Amount Debited from HDFC Bank but not credited by HDFC Securities

Address: CHEMBUR

Dear Sir,

I had purchased shares on 24th of January, 2022 amounting to Rs. 23, 591.53 vide HDFC Securities and the amount was also debited from my HDFC bank account. However, the Ledger of HDFC Securities is not reflecting the amount deducted from my bank account. Trading Account Number is 69781664. The amount has not been credited, which normally happens the same day.

Kindly correlate with the bank account...

I am Manjula Sritharan, hold a trading/demat account in HDFCBANK. I came to know today when I called my branch at BANK HOUSE, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad-500034 that my account has been shifted to Mumbai without any intimation to me. I am surprised that HDFCBANK did this to a customer without any intimation.

    My hdfc securities demat account number is IN[protected].

    When I check in one of the Chennai branch, they told me that they cannot access the account as it is with Bombay. In the era of internet world, not sure your own branch is not able to access the accounts within HDFC.

    Anyways, as mentioned by them can please link my demat account to HDFC securities to Tamilnadu - Chennai - Tambaram branch, for local services.

    I have written a mail to [protected]@hdfcsec.com & [protected]@hdfcsec.com. Its been more than a week now after sending the mail and there is no update or response from the team. Kindly expedite this and provide a confirmation at the earliest.

        Non updation of kyc and

        Address: mulund west mumbai

        My trading account is 300584 with hdfcsecurities i had a very bad experience with their staff
        since my demat account was non operative for a long so I have contacted them as per their advise I went to Mulund west branch along with filled form and two black and white xerox copies of PAN and Adhar card and submitted it to Mr. Om on 4th January 2022

        As there was no call I contacted relationship manager she told me since...

          Client ID is Disabled/Not Found Error

          It has been very disappointing to deal with HDFC Securiies, I am constantly doing whatever is recommended which is again self service, as I am not able to speak with anyone at Hdfc securitites. Niether hdfc branches are able to fix the issue. I want a immediate resolution and want someone from security team to call asap...

            I, Ujas Dharamshi, have a trading account with HDFC Securities. But due to the non-pick up of POA, I am unable to sell shares/MF. While buying they did not ask for POA but while selling, they are asking.

            I emailed 4 times but no concrete response or scheduled pick up of POA, They only have Automated answer. The link provided for authenticating POA does not work. I called Customer care since morning but they dont pick up or call back and comes continuously engaged.

              After repeated requests to close my demat account, there is still no response from hdfc demat team. Its already 6 months that I am waiting for a response from the HDFC team. Can you please help with this request?

                जेव्हा 199 चा आपल्या प्लॅन मदे per trade 20 रु चार्जेस आहेत तर मग ग्राहकांकडून per लॉट 236 प्रमाणे वसुली का चालू आहे गेल्या 17 दिवसात 25 हजारापेक्षा जास्त अनैतिक वसुली अकाउंट मधून केली आहे ।प्लॅन बद्दल चार्जेस बद्दल कोणतीही कल्पना न देता हे अन्यायकारक वसुली करत आहेत। ग्राहक extra incom साठी ट्रेडिंग करतो का याना रोज 5 हजार चार्जेस देण्यासाठी 5k प्रॉफिट बुक करून सुद्धा रक्कम जमा होण्याऐवजी हे जवळपास 5k चार्जेसच डेबिट करत आहेत।

                  Demat account balance and portfolio error

                  Please check the my demet account.. i ordered 50 equity share of prince pipes.

                  Then.. i added money to my hdfc bank account to demet account... and i got a notification for successfully purchase 50 share..

                  Than i return to home page but right now i couldn't see any share in my portfolio.. my demet account balance is also nil

                  Hi

                  I'm facing issue with HDFC Sec demat account through which I'm trading. Recently I purchased a MF NFO for Rs.15000 with FV of Rs.10 during NFO window open for subscribing and units allocated were 1500units(which was even confirmed by hdfc trasaction statement). However after the Fund is live I see that my demat balance for this MF was wrongly allocated as 453units. I tried reaching coustomer care and had long transactions and even written mails to complaince officer mail id. I'm surprised that customer care executive calls me and say that I purchased for 15000 and units were alloted on basic of NFO live date and that is how it will be alloted evetough I purchase for Rs.10. Strange that person is not having knowledge on this.

                    Since 4 consecutive days I am trying to speak with customer care executive regarding a query related to IPO no one is attending the call I am waiting in call for 10 -15 mins and call is being disconnected what kind of service is this u guys provide to your customers, I can understand u guys are busy but for whom these customer services are being established i[censored] guys can't attend a customer from 4 days then what kind of service do u provide.Hope this complain may bring any change in ur attention towards our needs.

                        I opened an HDFC Salary account a month back, & they asked me to open a demat account. While opening a HDFC demat account, I wasn't informed any charges are applicable. I do not require any demat account, & I thought it's a additional service provided by Hdfc. I want my money back deducted for HDFC securities. And close the demat account, or whatever required, to stop any further deduction in future I want an refund for my amount ASAP.
