with some or the other reasons, they have shown 6 ECS returns in a day, they are making fun of their consumers by doing this and that's how they are making money.

            Don't let them progress or else there will be a day when these Banks will govern society in a wrong way.

            I would appeal people to join hands and recommend RBI to cancel their Banking License.

                Well i have salary account and and my salary is getting credited every 1st of the month. However i just saw my statement and to my surprise amb chrg incl gst for oct2017-mir[protected] mir[protected] amb chrg incl gst for sep2017-mir[protected] mir[protected] are deducted. I would like to inforn you that i had switch my job and from the period of march-august salary was not credited. From 1st of september my salary is made every 1st of the month. Last week i have called from one assist in behalf of hdfc and they activating the 1899 plan in behalf of hdfc debit card i am not a credit card user but they also provide same services with credit card and submit my request.
                    I am not eager to participate in this scheme but they said that it is compulsory by hdfc bank for 1 year and they activating my service.

                        This is youdon sangmo. Here is my policy no 17482840 and the date of issue on[protected] actually my policy have 5years login period. But unfortunately i have only 10, 000/- in my own account. Which i can't takeout. As you know. That's my minimum balance which i have to keep in my account. If i have less then 10, 000/- in my account they will detected from my account as per bank rules. Therefore i can't manage with this money. I truly need the money.                           Hello sir
                          i remitted rs 1475/ thro paytm from my android mobile and after having provided my bank debit card of my bank and then having receivedAOTP, the amount was sent to the desired destination. Amsg from bank was also received showing deduction of the said amount from my account on[protected]. but it is shocking to report that the said money never reached to that place and authorities relied to me that they have NOT RECEIVED the said amount
                          NOR THE SAID AMOUNT HAS BEE GOT REFUNDED AND DEPOSITED INTO THE ACCOUNT FROM WHERE PAYTM WITHDREW MONEY.
                          A MSG RECEIVED ON MY MOBILE READS LIKE THIS

                          ADDED RS 1475 TO UR PAYTM WALLET TRANSACTIO ID...
                          GET UR PAYTM BHIMUPI ADDRESS.
                          I AM NOT AWARE WHAT FURTHER TO DO TO GET MY REFUND BACK FROM PAYTM NOR I POSSESS DETAILED KNOWDELGE YO HANDLE PROCESS OF PAYTM. FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE OF PAYTM IS DISMISSAL

                            PFA the transcripts considering which I had planned this purchase that too after confirming from both Amazon and HDFC bank customer care and these guys had confirmed that my purchase was valid for the below mentioned two offers:-
                            1) BUY NOW AND PAY IN 2018 EMI HOLIDAYS OFFER.
                            2)GET 10% CASHBACK IN YOUR ACCOUNT.

                            this should have been done automatically. Plus in addition to this I also have one more query regarding the additional EMI charges of 900 something incurred in my account I need clarification on that as well kindly reply to me asap .
                            In the below attached documents you can easily see that the purchase was made on 30th if September till the offer was valid.

                            Meanwhile i am receiving auto reply mails from Ms.Susana Chatterjee

                              i am using HDFC credit card since last 2 years.last 2 months i didn't pay the amount on time.
                              i said i will make the by the end of the month.As i said i paid the amount 24-11-17.
                              but the when the agents called me(21-nov to 22-nov) i
                              collection agent didnt listen and started abusing me with bad language,

                              i even complained the their manger surprisingly he said we dont know who called you.
                              i said i got the call just min before from the same which i mentioned above.
                              but he said we dnt know
                              i said i will rise the complaint.
                              he said do what ever you want.
                              i even tried to complain in HDFC credi card collection cell ([protected])section they didnt answering the call.

                              how can we stop this ###
                              i have to pay just 1700/- just delayed payments which is actually (gst +interest+tax) thats it i didnt even spent single rupee last two months

                                Recently i have received hdfc regalia credit card and as part of that hdfc ergo insurance got activated without notifying me, i got to know that after some amount was deducted from my hdfc credit card (900inr for policy, 100inr for emi conversion and 18inr for tax)

                                I called hdfc credit card customer care and also hdfc ergo customer to inquire how this policy got activated they said it got activated as part of credit card application but no one informed me about this.

                                I have seen lot of complaints on this topic in this forum, looks like hdfc is doing cheating, they don't inform about the policy and they just activate it and they say they got request from the application which is not fair, hdfc does telephonic verification of credit card but at that time they should asked about this but they are not doing that and silently activating the policy, which will directly points to the big loop hole in the system to cheat the customers

                                  Manju was the lady who was really rude and don't have manners to speak to customers at all. Just because i had some personal issue i didn't made my credit card payment but the way she dealt was not at all professional. Either someone give training to her about how to speak. Today when i told her that the payment is made yesterday then she denied it and said it's not reflecting. I mean check your system please it's been done and who have you rights to check my expenses and balance. If she can see my balance then definitely would have seen the transaction also.

                                    The Debit Card will be dispatched to the mailing address maintained in our records. In case you have changed your address, the Card will get returned. Please visit your nearest branch and submit your request for change of address as well as for assistance with the delivery of the Debit Card. You may also change your address through NetBanking by following the below process and then write to [protected]@hdfcbank.com for the status of the Debit Card. Log in to your NetBanking account Click on “Update contact details” on top of the page Click on “Update address” Click “Update” tab. You will be redirected to upload the self-attested scanned copy of the document. Update your address under "Address details" Select the document type that you wish to upload from the drop-down menu under "Address proof" Click "+" and select the document Click "upload" Type the code shown in the box Select "I/we confirm that we have read the Terms & conditions and that all details provided on the form are true & correct" Click on "Submit".

                                      I have paid rs.1000/- for hdfc fastag service but after two transactions its showing balance is zero & my a/c is black listed.
                                      I just want to know the reason behind this. I tried a lot to connect the customer care number but that number is not working also there is no mail id available for proper communications.

                                      I had deposited rs.1000/- for fastag facility, got the fastag.
                                      I dont understand the tag has been black listed after used two times of rs.215.
                                      Now the balance is nil.
                                      I just try to understand the reason behind this.
                                      I tried a lot for connect with your customer care but that number is not working.
                                      Also there is no mail id mentioned.
