To, Date:17-7-14 National Housing Bank New Delhi, India Copy-RBI, HDFC Subject : HDFC Ltd. steal my money by an arbitrary way. Respected Sir/Madam It is with great agony that I wish to bring your kind notice that I apply a land purchasing loan from HDFC Ltd file no[protected]. They reject to loan my file because 20 year back there was a minor in sale dead of that plot which I want to purchase. They ask me to make this minor as confirming party. This is ridicules that how can i or also land seller can find that minor and there family who sold that land 20 years ago and went somewhere else. Possession of seller is from last 20 years on that land without any dispute. It’s like inviting a buffalo to hit yourself. I have submitted all necessary documents to HDFC for loan like ITR, Bank statement etc. and a blank cheque of my bank A/c and cash Rs.1500/- for some legal purpose as told by HDFC officials. All this process held in last month june-14. Several time meeting done for document correction and verification. But HDFC reject my loan application with an unexpected reason. I think I could not make HDFC officials happy with some reason. On month june-14 ending I told HDFC on phone that this is not possible for me to find that minor and his family so you can close my case. I not need any loan from your company and i will collect my all submitted document from HDFC . After that i engaged in some work and could not take back my documents. On 8-July-14 i seen my bank statement i surprised to know that HDFC charged my bank A/c. Rs.10229.00 by cheque no21031818 on 7-july-14. This is a fraud by HDFC ltd. I visit HDFC office and ask why they unnecessary charge my bank A/c. They told that it will take 5-6 days to get back money and some amount will deduct. On a ground of an illogical reason HDFC ltd not give me loan. How can they charge me? This is stealing. I lost lot of time and money and at last I got mental harassment by HDFC. I want to know that. 1. Why they process my file if there is any basic complication. 2. When they reject my file on which ground they charged amount from me. 3. Without any work and information how can they use my cheque. 4. on same day when HDFC reject my loan. If I give request for stop payment of that cheque how can they charge me? 5. can i put this matter on consumer court.? This is my request to government concerned department that please do the necessary to refund my full money which HDFC taken arbitrarily.     i had applied for credit card on 16th june 2014 my referance no. is [protected]S2 still now i didnt get my credit card.. status is still now 'IN PROCESS' i called customer care, they told that i ll get it within 21 days but still now i didnt get my credit card. while applying i was informed that ill get my card within 10-15 days... hdfc bank only know how to do...BADI BADI BAATE...

      Hi,
      Myself Anwesha Goswami and i'm a old customer of HDFC Bank but i think i will switch to some other bank because of this..

      My last month credit card bill was 16791. I have done a partial payment of 10791, so renmaining balance was 6000.

      I calculated finance charges should be around 250, at a rate of 3.25%. but its comes 440 actually.

      so I called HDFC Customer care service for credit card with hyderabad extension (ph no:[protected] to clear my doubt why its come 440.

      my 1st call is responded by customer care executive Veena. I was asking her why it comes 440.

      she told me that its 440 because the finance charges are calculated on the whole billed amount(in my case 16791) instead of remaining amount i.e. 6000.

      I told her that previously HDFC CC executive told me that finance charges are calculated on remaining amount not on whole amout.

      she was not ready to listen to me. she misbehaved with me. she told me that i am making a new rule. taking finance charges on remaining amount is mentioned no where, its calculated on whole amout.

      i asked her several times to listen to my previous call recordings to HDFC CC. A ter asking several times she told me that calls are not being recorded in HDFC Credit card Customer Care.

      She gave me wrong information. when I told her that I will discontinue with HDFC bank services; she ok me ok madam fine. thank you.

      after that I again called on same no. another executive picked up the call. she told me that when partial payment is done, till the date of partial payment finance charges are calculated on whole amount and after that on remaining amount.

      I asked her to raise a complaint on the 1st CC executive (Veena), she gave me a complain no [protected].

      I asked her how I will come to know if any action is taken on my complain, she told me to write a my to HDFC Customer care services (mail id: customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com).


      So its a request to HDFC Bank if you cant afford to have decent CC than close your CC service or appoint some decent and educated people. Otherwise you will lost your customer as you are going to lost my account. And soon i will switch to some other bank and i will write this to every complaint site and blog and social media and let people know about your uneducated CC services.

        This is manj iam hold HDFC credit credit card and spoke to customer care people regarding the to increase the credit limit and they told that wait fro 1 hour to increase the credit limit and her name is harika and from that calling to the customer service people and they are using the scarscatic language with me

            Dear Sir,

            I hope you will help me out of this

            I have credit card with HDFC bank which is not in use since 3 year, I have tried to block my card previously but they have not blocked and continuously charged me on due amount. My last due was 30k where I have alreday made total minimum payment till now 49, 898 instead of 30, 000 which was my credit limit too. I'm not receiving statment too since one year suddenly they are telling that 70, 000 is due with all charges.

            Currently me and my relative are getting call from different numbers but they are not telling that from which collection agency they are telling. Since one week its happening. Recovery agency list is alreday there on HDFC Bank website.


            They are calling from [protected], [protected], [protected], in HDFC behalf.

            When i am calling back to them nobody is picking call.

            I have spoken with bank person they are not responding well and not telling me that who is calling, they are just saying that settle the amount you will not get call, currently I'm not in position to settle the amount now which they are asking.

            Looking for quick action, believing you are the best to solve consumer problems

              I have received email from HDFC that your Demat account opened. I have never given such kind of request. My salary account was opened on March 2014. Why you have opened Demat account. Who has given request on July 2014? Close this Demat account.Why you are opening Demat account without any information to Customer.Kindly close it I don't have any requirement of Demat.                 My husband is working with HDFC bank from the last 3 years, earlier everything was fine but as of now as the new Branch manager comes life becomes hell. He left home in the morning at 8:15 and there is no time of coming back home that can be 10-11-12 in the night, problems didn't end here. The main problem is the pressure with Branch Manager is making on every employee, he is harassing every one for the business and forcing everyone to resign. As a branch manager he himself left the branch at 6:30 - 7:00 daily and give the target to the employee either do it or resign or he will give the quarter rating 5. And one interesting thing about the Branch Manager he himself be demoted and transfer to this branch. This is the case of North Delhi- Adarsh Nagar Branch. Hope the senior most authorities will take this thing in mind and take positive action against it. Hopefully in favour of the employees. As HDFC is known for it.

                  Hi Team, i have been charged 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC[protected].36, TPT cash txn charges Sep[protected].36, TPT cash txn charges Nov[protected].70, TPT cash txn charges Dec[protected].90, TPT cash txn charges Dec[protected].46, 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 170514 from your bank without any prioir notice and which was not deducted previosly. This is a unnecessary deductions so kindly reverse my amount back to my account otherwise i have to close my account because other banks don't charges these kind of taxes like yours. how can you ppl deduct in 2014 for the year 2013. Kindly refund my deducted amout.

                      We made a settlement at Trichy branch and they issued a letter ref No: H:ACCTS:PREPLET/5583929 dtd 7th May 2014 to collect the home documents/NOC etc on 26th May 2014. While visiting on that day we advised by another representative to send a mail to Mr.Srinivasan and Mr.Mahindran to transfer the document to Trichy Branch. We have not received any reply from either from [protected]@hdfc.com or [protected]@hdfc.com. The email Id provided by HDFC representative of Trichy-Thillainagar Branch

                        I received a call from an HDFC agent regarding Solitaire credit card offer. I have submitted the doc on 20th June and they have told me the expect a verification call in few days. Till date I have neither received a verification call nor did I have heard back from that agent. The agent's name was Swathi and the contact no she gave me is:[protected]. I was asked to submit a missing doc to hdfccards.[protected]@gmail.com which i have not being suspetious of the mail ID.

                        Please help me track this.

                            Myself Abhijit Banerjee, having HDFC Credit Card No: [protected] which was used from period[protected] where my total due was unpaid after that since year 2009 I've settle all due which was lying due in my Card, , settlement done to Franchisee of Credit Card (HDFC) and final settlement receipt provided by them. after long time on 30.06.2014 when my salary credited into Bank same day all amount debited automatically from my account without any information, which is quite surprising . from that incident time i'm continuously trying to contact them but they mislead me and not providing any support . As a innocent resident and client of HDFC this type of ridiculus services are not expected from HDFC end. nor they are convening me my Actual Due where I need to understand the problem why this happening . So from the above incident I'm frustrated and force to move Consumer Forum for Justice . Pls look into the matter seriously as facing huge difficulty and problem. thanks

                            All settlement done of my Due vide HDFC MEMO No: 15662612 dt: 28.01.09, 15662625 dt: 28.01.09 (cash), 15900307 dt: 12.02.09 (cash), 16494817 dt: 23.03.09 (cash), 16772115 dt: 15.04.09 & 16868712 dt: 29.04.09 (cash). Where Executive confirm & assure verbally that all settlement done and no dues lying in your card in Year 2009.

                            But Unfortunately after long time on 30.06.2014 when my salary credited into Bank same
                            day all amount debited automatically from my account without any information, which is quite surprising . from that incident time i'm continuously trying to contact them but they mislead me and not providing any support .

                            As a prestigious Customer Credit Card department has done Fraudulent & Shameful activity to me. Now I'm forced to make complain against your HDFC Credit Card Dept in CONSUMER FORUM, Complain Done on dt: 03.07.2014 against Fraudulent & Cheating Case.

                            If the same not waive or settle within 02 working days then I'm bound to complain against your HDFC Bank to President, PM officially for misleading client.

                            As a innocent resident and client of HDFC this type of ridiculous services are not expected from HDFC end. nor they are convening me my Actual Due where I need to understand the problem why this happening .

                            So from the above incident I'm frustrated and force to move Consumer
                            Forum for Justice .

                            Pls look into the matter seriously as facing huge difficulty and problem.

                            SECOND REQUEST FOR JUSTICE : ( BELOW MAIL COMMUNICATION HAD WITH HDFC CREDIT CARD )

                            As per your clarification mail you required some clarification from my end below is detail of Reciept which is issued from Your HDFC Bank for payment of settlement done, pls do check from your end and revert back ..

                            "All settlement done of my Due vide HDFC MEMO No: 15662612 dt: 28.01.09, 15662625 dt: 28.01.09 (cash), 15900307 dt: 12.02.09 (cash), 16494817 dt: 23.03.09 (cash), 16772115 dt: 15.04.09 & 16868712 dt: 29.04.09 (cash). Where Executive confirm & assure verbally that all settlement done and no dues lying in your card in Year 2009. "


                            For your kind information your Representative repeatedly told me that all your settlement done no payment lying in your Card as per Memo Provided, So I feel this is completely Negligence from your BANK for this I'm suffered.

                            This kind of Activity done by your Said Representative as a Sincere Customer of HDFC BANK I was satisfied as for your Kind information currently I'm also using other BANK Card and continue purchasing and paying on timely basis, no allegation levied at me by other BANK.

                            HOW YOUR BANK WILL DO, , , , THIS MEANS YOUR BANK IS CHEATING AND CONTINUE MISLEADING BY DOING THIS KIND OF ACTIVITY.

                            Yesterday, I got a threat call from one of your Executive to pay all amount which is due in CARD within 02 days unless they will take action through recovery officer, if this activity done by your Bank Representative which is quite Surprising.

                                HDFC Credit Card, The Credit Card Department do not have any synchronization at all among department, I have raised a query for payment but the last digit's were wrong of my CC on 06/06/2014. The same was gt attention to the concern department of HDFC CC, and they agreed that the fund have reached them via HDFC Bank. And they needed to do some formality for reverting the funds back to my Credit Card account. I have been asked to sign some paper to so for more than 4 times till today, 02/07/2014. They know that money is in with them and it just needs to reverted to my account. But I must say they don't know how to do this in the right way to solve such a small problem. Their behavior is poorer than beginner. I am totally stun with this kind of experience from a bank which name them among the best banker in INDIA. ARE THEY BEST BANK ... I have my question...                                   Who gave HDFC the permission to have my funds kept on hold ?

                                  Who has given them the authority to hold my account ????

                                  I'll never seen such a bank, a bank steals money from the customer.

                                  Are they running bussiness or a small grocery shop.?

                                  I've spent 14000/- on my card and already have paid 10200 and how come your people charge 14000/- They have put their own charges and then hold my account ?

                                  They have no rights to hold my funds. Should they not release immediately and battle it in the consumer court.

                                  Infact I have been writing them mail continiousely asking for a closure and they aren't responding to it. I lost my card long back and wrote to them for release of a fresh card and they informed to clear the funds and only then the card will be issued. They are more concerned about payment not about the customers welfare.

                                  Never seen such a bank in my life time.

                                  I've take and completed my loan in ICICI, barclays but a no.1 waste bank and poor bank who steals money from customer's account is hDFC. Are they such a poor bank to do that ?

                                    Due to I lose my job I was unable to pay the amount of credit card. And in this time some recovery agents behave very badly with me, and giving me threatening calls.
                                    But now I got a job and want to settle all of my dues. But HDFC bank hold my first salary, so it’s very tough to me fulfill my daily needs. So it’s my humble request to you kindly help me to release my salary and settle the account.

                                      Hi My policy number is 15327255. date of Birth is 09021967. We have been fooled by Mr Bharat Kolambe from Kingsway Branch, Nagpur. My mothers investment request was converted in to Life Insurance policy for me. They came to the house and convinced my mother that if I open an NRI account, it will be good for her. I had only signed a document for that. But they forged my signature and locked the money for 5 yrs to reach their personal Bank...
