There has been a deduction of amount 708 and 177 rs from my account [protected] in appropiately without prior communication from MIR[protected] MIR[protected] . I am really dissappointed with the way your bank operated.

It will be good on your part to refund ASAP....

I hold an hdfc bank credit card, and i also hold a salary account with the same bank.
Due to bad financial conditions, i was not able to make credit card payments for 2 months.
Now the bank has directly tapped into my salary account, and although there is no money on it. It shows a balance of -90000.

When i call the customer care about i willing to make a payment of 16000 as the card shows -4000 as credit balance....

Yesterday i received a call from a unknown number and she was claiming her self as a hdfc bank employee. As mentioned, her employee id :- p29492, name :- puja das.
She first told me, there have offer to upgrade your credit limit and you don't have to pay a single money. So i said, ok. After few hours, she again called me and told me you will receive a confirmation call from a third party. Please approve that. At that time, i was confused....

I am nadeem using the bank account from 7-8 years and holding credit card from 3-4 years now. I always make the payment on time. But this time i told the credit card team that i have an engagement and won't be able to make the min due payment for 2 months and they still put my funds/salary on hold. Hdfc bank has also raised crf for it. Crf number: 06251795
Please unhold my payments so that i can pay the min due amount....

I have been facing this problem again and again.
I have deposited a cheque on 8th of nov. 2017 in sector 78, noida branch.
Its still didn’t get clear.
I have a receiveable with me.

Hi team i had opened a bank account in hyderabad with hdfc but soon after i shifted to pune and i closed the hdfc account in pune aundh branch, but i still recieve messages from hdfc regarding that account and yesterday i recieved a message stating that my balance is -654. But i had already closed the account. What am i supposed to do now. I have already destroyed the card and cheque books and dont have any information regarding the account...

My name is chetak bhandge. This is unfortunate incident happened with me. I went 3 times to my home brach hdfc, kapurbawdi, thane. There is unknown reason, they are not changing my signature. Staff telling me it will done within 2 days, 3 days. Branch manager, ms ranade is also helpless and so rude.

I suggest customer not to go for this bank. This bank also have such policies, which makes problems to customers, times comes...

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 02/11/17. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team.
