I have a banking relationship with your bank on personal loan (Account no[protected]. My monthly ECS for Rs.11, 300 (Eleven thousand and three hundred only) deduct from my HSBC salary account. Due to some office-end administrative changes all the HSBC transactions will be stopped from May. All the HSBC salary account, loan account, credit card will be blocked. The employees of PricewaterhouseCoopers have been opened with a new salary account in AXIS Bank. I would like to change my ECS banker from HSBC to AXIS Bank as soon as possible. Request you to take the necessary action to transfer the ECS Banker as soon as possible. Please note that from mid-May HSBC salary account will not exist. I don’t want that any transaction with you will interrupt for this reason. So please let me know the necessary action point as soon as possible.

    It is really unfair for HDFC Bank to charge amount for deposits and when they have clearly mentioned in there policies that it is free and how can they charge. RBI should be taking some necessary action on such kind of policies cause there are some huge amount transactions happen across India. And it is a clear case of cheating public fund. Terms & Conditions for Salary Account Cash Transactions: No.of cash transactions (Self at home and non-home branches) 4 free cash withdrawal transaction at branches Additional transactions at Rs 50/- per transaction (plus taxes) Cash Deposits - unlimited free Value of cash transactions through teller counters by Self Home Branch - Free with no limit on cash deposit and withdrawal Non Home Branch (Interbranch) - Value upto Rs. 49, 999/ per day - No charge Above Rs. 49, 999/- Rs 5/- per 1, 000/- on the full amount Third party cash transactions through teller counters (at home and non-home branches) Upto a limit of Rs.50, 000 per day - Rs.100 (plus taxes).       I am really surprised to see the customer service level of HDFC Bank. According to them, Classic customers get some additional benefits. But it's just for saying and some calls from personal bankers regarding loans, credit card etc. They don't help or treat their classic customers at all. I am raising this complain for the credit card issue. Due to my work, I need to change my place often. The HDFC card division needs to update customer's address to get an updated card if someone change their place. My credit card's expiry month was August and I thought to update my address in advanced and so I sent one mail to their Credit Card division on April first week. I did not get any notification from them regarding the receiving of the letter. So, I sent them one email on April 21st asking about the status of my application (reference number for the e-mail: [protected] ). On 22nd April I got replay saying there was some signature issue and I need to send the application again. They also sent me two forms and I filled up those two forms and sent them again on 29th April. Since they took so much time to acknowledge the receipt of first application (which is really wired), I informed them in advanced regarding my 2nd application. On May 10th I got one email from them saying my new address is updated in their database and all future correspondence will be forwarded to the amended address only. They also wrote as - "We observe that we are not in receipt of the written instructions for re-despatch of your upgraded credit card. Due to security reasons, we would be unable to process your instructions through e-mail / scanned attachment received at our end. We request you to send us duly signed letter seeking reissuance of your credit card to enable us to send the credit card to the new mailing address." Now, this is the worst and ignorance replay from them which I was not expecting. I already sent application twice and still they are saying they did not get any written instructions and I need to send application once more. I have few questions to HDFC Card division - 1. Who asked you to upgrade my credit card? (The new card will charge me[protected] if I don't spend 400000 yearly) 2. Why did you block my first credit card without even updating my address? Would you take all the headache for me now? 3. How come it took more than 20 days to update me that my first application was rejected due to signature issue? Isn't it your responsibility to inform me in advanced? At least before you block my credit card? 4. Why can't you arrange some easy ways for customers to update the details? Why should I waste 80 Rs and time sending application to Card division in Chennai? You have so many branches in around the country. Then, why can't you do this small steps and provide some easy solutions to customers? 5. You say your phone banking and Internet banking is too much secure. In fact, we can do all transaction through both of them. Then how come changing address for a new Credit Card through Net banking or Phone Banking is not so secure for you? 6. Why you advertise as you give more preference to your Classic customers? Instead of harassing your classic customers, it would be better if you serve them properly. It's like classic customers are just an easy way to do telemarketing. So far I did not get better service from the personal banker other than loans offer or something else that would make more money for you. To all HDFC Bank people, please don't think I am raising this complain in a hope of fixing your worst system. I am just doing this so that other person can learn a lesson from me. I am just not getting one thing - you people offer too much incentives to your employee to get a new customer either for your Credit card or for one normal bank account. Then when one person becomes your customer, why don't you provide support? What happens to your mind then? [I still remember about getting too much call from your employees asking to take a new car. It was when I just started my job in a MNC.] Anyway, I am going to close my both accounts and my wife's account as well. In fact, long back I asked my personal banker for a home loan and she said that I would get call from my nearest brace. It's funny that till now I never get any call. Finally, I took home loan from other bank. Also, it's better to do business in other bank who treat their customers properly. I usually prefer private bank because of the service level. But sadly, you people are same like other worst service providers. Honestly saying, HDFC needs to employ person who do their duty properly. I have been a customer from 2008 and I would have happy if I could have taken the loan from HDFC itself. And possibly more transactions in coming days. Not sure how many people have patience to send same application 3 times and asked more than 3 times for a home loan info. India is developing and you need to fire all those sleeping buffaloes and hire some really active person. Hope then someone else don't have to wait 20 days to get an update and send application 3 times.         I saw my bank statement online. shocked to see 842.70 dedected under the name of DEPOSITORY CHARGES.. This is absolutely cheating and exploiting the customer's . Ihave a salary account of ahdfc, NOW WHILE OPENING THE ACCOUNT IT WAS TOLD THAT THE DEMAT ACCOUNT WILL B E FREE, later after few days i personally visited a hDFC branch in jogeshwai and informed them to close this demat account, the counter staff asked me to meet the manager, whicj i did, i personally submitted the cancellation form to the branch manager. But now i see the charges.. This people dont even have courtesy to inform the customer before deducting such a huge amount. I want my money back at any cost.. I am sueing HDFC for sure this timeVikram

          HI I have joined HDFC Bank on 21st may 2012 and left the bank on 15th Dec 2012. My employee code was K4099. I have applied for the PF twice after resigning the bank. First they said that they have misplaced the form and so I need to send it again. I have send the complete form in the month of February 2014 and still waiting for the communication from the Bank PF Team. I have been mailing them continuously but there is no response.

            i have been charged with 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 290414 for Rs. 112.36 and 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 210414 for Rs 112.36 . I have witnessed same problem few weeks back where i raised the complaint and i got money back and it again happened. If you keep on doing this i should have to close my account

              Dear Sir, This is Dinesh Kumar from bangalore, i was a customer for Hdfc credit card ([protected]) and due to some financial problem i was not able to make regular payment and was only paying my interest, once some agency guided for settlement for my HDFC credit card, even i agreed and they gave settlement for Rs 42000 on feb month for 8 emi, i had pad for for 3 months, and due to financial problem i could not continue and from augest month hdfc people started helping me saying that they have a option to extend the settlement period and told me to pay month on month and complete it, they said as if they are very helpful to me and i too started to pay month on month at last i paid was on feb 2014 and i spoke to their bank manager too, even he said only 5000 is pending and insisted me to clear it next month and the next month they started to show their original face, when no one came to collect cash i called them on april 1st week itself were they said that my settlement is invalid on august 2013 itself and not i should pay the full amount, Sir if the settlement is in valid why did the executive and manager committed that it is been extended if they would have told me that the settlement is invalid, before paying the amount i would have taken another settlement and would have cleared it So sir please help me in this case they torture me with using all slanks Sir waiting for your Reply RegardsDinesh [protected]

                  Hello,

                  Today at 7:00AM I been to HDFC ATM Address : Shop No A-15, Shivashish Flats, Opp Shilpa Society, D-Cabin, - Sabarmati Ahmedabad-380019 Gujarat India to withdraw the amount. The cleaner of the ATM make me stand there for 20 minutes by saying that he is cleaning the surface, I agreed and waited till he finished! In between I asked him twice that whether the ATM is working, he said YES it is in working condition.
                  When he finished with his task he asked me to wait till he checks the ATM and finally he said machine is not working! He could have told me in the begining itself rather making me stand there for 20 minutes!
                  I request HDFC to put some literate staff to their ATMs to avoid this kind of Inconvenience and to understand the value of time!

                      Hi Team, i have been charged Rs.112.30 and Rs 221.90 as TPT cash txn charges for the months Jan 14 and Oct 14 respectively from your bank without any prioir notice and which was not deducted previosly. This is a unnecessary deductions so kindly reverse my amount back to my account otherwise i have to close my account because other banks don't charge these kind of taxes like yours. . Kindly refund my deducted amout. Thanks!!! Regards,

                        My Credit card expired so HDFC issued me a new credit card after 15 days my card is delivered where as i didn't recived it i called customer care and he just said it is delivered to you sir after resisting to much he just gave me a tracking number just to follow up. when i checked online the status was delivered since the post office which was shown was 30 kms so i couldnt really think of going there and collecting it after calling two or three times customer care repeated the same story and finally the said it is delivered to wrong person.. and again gave me same tracking number after asking so many times he agreed to block the card, and when i said please send new one he simply said you have to submit a written application to our branch since your card is lost or stolen when i said i want to surrender he said submit the application, reward points ?? u want new card to redeem, , payment?? you can use your old card... I am still not able to understand why i am suffering all this pain they failed to deliver card to right person then why would i follow up with post office and since i never got the card why should i submit application for lost card and above all calling and yelling for so many time customer care executive just dont agree when there 4 year old customer is saying... more over when i visited HDFC branch and asked for a lost card application she just said it is not available get a copy from website and submit... they can't even help with a 1 re printout... really frustrated of this credit card this is a example of pathetic service really

                          Dear Sir, I tried buying HP laptop through HDFC Prepaid Pluse Forex Card but order is Declined (HP order Number H[protected] but amount $882 is debited from Forex Prepaid Card. When I called customer care they said like it will take 7 working days to credit back the amount. And I asked what if i haven't given the compliant, for that they said it is considered as success full transaction and amount never credit back. My Concerns are: 1. When in US $882 amount is huge and waiting for 7 days is too much. 2. Without compliant they never credit back the amount. Please consider above these. THanks Partha

                            I have submitted PF WITHDRWAL proposal on 20th oct 2013 but after so many follow up i dint get any positive revert neither PF department Nor HDFC LIFE PF department and for this i'm very depressed when i called to BANDRA PF OFFICE no 1 pick my call when i call to HDFC LIFE so they always use to say they did not get Any letter regarding my PF so now suggest me what do i do... please do the need full.                               These types of charges are not in other Banks. Like I have got another Banks Accounts, e.g. Axis Bank, ICICI Bank and Yes Bank and these banks benver deducted such type of Amounts, but HDFC Bank is the only Bank who deducts always WRONG AMOUNT.

                              As guarantee for loan of 500000. In 1 month she told me I will get first
                              policy paper then after I'll get loan paper & then after 3 to 4 days I

                              My self pawan having account in hdfc bank I got a call from Delhi by sonal Sharma [protected] For loan in January she told me about personal loan Without any document of job or salary I will get loan Of 500000 bcoz my transaction with bank is good But sonal told me for loan I need to withdraw policy of 50000 as security for loan amount and same amount will be adjusted for first 5 EMI of loan then Policy will be cancelled automatically. Sonal told me to give cheque of 50000 on favour of Hdfc life also pan card Xerox to hdfc agent & don't ask about plan with agent bcoz he will charge commission. Sonal told me she was directly from bank & she will not charge any commission for loan & for that I'll need to show to hdfc life agent that I don't know abt any loan & m withdrawing a policy Only. Sonal told me after deducting amount of 50000 from My account I'll get policy paper in 15 to 20 days which I got at my home & after reciveing policy paper I'll get loan paper In 15 days but I didn't recive any loan paper & for That certain times I calledup sonal every Time she Gave me many dates for reciveing loan paper and Till now I didn't got any laon paper. After that she told me instead of loan paper I'll directly get loan amount & for that again she Gave me many dates for loan amount but till now I didn't got any loan for this matter she used my 2 to 3 Months & after that sonal called me saying that May loan file is rejected & she don't no the reason & agait sonal told me to wait for some time to know Status of my file why my file was rejected. Again many times I called sonal to know abt my file She told me to cancel file bcoz it will take to long period to process again loan file & by canceling File I'll get my 50000 back along with 9% rate of interest & for that again she took my 3 months & again always I was calling sonal for my money Till now 5 months left I didn't get any loan paper, Loan amout, my 50000 or any interest. & now she is not responding my call. Plz help me out I have all recordings with me Also have policy paper & the video of agent to whom I have given cheque & documents.

I did not recieve any POLICY DOCUMENT so far even i made several complaint on thier customer helpline no. this is my first complaint. 1. Policy No : 15334289 2. Name : NAGESH BABU MANTHAPURAM 3. Communication Address : 2-3-540/43/A, D.V.Colony, Minister Road, Near KIMS Hospital, Secunderabad - 500003. Sir this is my policy related details, 2. Sir in this plan i have opted for quarterly mode of payment, first i had issued a cheque and from the next quarter the payment is through ECS mode. i have given the ECS on my current account with HDFC Bank Ltd., on the ECS mandate form the hdfc life personal have forgotten to take my stamp. so there is no question that the ECS should not be active, but unfortunately the first ECS got cleared from my bank account and the second ECS got struck. Sir i want to ask that how is it possible that if 1st ECS got cleared how come the second ECS is cancelled. As if the first is cleared that means the HDFC bank and the HDFCLIFE personal have done a fraud transaction please help me in this issue. 3. Every insurance company has a customer helpline center, Sir i would like to bring to ur notice that what ever the customer makes a complaint in this helpline is heard as a waste thing. latest issue i will tell sir on April 26th 2014 I made a call to customer service helpline to raise a complaint and they had given a complaint no and again on 30th April 2014 when i inquired about the same complaint no they were saying that the complaint no is not a valid complaint no. Sir as when ever i call them they say that they record the conversation for internal training purpose sir please hear the conversation i had with their customer service personal and see what she told when she told to note down my complaint no and the same was denied as not a valid complaint. Sir i want to ask that when a customer raises a complaint how ca he be assured that what ever he told to that personal, that same complaint is raised r they are playing prank with the customer. i had called the customer service helpline more than 50 times after taking the policy but not even one complaint is registered . SIR does IRDA has given any RIGHTS TO CUSTOMER WHO FACE THIS PROBLEM SIR IS THERE ANY MISTAKE OF MINE SIR PLEASE SIR GIVE REPLY TO THIS MAIL SIR. I AM A NORMAL PERSON WHO GETS HIS EARNING BY STITCHING CLOTHES I AM A TAILOR, I WORK FROM MORNING 9 A.M. TO NIGHT 10 P.M AND MY HARD EARNED MONEY IS TAKEN FOR GRANTED SIR. PLEASE SIR I BEG TO TO TAKE ACTION ON THE INSURANCE COMPANY SIR FAILING WHICH IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN I WILL APPROACH THE MEDIA PERSONAL TO HELP WITH MY PROBLEM AS I HAVE FEW RECORDED CONVERSATION MADE WITH THOSE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONAL.                                   I have HDFC savings account in Indiranagar, Bangalore branch. My brother tried to deposit 20000/ in to my account in Guntur, Andhra pradesh. They rejected stating the reason that cash deposits are accepted only by customer himself. I went to my home branch and complained. They told me that, they have to accept deposits up to 50000. My brother went again but they rejected again. It happened 3 times. I fed up and complained to grevience cell, appellate authority also. Still no solution to this. I got mad and told to Home branch manager that, I have only option left is " made a dharna before the bank" or close the account. I have been using this account from last 10 years. don't know what to do

                                  My issue is resolved. I received a mail from talktous team and I replied with my complete a/c and other details. With in 24 hours, I received a call from Particular branch Manager. He said sorry for that and discussed on the issue. Issue resolved immediately. He gave his personal mobile number and told me that I can call any time in future in case if face any issue regarding that.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam Please arrange for the refund of one of two premium amount that i made towards my application, no. S[protected] on 05.04.2014 . Rs8427/- was debited twice from my account but one transaction was failed and after that i made another payment that was successful .So please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible so that i could get refund of my money . First I presume that one failed transaction would automatically credit back to my account, but when after 10 days that would not happen then i mailed you in this regard but even after that nothing is being done . if his is the level of your service in this small matter than i have to reconsider my decision to buy policy from you. i have wrong assumption that HDFC Life provide good service but you have proved me completely wrong . If this matter would not be resolved within 2 days i have to complain in consumer forum and i would withdraw my policy with you . I thing you just don't have any respect for customers, that's why you are so indifferent towards customer complain
