Hello Team,
I am highly disappointed to express my concern against HDFC Bank services. I lost my International Platinum debit card day before yesterday, i rang up customer care of hdfc at the same time for blocking the card and requesting for new one. My house number is changed for the same address instead despite of getting any valid answer, my call was put on different ivr for about 15 minutes. Moreover, my mom went to the bank with an application requesting for new card instead of any reliable answer she was asked to go head office for address update that is far from my native location. Every support in hdfc has their own procedures noone has any valid justification for what they are saying.
could you please be kind enough to share the steps for new credit card request without visiting head office as i get off only on Sunday thereby will hardly get a chance to visit.

Depository charges seem to be OK. Every time you sell shares (on different days), some 28.00 Rs will be charged.
Regarding accident policy, you demand from the bank to provide details as to which policy against the said amount is debited. If they are unable to give details ask them to refund the amount. If they give you details (of the policy which they have you fraudulently bought) ask them to provide the form that has been filled by the customer.
It should be done in writing. Insist the manager to acknowledge the receipt of your letter. If you refuses to do so, find out email id of the manager and send email.
