It has been very disappointing to deal with HDFC Securiies, I am constantly doing whatever is recommended which is again self service, as I am not able to speak with anyone at Hdfc securitites. Niether hdfc branches are able to fix the issue. I want a immediate resolution and want someone from security team to call asap...

From today I have noticed tha app is not responding, as a result could not make any dealings.
Please note that i am travelling to UK....

I, Ujas Dharamshi, have a trading account with HDFC Securities. But due to the non-pick up of POA, I am unable to sell shares/MF. While buying they did not ask for POA but while selling, they are asking.

I emailed 4 times but no concrete response or scheduled pick up of POA, They only have Automated answer. The link provided for authenticating POA does not work. I called Customer care since morning but they dont pick up or...

After repeated requests to close my demat account, there is still no response from hdfc demat team. Its already 6 months that I am waiting for a response from the HDFC team. Can you please help with this request?...

Please check the my demet account.. i ordered 50 equity share of prince pipes.

Then.. i added money to my hdfc bank account to demet account... and i got a notification for successfully purchase 50 share..

Than i return to home page but right now i couldn't see any share in my portfolio.. my demet account balance is also nil

Please check the error.. ...

I'm facing issue with HDFC Sec demat account through which I'm trading. Recently I purchased a MF NFO for Rs.15000 with FV of Rs.10 during NFO window open for subscribing and units allocated were 1500units(which was even confirmed by hdfc trasaction statement). However after the Fund is live I see that my demat balance for this MF was wrongly allocated as 453units. I tried reaching coustomer care and had long transactions...

Since 4 consecutive days I am trying to speak with customer care executive regarding a query related to IPO no one is attending the call I am waiting in call for 10 -15 mins and call is being disconnected what kind of service is this u guys provide to your customers, I can understand u guys are busy but for whom these customer services are being established i[censored] guys can't attend a customer from 4 days then what kind of service do u provide.Hope...

I opened an HDFC Salary account a month back, & they asked me to open a demat account. While opening a HDFC demat account, I wasn't informed any charges are applicable. I do not require any demat account, & I thought it's a additional service provided by Hdfc. I want my money back deducted for HDFC securities. And close the demat account, or whatever required, to stop any further deduction in future I want an refund for my amount ASAP.br...

I an not able to sell the shares from my demat account through edis authorisation . after 3 months of complaints . customer care still not able to solve the issue . who will be responsible for the loss incurred in my demat account....

As i was asked to take plan for brokerage deduction i agreed
and said dob and pancard no. Also amount has also been
paid but unfortunately no contact is being possible as i am

As a New customer of HDFC securities, no customer service provider has been able to be connected for help...

I have raised my queries for several times to RM and wrote to his boss Mr. Sarvesh Gupta ( Branch Manager-Elite Desk) but least bother to resolve and reply as minimum courtesy to the client, even don't pick up the phone by Br. Manager.

Complaints:

Their Pro-Terminal is free for FnO user, but mistakenly paid the amount Rs.1999/-, which supposed to be returned as confirmed by RM. But always assuring, not returned...

Hi,

Past 4 days, I am visit HDFC Bank MG. Road (pune) branch and Bund Garden Branch for closure of HDFC demat account. But every time they are saying that this is HDFC Bank not HDFC security office. And avoid futhure discuss.

Even I have download HDFC Bank Demat closure form.
