hdfc securities my account details

I am muthulakshmi. I am doing hdfc securities derivative account. Demat account no is 59696364. I have pending payment still not yet received. When i receive sir??? Still there is no response answers from your side,,, please clarify my pending payment,, on monday morning they called me and said they will make payment pendings in two days but no response,, why i am not getting my derivatives account...

refund amount has not credited in my hdfc account

I have ordered air pump compressor through Amazon and I paid Rs.659 using hdfc NetBank. After some days I have returned it. While tracking the return status, they have mentioned that refund has issued to your bank. But I did not get it yet. If the refund not credited in my account on or before October 28th, 2017, they asked to discuss with bank. I have attached screenshots for your reference....

amount deduction for failed transaction

On 9/11/2017 around 5:07 pm. I was doing online payment of 30, 000 at cuims.in by my debit card. My account no is [protected]. This account is in jharkhand. At transaction time the net got slow and transaction was not completed but money was deducted. The amount was instantly deducted but when i checked that website again there the payment was not done.

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 1510 without my concern on date:10/11/2017. This was converted to EMI crediting Rs. 1299 /- to the card and Rs. 564 /- debited aa first EMI from my credit card. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this...

loss due to negligence of prm

i am complaining about the transaction which is failed and not refunded

It's been 6 working days i did not get my money in my wallet. They are not giving reply to any messages. I tried contacting in playstore, gmail and facebook. They are not lifting the call also....

cashback for scan to pay offer done on payzapp not received

I want to raise a complaint against hdfc bank as payzapp is a fully owned app of hdfc bank. They are the parent company behing payzapp.

As per the payzapp "scan to pay" offer from 4th aug to 30th sep'2017 i was eligible for a cashback of rs.150 (100 + 50) as i made 2 transactions of more than rs.200 on participating merchants.

The cashback was expected to be credited in early october but its been almost 40 days...

unethical behaviour

People from various branches of hdfc and who looks like their vendors of keep calling me for personal loan/business loan very frequently. Even after repeatedly requesting the callers to add my number to dnd they still keep calling me.

It's so annoying and frustrating. I get at least 1 calls per day asking if you interested in personal or business loan....

dishonest employees in hdfc dharmapuri branch

Very bad experience with hdfc dharmapuri branch. I applied for jewel loan on 09/11/17, first, they assured in the interest rate of 11%. But at the final processing, they put 13.50%. Very worst bank i have ever seen. These branch employees are not honest and even not transparent, they put a lot of hidden charges. So many dishonest worst employees/managers in this hdfc dharmapuri branch. Tn

cash debited but money not dispensed from atm

I had made an atm withdrawl from citi bank, dlf it park2 branch from my hdfc account on 31st oct 2017 @ 1:55pm ist of rs -10000 and rs-6000.
The amount has been debited from my account but i have not receicved the cash.
Also i have received the dispense failure slip from the atm.
I had made complaint in hdfc bank on 1st nov 2017 but didnt recevied any fruitful response from there relationship manager....

hdfc smart buy refund not initiated.

I made a flight booking using smartbuy on 18 oct, 2017 and flight booking got failed from smartbuy side but my money got deducted.

After that i got mail that in 1 hour refund will be processed and same will be credited to your account in 7 days but it didn't happen till now.

I tried to call smartbuy customer service so many times (More than 20 times) and every time they are saying that in next 2 days you will...

cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 5149 without my concern on date:08/11/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

transaction pending
